Love everything. My favorite hotel in vegas!
Great location and awesome staff!
Great place to stay
At check-in, the valet informed us that there would be an additional charge for parking my vehicle upfront, which I found surprising. After settling into our room, we discovered the key to my car tucked away in one of our bags. To my bewilderment, the hotel staff never asked us for the keys during check-in. As we prepared to check out, the same valet approached us rather frantically, insisting on collecting payment for the overnight valet service again. I was caught off guard and explained that I had already paid this fee at check-out. Unfortunately, I could not immediately locate my receipt . The valet persisted, altering the amount he claimed we owed in an attempt to negotiate another payment from us. After a few tense moments, I finally found the receipt and presented it to him. Upon seeing the proof of payment, his demeanor changed, and he abruptly left us alone. This unpleasant experience overshadowed our stay, and I have decided never to return to this hotel again.
Staff was far more accommodating than the staff at Paris Hotel. Property is aging and could use a face lift. Location is great and everything is close at hand. Would return here if it wasn’t owned by Caesars.
Nice sized room and good bathroom,
Not the best stay
My friend and I learned this trip that Vegas is not a place for us. The hotel was not what we had expected. The room that was given, 1510, there was no attraction view other than the back of PH building and the attraction piece painted on the closet door. The room was dim only good listening was the bathroom. There was cigarette or smoke smell lingering in room. The towels and sheets were stained. Left an item behind and it was noted nothing was found in room when it was cleaned which was untrue. My headphones were stolen by staff/housekeeping. To get help, we had to call housekeeping numerous times for the same clean towels. It was not a pleasant stay.
I had several issues: 1. There are 6 elevators for the north tower, only 2 worked. 2. There was no hot water in the mornings, only in the afternoon and evening. 3. Housekeeping NEVER came to make up the room for my entire stay. 4. The sheets could be categorized as an exfoliant. 5. The room was a great size and had a fridge.
Close to everything
Liked the layout of the room, size of 2 queen beds and the soaking tub in the bathroom.
PH was ok - not awful but not great either. It was my first time in Vegas and I gather that you have to stay in a very expensive luxury hotel if you want totally a totally clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms just aren’t what I’m used to even when I stay somewhere that costs less in other parts of the US or Canada. There were some stains on the floor, bit of mold in the shower, stray hairs on the bathroom counter, etc. nothing totally nasty but I was still slightly disappointed. Vegas in general is extremely expensive and very much a tourist trap designed to part you from your money, and this hotel was no exception.
Good location. Room clean, AC noisey
Lots of dining options and gaming options. Check-in was very hectic. Front desk was hard to find if you use self parking. Feels like you walk forever to reach it. We booked a king room with a desk. We received a double bed room without a desk. Just 2 beds. We were surprised that the rooms did not include a coffee maker.
I barely seen any staff and I had to call the operator numerous times to get the WiFi to work bcuz they wasn’t any service on my phone on the 37th floor. SMH
👍 good!!!
Very convenient to a lot of amenities. No need for rent transportation to get entertained because they are right there within reach.
Planet hollywood is centrally located and easy to get to where you need to go! The room was spacious and clean.
The best selling about the hotel is its location. Everything was walking distance and the hotel’s dining and shopping options were great. You could hear some noise from the strip, which is understandable given its central location. The room was basic, with somewhat tacky decor, but it was reasonable for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The City View room was a very partial view of the strip and I probably wouldn’t pay extra again for it. It was also a non-smoking floor, but the hallway wreaked of cigarette smell. Overall, it was decent, we were satisfied with our stay, and would probably book a stay again based on location.
Pay a $60 per day resort fee for nothing. Internet is not free and barely worked. Had to call daily if not two or three times a day to get back on it. Couldn’t get a phone signal in our room. No poker room in casino. Prices of everything in hotel was out to lunch. If we go back to Vegas we will still elsewhere.
Only 2 elevators out of 6 worked though out our stay
The only issue that I had during our stay was that there was a thick spot of mold on the gray part of the shower door, that was not properly cleaned. Although housekeeping came everyday while we were there, that spot remained.
CLose to everything
It was nice place and close to strip Blvd.
It's ok
The room was nice. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, and mountain view was awesome with partial view of the sphere. The check in process was horrible. They have self service kiosks that apparently dont work, but you dont find out until after the check in time is past and the line at the service desk is 45 minutes long. Parking is horrible. The self park garage is easy enough but the parking garage is NOWHERE near the hotel. You have to trek through the shopping mall and mobs of people with your luggage. The lobby is horrible with no seating at all. Staff was friendly but looked tired and worn out. With all of the options in Vegas, we will not stay here again.
I liked the convenience of the property location and the view from our resort room stay. I disliked the constant cigarette smell from everywhere in the hotel, the fact that they didn’t offer microwaves, and the tv options. Overall it was a great experience but could use improvement.
Planet Hollywood
On arrival checking in took around 45 minutes huge que but only 3 receptionists available.the room was clean,on inspection the twin room i booked both beds had ripped sheets, the maid came the following day to change towels but then had to wait 3 days until housekeeping returned this was only done after we rung to ask.casino was smoking smell was pretty bad which you expect but thought was worse than normal.
We didnt have much communication with anyone.the room was very clean. We had a great view from our room..
Great location, needs some cleaning in public bathroom etc
Easy check in check out. Great service. Clean.
Good location
They do allow smoking throughout, which is a negative. Also, it costs $50 to sit at the Sports Book on a Sunday.
Bad service!
I requested cleaning service for our stay in the front desk when we arrived,I also told the cleaning lady early in the morning next day,I went to the front desk again to told them again but still “ no cleaning “ Very bad service!!!
Our room was not cleaned properly.
Planet Holywood is one of my first choices every time I go to Las Vegas.
Location is amazing, the hotel has everything you need! Love the shops attached and all of the options within the hotel. Only complaint is self parking is a pain with having to walk through the mall to check in, but besides that 10/10
Like the shops attached to hotel Dudnt like thd extremely overpriced starbucks in the lobby
No
Was great
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, checked in straight from airport so there was a long lineup for checkin, 30 min wait for the actual checkin took 5 min
Customer service is great! I stayed more than 3 times.
Horrible Guest Services
This review is an expression of my frustration with the service I received from a person in VIP Guest Services. Unfortunately, his attitude was far from helpful or professional. It felt as though he lacked any empathy or compassion for my situation, and I couldn't help but feel that he might not enjoy his job based on his dismissive demeanor. I had a simple request that I was hoping to have resolved, but this person seemed unwilling to assist or even offer any solutions. This was extremely disappointing, especially from a service that is supposed to cater to guests. I sincerely hope that management is paying attention to feedback like this, as it's important to maintain the standard of hospitality expected at a property like yours. I would appreciate the opportunity to share more details about my experience.
Muy excelente
Centralized in Las Vegas was a plus and the beds were very comfortable another plus..!
Nice and clean
We had a clean room with a fantastic view at the 35th floor . The noise of elevator was annoying, but we didn’t care about it!
Hotel generally fine but the check in process was terrible. The self serve check in requires you still see an agent if you have parking. Only staff available were behind desk serving a great number of persons in line so self serve did not save time.
Mark in VIP lacks empathy

The rooms were large, we loved bathrooms!! The tub was not only large, but also deep. We used it 5 times in 4 days!! We heard someone playing balls at night right above us and the noise was annoying, but as soon as we called the front desk, security went and took care of it.
not enough people at check in... had to walk pretty far to self park... otherwise great stay!!
Never be back
Shower didn’t have hot water and shower head was nasty and stopped up. Wallpaper peeling off in corners. Elevator is a freaking nightmare. Parking is a mile away from the rooms. The mall was pretty awesome. Got to know it pretty well after 6 trips to the car. They make sure you see at least 1/2 of it depending on which way you walk.
Recently came here for the weekend with my husband. We used to stay here and felt the quality was better before. Rooms have been redone with a more modern look. Check in line is a nightmare, highly recommend doing the express check in through the phone so you can get a QR and use a kiosk to get your keys upon arrival. Our room size was decent but we didn’t have hot or even warm water for the duration of our stay. We called for maintenance and they never came.
Great room speedy self check in available
They charge an additional $100 resort fee , upon check in . Hotel has multiple elevators with only 2 working . Extreme long wait to use . Hard when you’re on the 16th floor . Not good experience
Nice hotel
Great experience
The hotel is located at middle of the stip. easy access to everything. Clean room and the best view.
Had a great stay!
First off, the pre-check in doesn't work. It wouldn't read my driver's license for some reason, and I had to use my passport. After all of that bs, then I go through the menu and get to the end, and it says my room isn't ready. So, then I had to stand in line for nearly 90 minutes. What is the point of the pre-check-in, if it doesn't work? I finally get to my room and the floor was filthy in the bathroom. I had to specifically ask the cleaning lady to mop it when I saw her. The lamps in the room are all beat to crap and the shades won't stay straight, and the electrical outlets have been pulled out, so they don't work or looked like a fire hazard. The wallpaper in the room with the toilet, was peeling off the wall. It looked like some public bathroom in the hood! And finally, 3 out of 4 days, there wasn't any hot water to shower with. I don't think I'll be staying there again.
Enjoy my stay at P.H , good location, good service .
Everything was great except long lines to check in due to lack of employees working the front desk
I always shower morning when wake up arround 7am but 4 days stayed and no hot water on early morning doesn’t matter i tried on water 10” min before. Tried contact to hot desk but they said nothing wrong
Perfect!
I've stayed at many Vegas hotels and I was impressed and for the price. The rooms were clean and large. The beds were comfy. Has all great casino action a walkable mall-ish attached and rt along the strip. Also has several convince stores nearby as well
Excelente ubicación
People waiting for the Elevator for over 25 minutes
Location was great because you’re right there by the Miracle Mile shops, but it makes parking a nightmare and also walking to the lobby from the parking.. you either have to walk outside or thru the Miracle Mile. (Either way it’s far and inconvenient) As for cleaning.. we asked for housekeeping just for one day.. they didn’t clean, all they did was replenish our toiletries and emptied the trash. Staff didn’t properly explain to us our bill either and we were being charged daily for something they couldn’t explain at first. Had to talk to a manager and get a breakdown. Room was decently sized but don’t expect soft towels, or sheets. This hotel is affordable for a reason. Parking is $25 a day and resort fee is $50. Keep that in mind.
Excellent
Nice rooms. Good self check in kiosk. Only not good thing is the self parking is very far.
Good place to stay
The Hotel is great The cost of resort fees is way to high they should not be able to charge them! The food and drinks in the hotel and Area have gone way up in price!
Hotel stay
Great hotel beds were comfortable
Golf weekend with the boys
Everyone I interacted with had a great attitude, very helpful and going out of their way to help. Facilities were great. Full fee disclosure will be helpful. Connection to the miracle mile was also a plus for shopping, eating and browsing.
Location was good but outdated and old facilities , during checkout time elevators taking 30 mins to catch one to the lobby, no coffe in the room, additional internet fees, no complementary parking
Check in was terrible. 3 of the kiosks went down and couldn't get anyone to help. I still haven't received my final bill which I was told would be emailed to me. This is frustrating.
Great stay - close to everything
Great stay, for such a big hotel I was surprised how slow checkin was. Only 2 staff at reception
I don't like that they want to charge for everything they charge for the hiuse keeping and sometimes they dont clean but they charge for everything! Also the parking is too expensive!!!
Excellent/Quick customer contact after my review
Very good location, it's at center of Strip. Very good customer feed back service: I replied a review request that I received the first day about long wait at check-in and I got call the next day while I was at property, the call was very serious and professional. I also report the hot water was not hot and she sent engineer to fix the problem within few hours. Excellent! If more employees at check-in counter to help the check-in will be very helpful in the future. Thanks for quick response on the review/feed back, Excellent! We plan to stay again in the future
Ok stay
Room was pretty nice only negative things was tub was Dirty and no hot water when got to room and had maintenance come to fix it it was fine but did not to work the next day also eat at canmellas and ordered food and it came out cold and it was a soft opening I wouldn’t recommend it.
I always stay here when in Las Vegas
The location was good. We asked for the room to be serviced daily it was not. No body answered the phone if you rang housekeeping or the front desk. The room was a good size.
Was a great stay
The location was perfect, I love the Miracle Mall Shoppes located within the hotel
Liked the location. The staff was very friendly. The room was good and kept clean. Check in and out do involve a line up.
Good hotel with nearby eatings & shopping!!
Really nice hotel in the middle of everything. Room was clean and staff really nice.
It was really average. Customer service was terrible.
Modern.good location
Terrible staff attitude 1. They don’t have a proper parking for checking in and checking out of the property, although there is a place for available for checking in. 2. The wifi was not working in the room, the It raised a ticket but no one came even until the last day to fix the wifi in the room. 3. There is a lot of huge hidden fees, it would have been nice if the hotel was transparent upfront about how much it would have been, because the hidden fees is almost half the cost of my hotel room. It would have allowed people to be mentally prepared than getting a last minute surprise.
Awesome
Bathroom was very unclean
No coffee machine/ kettle in the room
The room and hotel was as advertised.
Bad First Experience
The rooms all smell like smoke, heavy smoke. Going outside is so relieving to get fresh air. I thought that by having a higher floor would help with the issue but bit at all. We asked for daily room service none of which was done. We had to get our key cards reprogrammed every time we would get on the elevator because they would simply not work. This o course was terrible if it happened during check in hours because we had to stay in line for about 20-30 min. There was no one else to help.
Good location, Avg room
Great location and nice casino. Room already staring to feel a bit tired and for 4 nights our room never got cleaned
The noise all night from the ceiling was miserable not sure if the room was above an elevator it sounded like that all night we could not sleep at all.
Easy access to everything
Good!
Best quick trip!
Excellent stay! So glad I did the upgrade. I had the best view. And the tub was fantastic. Enjoyed Yolos and it was close to so many other restaurants and shops.
Great Staff at the Planet
Everyone at Planet is alwys so professional and helpful
