Great stay in Palermo/Soho area

First of all this property does not have airport transfer as per the hotel features, this is the second hotel this trip we booked advertised airport transfer include! Also this hotel is a Vip hotel, in the hotel features we were supposed to receive a bottle of spirits each day, this did not happen! What is wrong with these properties hotel features? Very upsetting as we book hotels based on hotel features!! The staff at this hotel were excellent and warm, they made us feel right at home, very helpful giving directions and advice, the morning breakfast is very nice also, lots of choices.

We stayed in late February, which we were told was during the quiet season. I only saw two other sets of guests in the morning during my stay at breakfast time. I though the breakfast buffet had a good amount of options and generally tasty. The hotel felt very safe and was in a quieter area. There are security doors before entering and we had a room facing the street. The staff were very helpful as well. They spoke both english and spanish. At one point, front desk helped us order an uber (you can pay by cash at the end of the ride). My only complaints about the stay was that we had arranged an airport pickup through the hotel. We paid $65 USD for 2 people from EZE. However, we were stuck in customs, which was completely out of our control, causing the driver to wait longer. We we charged an additional $15 USD. Secondly, the hotel rooms were very dark. Overall, I thought we got a good deal through Expedia, paying under $100 for one night.

Bad insects problem in Room and Lobby.

For and all the Mosquitoes and ants in my room, If I would had know I would had gotten another hotel. I have number of Mosquitoes bits on my Lt. and Rt. arms. And three big one on my back! Also my ankles. The insects problem became very annoying! It still very annoying dealing with the bits on my body! The staff nice ladies. There was not mini refrigerator.

I felt very safe at all times. The receptionist ladies are wonderful and so helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the prodeo for 2 weeks for our honeymoon (Jan 2024). The staff were incredible and helpful the hotel was very clean, quiet and quaint. We walked almost everywhere to eat, drink and play. The rooms were very clean and we loved the outdoor balcony soaker tub! Also really excellent water pressure in the shower! The pool was a hit and we definitely enjoyed the fact that this hotel only has 10 rooms so it was never to loud or crazy. The hotel is also safe and secure with staff on 24/7 and lock boxes in your room.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars near Palermo SoHo.

Good location, helpful staff.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, rooms cleaned to a high standard and staff very helpful. Location is very good with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. More storage for our extended stay would have been appreciated and we were very disappointed that the pool was not available as that was a major deciding factor in choosing the hotel.

3 nights in Buenos Aires

Excellent stay in good area for getting around. The pool was not available even though it says from December so that was disappointing but had an enjoyable stay none the less. Good breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs and the usual continental fare.

Dark deco, strange place! Very friendly helpful staff. Large room, but very bad bed and pillows.

The property is generally good with a fabulous breakfast although I wouldn't swim in the pool. The neighbourhood seems very sketchy and the building is a fire trap. There is a metal screen covering the entire street access and you have to ring and the desk clerk comes and buzzes you in. We were left standing on the street at midnight for 30m because the door failed. No one could get in or out. They said it was the only access. No service entrance??

Staff were great along with great breakfast and clean room. Great place to stay for the money.

Hotel maravilhoso! Muito bem localizado em Palermo. Perto de bares, restaurantes e boates. Decoracao unica e moderna. Quarto grande e limpo. Vasto café da manhã. Tudo muito saboroso. Atendimento de excelência, especialmente por causa da funcionária Erika que é muito atenciosa, simpática e gentil. Amei e quero ficar nesse hotel mais vezes.

Really friendly staff, super well located, very clean hotel, room service and bar 24/7 , awesome breakfast with fresh fruits every day from 8am to 10:30am, zero noise from the streets, comfortable beds, amazing shower/bathtub :D I would definitely come back!

Was only there one night for a stopover so didnt get to take advantage of any amenities besides the nice breakfast. Nice room, helpful desk worker, only downside was the temperature control in room didnt work.

Stylish boutique hotel in Palermo

The hotel is in a great location between Palermo SoHo and Palermo Hollywood, walking distance to both. And it's such a cute place - very stylish and comfortable. We liked the bed, great airco in the room, and the natural feeling in the atrium.

Perfect affordable utilitarian stay

We were super happy here. They have affordable and good (we had pizza, nut mix and olives) room service FREE and 24 hours! The included breakfast was good and the front desk staff was super helpful with looking for activities and giving us late checkout. We loved how dark you could make it so we could sleep in. But the only possible complaint would be very little light during the day when you want it. One large window but not much brightness to the artificial lighting. Not much charm but everything you really need is well done.

Although rather unusual in layout and decor—think cross between Casablanca and Berlin circa 1920–this boutique hotel provides all you need for a comfortable stay in the Palermo neighborhood. Staff were exceptionally helpful sorting some of our travel logistics. Great breakfast!

The hotel was pleasant to stay, the staff was amazing though. They were trying to help us as much as they could, to locate our luggage that was misplaced by the airlines. Even though, they weren’t successful, we are very thankful to them.

Beat My Expectations

The hotel is conveniently located around many great restaurants and bars. There are only 10-20 rooms here, but the amenities make it feel similar to a resort. The bar is serviced 24 hours, the pool is nicely maintained, the breakfast offered is a nice spread.

Great hotel, great location

I loved this hotel. The room was huge, the shower was amazing. So close to everything you would need. I would 100% stay here if coming back to BA. It is wonderful.

An American in Buenos Aires

My friends and I only had one night to stay in Buenos Aires and wanted a hotel in a fun and happening area. Prodeo Hotel was a great choice. Right in Palermo, a hot spot for new and fun restaurants and bars, I saw this hotel and decided to give it a try. Not much to see on the outside but once inside it was very modern and attractive. Staff was super nice and all spoke great English which was helpful since my Spanish is rusty. Camila showed us our rooms and went over all the features. A nice touch rarely found in the US. She was was also really cool to talk to since she also ran the in-hotel bar. Room was clean and we'll decorated. Great water pressure for morning shower. I am staying here again next time I have a chance to visit Buenos Aires.

Great location, awesome staff!

Prodeo was a great hotel to stay at. The area was extremely convenient, with plenty of bars/restaurants/parks/shopping areas to walk around. The staff at the hotel was also amazing - very helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Buenos Aires!

Hotel located in Palermo Soho

Hotel Prodeo exceeded our expectations and met our every need! The staff was amazing, all bilingual, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and present. The rooms and hotel were spotless. The breakfast was an amazing spread with medialunas, out of this world breads and salami, and fresh fruit salad. We will be back and highly recommend it!

Great staff perfect location

Stayed for a week and the staff and hotel was incredible. Breakfast was fabulous, staff provided perfect recommendations for restaurants & excursions. Would definitely stay here again!

Two thumbs up!

Such a great little boutique hotel right between Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds and amazing showers - best water pressure and heating I've had while traveling - ever! The staff is so helpful all around the clock. They arranged airport transport and gave excellent recommendations on what to visit, activities and dinning. Only slight draw back is the fact that it's right by the train tracks and that part of the block doesn't have much lighting late night. Having said, as two female travels, we had a perfectly safe experience. Taxis are affordable and you should always be cautious while walking late night in any city in the world.

Great staff outweigh one or two issues

Great staff; rooms a bit dark but well furnished; good breakfast by Argentinean standards; immediate location a touch questionable but within 10 minites walk of all the best bars and restaraunts in the area

Good value but room just ok

The location is good and was very cheap but the room was very dark and had an awkward layout. Also near train tracks but with window closed you can't hear anything. I think most people would be fine with room but I'm picky and wanted better light. Lights were dim too.

Nice small hotel close to Plaza Serrano

The first impression was a bit strange, as this hotel is on a block with unpleasant houses. But once inside the place is nice and actually very close to the Plaza Serrano. The room was comfortable and with one of the best showers ever! Pricewise it's not the cheapest option and I believe that with US$ 150 a night we could have gotten something better, but we were happy with this small hotel.

Nice hotel, cool neighbourhood and helpful staf!

Great hotel pretty good ubicated; nice common areas, the water of the pool is cold and the breakfast is ok though. The rooms are good and the beds very comfy. The personal is very helpful, ask for Alessandro or Alan but not for the other guy, he's very rude.

Review of Second Stay

Palermo Soho is a magic place wth so many cafes, restaurants & boutique shops. Prodeo Hotel is right there too. We had a fabulous room & 4 days at the Prodeo. Our only criticism is of the low level of lighting in our room & the reception area. The staff were most friendly, very helpful & most accommodating. We would be delighted to return to the Prodeo.

Comfortable, Clean & Convenient

Somewhat limited facilities. Quite adequate for short stays. Good breakfast. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very average looking neighourhood but safe. We shall return here for another three day stay.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I was in room 6, which faced the street in front of the hotel. With the windows closed' the noise was minimal. Yes, I could hear the train but it was a normal big city noise and not intrusive. The hotel staff were amazing! They were so helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was great with a grocery store down the street and many good restaurants nearby. Will definitely go back!

O hotel está entre o palermo soho e palermo hollywood, num quarteirão com pouco movimento. Por este motivo, é bastante silencioso a noite. Ainda assim, andando um quarteirão já estamos perto de lojas e restaurantes. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo, de piso frio (fomos no verão, então isso foi uma vantagem). O staff é solícito e eficiente. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Muitas opções, mas os pães e bolos tinham aparência de serem do dia anterior (todos os dias). Com tantas opções no bairro, mais vale tomar café fora.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La Piscina no funciona, dijeron que está en reparación desde Mayo y no saben cuando estará lista. Está bien ubicado cerca de los restaurantes de Palermo.

Hotel ruim!!!

Hotel péssimo, escuro, fede a uma mistura de mofo e incenso, cama mole e muito ruim, ar condicionado gotejando, porta de vidro da varanda onde está uma banheira travada, não tem vidro no box e molha todo o banheiro! Localização ruim numa rua esquisita. A porta do hotel é fechada e precisa tocar uma campainha para eles abrirem. Graças a Deus foi somente um dia de hospedagem, mesmo assim, nem para dormir foi tranquilo. A única vantagem é que fica perto do Aeroparque.

Estadia agradável

A localização em Palermo é muito boa, permitindo ir a pé até bairros vizinhos como Villa Crespo e a restaurantes. O pssoal da recepção sempre muito gentil e prestativo. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã variado e gostoso.

Sem dúvidas o ponto alto do Prodeo é o atendimento! Toda equipe muito receptiva e pronta para ajudar. Tive um imprevisto e eles foram bem solícitos! O hotel é pequeno, mas aconchegante. Quarto confortável, banheiro bom, café da manhã repetitivo, a localização é maravilhosa, perto de bons restaurantes, bares. Fiz muita coisa a pé!

Zeer basic hotel met vreemde uitstraling. Ingang achter traliehekken. Overal in hotel donker en gordijnen ipv deuren alsof niet in gebruik was. Personeel geeft niet indruk dat ze graag gasten hebben. Internet deed het bijna niet en zwembad was dicht wegens renovatie. Kamer wel ruim. Douche en ontbijt prima.

A fachada do prédio, a princípio, nos deixou com um pé atrás dada a sua aparência quase escondida, com um pequeno letreiro. Fomos atendidos na recepção e em menos de cinco minutos já estávamos com a chave do apartamento. Quarto muito amplo, super limpo, uma banheira que dava gosto, cama grande e para meu gosto tinha janelas que fechavam sem deixar frestas e com total isolamento acústico. Zero ruído e zero luz. Ponto a observar: trevesseiro muito macio para o meu gosto, que prefiro mais firmes. Café da manhã de excelente qualidade e muita fartura, mesmo num hotel de poucas unidades de ocupação. Todas as informações de que precisei foram perfeitas. Excelente custo - benefício e localização perto de tudo o que busquei. Recomendo!
