Top notch

Place was very clean and they accomadated our late arrival.

Easy to check in and out. Parking was good. It was clean and quiet. We would stay again for sure.

The hotel and room it’s self were a dated style but very clean. When we arrived a few minutes before checkin time 3:00 the office was locked but had a contact number on the sign on the door. Called were asked to wait 5-10 minutes and they would be there. Front desk arrived in just a few minutes and got us checked us into our room. Quiet and comfortable stay, would stay again.

Clean and an excellent service

Was so quiet, great neighbors, convenient to get around. Price was great, great place to keep my dog, vinyl floors.

Perfect all around

This motel had everything for a comfortable stay in an ideal location close to restaurants, gas, Alberta Prairie Steam Excursions etc. There was a microwave, hot plate, fridge, coffee maker and all the dishes if you wanted to cook or reheat food. Excellent price and service as well as great air conditioning. What else could you ask for!

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable (maybe memory foam). Thankyou for that! It is old and definitely needs renovating. Upgrade the air conditioning. The stale smoke smell is not good and I believe it has been years since you could smoke in a hotel room. Maybe some benches outside to sit on. Some flowers planted around the property or flower pots.

Was in Stettler for a conference

Obviously recently renovated in good taste.

This motel is rented by oil/gas workers. So noisy above us that couldn’t sleep after 4 AM. Toilets should be in doll houses very very low to the floor. Will never stay here again!!!

3/5 Stars if Travelling on a Budget

Stayed for 1 night in August, 2023 as we partook in the Stettler Train Excursion ride. Our 1st choice of hotel was Ramada, but it was fully booked, same with Canalta. This was our 3rd choice for availability. Very tidy, clean & basic room. Its what you'd expect for a retro 1990's decor room to be with 2 dbl beds. The even use real keys here still! We chose an inside second floor room, instead of outside drive up access room. Tv, mini fridge & coffee maker all worked fine. Shower had good pressure. Beds/pillows/clean bedsheets passed inspection. Complimentary coffee, shampoo/conditioner and soap in room also. 3/5 Stars. Cost was $107

the air conditioner for our room worked great, but was like trying to sleep under the engine of a 747......but, it was clean...

Basic, Clean and Comfortable Enough

Newly renovated. Clean. Large fridge. Microwave reasonably powered. Burners & pots made it a kitchenette; nice! Queen bed and towels were a bit small. No grab bars in bathroom. No recycle bin (Stettler requirements?) Small trash can. No one EVER cleaned the coffee pot - GROSS! Ditto the supplied toaster. We replaced the dish sponge.

Just stayed overnight however had great sleep. Was very quiet and clean and staff very courteous and helpful. Lots of parking. Would certainly stay again.

Good service

I arrived after 10pm, so the office was closed. Called the number and front desk representative was very nice and checked us in; he had to wake up and he was still very professional. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated that.

Good for the Price

This is a good hotel, it is what it is. The beds a little hard for me and i would like more than 2 pillows, but room, clean, lots of hot water

A Big Step Up...and Down

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was great. The only issue we had was with the very high step up from the sidewalk into the room. We noticed that it was the same with all rooms on the ground floor, entered from the outside. With her mobility issues it was a real challenge both entering and exiting the room. However, when I informed the front desk of the problem. within a short while a step was constructed for our use.

A great budget motel. The room was very spacious and all seemed spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay at again!

Smelly

Although the rooms were non smoking it smells strongly of cigarette smoke. It was cold in the room even though we turned the heat up as high as possible. The pillows were all flat and very uncomfortable

More appealing lobby

Older style inn with recent & modest improvements. Value for price is very good. Nothing fancy, just a plain and comfortable place to spend a night. Taewon was extremely accommodating, friendly and eager to please patrons. I would definitely stay again.

Its ok

Stayed three nights for work. My guy Taewon was super friendly and helpful, my room was top to bottom cleaned every day. While old, the place is well maintained and upkept. Hasn't had wholesale upgrade but nothing is left unmainatined. Reasonable rate provided fridge, microwave, seperate sink for dishwashing, couch, big tv, in spacious room. If youre looking for a clean place for a good price without the bells and whistles, I reccommend going to this motel.

This is a very basic motel. It was clean and comfortable and well priced. Perfect.

Stayed here for several nights with two family members. It is an older modest motel, but well maintained and has had some renovations done. Quiet despite being located just off a busy street. Our rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, larger screen TVs and a little kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hotplate, little sink with dish soap provided for washing dishes, toaster and a few dishes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, after we had an issue suddenly come up with our first room (strong cigarette smell venting into the room from an unknown source) they attempted to resolve the problem and would they could not do so in a timely fashion they offered us another room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property is very clean. The room was quite spacious as well. There is no pool or free breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.

Only in town for a night,had everything we needed, coffee maker, fridge,micro, even had a 2 burner hotplate and cooking supplies. Comfortable bed, and quiet.

While this may not look like a great place from the outside-it really is one! The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. The room was large, very clean, and in great repair. I have never been in such a quiet hotel, even though it is on a main street and had a lot of guests. Overall, a wonderful place.
