Centrally located.

I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!

Air condition no good

The room was an oven. I arrived and settled down and notice the a/c was not working. I went down after an hour and reached out. They sent a person. He explained it was going to go down to 20 C .. it was at 24.5= 76 degrees. forever. Outside was cooler 66 We all sweated overnight, the worst night!! Don’t say there is a A/C when there is not!!

The room was nice and clean. But common areas as the lobby elevators hallways in terrible condition. Carpets old and dirty!

The check-in was super quick and easy and the staff very helpful. The apartment was well equipped. Loved it that it is pet friendly! The internet connection is okay. You have to pay an extra fee for better speed if you need to work.

Check in customer service was honestly very poor. The lady made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The hotel is in horrible condition, but they are renovating, and our room was renewed already and a very nice one. Check out very easy.

Everything..... Brand new Apartment.... Love it.... and like three blocks away from Real Madrid’s Stadium.... Santiago Bernabéu Market 500 feet away ..... Next time I’m here in Madrid Spain .... my 1st choice will be this property.

Great location, nice room but in need of a total upgrade and there was a lack of attention to detail. If I had read the reviews before I booked, I would've never stayed there but luckily it was only for 2 nights. Why you ask? 1. Furniture was old, outdated, stained, some with chipped wood and should be replaced with new stuff. 2. Carpet was old, stained and needs to be taken out immediately and just replace with tile. I would think this would be obvious since this is the first thing you see. 3. Cracked toilet should be replaced! Looked like it was just stuck together with glue. 4. Some light switches do not work and you are not sure what they turn on. 5. Additional electrical sockets to plug in laptop and charge phones would be useful. 6. Toilet paper holder and shower faucet were coming off the wall and should be fixed. 7. Wall paper in kitchenette and bathroom looked old and stained and should be replaced. Having said all that, the linens and bed sheets were clean and all the appliances work fine. Just be aware that the Wifi password you are given expires after a while and you are expected to pay for additional service.

The location is very very good to watch the game of Real Madrid and go to sightseeing (it is very convenience to use Metro). And the space of room is very wide and comfortable. But the property is very very old and the power of Wifi is very very low.....

Overall a good stay

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even if the room needed some improvements, to me if you are friendly and give excellent customer service it makes a big difference.

Good: spacious rooms (small living room, small bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom) Bad: eBookers phone service recommended this hotel because of the swimming pool and balcony/terrace. The swimming pool was closed until the next month (despite +30 outside temperature). The balcony/terrace was out-of-order. At arrival, very rude receptionist.

This place was one of the best in Madrid,,but they have not invested a penny in maintenance,, They say they will refurbish the whole thing,,but in the meantime, the apartments are falling apart,,the carpets as dirty as one cannot imagine,dusty and smelly,,wanted to return because the price is excellent,,but really I cancelled,,not worth staying at such a bad place,,

Old and noisy

This property needs complete renovation. It is worn out with stained carpets underfoot, end of life furnishings, inadequate glazing to keep out emergency vehicle sirens which pass by many times day and night. Room was well cleaned and serviced daily.

the main entrance is Stairs of 8 step high angle there is other entrance at the end of the building, No bellboy, fast Check-in, very very old aisle carpet with smell, overused Furniture, non organized light and distribution of furnuters, bad door lock, no safety lock in said, many damages in furniture, sliding doors, electric covers, bathroom, curtains, shade bleeds handle, and walls. the light was burned out, fast repair and good reply, very cooperative reception agents, very good housekeeping, you have pay for laundry, pay for parking per day, Price, Location, Spacious, are good. this hotel Entrance now under renovation,

Can demolition be far away?

The hotel is an advanced state of dilapidation and, in my opinion, should not be touting for business. I had to change rooms on arrival as the shower in the first room was broken. I saw three rooms at this hotel. The paint is universally peeling from the walls and the ceilings. I found a dirty old rag behind the curtain by my bedstead. The toilet flush broke on my last day. There was no drinking water, no bar, no proper restaurant, no room service, no air conditioning. A truly unpleasant experience and travellers should be warned.

It was in general ok, but the rooms were little dusty. The pillows have to be replaced as it was hard as plank of wood. Some insect bites after the night at this place :(

My friend and I attended Vaughan town

We stayed over night on our drop off at the end of the programme, as next morning we flew back home, my friend attended Vaughan town a number of times and stayed in Euro building which she found adequate for her needs,but for me a a first time in Madrid I found the location not suitable for touring the city, though near the metro it would be too much travelling on the metro to the city center. So befor Vaughan town we stayed 6 days in the city centre. If one is not in Madrid for touring then then the euro building Apartments are perfect to stay in.

Room, really an old apartment needs major make over of carpet, furniture, wall paint, curtains and bathroom. Owners should be ashamed renting out rooms is such a terrible condition.

7th floor better than 5th floor

Room not as ratty as week before but I would still recommend the hotel one street west of Eurobiulding. For instance, card key was not needed to enter room; door not locked. When I asked for different room, front desk said no other rooms available and gave me door key like days of old. This place has to be put on notice! It is not ven as good as one star rural hotels I have stayed at.

Time Warp from the 60's

This is not actually a hotel, more old fashioned appartments. Needs total renovation. Floors all stained. Air conditioning doesnt work. Fridge doesnt work. Lamps broken. Old, broken furniture. Bed linen stained. No porterage. Wifi doesnt work. Reception not really interested. My son was there for 3 nights - tried to resolve certain problems but couldnt. When I arrived, I asked to visit other appartments - but the air conditioning is so old it doesnt work. We checked out early and went to the Holiday Inn - fantastic - what a difference!

15 minutes walk from Estadio Bernabeau

Unfortunately I did not get to stay very long due to airport delays.I only spent around 7 hours in the hotel (5 of those asleep).The apartments are good,kitchen with fridge ,microwave,cooker and dishwasher.A sitting room,bedroom and bathroom,it also has a balcony(always welcome).The staff were friendly and helpful,I had a snack in the restaurant which was good with friendly service.Smoking rooms are available.The only downside was no kettle or coffee machine,and breakfast did not start until 7.30.

I stayed on 2 separate weekends, in 2 different apartments either side of a holiday elsewhere. The accommodation is fine, everything I needed, although there were a variety of utensils missing in the kitchen. Also its in a busy traffic area so I found it very noisy at night. The apartments are shabby decor wise, but I found them perfectly clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. I would stay again if I needed to be in this particular area

Apartment Hotel in Madrid

This hotel has a good location but is very basic and has few hotel services. It is an Apartment hotel with the rooms having a small kitchen, living room and one or more small bedrooms. Convenient for families or young travelers on a budget.

Avoid! Definitely not a 4 star

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I'm not sure how they got their 4 star rating. I'd say 3 stars would even be generous. I have had to check out early from my initial reservations because i could not stay in this dirty hotel (pubic hair on the bedside table, mould around the bath, in need of serious repair in the bathroom). It was also very cold at night since the heating was not working in the bedroom; 2 blankets were hardly enough owing to a serious draft from the single glazzing windows. Finally, it is seriously dated and in need of repair. Very poor experience. I'd say avoid this one.

Needs a good refurbishment great 1980s DECOR. Only good part is the roof top Swimming Pool to cool off from the Madrid heat with a "Cold Drink" supplied by yourself is good.

Pretty good!!

Clean place. Decent pool on the roof, could maybe use a little more care.. but it was at the end of the season. Appartments are pretty big actually, with a full kitchen! Its right near the stadium, so good if you want to hit a futbol game, and also the metro stations which take you all around Madrid. I would recommend.

Les appartements ont été rénovés et sont excellents, confortables et très bien équipés! Le petit plus serait de faire un kit de séjour, dans le même principe que le kit de nettoyage gratuit, ce serait bien d'avoir un kit payant avec un petit kit de sel poivre huile sucre et un rouleau de sopalin. Car acheter un paquet de 3 rouleaux pour un séjour d'une semaine c'est du gaspillage. A part ça très bon séjour. La piscine est peu profonde donc plus sûre pour les enfants avec un maître nageur pendant toute les heures d'ouvertures

El apartamento increíble, enorme con dos habitaciones y dos baños y un salón muy amplio. Cocina pequeña, pero suficiente. No tenían servicio de lavandería, que creo que es escencial. La explicación fue que al día siguiente sería festivo. Todo muy bien hasta la madrugada que nos despertó un olor fuertísimo a cañería. Muy desagradable. Íbamos a quedarnos más días, pero solo aguantamos una noche y nos fuimos a un hotel.

Très bien situé proche de deux lignes de métro. Le bâtiment est un peu ancien mais la chambre est moderne et bien équipée. Pas de problème de bruit, nous avons très bien dormi. La piscine est un grand plus après une grosse journée de visite

Nuevos apartamentos

Los apartamentos renovados son perfectos, modernos y limpios. Faltaba Microondas. El teléfono no funcionaba pero lo cambiaron. Estan en obras y durante una tarde se corto la TV, gracias a la gestión del personal de recepción fue solucionado rápidamente. Muy amables y eficientes.

El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es muy buena y el parking muy comodo. Los apartamentos están limpios pero muy viejos y la wifi es un desastre.

I liked the apartment however equipment of the kitchen was a bit spartanic - no water boiler, no washing-up liquid, no dishcloth so everything had to be bought for a two-night stay in order to get used crockery cleaned.

Lamentable experiencia

No ha sido una experiencia positiva comparada con una estancia anterior. Para empezar, no atendieron mi petición respecto a la zona en la que deseaba mi apartamento. El que me asignaron estaba muy deteriorado, con lamparones en moqueta y sofás. Y para colmo un letrero en la terraza que prohíbia salir, ya que el suelo estaba totalmente levantado, con los consiguientes riesgos de seguridad.

Estaba en una muy buena zona. Me atendieron muy bien al checkin. La habitación estaba muy oscura no había muchas luces y era un horno, la temperatura estaba demasiado alta sin aire acondicionado.

No me esperaba que fuera un apartamento tan completo: se compone de varias estancias separadas, la cocina por un lado, el cuarto de baño con bañera, secador y amenities; el salón y el dormitorio. Lo que más me gustó fue la enorme terraza. Hay una consigna gratuita para dejar el equipaje después del check-out. Personal muy amable. Si tengo que decir algo quizá es que no es de lo más moderno.

Los edificios son amplios, tienen prácticamente de todo y están en buena zona, con paradas de metro cercanas. Les hace falta simplemente un lavado de cara ya que algunos muebles son antiguos.

Solo ha sido una noche, y esperaba otra cosa, el mobiliario muy usado y sin mantenimiento, la moqueta sin comentarios, las camas bien, los sanitarios WC pierde agua el resto, juzguen ustedes. Decir que la planta de abajo donde estuvimos esta en reformas, nos hizo pensar que le estan dado un lavado a todo.

Hubo una fiesta en el apartamento de al lado, bajamos a recepción tres veces. Acabamos nosotros llamando a la policía que vino a las 3 y media de la mañana. No pudimos dormir.

Estancia aceptable, el apartamento tiene lo justo para vivir. La limpieza es lo que más hace falta, por lo menos en el aseo. El personal de recepción es muy amable y la localización es de 10.

Buon residence per soggiorni prolungati

Residence in ottima posizione in corso di ristrutturazione è strategico per la vicinanza alla linea 10 della metro e allo stadio Bernabeu. L'appartamento era completo di cucina, salotto e camera da letto. Mobilio ed impianto di condizionamento e filodiffusione datati. Cortesia alla reception, colazione più che soddisfacente, in generale ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da rivedere una volta completata la ristrutturazione.

Parece un hotel fantasma, necesitado de una amplia reforma para actualizarlo. Techos desconchados, moqueta, echufes rotos y antediluvianos...Lo mejor el personal de recepción que respondió a todas nuestras dudas amable y rapidamente.

占有面積が広く、快適に過ごせます。 キッチンに冷蔵庫や電子レンジがあり、長期滞在にも便利だと思いました。 ただ、シャワーのお湯が出なかったのが、痛かった点がハズレ(の部屋)だった。
