In a neighborhood with a lot of construction, staff are very friendly and helpful, close to the metro so easy to move around and taxis are always available, there is a shuttle to the mall, many cheap eateries around for a quick bite. Property is clean. Enjoyed our stay

They are not even help with luggage. Rooms are small and there is foul smell in the rooms.

Between the airport and the city and 5 minutes walk from the Metro. Very good price and exactly what we wanted for a short stay. Lovely pool area on top.

The check in staff were not friendly, didn’t feel welcomed, first impressions weren’t good at all. They didn’t have my booking info printed out on file and felt all the costs were outlined clearly beforehand via email. Upon arrival it felt a bit hectic. Felt that the original price included everything but was quoted different in person. I also needed assistance with my luggage and the door staff stated there is no bellboy here rudely out loud, they told me to take the trolley and load my luggage and to bring it back down. Never experienced this in a hotel in Dubai! Especially for the amount we as customers are paying for the stay. Wish I knew this beforehand.

Checked in and went to the room and come to find out they were having construction next door. They were making alot of noise and went to reception to let them know and they wanted me to take 2 twin bed room instead of my king which is what i reserved. Customer service not very accommodating until i had to raise my voice.

Calm and clean place. A lot of shops around for budget friendly food and groceries.

Excellent stay. Quiet, clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Metro station 5 min walk. Rooftop pool was lovely. A 'hot and taste' restaurant nearby that had good food for a reasonable price. Gave us a late checkout till 4pm for 50 dirham.

The staffs were amazing and quite helpful but the rooms were smaller than expected compared to other Premier inn in other countries visited.

It's safe, convenient, the room was clean and smells fresh. The linens and pillows smell fresh. Close to metro and other shopping areas and close to the airport. Staff were very nice.

Premier Inn Hotel Al Jaddaf

Nice and very quiet room. Breakfast buffet is just Ok. Not much choices for an international buffet but service crews are friendly and attentive. The location is not so good as you have to walk to and from Metro under the scorching heat of the sun. It will be much nicer if we visit at winter time. Can request for late check out up to 3PM for a few of AED50. Most hotels I stay don't really charge for late check out if the room is available. There's a nice and affordable restaurant near the hotel.

Excellent hotel with perfect reception, cleaning (specially Anita), clean swimming pool, clean gym with all equipment. Affordable cost. Excellent place to stay will come back.

I book premier inn as it’s pretty standard worldwide. So you know what you’re getting. Always comfortable and clean Which they didn’t have bathtubs. Open shower is always better.

I had a great time. Very combiner location to most places down town. Quiet environment and clean room.

Overall the stay was pleasant. However, I didnt like the following things. 1) they didnt have toilotries in the washroom. Upon request, they did give but still no comb, lotions, etc. 2) Asked for knife in the room and was asked to come down to first floor and get it. Bad service as i had to call reception and restaurant multiple times as each one was saying to contact the other. 3) No airport shuttle

Overall we had a good stay even though parking on some days was a challenge.

The hotel was always clean. The staff was pleasant at all times. I wish the pool stayed open later. It closes at 8 pm and the industry standard is usually 10. However, they also keep a lifeguard on duty which I don’t think I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Overall, I would 1000 percent stay at Premier Inn Al Jadaf if I ever visited Dubai. Our family had two rooms next to each other and it was an awesome vacation❤️

The place is comparable to Hilton. If you are driving and have to park a car after 7 pm you might be out of luck as parking space are limited for the size of the hotel. Staff is very helpful.hotel is clean.

I am in the hotel and schedule to depart today but on request to grant 30 minutes, they inform that since you have booked through Expedia although hotel is not busy due to Eid holidays, they refuse to extend check out till 1300 hours which means I have booked though hotel that would have extended even 1400 hours, Isn’t this surprising?

Not your average Premier Inn

I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns, all in the UK until this trip and I was interested to see whether the experience was the same. I was not disappointed, it was much better. Not at all what I'd expect from a "no frills" hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful (as you'd expect) but the hotel itself was so clean and tidy, I could have easily believed this was a much higher star-rated hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, both hot and cold. Whilst I didn't get chance to use either the pool or the gym due to lack of time on my part, the fact that the hotel had them, and that they were available for all guests was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism isn't really about the hotel itself, it's just a shame that the local area is still undergoing heavy construction. This wasn't an issue for noise at all, it was just a little contrasting to some of the other beautiful areas of the city. I have a feeling though that, if I was to visit again in a couple of years, the whole area would look very different.

Great stay overall here, everyone is so nice and friendly, especially Annie, each morning I go for breakfast and she never fails to come over and greet me with a big friendly smile on her face!! She is definitely makes a good start to my day!

The staff was very helpful and this was a great location to stay. It is close to many restaurants and Metro station.

The staff are fantastic. From the reception staff, cleaning, bar staff, pool attendeñt, in my 9 days there i had excellent service. Al Jadaf is a massive building site, but itbis a good location for the WTC and the city center. Gòod value drinks and food for Dubai.

Convenient location for Dubai. Very reasonable rates. Plenty of parking. Views are disappearing with more and more construction of the area. Quite busy. Fabulous pub and restaurant. Food is excellent. We didn’t opt for breakfast but there’s a costa coffee inside the hotel as well. Third time we’ve stayed here and this time big issues with their fire alarms shocking us at 4 am for two days running. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
