Excellent concierge service. Hotel is pristine and we felt safe. Breakfast is a culinary delight.

The views are amazing from the rooftop and the breakfast was the absolute best buffet ever!

Shout out to the room cleaning staff and Yolanda and Juan at the restaurants. The service was excellent

It does not satisfy the international requirements of a 5-star hotel. 1 Leaking faucet and shower. 2. Breakfast: sometimes less is better. E.g, the already prepared omlette was cold and not maintained warm. Pretty loud waitresses. 3. I wish the sauna was open till 10 pm instead of 8 pm. 4. No need for the cleaning lady to come and inspect the room in the evening around 7 pm every day. 5. The woman at the reception gave me the wrong info about the bus. They are offering calling a taxi instead. Remember sustenability? Also no information about Bus A2 from the aeroport on their website. It costs 5 euros and it takes 15 minutes. 6. The bus A25 to the city center costs 2€ each way and takes 25 minutes or more. Keep that in mind.

Perfect hotel.. the only thing I would say was a negative was that the bed was too hard for us.

Friendly staff! Breakfast could have been a little bit better.

We booked a part sea view room and the view was spectacular. Room 323. Room larger than expected. Spotlessly clean with a huge bed and beautiful bathroom with his and her sinks. Patio small but adequate with 2 chairs and a table. Breakfast outside on the deck was lovely with lots of choice and eggs cooked fresh the hotel is right on the beach with the main drag directly outside. Not noisy.

Lovely property with an excellent breakfast. There was no shortage of high quality ingredients and offerings from champagne to make mimosas to Nutella and macadamia nuts. The area is very accessible to Palma, just jump on the no#25 bus just outside the hotel. It’s 2euro (2024), it stops right in Palma near the main basilica. Hotel is clean with comfortable beds and great amenities. The beach is right outside. Only con is that this is apparently a “German area”? So many German tourists - in that they say hello to you in German before Spanish … anyway it’s not a big deal but feels odd. It feels like a resort town and not at all like it does in Palma. We rented a car to go to the beaches for the day, we rented it in town day of. For Soller it’s accessible by bus 25 and then 204.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff is fantastic; they offered us a room upgrade. We went to a wedding and were asked if we needed transportation, and we were extremely fortunate to choose that hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The property is lovely in front of the beach.

Beautiful and conveniently located adult only hotel! Great for few days get away with that someone special. Excellent food choices and great restaurants around within walking distance. Nice beach. Only 15 min from the airport which was great! Safe. Great spa! !

The property is located next to the beach and the area is full of restaurants and stores, the airport is close to it.

We loved the junior suite, slightly let done by a broken and badly repaired table. It let down the otherwise quality ambience of the room. Everything else was great. Lovely breakfasts and a perfect location. Thanks!

Great location. Good staff

We loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated Los well. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room (and you can see quite a lot of the ocean from those) when we checked in. The hotel is so clean and beautiful, with a lovely little courtyard, elegant reception area, and an expansive view from the rooftop. The room felt spacious and shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The robes were luxurious and they even include slippers. Housekeeping was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was fit for a king with so much to chose from and even mimosas! We also took advantage of the spa and got a couple nice massages. I took a yoga class on the rooftop one morning and it was a good way to start my day. It’s easy to just walk across the street to the beach, which has warm shallow calm waters with soft sand. Beach loungers are available but they’re separate from the hotel (I believe this is standard in Mallorca). They were affordable anyway, and you have many restaurants and bars and sho-s in walking distance. Additionally it’s a quick drive to Palma from here. I highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

This hotel was very convenient in every way, from rental cars to dining to access to the beach. It was in a perfect location. I didn't like the bed situation; however, being American, I'm used to one single bed, queen or king size, and not double full-size beds.

I just finished my 4 days staying in this hotel. Everything was amazing. Very clean,amazing stuff and great food. There's a lot restaurants to choose from and all are great. I love the Salty one.

Internet connectivity often dropped. Sun loungers on the beach are a rip-off.

The handle on our hotel door was loose and it felt like we we going to break it when we were opening the door. Breakfast was adequate but nothing amazing. Rooms were clean and temperature control was great. Staff are friendly, but the elevators are pretty compact. Would stay again.

The staff at this hotel are quite exceptional and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. From reception to the restaurant they can’t do enough for you. Also, the hotel restaurant is fabulous and the food - particularly the evening meal - is amazing. Special mention for Manu and also for Jaume in the restaurant.

The beach is so close you can use the loungers at the pool and walk to the sea.

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Fabulous room. Excellent choice for buffet breakfast, with hot options and fresh egg chef. Beach is 2 minute walk, plenty variety of shops , bars and restaurants for a good 30 mins on the promenade.

Staff were friendly and helpful, good at anticipating needs. We got there before our check in time and was offered luggage storage, towels and a free welcome drink by the pool. Thanks to this we were able to make the most out of our first day there. The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in this year, the food served is delicious. We loved the cocktails that we were served - perfect balance between alcohol and mixers. The location is ideal, as the beach is right in front of the hotel. We will definitely be booking this hotel again if we decide to re-visit Palma.

Great place!

American/norwegian take***Honestly if you are looking for a relaxing and convenient hotel right on the beach.. this is an amazing option. The breakfast is included and quite good with an amazing view of the ocean while you eat outside. The pool was very clean and the chairs are well kept. You are surrounded by a lot of places to eat and to shop. Things I didn’t know but it wasn’t a major problem was the beach is public so you have to rent your own beds and umbrella which can be a little pricey. But you can easily keep your stuff at the pool and go to the beach for a dip as well. Overall I would come again. :)

Convenience to the beach and bars, shops, restaurants. Excellent breakfast - huge choice of food. Brilliant restaurant - recommend you use the voucher if you get one. Nice pool. Large room and bed.

Met expectations and well located directly overlooking beach with shopping facilities within easy reach . The hotel was clean and the staff all very attentive and pleasant. The breakfast selection was also excellent and the choice varied. The Junior suite overlooking the beach and sea had a good sized balcony, albeit the room itself was on the small size over what was expected. That said all amenities were available expect English breakfast tea which for some reason was supplanted by Jasmin tea !..a minor point and am sure had I asked then that would have been provided . Taxi services on the island being the only negative ,but that is not the fault of the hotel and as such hired a car for bulk of the stay to avoid the frustration of waiting at least half an hour for a taxi to arrive once booked!

I travelled here solo for holiday after a work trip nearby. The property, staff, views and dining were all excellent.

Beautiful property opposite the beach with great restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool side area and rooftop bar are beautiful. Really helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this venue and would happily stay again!

Strict opening times of pool on level 6 Room not cleaned properly, dust and bathroom. Not enough bar staff, slow service. Lots of effort / staff to decorate the terrance for a disco, when people were standing at the bar waiting for service. Great location and view from terrace. Staff were friendly.

The property itself is lovely. Rooms are gorgeous clean and spacious, the breakfast very good ( apart from the omelettes - too watery ) with lots of options The roof top bar was excellent - peaceful and clean I used the spa and it was one of the best I have been too - I thoroughly recommended the 2 ladies Citi and Paula, both excellent The only downside is the area - it was full of Germans who jas just left school - I would say it’s the equivalent of the British children going to Malaga for end of school holidays and parties . We got a taxi into Palma every evening rather than be surrounded by the German’s in their football shirts . However saying this everyone seemed very well behaved and we never felt unsafe The beach over the road is beautiful

Great hotel lovely big junior suite clean tidy

The loved the hotel, the room and the restaurants. The view was incredible with the ocean and beach right in front. The only issue was the drain in the shower was not working properly and water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. Took a long time to dry up every time. We made staff aware and they said the showers were not built correctly.

Straight away on arrival the hotel greets you with a very warm welcome. Lovely reception area, happy, helpful staff. Rooms perfect. Partial views of the sea are really full views. The hotels location is fantastic for lovely walks and not too close to the lovely sections of the Promenade but close enough if you want to be there in 5 minutes. Bike hiring close by adds a little extra. Group of friends traveling together. Breakfasts top class. Roof top bar and su. Loungers. Pool lovely. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely short break

The Pure Salt Garonda is a gem! Property is extremely clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast has top nutch fresh produces and nice area to eat outside. Walking to the beach is right there, a step away from the entrance. This is an excellent hotel and we will highly recommend it to friends and family. We certainly will come back to the Pure Salt Garonda.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! It’s a great hotel with a nice pool area, rooftop bar/loungers, and gym. The room was clean and updated. We will stay here again.

Beautiful and clean resort on the beach located less than 20 minutes from downtown Palma. Great staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. It’s worth noting that the beach is public, so you have to pay for chairs, umbrella, etc. I would recommend renting a car if you’re going to be on the island for more than a few days. That way you can do some day trips to areas like Deia and Soller. It was an excellent experience and we would stay there again.

Great hotel and location.

The hotel is in amazing position being right at the beachfront. Loved taking advantage of the great views both the rooftop area and the lower pool area had to offer. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. Definitely won the airport bus transfer hotel roulette! We are planning a return visit soon.

I have nothing but good reviews of this hotel! Great location on a beautiful beach, an amazing breakfast buffet that is included! Our room had a very nice balcony with a beach view, comfortable bed & room. They have a spa that feels great after a long day to soak & relax. The staff all very friendly & helpful. I would not hesitate to book this hotel!

Fantastic, friendly staff. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff provided a lovely bottle of champagne with ballons to our room to celebrate my fiancés birthday. Very caring and considerate hotel. Compliments to the management and staff. Would recommend.

No air conditioning- really awful

The hotel overall was pleasant. We had one issue, however, which ruined the stay. There was no air conditioning. We enquired about this and were advised the hotel was saving energy and not offering to turn on the AC. It was 27-30degree Celsius for the week and we could. It sleep. We left the balcony doors open and were given a noisy fan which did nothing in the sweltering heat. As the doors had to be left open we ended up being bitten badly by mosquitoes We were really sad about the choice of hotel that we made

Having booked a property with air-conditioning we were very much looking forward to our return trip to this hotel. The temperature was circa 30 degrees daily. This time, the air-conditioning was switched off "due to the environment" and we were asked to leave our balcony doors open. We asked for the air-conditioning to be switched on, again refused (we have this refusal in writing from the hotel!). Balcony door open meant noise and pollution coming into the room, also safety issues. A fan was provided, but too noisy and impossible to sleep through. Also, it simply circulated warm air around the room. When paying for a specifically advertised facility, it should be provided. Expedia need to review the advertising before allowing bookings.

We have stayed at the Pure Salt in the summer of 2016, and a revisit for 2024 was overdue. An early break in March to Playa de Palma was our first, the hotel was ready for guests with all services on offer made available. Whilst there plenty of food option outside the hotel I recommend you try the tapas restaurant Mikel & Pintxo. The food is superb tapas and meals lunch and evening and perfect also for an evening drink. Ask the staff for a Lumamba ! We also suggest the Spa the service I received exceeded my expectations. It’s been a while and new memories made here, I would like to add it’s time for some TLC in places our room had a towel radiator that didn’t work and was very dusty, the coffee machine is espresso only and the TV signal hit and miss, but I get that it was windy !!! Not enough in this detail to stop me coming back thank you ☀️

Overall myself and my friend enjoyed our stay here! The hotel sits right on the ocean with plenty of food options all around. We're American though and didn't know that this area is primarily stayed in by German tourists (not a big deal) but many options around the hotel are geared towards them. The staff were kind and the hotel grounds were very beautiful outside. I did use the gym once and it was soo hot so maybe they can turn on the AC. Other than that, the stay was nice!

The spa and breakfast were exceptional. We had two lunches on the terrace and the food was fresh and delicious. All staff at the hotel were friendly, and accommodated our dietary requests.

Lovely location, wonderful, helpful staff. Spa was nice, when looking around it was suggested to book a slot at the Spa which was easy to do and we always managed to get in when we requested, could do with a little better cleaning especially the tiles in the hot tub. Room was lovely, clean and spacious, we had a balcony overlooking the gardens. We stayed on a B&B basis and the buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options. The hotels main guests are German, the area is in fact geared mainly to German visitors.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. From the friendly and helpful front desk staff, the clean rooms and facilities, the great breakfast buffet, and the fantastic location. We felt truly spoiled in this hotel. I highly recommend it!

There was mold in our room through the ceiling and the room had a horrible smell to it, we didn't get the cleaning service on the last two days we visited and smell was more intense we almost felt sick because if this. They really need to update the facility and inspect the guest rooms better. Soon as you walked in the room smell was awful throughout the stay. Location is great we should have asked for a room change but we thought it was normal until i found the mold and took pictures. Room ventilation was also poor due to blocked ducts by dust. Breakfast was included in stay, staff services were great. I would not visit this location again. Spa is small and inexperienced the staff poured so much oil in my hair for a head massage that the stench lingered for days after as oil is hard to remove from hair, that was a concern for me as I use the spas a lot and this has never been performed to that extent. Overall my husband and i made the best to stay out of the room to try and enjoy our honeymoon stay but I will not be returning with them ever. Our health felt at risk in our room.

Fantastic location, it’s walking distance to the busier part but far away to be in a quiet area. There are some great restaurants nearby. Loved it offers so many options with the beach, pool, rooftop area and spa.

Great property. Super nice staff. The only complaint I have was the smell that we had in the room. Room was super clean but anytime you walked in you had a mildew smell. We had to keep the windows open.

Garonda Hotel is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent service and the junior suite(510) was the perfect room for me. Lucia, Raquel,Miguel,Silvana,Mori,Jas were all wonderful! You made our stay extra special! Muchas gracias! I like the breakfast buffet! We absolutely loved this hotel & absolutely plan on coming back! The lobby smelled amazing & fresh. Our room was perfect & clean with a very comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. This hotel was right on the beach and had the most amazing views. The breakfast here was delicious and what we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always at the ready to assist with anything we needed, such as booking massages, storing luggage after check out, and calling cabs for us at a moments notice. Highly recommend this hotel !

The service was excellent. Beautiful pool, indoor and outdoor, roof bar and lounge, they greeted us with a champagne and a heart decor in the room. We had an exceptional service. We will come back and I recommend this hotel

The hotel was better than I expected and more beautiful than the pictures show. I stayed in the Junior suite and it was worth every penny. AMAZING views. The hotel location couldn’t have been more convenient. The hotel staff made my stay extra special with their dedication and attention to detail. A special thanks to hotel staff Maya and Luisa for accommodating all my special requests. A huge shoutout to the service staff for providing excellent service and delicious made to order foods. I felt like a 5 star client!

Looks like a new hotel . Clean walls in the bedroom, balcony in front of the ocean , with clean windows was awesome, spotless room, has everything we need , iron, hair dryer, enough pillows, air conditioner works , we stayed in Berlin, Prague, Amsterdam, Paris , all air conditioners did not cool the bedroom, and it was at the maximum, reception desk said all Europe air conditioning are like that , well not this hotel , everything was great , Mathias and Lucia at front desk were great, so nice , Miguel at the breakfast place so kind , food for breakfast was delicious a lot of variety of fruits , will come back here in a heartbeat ♥️thank u for a great service and making us feel special

It was a very great stay, we got great views from our room. The breakfast comes in a wide selection of food and the staffs were most helpful and friendly. Location is great, right by the beach and with loads of restaurants and shops. For parking, it is quite easy to find a spot close to the hotel. There’s swimming pool, spa and gym in the hotel.

Did not receive my VIP expedia upgrade which was disappointing. The location is convenient for everything you need - restaurants, club, sea

I enjoyed my stay at pure salt because of its location and access to the beach. We were able to go into the city center quite easily and access the airport in a quick manner. I do feel that the hotel needs some maintenance and updating as it doesn’t quite match the photos anymore. A couple of the bath towels in my room had holes in them, one of the beach towels I received had bleach, stains, and the pool floor needs updating the location and design of the hotel is very nice, but I believe it needs to be updated.

Great location! Spa was excellent. Pool was great. Miguel the pool waiter was extremely nice and provided great customer service! Paula from the spa was excellent!!! All of the front desk staff were super nice and helpful! Loved all the staff! Highly recommend this hotel!

Got an upgraded room oceanfront with an amazing balcony. Definitely recommend!

The hotel will go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. We had a few issues when we stayed and they immediately resolved the issues. The sea view room has beautiful views of the area and you can see the sunset every evening. The hotel is a short walking distance to clubs and bars but in the other direction, there are restaurants with amazing food and quiet places to have a drink. We do hope to come again soon!
