Location was perfect
Everything was great!
Great location
Charge for Resort fee when u have a closed Pool And Spa!
I was really angry that there was no coffee maker in the room. I have never stayed at any hotel that did not have coffee makers in the room. I should not have to get dressed and go to the shopping mall to get my morning coffee. I want to be able to have my coffee in the peace & quiet of my own room. This still has me angry. Other than that it was ok. The drinks are way overpriced.
Good , clean
Excellent
I enjoyed the location and the access to the mall. Many food choices. I did not enjoy the music from the pool pulsating our room at 9am. I also did not enjoy the many panhandlers and people dressed up asking for tips to take pictures. Seemed excessive outside the front door of this hotel.
Easy stay.
Location right in the center of the Las Vegas strip
Had a great time here
Very large property, easy to get an uber.
Do not stay here…
First. We were told that we could check in whenever we go there after 2pm. We tried checking in at 3. The woman behind the counter said she said would see what she could do. So my friend gave her a $60 tip for her trying. She said come back in 30 minutes for the room keys. We came back at 330, they weren’t ready. We came back at 4pm (normal check in time) his was ready. Mine wasn’t. I didn’t even get an apology. Just a rude tone. I came back down at 430pm because I was going to switch hotels but the room was finally ready. The moment we got off the elevator, the stench of marijuana filled the hallway. My room and my friends room constantly smelled like marijuana. We spoke the the front desk when we went out to dinner that night and the person behind the counter said “yeah, it’s always like that”. Really? Anyways. When we got back to the hotel room that night, we really saw the condition of the room. There weren’t even bed sheets on the bed! One of the lights didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom leaked bad. The toilet barely flushed. The AC in the room barely worked as well. The property is run down and dirty. The staff are even worse. I tried to switch hotels 2x in my 3 day stay but didn’t have the money.
The sheets are rough. Takes a long time for hot water in the shower, no hot water in sinks. Shower does not drain.
After visiting different hotels in Vegas, Planet Hollywood is my first choice. Location is fantastic almost at the middle of the strip, with plenty of restaurants and attractions all around. The price is great and has plenty of amenities fridge in the room, great pools, etc. I was disappointed that the room hasn’t a coffee maker but I am aware that some rooms do so next time for sure I will make sure I will get one.
Me gustó mucho por la accesibilidad al centro comercial. Sin embargo, el estacionamiento lo encontré un poco retirado. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.
Its close to the vegas strip. Offers shows in theater on property. Great location. Connected to the mall.
loved it
Great upgrade
We were offered an upgrade and early check in for $25 whick was perfect as we were tied up till 7pm so it was great to check in early and have a view of the Sphere.
Constant cigarette smoke, marijuana smell whenever outside, property needs update and looks worn, drink prices too high. Noisy in room.
I had a great time at Planet Hollywood.
Very smoky smell and the shower was lukewarm. Extra nightly fees are too high for what’s included.
Parking garage is far from lobby and directions were confusing.
everything good
Terrible and inconvenient self parking situation and very far from the hotel. Unfriendly and quite frankly rude staff. Would not recommend this property or stay there we again.
Good location and that's all I can say good about this hotel. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired and gloomy interior. Restaurants nothing special even for breakfast had to go to other hotels. My eighth visit to Las Vegas worst choice of hotel.
There are so many options and the resort is so big I was on over load. I would have had to stay another few days to figure out where everything was. Very nice and friendly place with many options.
I was playing cards at a machines at the bar. I spent several hundreds of dollars (Ya I did not win) I was told numeracy times I was not playing fast enough to qualify for a drink. They have a light on the back of the machine that says when you have played enough to qualify for a free drink. The bartenders said one of them was Wertin up this was the reason why. Believe me I was playing. It would not have been so bad if the drinks were not so expensive. I was only drinking Jim beam.
good location on the strip
Excellent hotel!
We loved the room, the casino, the restaurants and the view! Great location overlooking the fountains! Close to everything!
Loved this resort. My new fav in Vegas. Centrally located and not overwhelming big casino floor. I usually get lost in the casinos. We upgraded to a resort room was spacious and great view overlooking the pool area. I really enjoyed this property. I would definitely recommend.
Very central to everything.
The room needed cleaning, food dropping and sticky food stain was on the dresser. The shower was pink and black bacteria buildup, the shower needed a lot of cleaning. It look like NO sanitizing or cleaning products was use. Please double check your cleaning service
Cold showers
Room was nice, service was great, shower was cold.
Terrible Terrible check in service. Got bullied into 2 queen rooms instead of 1 with a king bed. Was supposed to be connecting. ISNT. Was supposed to be attractions view. ISNT unless overlooking parking is your idea of attraction. One of the rooms has the smallest window i have seen in a hotel. Terrible. I want my money back.
Excellent place to stay. Clean.
Decent!
Perfect location!
The overall experience was great. But there was not much ventilation, and the front room needs a bit more light.
Excellent stay with so many amenities!
Great stay
The air conditioning system is old and noisy. There was also a constant "rolling" noise from the air conditioner (I think) that could be heard even when the unit was not on. They charge $50 resort fee, but hardly any space around the pool to lay your towel. However, cabanas are available if you cough up $120. Another LV rip off.
Overall, I really liked the hotel. My only issues were that some of the bathroom fixtures were not in great shape. I also would have liked an in room coffee pot, but I guess those aren't always standard in Las Vegas. There are two Starbucks at the resort, so getting some coffee isn't hard, but if you like your cup of joe before you leave the room in the morning, be prepared. Having said that, I'd stay there again.
Great place!!
Central location, well maintained, friendly staff, and on-site entertainment options.
Fun place easily accessible
My room was clean and fresh. I liked the bathrooms all tidy and with all the amenities. We left our phone behind after check out and they made it easy for us to get it back. I liked the checkin and the staff. Everything was nice like the elevators, lobbies, pools, casino, and bathrooms. We felt safe and had lots of fun shopping and taking pics on a mother and daughters vacation.
Planet Hollywood has long been my go-to because of its central location on the Strip. That said, the property is getting pretty dated and that was more noticeable on this trip. Kiosks and virtual assistants helped make check-in and service requests much more convenient. But the lighting in the room was really, really dim — like, need a flashlight dim. I was asked if I wanted an upgraded room (which I’m guessing meant redecorated) for an upcharge at check-in. I opted out, not knowing what I’d be getting for the extra $$. Overall a fun experience but some of the shine has gone out of the place.
I wouldn't stay here again. It had a few cool things but the price when you get there is crazy. We had to pay tu use the seating at the pool and the drinks there cost us $100 for just two. Not the right fit if you want to use the facilities. The 24 hour tacobell was cool though
Very clean, friendly staff, quick and easy check in process.
Walk quite a bit through the shopping from the parking to the room. Staff at the checkin is not friendly.
The view was great! The tub was deep, the bathroom was large.
That it was convenient to shows i was thier to see the hotel was clean easy to navigate and staff was nice and helpful.
The signage is absolutely confusing as can be. You can’t really get from the shops to the hotel easily. You have to go down and walk underground for a while to get to the front lobby. The staff was all super nice and accommodating but the signage and such as a nightmare. There’s no literature on the website exactly where you go and check in. You can’t go in the front doors off the strip, you have to enter by the side street and then self park which isn’t really that close to the main lobby. The hotel itself is decent. Decent rooms. Prices were decent for what it was.
Took forever to check in - no early check in allowed. View was terrible. No coffee in room. Broken dresser drawers. Fridge made noise.
Ability to book and see shows
Great location, good room size.
Entered our room unannounced & used our bathroom??
We stayed 3 nights, the first day two PH employees entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves. The second day, an employee used our bathroom (ew? Smelled terrible). Finally, at 5:30am the night before flying out, a drunk guy banged on our door asking to let him in. We told him to leave and he wouldnt so we called front desk/security. He continues trying to get into our room for 20 minutes before we yelled at him enough to leave. Security never showed up the whole time. We wanted to give PH a chance but were really let down by our experience.
Great location, rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff, very happy with our stay!
Good
Big rooms I enjoyed
Is of check in and check out, appreciated a non-smoking room
Great hotel
Helpful staff everywhere. Clean rooms. Great service. Close to everything
The decor there I didn’t care for. Cade was good and casino decent. Bathroom not so clean and broken toilet seat
Loved the soaking tub
On the strip and in the middle of many Vegas attractions.
Very nice & busy place. Lots of choices for meals. Room & bathroom was huge, perfect for 3 friends. Only downfall was lack of towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & soap. Not enough for 3 females for 4 nights & no coffee machine.
Excellent location
Over charging for simple services, such as parking, use of wheelchair, service fee charges on the atms, extra charges on room service, over charges on food, snacks, and drinks.
Planet Hollywood is at a good location across from the Bellagio and Ceasars Palace. It was clean and the rooms were nice. The pillows on the bed were horrible, very hard and bulky, not at all comfortable for sleeping. Also, we had prepaid for the rooms but were charged $54/night "resort fee?" What the hell is that all about? Not transparent at all.
Thank you PH!!
Great times as always! The view from our room overlooking the fountain was amazing! The room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly.
Easy access to other casinos.
Rooms are clean but need a makeup/vanity mirror in the bathroom. Shower dial handle fell off and hit me in the foot. Rooms did not have a coffee pot Or pen and paper. Parking is too far away. Valet is too expensive. No consigliere in the hotel. Was my first time in law Vegas. My fisnce has stayed there many times but said the service went downhill. Would have been nice to speak to someone who could give me some entertainment ideas.
I like the staff very friendly
Clean
Location
Front desk was very accommodating and helped us. Felt welcomed. Upgraded room was nice.
The location was perfect and the dining options was great
Had a great time. Lots of things to do close by and at hotel.
Never got the room that was booked, in picture was different, room assigned was 679. Towels need to be updated, table lights not working. Was there only for 1 night, 12 hours.
Had a great time
Staff extremely friendly, room was phenomenal
Upbeat and easy going people.
Price is hard to beat. Location is very convenient to shopping and entertainment. Cigarette smoke permeating the whole casino was a bit nauseating and the self parking was a 10 minute walk away.
It was quiet, prompt and kind service. The hotel room itself had some broken faucet handles and not the cleanest bathroom. But overall great for the price we paid. Would stay here again over some of the other properties on the strip. Great location too easy to walk everywhere.
Room was nice but we barely had any hot water. Showers were luke warm at best and there was no body wash provided.
.
Excellent location to everything. Average hotel. I do recommend hotel
Great casino hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Great view of the strip and Bellagio water show. Convenient location. Lots of great restaurants.
The room was tidy and basic. The pool was a nice area for a dip, however exposed if the weather isn’t playing its part. The gym was tired and needed maintenance. As someone who likes to work out daily it was a bit meh - with the ‘out of service’ machines, and noisy others. Really easy to check in - I’d strongly recommend the kiosks. Awesome drop off and pick up area too - made coming and going really easy
Everything was great except for the kiosk check in fail and all the drains in the bathroom were not draining properly.
Our hotel stay was nice, but with a little research before hand I feel it would’ve been better. The only way from the self parking was walking through the shopping center then casino which was really the only inconvenient we encountered. Overall an average to good stay.
Good and convenient location, clean and spacious room and comfortable beds.
great view and parking to hotel is not easy and very long walk with luggages
Parking was something that had troubles
Neat as a pin… That surprised me, because the place is huge! Location is wonderful - across the street from the Bellagio and it’s fountains, and other points of interest are an easy walk away.
I would have given this property an excellent rating if it wasn’t for my garden tub smelling like sewage after the water started to slowly drain out.
The property is very clean. I love that! The staff are super nice. Our room was nice. Beds were comfy. I have zero complaints.
What happens in Vegas gets a review
It was Vegas. The beds were comfy as well as nice bedding but the furniture in the room needs to be replaced ..fabulous views as nd quiet room
Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino | Home in Las Vegas | Travala.com
The furniture in the room was old, the drawers wouldn’t close as they were broken, pillows were bad.The bell boys were rude and openly asking for tips. They were unhelpful and unprofessional.overall it was not as expected.
