Old dirty rooms with sink problems and bad service

Very nice staff , great food ! Rooms are very well cleaned

50 bucks for Parking

Everything was perfect besides the park where they say on the app that the parking is free but you have to pay almost 50 bucks, that is not right since they put some information on the app but still charge over there..

This probably is excellent for the people go to the airport they have good food excellent service good location for the people go to the airport

I usually stay at the nearby Marriott Hotel We decided to try the Pullman and we were impressed with the experience. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We stayed in an executive room and the lounge has a nice layout for dinner.

It is en excellent hotel close to the airport

The service is outstanding. The people that work there are better than the hotel. I’d love to hire them all in usa.

Nada Todo bener

Upon arrival, I was not greeted by any of the personnel at the front desk. In fact, the staff simply walked by me without acknowledging my presence, which was quite surprising and frustrating. It felt like they were not concerned with providing even the basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, this lack of attention and helpfulness really set a negative tone for my visit. I expected a higher standard from a hotel of this caliber, especially considering its location at an international airport.

After long flight delays and a 2am arrival, we were check-in, bags to room efficiently and quickly. Excellent English spoken by all necessary staff.

Difficult time finding information at hotel for the shuttle. Once located, QR Code for shuttle timing didn’t work. Overall nice hotel and convenient access for overnight stay near airport. For the price, expected cleanliness to be better. Floor and shower not well cleaned and didn’t have slippers so a bit uncomfortable. Again good overall experience though.

Best place I've stayed

This was probably the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Service was great. Room was amazingly comfortable and clean. Even the bathroom was nice. Could not ask for a better place to spend my last night in Brazil.

Beautiful property and the staff was incredibly friendly. I also enjoyed a great massage from the fantastic staff at the spa.

good overnight hotel

Having stayed at the Pullman several times before the covid shutdown, we were disappointed that it has now lost some of its charm. The room was looking tired, the carpet dirty and mould in the shower. ALso lacking in enough toilet paper. Please Pullman get back to your previous high standard. WOuld not use Hotels.com again to book

Wonderful for a stopover in Sao Paolo after a long flight. The outdoor pool and bar were a welcome treat. And there were capybaras in the large pond out front. Looking forward to staying here again.

I have to wait from 11:30pm to 12:30am to be collected from the hotel transfer after a 10:30 hr from Europe traveling with an infant and a child. A shame of service and customer centricity this hotel

Amazing price for all you get. I’m not at all saying it is a cheap place. But US dollars, better or worse, go very far. And the place is amazing. 5 stars means not the greatnesss of the experience but the list of amenities. Check like a pool. Sauna. Etcetra. But then they also add the greatness. Staff are exceptional. And since I don’t live here, many go the extra mile to make sure they understand your question. Their food buffer and otherwise is loved. Bed is high on list. Pillows and bedding induce a sandman. It’s children and pet friendly. That doesn’t have to be a bad rap. Also. I was told due to my circumstances checking out late was not a problem. So. The only thing would say, good and bad, you won’t walk out the door to some neighborhood. It’s used a lot by flight crew. Close to GRU. But why leave?

Cerca del aeropuerto de Guarulhos, tienen transportación aeropuerto/hotel/aeropuerto todo el día. Hotel está bien para descansar y pasar bien mientras esperas el siguiente vuelo.

Great food . Fantastic presentation from breakfast at dinner time . Happy hour fantastic . What a great service from the staff! Love it !

Great place to stay

It is close to the airport, but does not feel like an airport hotel. It has green outdoor areas, outdoor pool, and a nice playground. Breakfast is outstanding.

me and my husband enjoyed this stay due to the service and cleanliness of everything. Staff was amazing and late night room service was also amazing. those factors are what we look for in the best hotels we can find. Next time we will definitely be staying there for longer!

Fabulous Hotel!!!

We stayed at the Pullman overnight before our flight back to UK. There was a free shuttle to and from Hotel to Airport. We have stayed at a Pullman hotel before and they are always of a high standard. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best

Everything in our stay was perfect. Emerson did a great job welcoming us to the Lounge located at the 10th floor. We were also upgraded and we were ‘the guest of the day’, which made the stay way more enjoyable.

This is pur favorite hotel to stay when we are around GRU area. Moat delicious food, soft pillow, warm blanket and tennis court. We love you guys!

I have stayed at the Pullman Sao Paulo Guarulhos many times and this was prob the worst stay. We were located on level 1 which really noisy and the noise coming from the lobby was horrible. They seem to collect the same details everytime, including when stayed there 3 weeks apart, needing to give email, phone etc details again. On this last occassion, we booked 3 rooms one of the rooms was for 2 adults and 1 child - however there was only two king single beds in the room when the room was booked for 3. the other dissappointing thing was the room window had a massive crack in it which didn't look safe at all. First time I was extremely dissappointed staying there.

The perfect place to stay near to GRU. Great pool and gym. Paper menus would be helpful.

Great place to stay for access from / to Guarulhlos airport - shuttle to/from terminals 2 and 3 - be sure to contact hotel ahead of time to get their shuttle schedule - staff speak English - very helpful.

Overpriced

Honestly I think this hotel is extremely over priced. The subtle to the airport was late 20 minutes. The bathroom had woman hair in the shower and the faucet was dirty and very old as well. The lobby is cool and the food is decent. The staff are fine and willing to accommodate your request.

Great, relatively new hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. Free parking for guests. The only problem, for those not simply resting in between flights, is that there is almost nothing within walking distance.

This hotel consistently provides excellent customer service, great food and great drinks! I have stayed here every time I fly into or out of Brazil from the US and have done this for many years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In a day and age when customer service has faltered at many hotels and other industries this hotel is a standout and excels in this regard!
