Very professional and enjoyable

One of the most decrepit hotels I’ve ever been in in my life. Go pay a little bit more at the Holiday Inn in downtown Brooklyn.

We couldn’t sleep because it was too many roaches the Doorlock it wasn’t working and the bathroom it was dirty

I ended up staying here for a good while, paid my way n all that… but the staff doesn’t seem to understand the concept of treating loyal customers well. On the last day when I was struggling to get all my stuff out, they had zero sympathy, just cold treatment as if I was not a fully paid customer that had been there on n off for much of a month. The place is fine honestly (if u good w ghetto hotels) but there are better options in the area run by nicer ppl.

Management a little stiff with being nice to customers that wanna stay thru a weekend… good paying… but would rather not uproot to not pay insane weekend price

It wasn’t good compared to the price

THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE I DID NOT EVEN STAY HERE. THE BED HAS CIGARETTE BURNT MARKS, THE WHITE SHEETS ARE LIKE YELLOW DISGUSTING. WE LEFT WITHIN 5 MINUTE OF CHECKIN

Bad, terrible, when we got there they said, our room it’s not ready yes, we booked the date exactly!

Thank god I travel with my own sheets or it would have been impossibly uncomfortable. I’m sorry but don’t stay here unless absolutely necessary. IMO places like this should not even be listed on Expedia.

Very nice staff

Love the variety of foods in the area. 3rd floor hallway was very loud all hours, didnt sleep much. One night even had two adult men in fist fight in hallway making noise at 1:40AM.

5th floor room and the elevator was out. No notice of this when booking. Also a breakfast was promised but nowhere to be found

The bathroom was dirty there was mold growing around the shower. The elevator was not working. We were not allowed to use it although we are handicap and had no way reservations so we’re forced to stay in this dump. The towels were dingy. The linen had holes and stains. The floors were chopped up and also dirty.

There is an elevator here, but they have put tape on the door and said it is under repair, so customers are using the emergency exit. However, I saw that the employees are using the elevator. We followed them, avoided the tape, and used the elevator, and everything worked fine. This place prioritizes their own convenience over the customers', which is really unfair.

There is no elevators ! We had to walk 6 flights of stairs !!!

Broken Elevator & overpriced for the inconvenience

Elevator was out of order and I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. They should have discounted the room since I was required to walk up to the third floor. Halls are very noisy cause all doors slam.

I asked for towels and they had stains on them.

Horrible experience. Dirty and no sheets.

Cleaner bathroom and rooms

HORRIBLE!

Terrible! The room was run down and dirty. The sheets had blood on them and the walls had tomato sauce. My room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn’t working, but I didn’t mind using the stairs as I understand things like that happen. This place is like a cheap motel. I requested a full refund and the manager, Shiva was very understanding and accommodating and issued the refund immediately.

The elevator was broken, the room smelled like cigarettes, current had white stains all over it, shampoo and shower gel was empty. Would not stay here again

The place was terrible uncomfortable mattress. No ice.. no cable . No channels pillos trash. Babckyard full if trash broken down bikes. It put me in the mind of a shelter. I would'nt recommend to any one.p

Staff was not helpful at all. Marginally polite. Not knowledgable. Difficulty reaching hotel by phone . Lobby very unattractive

The place made us wait for an hour to just give us a room with dead roaches on the wall and they didn’t clean the toilet had hair everywhere a set it was the worst we left right after check in

The bathroom was the most clean, the walls in each are stained with something. beds are okay, some have gross stains on them others don’t, whole experience at this hotel was a 2/5, there are better places with the same price.

I don't like the hotel altogether

It was just not a place for anyone to stay. I had no hot water at the sink. The side lights did not work. You could hear People having sex. Coughing slamming doors.. Trucks braking outside. The bed frame was dirty.. I reported these issues to the staff . Nothing was done. I stayed 5 nights but wanted to leave. My earplugs got me through..Very disappointing stay here.

I have never been to a place like this before sheets were stained . Room and hotel felt u safe whole place seemed shady .

Heavy smoke smell in common areas, though it was not present in the room. The bed was sagging. The room itself was clean. There was only one towel set. Staff was overall nice and helpful.

Worst hotel ever!

This was not a hotel, it operated more like a brothel. I checked in as I was only staying one night. My room smelled of smoke and it was not a pleasant experience being there. So I checked out immediately. The hotel gave me a partial refund and the reception personnel gave the impression that they didn't really care about customer satisfaction at all. I would not recommend staying here. No wonder its a non-refundable booking. I'm not happy with this experience at all.

Major fighting were going on. Creamming and yelling. I think one of the clients were getting raped. , desk does not care about safety of clients. Never ever again

Pretty run down, sometimes overpriced but if you get a good rate it’s worth it

Didn’t like the stay at all sheets was dirty, pillows was dirty, tub was dirty, sink was broken, there was no washcloths only one towel, no cable, front desk number was out of service had to go downstairs and request more sheets and possible change of room and got denied. It was last minute so I had no option but to stay the night and when I requested extra time in the morning to get ready I was met with someone who barely spoke English and didn’t understand my request. I am extremely frustrated and never stay here again. Worst New York trip ever. I will be requesting to get a refund.

Cockroaches everywhere

The room was infested with cockroaches and I was assured I’d be refunded after I had to leave the hotel after one night, yet they have charged my card and the manager won’t call back. The only employee you can reach doesn’t speak English

the door lock was broken can't lock the door and the bed kept making noise every time i turns to the other side

The worst experience of my entire life but they did refund a night after I had to leave because it was so terrible so they get one point for that

Needs upgrade and better parking space. Its small but it did its job

Thw room is not as attractive as I would like.

They are very good

Said no smoking it smelled like smoke. No iron, no long mirror, hardly space for your clothes, room for 4 only 2 towels that were old and as rough as sand paper. bathroom door was crack, shower pole was rusty. the mattress seen better days about 5 years ago. I paid 600 for two nights . I don't recommend

Wasn't as helpful when needed.
