Modern clean hotel with good family rooms

Family room for 5 perfect for stopover on way to French Alps. Room is basic but clean and modern with good en suite. Secure parking area a plus as left all luggage in car overnight.

Clean, good quality, exceeded our expectations

A very good & clean hotel, exceeded our expecations for a budget hotel, a more spacious room than we expected for the family of four, with a microwave & fridge. Overall, very giod expererience for an overnight stay. The only downside is that it was quite cold in the room, especially at night (outside temperature was about zero), the heater did not seem to be working properly no matter how much we tried to increase the thermostat.

Great budget hotel but the pillows were really thin and the room was a bit cold

Recently refurbished and good quality accomodations. Annoyingly they charge for parking!

One night in Reims

This was the first stop of a 6 night trip for my tour group. Price was right, but neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Didnt feel very safe and property was behind a metal fence. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Accueil courtois cept bref.. chambre très correcte et environnement très calme. Dans la nuit, fait exceptionnel,l alarme incendie s'est déclenchée au niveau de l'étage et ts les systèmes d evacuation ont fonctionné. sortie de secours et déplacement des clients ds le calme...en fait,pas d'incendie mais tt a fonctionné comme si. ..

The heat do not work properly.

Vu sur le parking du Aldi (très sale d’ailleurs) il est dommage de devoir payer 3€ en supplément pour espérer garder le véhicule en sécurité… concernant l’état de propreté de la chambre, bien entendu, la salle de bain sanitaire était propre. Néanmoins l’état de propreté de la chambre laisse plus qu’à désirer. Les lits sont faits les draps changer, mais le sol se nettoie aussi pas simplement l’aspirer mais également le laver. Pour le coup, nous avons trouvé des Lego et des grosses taches bien dégoûtante un peu partout sur le sol. Chambre numéro 10. Quant au service, je pars Petit déjeuner avec une partie des occupants de la chambre, je m’annonce et lorsque que le quatrième occupant nous rejoint au petit déjeuner la réponse qui lui est faite « bah non ils sont déjà tous venus » enfin bref … d’accord, le prix n’est pas déplu cher, mais ce n’est pas une raison. Je suis vraiment déçue.

Great for family stop over

Great hotel for a family stop over; we have used numerous times and will be back again. Rooms are basic but comfortable and good value for money. Restaurants (like Buffalo Grill) in walking distance.

Gypsy camp in the Aldi supermarket opposite the hotel. Noise all night. Vehicles. Shouting. Alarms going off. Would never stay again if that situation continues.

Very reasonably priced for a family of 5, it was only a stop over during a long drive but good for us. Conviently has a mcdonalds and aldi right outside :-)

Very welcoming, short walk to the tram startion 10 minite ride into main town, and 5 minute walk to a nice buffalo grill

Nice hotel, nice staff, basic, cheap but clean and excellent value, on the edge of the city. But exactly what was expected. Had a Good nights sleep!

Clean room with good bathroom facilities. Over the road from Aldi and near to tram stop, although not open when we stayed.

Simple hotel ideal for a family pit stop whilst travelling to France. Really good value for money.

Felt unsafe both personally and how insecure my car was being inside of the “locked” car park. Despite the foot gate being open to any person at all times. Fire escape staircases contained people blasting music, drinking and smoking whilst sat on the steps, the fire exit doors also remained unlocked, meaning anyone could walk through the unlocked gate and straight up the stairs into the building.

Serves a purpose cheap, clean and convenient for a stop off in a family room on the long haul South. The breakfast lets it down the worst bread in France and not a lot else but you get what you pay for and there's a cheap supermarket across the road.

Good place

Great place to stay en route to the South. Staff were great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had a great family room. Transport into the city was quick and easy, the tram being just a few hundred metres away from the hotel. Food options available close by if you don't want the hotel breakfast which was simple but good value. Would stay again.

Great stop just off the motorway.

A basic hotel in a nice part of the city, there is a tram stop 5 mins walk away, so you can take a ride into the city! The whole hotel and fenced car park are clean and feel safe. Highly recommend this hotel for a stop over and a little excursion into the city.

Don’t book for the air con!

Air con was virtually useless, making sleep very difficult - not ideal for a stopover before and after a long day of driving. The only reason I picked the hotel was the air con!

Nice budget hotel

A great budget hotel. Easy to get to the city with the tram 5 mins walk away.

Very easy check in, perfect for breaking up a journey

You get what you pay for, basic rooms but as it was just a very brief stopover on our way to the south of France in it did the job and there was secure gated parking which meant we could leave our bikes on the roof of the car when we arrived late

Air Condition is not working no air blow and We couldn’t sleep at all making us sweating all night we did open window not enough air flow

Disappointing

Do not stay the air con although switched off sounded like you were sleeping next to a toilet system filling up. Admittedly we went to bed early due to long drive from south but someone used his key to open our door by mistake but really. then the polish school group returned and we had to teenagers rapping on our door to get in i think they had wrong floor as soon after we had lots of noise from upstairs laughing ball bouncing.etc went down to complain and after about 20 min noise subsided. Except for the air con all night. But why put us below a group of teenagers and the sheet and cover was not the most hygenic.

Modern facilities and nice and clean. Staff friendly and breakfast okay. Rooms are small but it has all you need in it

Rien d'extraordinaire

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce questionnaire est en français. J'ai bien aimé la chambre, j'ai moins aimé faire la queue au petit déjeuné. J'ai eu des difficultés à obtenir une facture, et les factures étaient séparées pour chaque participant. Peu de souplesse dans les moyens de paiement.

Great value hotel & nearby tram service to Reims

Great value for money hotel, with easy access from the motorway and a secure parking area. Very clean, comfortable room. Tram to central Reims is 5 minutes walk away and a regular service to the city centre.

Great value. Good bed and shower, quiet location. "no frills" but fine for an overnight stop.

Was perfect for a quick overnight stop on way to Alps. Didn’t need to worry about location as was not visiting Reims itself, but room was great for a family of 5, with good facilities

Close to the autoroute, easy access. Very clean large bedroom for 4. Breakfast is very limited but reasonable quality and there were no shortages.

The hotel was cheap and cheerful, and meet expectations for the price point in most respects. Cleanliness was very good. However, we booked this hotel on the basis it has 6 EV charging bays on site, so I could charge my car overnight. I have driven electric cars for 9 years, and am used to most methods to charge the car. We arrived at 1am in the morning, and after over an hour of trying in the cold (3 chargers, 2 phones), I was finally beaten. Very frustrating, as not only did it mean I only got <3 hours sleep (leaving at 5am), it meant i had to change plans and loose time charging elsewhere first thing before continuing the trip. If the hotel is going to advertise this as a benefit of choosing their hotel, they need to discuss with their EV charging supplier how it needs to improve their user experience to ensure that people can charge their cars successfully. I would have been stuck if I had relied on this, but from experience knew not to arrive empty. I also note, that by 2am other bays had been parked in by non-electric cars, which also should be addressed by the hotel.

Simple and cheap

Good hotel interesting layout for family of four with an 18 and 21 year old child! Didn’t have fridge or microwave as shown in photos and although advertised in lift not sure if this was an extra cost.

All ok with it on an estate with luckily a McDonald's opposite and an Aldi...breakfast fresh and adequate

Great little gem of a hotel

Hotel was much better than expected. The secure parking was very easy to sort out (we turned up and requested this on arrival at the gate). Room was great for a family of 5 and unusual to find in France. Very clean, had everything we needed, breakfast was good. There is a Lidl, macdonalds, Burger King and kfc all within walking distance. The area that the hotel is in, is not great but a very good option for passing through Reims.

Fabulous hotel basic but very clean and good value

We stayed as a family and found it very comfortable and accessible. Aldi shop next door if on route through France and need supplies and McDonald’s over the road for a late night meal.

very friendly staff, the hotel is as described

Comfortable, clean, easy to reach from motorways. Wash basin wasn’t draining properly and water would stand for long time. Shower was excellent although shower door wouldn’t let enough room to a larger person. Despite this, the hotel is great value for money and would not hesitate to come back.

Really great!

Hotel is great and the price is good. We stayed there overnight on the way to Switzerland. It was so good so we booked it again on our way back to England. The only negative was the poor breakfast.

The property was bright inside, parking was good and secure, staff were friendly and spoke English to us. The rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable.

We did not have a breakfast here so we cannot comment on the food. The restaurant opposite is now closed which gives the feeling of neglect, which is a shame. However, McDonald's, also opposite, do make nice coffee! The hotel is located close to a bus stop which we did use and have used in the past. It is a quick journey into the centre of Reims. We would stay here again.

Nice and clean.

This was a one night stopover from the Calais ferry and was a perfect place to stay for the night. Clean, easy and open 24h (as we checked in at 2.30am due to a delayed ferry.)

Petit prix, petits services mais propre

Accueil le soir vers 20h : à peine un bonjour, pas d’explications sur la wifi ou même les horaires du petit déjeuner. Ne pas compter sur un sourire non plus. Une serviette de toilette par personne et un oreiller par personne, bref le strict minimum. Le matin : petit déjeuner plus que limité (pas de salé, ni de jus autre qu’à l’orange). Pour le prix, je vous le DÉCONSEILLE. Par contre : - propre - calme - bonne situation

Ok for the price and used as an overnight stop en route to Italy. Fine for the price basic but clean, can’t comment on breakfast as only there about 6 hours. Think used by truckers in general but was great for our purpose

This was a last minute booking and didn’t expect much TBH: however it was clean and neat, I have been in dirtier 5 star hotels in the UK . Don’t be put off by the cheap price it’s actually great value

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The cleaners were constantly using the elevators, so they were very slow. The Italian restaurant opposite has now closed, so it is now necessary to drive 3.5 km into town to eat. However, there are loads of good restaurants in the pedestrianised city centre with a large, fairly cheap underground car park, so that's actually a positive factor. Otherwise, the hotel is basic but cheap, good for an overnight stay en route to the south of France or back. They need to improve their breakfast offering hough - cheap but very basic.

Clean and sufficient for overnight stay. Area felt unsafe too many feral youths around McDonald’s opposite. After recent riots a nervousness about the place. Hotel was secure though and had locked gates parking but at a cost of €3 a night! First come first served. Glad we got in early as full later on.

You get what your paying for

Room ok, very small same for bathroom/shower. Breakfast is bread and bread and yogurt (not good quality yogurt) coffee and juice. There are restaurants around and an Aldi across the street (A closed Italian restaurant across the street provides free parking) The Uber app works and while it can take time they will come and pick you up cost 8-13E to get down to the train station or Cathedral.

Another pillow, and another towel. Excellent tram link to centre. Very clean.

The room was immaculately clean and tidy and had a very pleasing fresh smell. The shower was hot and powerful, and it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. However, two minor points - there was no fresh water available and when I asked at reception they told me they didn't have any. This was odd and I thought they could have provided a jug of fresh water. I also requested a hairdryer, and they said they didn't have one. The previous time I stayed, one was available. A minor inconvenience however.

Great hotel for families

We stopped overnight as a midway point between Disneyland Paris and our next holiday destination. It did what we needed perfectly: late check-in (arrived after midnight having stayed for Disney fireworks), large enough room to sleep a family of 5, safe parking, breakfast options (although we popped to the Aldi opposite to buy some pastries for the drive). The rooms were basic but the beds were comfortable, it was clean, quiet and the shower was powerful (free shower gel was also nice). Good value for a room that sleeps 5. I recommend this as an option for a short stay.

The hotel itself is okay. Helpful staff, room as expected. The area is somewhat dodgy. Cars racing in the street and doing handbrake turns as well as a helmetless but masked motorcycle rider made us worry about the security of our car.

Strange location, but clean, secure and surprisingly spacious rooms. Breakfast was a bit limited, and we had to go to the McDonalds over the road for a late-night dinner on arrival. Buy a pleasant stay and we’d certainly go back for another overnight stop.

Perfect for a family

Perfect family room. It was so lovely being a family of 5 and not having to book two rooms. Beds were comfortable. Everything was super clean. Didnt hear anyone else which meant a great night's sleep.

Excellent location, just off the motorway and with plenty of eateries nearby. Very clean, with modern feel. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be for slightly bigger/firmer pillows.

This hotel has reconciled me with Premiere Classe!

A basic room is to be expected from a Premiere Classe. Past experiences in other hotels from the same chain have included cigarette burns on the bedding, manky plastic prefab bathrooms, and a bedroom door which would not shut. I had stopped staying at them as it did not seem right to subject my children to those sorts of conditions. I only booked this one because of the good reviews. Well... This hotel has been renovated. Our room was in great condition and was clean. It had a real bathroom with tiles and quality fittings. Wonder of wonders, we were able to get a room for 5 people (which fits our family)! Overall, we were happy to take our children there and would book again. It was easy to get to from the motorway, and just right for an overnight stay en route. Improvements I would like to see: -Better mattresses (more like Premier Inn, less like Ikea's cheapest) -It would be fantastic to have a kettle in the room Other minor complaints are that they charge 3E per night per car for parking, to be paid on arrival. I have never had to pay for parking at a Premiere Classe before. Also, the fire alarm went off after midnight because someone had been smoking in their room. It's great to call them out on it, but not so great to traipse out with tired children for nothing. I hope the culprit was prosecuted or something.

We were very late and the staff were very helpful on the phone and when we arrived. We liked it was a gated location with luggage in and on the car. Very friendly reception when we arrived and left. The room was a good size for the stay and very good value for money

Breakfast disappointing

Good location if travelling through France and want a place to stay close to the motorway. Breakfast very poor so not worth it. You are better off buying some pastries at the Aldi opposite the hotel.

Staff were friendly and able to communicate in english. Room was comfortable for 5…..could do with more pillows.

Very friendly and efficient check-in. Clean and functional rooms. Shower soap, towels and new clean linen. New property with safe east access parking to the Autoroute. McDs is across the road if required (?) and Italian chain restaurant is passable.

Stop over en-route to the South. Absolutely spot on for what we needed. Clean, safe and great price. Secure self-parking - gates locked at night. Handy Italian restaurant right across the road.
