Wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel, the suites are spacious and modern, all areas are well kept and clean. Lovely pool area. The food was excellent. The only drawback is that there are many steps around the accommodation if you struggle with walking it may not be suitable.

Pilos Suites is a wonderful hotel to stay in Turunc. The rooms are beautifully laid out and we had a great sea view. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. A lovely luxurious boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

Great location lovely staff and the shuttle service to the beach is a winner, the ataff level is service can be improved. Apart from that all great.

Very calm place and quiet

Overall, we found the atmosphere to be very cozy, and we really appreciated the warm and helpful service provided by your staff. However, I did want to mention that we encountered a minor issue with ants in our room. While it was a small inconvenience, I wanted to bring it to your attention for future reference. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the hospitality. We look forward to visiting again and experiencing the same level of care.

Otel çok temizdi, yiyecekler çok lezzetli sahil çok keyifli ve çalışanlar aşırı yardımsever, güleryüzlüydü. Odalar çok geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Manzarası bizi büyüledi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Lovely villa type accommodation in a small seaside town. Very happy with the design, comfort, and cleanliness of the room. Two floor, two bedroom, two bathroom room with direct sea view with balconies. Modern, clean, and really lovely. The room was the best part for sure as we felt the service level, bar service, and food didn't match the quality. Staff could use some training, food was just okay, and drinks were not made correctly although offered on menu. Facility staff seemed strained to keep shared spaces tidy. I would still recommend this location as we could have had an off experience - there were a lot of kids so maybe better for families.

The place was pretty clean and neat however the hotel doesn’t have stunning view and dinner menu was limited. Stayin up there for a couple of days should be fine but mıre than 3 days would be boring.

The property, food and views of turunc was wonderful. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Mehmet and hazel were excellent. The views from the mountains was well worth the travel. Would def come back

The service is perfect. The location is amazing! I have stayed in many hotels and I can say that this hotel is among the best. The location and the views are breathtaking. The water is very clean. One thing is: expect some bees on the breakfast to come and say hello :) but do not worry they do not bite! or at least I was not bitten! highly recommended. Thank you so much Pilos for the memories.

Very Nice property in nature! Friendly staff and amazing food at their beach restaurant

We had a one night stay sadly and loved the hotel! The room was a mini suite and super clean especially loved the shower. Had lunch and dinner both excellent and a great breakfast! As we live in Bodrum we can easily return which we will but for a much longer stay.

The highest point of our 2 week holiday in Turkey!The hotel is simply amazing, we couldn't find any faults, it is more beautiful than the pictures and the location is amazing. Even the drive to the hotel is exciting, it takes you along a serpentine road (an adventure on its own). We had the most amazing view from our room and every morning we had the most generous and tasty turkish breakfast. We stayed there during off-season period, but still were looked after like kings! Also the hotel has solar panels that is a huge plus for me!

İLK MARMARİS TATİLİMİZ VE EN DOĞRU SEÇİM

Ailecek tatil için tercihimiz genelde Fetiye olmuştur, fakat bu yıl farklı bir tercih yapıp Marmaris'e gitmek istedik. İlk tatilimiz olduğu için nerede kalınacağına dair hiç bir fikrimiz yoktu, yorumlara bakarak Pilos Deluxe'ü tercih ettik. Otele girdiğimiz an ne kadar doğru bir seçim yaptığımızı anladık. Öncelikle mimarisini çok beğendim, temizlik çok iyiydi İşletme sahipleri çok ilgili ve yaptıkları işi daha öteye taşımak için samimi bir gayret içindeler. Biz mutlu ayrıldık , tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.

Great view, spacious & clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Nice breakfasts and fairly good food on offer in the restaurant for dinner too. One drawback, its about 7 mins walk to the beach, but not a big issue. Also, their beach club is very nice.

Hotel was perfect. Staff were perfect. Location was surrounded by incredible beauty of nature. Food was excellent. Exceeded all our expectations in every way. I can't say enough good things about Pilos Deluxe! We actually canceled our next hotel and stayed longer. That's how much we liked it.

A hidden Turkish gem

Pilos Deluxe needs to be rated in the context of what it is - a brand new, boutique hotel looking to grow during a global pandemic. There are clearly areas of the hotel that need slight tweaks, but these were completely overshadowed by the beautiful setting, the wonderful staff and the perfect hotel facilities. We will definitely be back in 2021, and we cannot wait.

Je laisse cet avis pour les personnes qui souhaitent consulter avant la réservation. N’hesitez pas une seconde. L’hôtel est un bijou de part son emplacement mais également par sa cuisine très qualitative et son personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Le shuttle qui vous amène à la plage est rapide, la piscine est très propre, le bar est top, la cuisine incroyable, le spa est un plaisir (je recommande le massage balinais par Minna), le personnel est serviable et n’oublie pas les petits détails sur vous.. si vous pouvez, réservez un dîner dans leur autre hôtel également. Leur piscine est également sublime. Merci Pilos et à ses concepteurs. Les chambres sont d’une beauté bohémienne magnifique.

Otele check in saatinden önce vardık , odamızın hazırlanması uzun sürmedi bizi arayıp odamızın hazır olduğunu haber verdiler ancak uzun bir yoldan sonra odamıza girip elimizi yüzümüzü yıkamak istediğimizde lavabonun gideri bozuktu ve içinde su birikiyordu , resepsiyona bu durumu haber verip plaja geçtiğimizde henüz saat 14:30 olmasına rağmen dışarıdan da misafir kabul edildiği için plajda birbirine oldukça yakın yerleştirilmiş şezlonglarda zar zor boş ve gölge bir yer bulduk , otel plajı yandaki halk plajıyla bitişik ve denizden çıkan insanlar tabi ki rahatlıkla şezlonglarınızın arasında dolaşabiliyor , ilk kez denize girerken eşyalarımızın güvenliğinden şüphe ettik . Bu deniz tecrübemizden sonra odaya gidip ilk kez duşu kullanmamız gerektiğinde yerlerdeki saçları görmemiz de bizi şoka uğrattı , yerlerdeki saçlar ve sifon tuşunda parmak izleri olması odanın özensiz temizlendiğini gösteriyordu . Odaya ikram olarak bırakılan su şişesinin kapağı açılmış ve bir miktar içilmişti . Turunç bölgesi küçük ve mekan alternatifi fazla yok öğle ve akşam yemeğini otelde yemek durumunda kalıyorsunuz otel kendi müşterisinden %10 servis ücreti alıyor bu da oldukça saçma bir uygulama bizce.Havuz otelin müşteri kapasitesine göre oldukça küçük , ancak 5-6 odalı butik otellerde olabilecek bir havuz. Bu fiyata değecek bir yer kesinlikle değil . Başka alternatifleri değerlendirip paranızı korumak isteyebilirsiniz

Genel olarak iyiydi ama kahvaltı yeri kısıtlı olmasını tek eksik olarak sayabilirim...

Deniz manzaralı(!) süit olan 704 numaralı odada 7 gece 8 gün konakladık. Hizmet kalitesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla yapıcı ve detaylı bir yorum yapmak istiyorum. Check-in saati 15:00 olmasına rağmen odamızın temizliği 15:20’de bitti. Oda kartı bize önceden verildi ancak temizlikçilerle birlikte odanın temizlenmesini bekledik, bu hoş değildi. Ayrıca odanın deniz manzarası yoktu; fotoğraflarda da görebilirsiniz. Bu odayı “kısmi deniz manzaralı” olarak pazarlamalısınız, böyle olduğunu bilseydim doğrudan bahçe manzaralı oda tutardım, arada neredeyse bir gecelik fiyat farkı vardı. Bu durum beni çok üzdü ve kandırılmış hissettirdi. Check-out sırasında bu durumu kibarca resepsiyondaki hanımefendiye ilettiğimde hiç tepki vermedi. İşlemlerin bittiğini bile anlamadım, tekrar teyit etmek zorunda kaldım ve arabamın anahtarını alıp ayrıldık. Resepsiyondaki iletişimin önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Yatak odasının duvarı, otelin mutfağına komşu olduğundan her sabah saat 6.30’da çalışanların sesleriyle uyandık. Yalıtım bu konuda iyileştirilebilir. En üst katımızda restoranın terası vardı ve oradan düşen peçete ve ıslak mendillerin bir kısmı 7 gün boyunca yol üzerinde kaldı. Otelin çalışanları ve garsonları genel olarak çok kibar ve çalışkan. Kahvaltı ve otel restoranı beklediğimden de güzel ve kaliteli ürünler kullanıyor. Shuttle hizmeti anlık olarak veriliyor ama hareket kabiliyetinizi kısıtlıyor. Otel restoranında %10 ekstra servis ücreti alınıyor. Plajı güzel ve fiyatları makul.

Bu otel karsiliginda fiyati oldukca dusuk kalmis bence. Hersey cok iyiydi.

Herseyiyle mukemmel bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Pilos

Otelin sunduğu her şey bizi çok tatmin etti. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Fakat, denize bizim beklediğimizden daha uzaktı. Shuttle servisi sunuluyor 10:00-20:00 arası. Biz sabah erken de gittiğimiz için yokuş yürüyüp çıkmak biraz yorucu oldu. Onun dışında 10/10 bir deneyimdi.

L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable, au calme, avec une décoration très cosy. Le cadre est très apaisant. Le personel est adorable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très bon. J’ai passé de très bons moments à la piscine pour me relaxer en journée et le soir aussi pour dîner et boire un verre accompagnée d’une chanteuse locale qui offre une atmosphère totalement dépaysante. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses et disposent d’une table d’extérieur également. Prévoir la location d’une voiture par contre car les belles plages sont autour de 40 min de route à chaque fois.

Otelde her sey cok guzeldi. Dogaya saygili bir konsept. Sadece beach calisanlarini daha iyi denetlemeliler cunku aralarindan bazilari musteri seciyor.

Die Mitarbeiter waren ALLE sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, professionell und ein sehr gut abgestimmtes Team. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gab es eine große Auswahl.Mittag- und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Die Einrichtung und die Architektur des Hotels waren hervorragend.

Güzel bir tesis, çok güzel dizayn edilmiş odalar, doğaya da yeteri kadar itina gösterilmiş. Oldukça temiz ve konforluydu. Biz, tüm aile bireyleri olarak çok beğendik.

Einfach perfekt und ruhig

Mit Abstand schönste Unterkunft in Turunc. Erstklassige und sehr stilvolle Ausstattung, tolle Suite mit Meerblick. Service und Angebot ist sehr durchdacht. Unterkunft kann ich vollends weiterempfehlen.

Huzurlu bir yaz tatili geçirmek isteyenler için...

Otel merkezden biraz uzakta. Arabayla gitmekte yarar var. Otopark sorun olmuyor. Oldukça müşteri odaklı bir otel. Çalışanların lügatında neredeyse "hayır" sözcüğüne rastlamak biraz zor. Servis kalitesi mükemmel. Resepsiyondakiler çok ilgili ve çözüm odaklı. Günlük temizlik oldukça iyi. Hijyen daima ön planda. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve saygılı. Restaurant kısmı biraz pahalı ama Marmaris'teki çevre restaurantlarla fiyatlar hemen hemen aynı. Denize gitmek için shuttle'ı bekliyorsunuz. Ancak sorun olmuyor, Mercedes-Benz Vito gönderiliyor ve en geç 2 dk'da otele ait plajdasınız. Plajda bazen yoğunluktan dolayı yiyecek/içecek servisinde aksaklıklar olabiliyor; ama personel bu durumu ellerinden geldiğince telafi etmeye çalışıyor. Kahvaltıda zaman zaman arılar yemeklerinize eşlik etmek isteyebiliyor:) Restauranttaki görevliler küçük bir tabakta kahve yakıp dumanıyla arıları uzaklaştırmaya çalışıyorlar. Bu soruna daha kalıcı bir çözüm bulabilirlerse daha iyi olur

Mediocre

I’m not sure what the hype about this hotel is. It’s set up on the cliff far from the beach, the pool gave my 2.5 year old daughter foot and mouth disease and the staff (other than the fantastic cleaners) are still pretty green. Much cheaper and better places to stay in Turunc. I agree that the interior decoration is good.
