The price was too much $340 for a single room l think that way too extreme
I liked everything about this hotel
I booked 2 nights at $275 a night. When my guest checked in, the reception made him pay full price $600 a night. Was able to negotiate the 2nd night for 300. Expedia rep tried to help, but the language barrier didn’t help.
Most of the personal especially in dining section are rude . The gym is a mess , very dangerous. Outdated equipments and holes in the floor!!!
It was clean
I love it
One of best in Kinshasa safe and in a good location Food offer ok service in some parts good and some bad
The service was amazing, food, agents. Highly recommend this hotel.
Pretty good stay
Very good hotel, a lot better than the other big one in the same area… been in both, and I choose Pullman next time again…
No better option in Kinshasa
While the check in process was smooth, my week long experience was poor. The room I was given was right by the elevator, so it was constantly loud throughout the night. I noticed the fridge was leaking after my shoes were soaked. Unfortunately, because there is no decent alternative in Kinshasa, I don't see service or amenities getting better anytime soon
English Speaking Guest
Had a wonderful stay Laetitia is the go to employee if you have any issues absolutely amazing customer service. Would recommend fly traps near outdoor dining or fans but over all beautiful hotel and recommend for future use.
Excellent hotel considering the constraints and limitations of a city like Kinshasa. The hotel management is hands on and ready to help all the time. Hotel facilities are excellent pool, tennis, garden.
Hotel rooms are getting tired, with very stained carpets. One lift out of three is usually broken. Internet is unfortunately not adequate for business needs
Service a little slow in the evenings but for breakfast it was great!
Bad service
The service was very very slow, in my room i ask to open the window it was not possible, i was needed to ask to bring towels multiple times because the room maker forget to put. It is not the service i know from other Pullman hotels. I need to come back on 2/10 hope it will be better.
Dollar Standards..
Standard Business Hotel in an "African" Dollar country. Good services. Good location with appropriate shop and other services. Inflated prices.... Bring your dollars.. Dollars standards without the .conditions of a dollar economy.
excellent stay at the hotel. I will be happy to come back
Pullman
Too expensive for that quality of room
Nice atmosphere but can do better on service
This is one of the 2 best hotels in Kinshasa. I boycotted it because of bad service for one year but wanted to give it another try. Unfortunately the strict policy of the hotel to pay for all extra (food, drinks, laundry) in advance is quite unfortunate and they make you feel like a thief going to leave without paying. The pool is very good, but the pool attendant has such a bad attitude that it almost prevented me from having a swim.
Nice hotel, friendly atmosphere, but poor service
One out of the best two hotels in Kinshasa with Hotel Kempinski Congo Fleuve. It has a nicer atmosphere and common areas, but the service is poor: although the room is fully paid and I advanced $150 guarantee for extras, they treat customers like thieves in case they leave without paying. Swimming pool area would be stunning if the pool manager wasn’t trying hard to annoy customers. Given the lack of choice in Kinshasa, it remains the best option and the hotel management seems to be trying hard to keep the hotel in good condition.
Solid Kinshasa hotel
Pullman is a solid hotel in Kinshasa. Room is comfortable though something like a microwave would be nice. Service was fine. Always challenging at breakfast to get service and room cleaning service was always good, but not always reliable about leaving water or towels. Room service food quality was poor; pizzas outside are ok, but otherwise I think the food needs improvement. The other strange thing is that the windows don’t close all the way in the rooms. They’re open just a notch and I had no problem with mosquitos, but they should close. And lastly...bring earplugs. There’s nightly music until 11pm.
Very well managed hotel in Kinshasa´s best spot
This is one of the best managed hotels in all of Central-Africa. I have been staying there frequently during last 3 years but feel constant improvement. Internet is working well now, breakfast has always been good but nice new details added like local African Bio teas. Overall as good as it gets in this part of the world.
Hotel was a pleasant drive from the last time i stayed in Kinshasa, 10 years ago. As good any any hotels in the Africa region.
nice hotel
One of the best hotels in Kinshasa. Pity they promised to reimburse the night and came back on their word
Pullman Grand hotel, Kinshasa - DRC
This hotel is in a very secured and quiet area of Kinshasa. Clean pool and great restaurant offering many varieties. The outdoor patio is a fantastic place to chill in the evening while having some drinks. Staff members are very friendly and always on their feet to make you fell better.
The hotel is well located but they need to improve
They need to improve their service to be trulls called a 5 Stars hotel actually their service is at 3 Stars level. Overprice and very noisy every evening with music until very late .!!!
Kinshasa nicer hotels
The hotel is very cool for business as it is centrally located. The staff are very friendly and the food is great escepially the pizza. The location is safe as it is near government offices. As most of Kinshasa the area outside the hotel property is a bit of a mess. The hotel is a bit on the costly side but well worth it in DRC standards
Overall the hotel is nice but overpriced for the q
I was very surprised by the presence of cockroaches the first two days of my stay ... fortunately, everything went in order after the disinfection. Otherwise the room is nice and clean. The internet connection was good. It´s a pity that the service is slow and the staff so inefficient
Fine Hotel in Kinshasa
A fine hotel in Kinshasa
If you have to be in Kinshsha...
The Pullman is fine for business. The rooms are a bit small.
Very nice hotel in Kinshasa....
Very clean just too expensive i think but i really like th new pullman. Just a bit rwduction of price will be more attractive
Second best hotel in town
Rooms are new and clean, but small. Breakfast is decent but menu items are mediocre at best. Have a look at the grill to the right of the pizza ovens if before you decide to order grilled meat. Staff is courteous and helpful.
Ok but it's the best
This is probably one of the better places considering area
Very pleasant but don't expect top service.
We stayed two nights. If you call for any service it takes for ever to get done. The shower is built without any water containment so it flows into the room. Asked for couple of towels took 4 hours to get it. The hotel is very clean and modern looking. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
Great long stay hotel
They really try to keep the "5 stars", gym is large and the largest pool that i ever tried, a bit over average pricewise on food, but again, not many options around.
Meilleur hôtel a Kinshasa
Business Trip Pullman Congo
Wonderful location in very relaxed zone in Congo. All business centers and contacts are nearby so although traffic can be challenging, you will have your contacts close to the hotel
Super séjour
Mon séjour était excellent. Un service irréprochable a l’accueil . Une équipe de restauration exceptionnelle.
Ces aires de restoration et repos à l’extérieur
Good but expensive choice.
Great hotel, food and services are too expensive, tempered water in the morning, not hot enough.
Assez bien.
Le séjour a été bien. Merci.
The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby, looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…
