Excellent location walkable to everywhere. The staff is excellent top notch. Breakfast has a good variety of choices. The gym is well equipped and the hours are convenient. The pools are clean not over chlorined. We will be back.

We stayed in a poolside room and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and delicious. It was a good location, with food, markets and shops nearby: But it was just too noisy in our room and too crowded at breakfast and around the resort. Perhaps a room on the second or third floor may be better.

Excellent hotel and location. Loved our 10 day stay here. Would highly recommend. Eat the food across the road as its amazing and cheap.

Loved the resort! Travelled with 2 kids 2/8 years old we absolutely enjoyed staying at Graceland resort the staff were so lovely and friendly with us and our kids very respectful and the resort was very clean . So much facilities and close to everything we needed. Will definitely come back to Graceland resort.

We stayed for 2 weeks loved everything there. Friendly staffs, room was clean and just crossing the road to the beach. Walking distance to 7/11 and shops. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing my children very enjoyed that. Highly recommended

This is a very nice property. Very large, great pools. The hotel is on the quiet end of Patong. Right across the street from the beach. If you are going to Patong I would stay here. Patong is loud and crazy.

Great resort, amazing location

I would definitely be back! The staff were all amazing and very friendly, the food was great the pools were all immaculate. Great central location, walk across the road to the beach and Tuktuks and taxis. Go through the lobby and up the alley way for more great food, massages, laundry service and tattooist. The rooms are a little tired and could do with aa bit of a freshen up. My only complaint would be the beds. My bed was rock hard (I like a firm bed) to the point of being uncomfortable and the pillows were feather and may as well been non existant, I cant stress enough though, that is my ONLY complaint.

The hotel provides a great atmosphere for families with multiple pools and close proximity to the beach. Walking distance from the main city road. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfasts. Some of the facilities were old and outdated, the lifts smelled funny.

Much larger hotel complex than anticipated, so queues, limited sunbed availability and a lot of walking to get anywhere. A way out from the centre, so tuk tuks needed everyday and sometimes they inflated prices. Close to beach, breakfast quite good. Would be fine for young families but didnt really suit us.

Got severe food poisoning from eating at the buffet. Avoid at all cost! Staff were nice.

The pool side room was awesome, great just to step out door onto patio and straight into pool, will book this style of room here again.

This is Great location.It’s close enough to walk into main Patong area but away from the busy Bangla rd, so quieter and good for families . There are close restaurants and shops around the resort as well. We have stayed in sunset wing and love the pool there and the area around this wing. Staff have always been lovely and helpful for us.

We have stayed at Graceland before so when it came to deciding where to stay on this year's trip to Thailand it was a pretty easy decision. The resort itself has great facilities, great pools, a gym, nice restaurants and little bars but what makes this resort better than others is the staff. A special shoutout to Peaw, who always left our room looking perfect with the sweetest little towel animals. The standout for us without a doubt was the Entertainment team, Dino, Kelvin and Asha are simply exceptional at what they do - making your stay fun with their activities and full of life energy, smiles and enthusiasm . They are a great addition to the team and truly bring Graceland to the next level.

The location of this property is great—right by a beautiful beach, with convenient restaurants nearby. Loved the breakfast buffet and the spacious rooms (a lot more room than we’ve had anywhere else on our travels in Asia!). The pool network in this hotel is especially phenomenal and we loved having access to a pool right off of our balcony. There is some wear and tear on the hotel facilities (they are 20 years old this year I believe), but I feel we got the right value for the price we paid.

Overall excellent place for rest and relaxation. The entertainment staff for yoga and aqua are very friendly and I look forward to the daily activities. The service for maintenance, daily cleaning and customer service are all very customer focused and diligent. I would hesitate to come back to stay at the place again or recommend people to the place. There are some rooms that are better than others. Some are undergoing maintenance but the rooms at building 8 are excellent

Graceland resort was such a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very Respectful and knowledgeable. They have the best swimming pools also.

The pool access room was not anywhere what we expected. We have young children, we didn't expect to be on the second floor small pool.

Gracelands was great. The 2 bedroom room was spacious and although a little dated, it was clean and comfortable. The pools were lovely and the food options were great.

Important for Families Traveling with English-Speaking Kids! The hotel is in a great location, right across from the beach. The breakfast buffet was decent, though it may vary based on personal taste. We had some issues with our room initially, but the staff handled it well, upgrading us to a swim-up room, which we really appreciated. However, a major concern for families: the hotel advertises a Kids Club, which was one of the key reasons we chose this property. When we arrived, we discovered that none of the staff at the Kids Club spoke any English. My children are well-traveled and independent, but they refused to stay due to the complete language barrier. This is a significant safety concern for any English-speaking family. In an emergency, how would the children communicate with the staff? How can they effectively cater to the needs of English speaking children? We chose this hotel because it was advertised as having an amazing Kids Club. While I understand we’re in a different country, it should be made clear that English-speaking staff are not guaranteed. Leaving kids in the care of staff who can’t communicate with them is a serious safety issue that should not be overlooked. If you’re considering this hotel for the Kids Club, be aware of this potential issue.

Just back from an amazing ten day trip. This hotel had everything we needed and more. Large spacious rooms, cleaned every day. Fabulous swimming pools. Amazing breakfast with so much choice. Their sunset restaurant served lovely food and drinks. My daughter loved the bowling alley and pool tables. The location was ideal, over the road from the beach and couple of minutes walk from shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Would be nice to have hand washing stations in the main restaurant areas. Would be nice for the outdoor spa jets to work on Level 3 skypool.

Took 4 nights to get our room right.

Second time staying here. The location is a good walk away from Bangla Road on the northern end. We are fit 70 year Olds so don't mind the walk. Also we usually hire motorbikes for the whole holiday. Bikes are far cheaper than tuk tuks or taxi. We like that it has more than one swimming pool so usually easy to find a seat. What we don't like is people are still reserving the best seats with towels in the morning. There needs to be more strict control over this to stop it and be fair.

Hi The menu for breakfast was very standard and repetitive, 13 days of the same gets kinda boring. Also the mattresses were not comfortable.

Amazing

The buffet breakfast is amazing (had an omlete station and chicken noodle station where things are made to order), the staff are exceptional (in every area) and the property is beautiful. They were doing some renovations to the building next to where we stayed and you wouldnt have known if they hadnt been part way through replacing one of the bridges as they were quiet and super tidy. Very impressed. Our room was a beautiful pool access room which I totally recommend. Pools were always kept super clean and the grounds were immaculate. The kids club is very small but the staff there are engaging and provide alot of activities. They do lots of different drinks and foods throughout the restaurants and cafes on site and room service almost all day/night (great when your toddler fall asleep and you get stuck in your room lol). Highly highly recommend. It was an experience of a lifetime there and I would visit again in a heart beat! Thank you to the staff for providing us the best holiday!

Would not recommend for family

A very old run down hotel. We had a room where you could step out into the pool, however the door would not lock properly which was dangerous with small kids. The step down into the pool had black mould all around the edge and was slimy and dirty. The bathroom smelt horrible, like a public restroom. The floor was dirty, mould throughout and it seemed like the room next door was leaking into ours. The shower would go from freezing cold to boiling scolding hot over and over. The check in process was not great, we arrived at 2pm and were told room still not ready and to come back later. When we came back for our room it was like the person at the desk was in a rush and gave no information of the resort, facilities or even how to find our room. When I asked, where exactly our room was, she waved me away to someone else. We then spent the next day or two trying to work the hotel out. We spoke to other hotel guests and everyone was violently sick at some point. I know this can be expected in Thailand, however it’s hard to believe it’s just a coincidence that all guests were sick who had buffet breakfast.

Pool Access Room - good size room with good facilities. Clean and tidy and daily service was good. Breakfast options very good. Evening dining a little light on with options and meals a bit on expensive side. Area outside hotel grounds was a bit untidy. Taxis (tut-tuk) were very loud with music at al times of day and night.

Our stay was good overall. The main disappointment is that they charged us 100Bahts for a broken glass. Given what we spent there, I don't think it was necessary.

The property was in a nice location which made it easy to walk to restaurants, the strip and get taxis. the property is great for family’s, however travelling as a couple we found it noisy with children and family’s in the pool early morning and until late at night (10pm). The staff was friendly and the breakfast was average. Overall it was ok

The staff has to be congratulated, as everyone is always with a warm smile and willing to help. However, the older part of the hotel looks too dated, and if you walk to the newest part, does not even look like the same resort. Our room was a basic one, however, no even windows in the room, one of the double mattresses was broken (making a 45° with your spine) and the shower drain was blocked. Even though you are not in the highest end rooms, the 5 stars is carried by all guests, which I didn't feel it during my stay.

After reading some not se great reviews i was nervous for my stay. BUT from the moment we entered the lobby i was so suprised! We had a deluxe pool access room which was amazing! The room was clean and spacious it was serviced every day by the friendliest staff. Walking around the ground's all staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great! Alot to choose from and fresh! The property is in Walking distance to everything but still a nice distance from the centre of the craziness. I would reccomend this property to anyone staying in Patong dont be put off but some of those terrible reviews!

Had a very relaxing time. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and polite, could not do enough for you. I was able to do my laps in the rooftop pool at 8am each morning with rarely another person in there with me. Would recommend and would stay here again. Huge buffet breakfast with many choices to cater for all nationalities.

I arrived on my birthday. The next day had a lovely birthday cake arrived at my room. Lovely surprise. Whilst there on my third last day I fell ill. Nuse Oui could not have been nicer and more proffesional. She took great care of me and assured me that if I needed anything to givet her a call. Lovely stay. Thank you

The rooms nice and large. The breakfast was great. Other facilities were good. Downside the pool spa jets didn’t work and looked like this had been the case for a long time. There were very few English speaking TV stations. Previously AFL games were played on one channel, none this time.

this is the second time we have stayed here and it has gone down hill a lot ill start with a positive the staff are fantastic but the building has been run down so bad and not well maintained and is now dirty the bfast gave us food poisoning 2 times and the worst bit by far is the toilets do not flush toilet papers they block up every time this is a basic necessity of a hotel to have a functioning toilet we will never stay here again

We absolutely loved this place the breakfast was amazing and the staff were beautiful it’s close to e everything you need in patong- our only complaint was the wifi is dreadful and the humidity caused everything in our room to be damp but that’s beyond there control a lovely place to stay and very convenient

Staff and service was in general very good. But I had some bad experiences with some, and only some, of your breakfast staffs that overshadowed all the other extremely good experiences.

Beautiful location right across from the beach (all beaches in patong are on the other side of the road and no hotels have beach front). The staff were so amazing and went out of their way to say hi to you. 8 great pools, free water and athletic activities and the best breakfast buffet I’ve had in a long time. 600 rooms? We had pool view family suite. Very large and spacious. The TV doesn’t get Netflix or other apps other than YouTube and Thai TV (they should fix this as during monsoon season you may need to spend a few hours in the room. Pools and grounds were very well maintained. I loved my stay here and definitely recommend it especially if you have kids (I have two teens and they loved it)

It was a good place for family.

Arrived at property went to the room to be greated by mosquitos, noisy loud will not stay again. When my wife had called reception they hung up on her. I went to reception the next day and they changed our room not until the day after. Hotel food was very average. Buffet breakfast was ok.

The place is a little rundown but the staff were always ready to help. Not very friendly but workable

Generally, the property was ok however the room we were in got a lot of noise at night from somewhere which is not the property’s fault. My bed sheet and pillow had stains which looked like dry blood so I made sure to sleep on the opposite side without the stained pillow.

In the morning cleaning is very good but sometimes need afternoon cleaning and the woman is unhappy, not good attitude. In afternoon not clean good and put the thinks in the toilet.

What a great place to stay with a family. We were in a Pool Access Family Room which was really incredible. Unfortunately they kids had to share a queen bed (as the didn't split) but it was a great stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. On-site dining and an easy walk to plenty of Phuket shops and eateries.

Great pool. The breakfast was on par with a 5 star hotel I stayed at in another location.

Front reception staff were brilliant under pressure, one stood out in particular I think her name was Min? Nail shop needs a serious overhaul, old polish etc not much enthusiasm by staff but overall good price for accommodation
