The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. However the shower was very small. I could only get into it sideways and every time I moved I accidentally nudged against the tap and turned it off. I am of average size. Also on two days there were no bath towels in the bathroom

Comfortable stay good breakfast maid kept entering room without checking first and no Do Not Disturb sign in room. Staff pleasant and hotel in great location for airport/Palma buses plus others and main taxi rank.

Positives: central location, nice hotel, easy to get beds at the pool, 2 free drinks at Jutlandia Negatives: rooms barely cleaned and mould around the shower. The maid left the master key in our room TWICE and reception didn’t care, maid also left our door open while we were out for hours - reported to reception with zero apology! My mum had an electric shock from the hairdryer in the bathroom due to exposed wires. Safe did not work and when reported, reception advised they’d need to call maintenance and had no idea when they’d be out - they never ever showed. Apart from the young female working, bar service was lacking - slow and not the friendliest. Checked out and weren’t asked about our stay etc. room also had 1 bath towel which wasn’t ideal.

It’s very close to the beach, nice clean and value for money. I would recommend others to go there, visit and experience the beauty.

It is a very nice hotel, it’s modern and actually look like the images it’s advertising. They have a great breakfast in the morning and staff are very helpful. The location is just on the corner of the beach with nice restaurants nearby. The strip is within 5 mins walking distance along the beech. Great value for money I would return again.

Very clean and tidy. Rooms were nice though on the small size, tea and coffee making facilities would have been a plus. Pool area nice though too quiet. Restaurant and breakfast good. Bar area lacked atmosphere. On the whole a lovely hotel, just needs some life injected into it.

A very relaxing experience, delicious choice of breakfast. Fantastic clean swimming pool area, separate sun bathing area. Friendly staff, helpful. Would suggest coffee /tea facilities in the rooms.

Thought everything was great, cleanliness, staff, facilities. The service at the bar and around the pool was excellent and so was the breakfast. The location is also excellent. My only little thing is that the shower was very very small. Would perhaps have sacrificed a smaller sink are in the bathroom for a larger shower.

This is a nice, small, hotel which is quiet but very well situated close to the beach and local restaurants. Nice rooms, good air con, excellent staff. Overall we had a really nice holiday staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights. Thought breakfast could be better but other than that a nice hotel in a prime location. Will return.

Disappointing staff could do with some customer training not very pleasant rooms small shower tiny patio door didn’t lock when reported it told nothing they could do about it so emailed manager complaining with in half an hour room changed but feel Penalised because of this as asked for late check out told we couldn’t telephone call Asking to take towel of balcony although several Others who were not told to take down shame as hotel good location clean and good food not even asked on check out if everything ok had we enjoyed it

Great place to stay

Very good. Great location.. fantastic staff.. spotlessly clean...plenty to choose from at breakfast...well stocked and reasonably priced bar..a very good choice.

Excellent!

Whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We had a suite and it was very spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. Toiletries were provided which for a short break is a great asset as we only brought hand luggage. Breakfast was included and there was a massive choice to suit all needs. If I was to be really picky, the only down side was the traffic noise but i wouldn't let this put you off as the hotel is very good value for money and is in a great location.

Great Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast

Super friendly staff and one of the best hotel breakfasts you can get. Stayed as a couple for 1 night at the end of May. We had the suite on the first floor with wrap around balcony. My only complaint would be that the pool was not heated so might as well not had a pool. This would stop me staying again as I never visit in High Season. Otherwise could not fault the place.

DESIGN of this hotel was amazing! Worth to look around and find little details of stylish place. For this price we have found amazing stylish clean apartment in very good place close to the beach!

Weekend away in the sun 🌞

Checking in was a breeze 👌staff were extremely friendly.The room was amazing and location of the hotel was perfectly placed as just a short stroll to Main Street and restaurants/bars.Will definitely be staying there again.And if you are a golfer or sun worshiper it’s perfect A1.

Lovely hotel that did the job. Good area and very clean and modern. It could do with a few touches to make it perfect - kettle in the room, bigger pool, more sun lounges and the option of a later check out needs to be a must. I would stay again as the staff were very friendly and breakfast/ bar restaurant was really nice. Nice for a week in the sun and good location!

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel well situated for bus and taxi transport. Close to a beautiful beach only 5 mins walk. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of Santa Ponsa in general. The hotel was lovely and all the staff very polite and courteous. The food was amazing. I would recommend the Plaza Santa Ponsa for a relaxing holiday. We will most certainly come back.

Good Hotel, a little bit to loud, not any possibility to dry your stuff, but for the Price is it good.

Good choice

Just returned from this lovely Hotel,we stayed half board and the food was great,good choices for breakfast and the evening meals were the best we have had at any previous Hotel,I believe that the chef and the waiter lease the restaurant from the hotel the presentation was Michinal star quality was no surprise that so many non residents used the restaurant.

Lovely hotel close to the beach

Well situated near to shops,resteraunts,etc.the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative thing i can say there was no vip check in and there was no bathrobe or slippers as described on website.

Excellent Hotel great location

We spent one week in the Plaza Santa Ponsa Hotel and it was one of our best holidays ever. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The Hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and is in a great location. Breakfast was great with loads of choice.We would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning in the future.

Better than expected

Great hotel and lovely staff. Very clean and modern. We were a group of 6 friends just having a long relaxing weekend. Everyone was really helpful but not intrusive allowing us to enjoy our own company and get on with our holiday. Would revisit.

Brilliant adults only hotel

This is an excellent adults only hotel. Noteworthy elements: - decor and cleanliness is off the scale - rooms have great air con - the shower in our (top floor) room was brilliantly powerful - pool area is perfectly sized; never had to wait for a subbed/wake at 0600 to reserve one - the breakfasts (for a Brit who loves breakfast) are excellent with a huge selection - location is great with more restaurants/supermarkets/ice-cream parlours within walking distance than you could possibly need. Just because I have to think of points to improve: - room was “cosy” (but plenty big enough and a big bed and good mattress, and bathroom was a separate room rather than the silly cubicle style bathrooms some lower end hotels have) - hotel bar was expensive (especially the “mock-tails”) but did have a good grange of drinks. Summary The hotel feels boutique and everything is a high-standard... we would choose to stay here again when we return to Santa Ponsa (and we don’t revisit the same hotels ever).

Excellent location, great staff and service. Good breakfast. I was poorly whilst staying here and the staff were kind enough to bring breakfast to the room. We also had to leave at 3am for our flight home and they kindly let us have some fruit and juice before our journey, it’s the little things like this that makes the difference x

Plaza Santa Ponsa 😄

Lovely hotel with breakfast included well worth it. Only small issue was the flying baby cockroaches in the evening meant we couldn't make use of our balcony although staff were apologetic helped with a spray to alleviate the situation, also the entrance to the hotel had a greater issue with the little blighters! This did not stop us enjoying our stay nor would it deter me from staying again. Lovely hotel, great staff so helpful would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

I had looked at reports before booking and it didn't disappoint us. I have a message to the senior management team look after the staff that are presently work for you they are excellent and responsible for your high rating, I have worked in the industry over 40 years and the work force around you is important

7th visit, best place to stay in Majorca if you like a bit more classy.

Too noisy

It was really noisy in the evenings even with the window closed.

Lovely hotel close to everything

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. Rooms very clean, pool area very modern. Everyone very friendly and breakfast was lovely !! The slightest issue was the smell of sewage when leaving our room on the last day but that was it. Everything else was truly perfect. Location was a dream too! Beach opposite, bars and restaurants either side. Taxi rank outside. Will definitely return!

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my wife. great room, great food & really friendly staff. I hope to stay at this hotel again. Only slight issue was no courtsey room as we had a late flight.

Fantastic again and again

This is our 4th visit to the hotel. Every time we come over to visit family we stay here. staff are great, friendly and polite. Rooms are always spotless. beds and pillows are comfortable. looks like a 5* hotel on the inside. bar staff are great and the drinks are delicious. there is a wide variety for breakfast, but warning to the English, don't expect a typical cooked English breakfast. sausages are usually hot dogs and bacon is streaky Only down side was our last visit, our view was the side car park and the bins, rather than the street and beach. not too bothered though. don't touch the mini bar unless you have the money, very expensive. Overall fantastic stay and i would recommend to anyone staying in Mallorca

Amazing Hotel and Location

stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break with a friend, very modern and up to date hotel, rooms were cleaned every day, pool area and lounge area were amazing, plenty of sun loungers, breakfast was included in the price and was buffet style with sausages, eggs, bacon, beans etc.. the hotel staff were very friendly and always welcoming you when you entered and left the hotel, cocktails were brilliant and well worth the price, great location and right across from the beach, would definitely stay here again!

Awesome staff and clean

My son and I stayed for a week Staff are fantastic. The only small caution is that the shower in our bathroom was very small. Nevertheless the water was hot and very powerful. While there is no spa the pool is very adequate and modern. Our room overlooked the main street and was a little noisy but we are both good sleepers so not a problem. I would strongly recommend you try this hotel. Modern and welcoming

Nice hotel in a very central location

Arrived late at night but check in was very quick. Hotel pool was well positioned but water was very cold and plenty of loungers available. Bus stop and taxi rank just outside front door and beautiful beach across the street. plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.Food of a good standard and reasonably priced. Stayed B&B in hotel, plenty of choice but sausages and bacon not to my taste. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Modern hotel close to beach

Nice friendly staff. Very modern looking and 2 minute walk to the lovely beach. Good central location and ideal for a short break. Bar area very nice. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Now for the negatives. No coffee making facilities in room which was a real shame. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together so separated as soon as you lay in the middle. A double room ISNT two single beds! Only two tiny drawers so really wouldnt be sufficient for anything more than a few days stay. Pool not heated and way too cold to use. Didnt see anyone go in which was a shame as it was a lovely area to relax. That aside we had a lovely break

Delightful hotel

This hotel was perfect for our short getaway. The property is modern and in fantastic condition; clean and well kept. Although small, the room was bright amd had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally across from the beach - about a 5 minute walk. We would recommend this hotel hands-down!

Nice hotel, close to the beach

Good food selection, clean rooms and close to the beach. No private parking offered by the hotel, instead there is a municipal parking with really narrow spaces near the hotel and may be busy during high season.

Hotel super clean, also rooms were , breakfast loads of quality choices, we stayed half board and the evening Meals are first class, maybe if staying more than 3 days a little more choice on set menu. can be a little noisy At the front of hotel, staff very attentive and dealt with all queries we had . Pool is a great chilled out area. Excellent location overlooking the beach , definitely would recommend this hotel .

Absolutely fantastic .

Excellent reception staff, room was beautiful street view that overlooked the park, it was 100 percent for cleanliness . Breakfast was lovely fresh juice fresh fruit, cooked breakfast was lovely and I made my own pancakes everyday with the machine! They were the best ever. Cocktails at night were amazing served by friendly staff every night. This is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time and we would definitely go back. I am just waiting for a price match from Expedia but they are dragging their feet.

Nice modern hotel with friendly helpful staff

We were greeted at check in by a lovely lady who booked us in and ensured we received our welcome drink. The room was very modern and had a small fridge. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was lovely and had everything you needed including a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit on our first day. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Used the pool most day and paid a deposit for the use of pool towels. Very close to the beach and some good restaurants in the area.

Fantastic 10 night stay in Aug 17 - family friendly, great staff, attentive and courteous at all times Smallish pool but not much else I could criticise Great choice at Breakfast (included), trendy bar and restaurant also attached to Hotel, which has Fantastic cocktails open everyday until 1am Whilst the hotel is on the main Road and on a roundabout, is situated right at the centre of Santa Ponsa The Road did not detract from the Boutique feel of the Hotel - great furnishing and style throughout the Hotel

Good central hotel

Friendly staff small but adequate pool. Only down side is the lack of more sunshades. Need at least 5 more. I would suggest just having b & b as there are numerous restaurants which surround this hotel.

Excellent Hotel. Room spotless and bright and clean with plenty of mirrors and pug sockets. Free Room Safe and free Wifi. Pool and other areas quiet and again clean and tidy. Breakfast choice excellent. The only recommendation I would like to make is that there were only 3 umbrellas by the pool so lots of sunbeds available but no Umbrella protection from the sun. Fabulous clean and modern hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza boutique Santa Ponsa. We were late arriving due to flights delays but dispute the 5 a.m arrival the desk attendant was very helpful and polite. Our decorated with towels and flowers . Our balcony had 2 fabulous loungers and a separate seating area with table overlooking then pool area.The umbrella was a fantastic shade.to sit and read. We had a small problem with our air conditioning but on reporting it we later returned to a fabulous cool room and enjoyed a great nights sleep. We stayed on a b&b basis and we thoroughly enjoyed the choice of breakfast available with seating in or outdoors. After an evening out we enjoyed a drink in out hotel bar. They had the largest selection of gins I've seen. It was great to enjoy people watching before heading back to our room. The resort has a lovely beach that was being enjoyed by both family, young and older couples. Sunday saw the locals come with heir picnic tables and games. So fantastic to see them really enjoying family life we paid to keep our room until 6 p.m which was a bonus as we we're flying until 10 in the evening. This meant we could take full advantage of our last day knowing we could returns to use our room and keep our belongings safe.. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenince, beautiful setting, facilities and the staff who always greeted you with a smile .

Central location

Great hotel. Clean, quiet. Everything you could need.

Amazing hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here, plenty of variety for breakfast, I loved the chocolate fountain!! Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The only thing that was a disappointment was the size of the shower cubicle, the doors to get in the shower is not particularly wide and with a pregnant belly I just managed to get in but even once in it is difficult not to knock the tap so it switches off or to really hot/cold.

Been to Santa Ponsa many times and really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very nice clean quiet and great location.

Modern, great location. Very clean. Wonderful food

The breakfast is a must. Loved the giant sunbeds on the first. Nice to lie on at night with a drink watching the stars. Bus and taxi stop right outside with buses to palma everu 10 mins. Very quiet considering the location which is on a roundabout facing the beach right in the centre of the resort. Would recommend.

Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from, nice, calm and quiet. Chilled atmosphere. Just a couple minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

Hotel overbooked. Bad start to the holiday

We arrived at the hotel only to be told they were overbooked. And it was the fault of the booking company. They then told us that we would be moved to another four star hotel. They arrange a taxi which took us on a 2 minute journey to the other hotel. Thus other hotel allocated us a room on the 2nd floor which overlooked another hotel car park. This was being used as a storage area for building works. Luckily we were only staying for one night so the bad start did not affect our holiday overall. I don't believe the price we paid was reflected in the quality of the substitute hotel we were sent to.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff polite and quite friendly but seems a little like they're going through the motion at times. Wifi was an absolute nightmare first didn't work for the first 2 days we were there and then kept logging me out every 3 minutes!!! I ended up using my own internet which I had to pay for. Other than that a great place to stay, fantastic location, very friendly breakfast and bar staff

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel on business. Perfect every time, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good food, amazing cocktails!
