Not recommended - 1 star at best. Unkempt grounds, smelled of urine. No amenities, WiFi was pay for service. Check in was done through a security window - on duty clerk was not customer service oriented.

Dirty walls, doors, floor, rusted bathtub, electric outlets not working, I ask for a non smoking and the room smells like cigarettes and cat, noisy neighbors. Thank God we only went to sleep but eventhou we were not able to sleep. I wish I could get my money back, hotel not worth what I paid

Best price if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head for the night. The rooms are a little too outdated for my taste. And the tv was the size of my iPhone, J.K.

A lot of head boards banging it was pretty exciting. It was coming from all directions...almost like surround sound.

The properties have not upgraded their bathrooms ever. They also have customers that stay long term.

staff was very accommodating and friendly, but bed and sheets were not comfortable. Felt like K. TV was outdated, same with cracked sink. Hella tweakers walking around and we heard a couple fighting next to us, almost called the police. 🙀

Far too many maintenance issues. After checking in, I was too tired from traveling to complain to get another room. But the A/C didn't work. The sink was all cracked up and leaking. The toilet tissue holder was too stretched to hold the roll, it takes two screws to replace. The shower was damaged and rusted, in addition to slow draining, see photos. There was 6 inches of water during showering. Then the mattress felt like a sheet on hay. I must add though, that the room seemed very clean and neat.

Worst I have ever seen it was discussing. Was definitely not what it stated on line. It smelled horrible sheets look dirty, toilet didn’t work, floor was dirty, curtains didn’t close correctly and were so dirty it was just a horrible place.

I didnt like the sheer disrespect of the managment. Poor communication with their staff. I checked in jist after midnight and managment was at my door at 8am telling me noone is supposed to be in my room, with an attitude and came back 3 more times while im trying to get reat before check p ut to jeep telling me im not registered and noone should be jn the room, so i had to call my boyfriend while he was at work to get the reciept and after all rhat time wasted and i couldn't sleep they say one of the staff had checksd us out this morning right after checking us in. There was no apology for the inconvenience just kre attitude telling me we need to pay bedore 11 if we are ataying.

To tell you the truth, the only reason this was not 5 stars is because the knucklehead above us apparently did jumping jacks until 2am! Other than that, I highly recommend this Premier Inn.

We liked that the front desk really went out of their way to accommodate us after a check in but it was taken care of with speed. Ww will definitely stay here as much as possible. Thanks 😊

Room was not cleaned. Dirty floors, and bathroom was small and was out dated. Bed looked like sheets were just thrown on the bed. Overall not satisfied.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom needed some repairs to the wall. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was good. Very small TV.

The ladies up front were great but the hotel was a dump. It smelled of dried urine and lemon fabuloso. The toilet ran all night, the door didn’t shut all the way, there was no chair to sit on, the shower head fell off, and we left a day early.

Everyone nice. Room smelled like a 80 yearold grandma has been smoking pall malls in it for 2 decades.

Not worth the cost

Normally people say you get what you pay for and that is not the case. For paying over 115 dollars as soon as you walk in to the room I was like this was a mistake. Additionally all night until like 2 am people were outside blasting music and security did nothing. On top of there was a car there people were getting in and out of right next to mine doing drugs.

Not what I expected

Staff was rude, cockroaches and other bugs live there more than guests, spider in the shower (kids didn’t like that) I’ll have to stay clear of this place.

The room was clean beds we’re comfortable the a/c worked amazing and the room had plenty of towels and toiletries

You Get What You Pay For

I stayed here to break up my drive enroute to California. I chose it based on its price and proximity to I10. The moment I entered the room I knew I chose the wrong place. It was very spartan, the furniture and fixtures were all worn, as if from a thrift shop; it appeared a new floor had been laid but it had large gaps between the main room and the bathroom; a large tile in the bathroom in front of the toilet was caved in; the on/off switches on the lamps barely worked; the mini fridge wasn't level. That evening I decided to lock myself in the room and watch TV since the area near the "Inn" didn't feel safe to me with a bunch of people hanging around outside. To my dismay, the TV only had one channel, one! It was a local Phoenix station but had so many political ads between shows that I just shut it off and went to sleep so I could get out of there as soon as possible the next morning. I was up at 4am, dropped off my key card, and got out of that place as quickly as I could. Should I ever stop over in the Phoenix area again enroute to California or any other place, I will cough up the extra money to stay in a well-known chain where I know I'll be safe and the room will be in good working condition.

Location location location!!! Restaurants and shoppers center near by. Room with the basic staff. Pillows not comfortable.

The property is located with quick access to I-10. That’s a plus. But the property itself is run down and dirty. My room was dirty, outdated, broken and loose tiles. The old saying goes you pay for what you get. The room is inexpensive if you need somewhere to stay the night and hit the road again.

Was not asked for smoking or non smoking room. The room smelled bad on top of the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Staff was rude, also the lobby was closed and you have to check in through a tiny window with a bright light shining in your face, to make matters worst this is a bad area with a lot of vagrants loitering around.

My room was dirty, the sink was broken and it was very hard to shut the water off. The door to the room was bent. Inside the drawer was writing. Toilet had burnt marks on it. No coffee, felt unsafe. Terrible hotel!!!

The walls inside the room were dirty. Seems to need a new paint job. But overall would stay again.

My opinion is that the you get what you pay for. I think next time I rather stay somewhere that I have to pay a little more but that offers a more pleasant stay

My stay was horrible!! Three weeks in a row was three sets of unique problems, week#1 rooms were not cleaned right, dirty towls were left by the cleaning staff. Week#2 same issue with the cleanliness of the room, it had a funny odor and the bed was broken. Week#3 and this was the last strike the beds were in such bad condition it was hard to sleep and when pulling the bed away from the wall to get my phone i noticed it was filthy and hadnt been cleaned properly in some time ill upload pics if possible. The area is over run by street walkers and the police were very harassing like paying customers were doing something wrong it was all around a bad experience i would not recommend staying here at all!!!

Bathroom was in such disrepair. Tub faucets and drain was rusty, grout around the tub was missing. Sink was so cracked. Another guest was smoking pot, this was to be a smoke free property. Went to front desk to ask for another room she was busy. Ended up giving her the key and tell her we were not staying.

Booked a room at Premier Inns Tolleson to stay after taking my daughter and her teenage friends to a concert at the Talking Stick Amphitheatre nearby. Checked into the room before the show hoping to freshen up. Property was located directly behind a large porn shop, and seemed very sketchy. First room was a smoking room facing the pool. We could not deal with the smell, so I asked for a non-smoking room. That room was on first floor facing the porn store. It only had one flimsy lock on the door and did not feel safe for 4 women to be staying at alone. We immediately decided we would be better off driving home 3 hours after the show than staying there and turned in our keys never to return!

Bed comforter were dirty. Shower head wasn't working properly. No courtesy plastic cup and ice container.

When we first made the reservation we made it for the following night in the night after that which we didn't find out till we got to the front desk. So we just made another reservation for that night. So that meant that we had the room for 3 days. The following morning we were made to check out of the room and check back in at 4:00 which was a huge inconvenience to us when we tried two nicely ask I think it accommodated in any way and find us a room to move to without having to move everything down to our car instead if we didn't check out the room immediately they would put us on a DNR list which means do not run into we would never be able to get from anywhere. The pool says it's open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. but they close it at 6:00 p.m. the ice machine is broken in the room stink I could go on but I believe that's it enough.
