It was just overnight sleep for business trip but was to have a comfortable sleep. I was happy to find hotel to be able to stay with my dog.

This was an overnight stay in Vienna, so this room was ideal. It was clean and served its purpose very well. At the time it was very hot in Vienna, the room had a fan which was great so we could sleep properly.

The staff were helpful and nice however the property is quite limited, with a separate building for reception, no kettle or toiletries, and the tv wasn't a smart tv, also, though it was lovely that they stored pur luggage, it seemed unprotected and overly casual no tags were assigned, nothing but a key to a room given to me to come amd go from the luggage room as i please.

It was said at the booking that there is parking It was one of my priorities. They gave me a plate for fee for the night and I had to park my car on the steeet. In the morning I found my car with a fully broken right rear-view mirror. Nobody helped me they suggested to report it to the police The policemsn said it is "normal" In my opinoin it is absolutely not. Who eill oay for my damage?

The staff were so friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions I had. The hotel itself was simple and clean and easy walking distance (5mins) to tram stops and train/underground station. Would definitely stay again.

Inexpensive, clean, safe, convenient and friendly!

I stayed at the pension which is a 1 minute walk from the main hotel. It is inexpensive, very clean and secure for both the building and my room. The neighborhood is in safe area and very convenient to public transportation (5-8 minute walk). Everything was excellent

I expected this property to be 3 star but unfortunately its only 2 stars. Bathroom water clogged which was bit annoying. Location was walking distance to west train station which was convenient. Overall ok hotel

The room is clean and hygienic. The check in is a bit complicated but still manageable, as you would need to walk a few street blocks to get to check in counter.

Fantastic place to stay for solo travellers on a budget. Albeit small, the room was clean and quiet. The internet worked just fine, the room/building felt safe, the location was super close to everything and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this place. Great value for the price.

Positively surprised.

I admit I was positively surprised with the overall quality of the pensione. It was clean, check-in was fast and polite, and the location is very convenient, located just some 5 mins walk from an underground stop on line U3.It is good value for money.

Overall I had a satisfactory stay

Stayed for 3 nights in room 8 Pension Stadhalle seems to be former apartments converted into hotel rooms. The bathroom looked like one of those cabins you see on a ship. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with a curtain. I could not move without touching the shower curtain, but everything worked fine. The room came two singles placed together. There’s a gap in the middle which made sleeping there impossible. In any case, the duvet was for a single and there was only one pillow anyway, but it really begs the question why there’s a double bed in the first place. All the toiletries were provided except soap and shampoo. Okay those miniature bottles aren’t eco friendly, surely dispensers for liquid soap or shampoo can be provided. Even some hostels do that. The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities either, no coffee, tea, kettle; normal things provided hotels in this sector of the market. I’ve stayed in Vienna before and pretty sure these are provided as standard in hotel rooms. The cleaning staff did a fine job of cleaning the room and bathroom every day, so kudos for that. Location wise, the hotel is not in the tourist district, but the hotel is close to several tram or metro stations, and then only a short journey into the centre. There’s several supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay, the staff were great, but I really do think that the hotel should rethinks the bed and amenities in the room.

Room too small

Very, very small room. Would be a problem if someone would be a bit claustrophobic :)

very close to the Stadthalle, which was my purpose of my visit this time. walking distance to Westbahnhof, which is connected to Hauptbahnhof by tram no. 18 and also connected to the airport by bus.

Nice stay

Small, but clean and comfortable room. It was on the ground floor, overlooking the street, so a bit noisy. The area is safe and quiet, but far from the city centre. Very close to Stadthalle.

O.K. for the price. 16 EUR for breakfast a little bit too high.

small dense room. no place for luggege. very small table with one chair. no facilities like cattle or so. not happy not worth the money paid for.

Great Stay!

Amazing experience with great staff. The location is perfect as it's not very touristy. The area is diverse so you have a multitude of food options. The hotel is clean and affordable. Great stay!

Cheap, cheerful, modern and immaculate.

The pension is separate to the hotel and was basically just a small room with a shower room 'pod'. However, it was cheap, modern and immaculate, so it totally suited my needs.

Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Saubere Zimmer. Hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, war sehr ruhig. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Strassenbahn gleich ums Eck. Gute Verbindung in das Zentrum.

What a quiet and clean place to stay! The lakeside terrace was great. The owners are very friendly and helpful. In addition, it is very reasonably priced and I can't complain.

Ich bekam ein Zimmer im Haupthotel, das Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück war überaus freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum. Das Hotel ist gut an Öffis angebunden. Eine super Adresse für meinen nächsten Wientrip!

Pension in Ordnung, (Preis/Leistung) etwas schwer zu finden da das Hotel Schild!! mit Efeu ziemlich zugewachsen, Efeu sollte etwas entfernt werden. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, schien uns etwas überteuert mit 20,00 Euro. Sonst wären wir zufrieden, gerne wieder zugewachsen ist d zugewgenommen, mit

Super tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Fairer Preis, aber bisschen irreführend mit der Anreise (die hinterlegte Adresse ist falsch). Das Pensions-Zimmer ist klein aber praktisch. Die Lage zum Westbahnhof ist gleich um die Ecken.

Camera di piccole dimensioni, ma ben accessoriata, anche se uno dei letti non aveva la presa vicina (era coperta dal letto). Bagno piccolo, ma adatto a brevi soggiorni. Pulizia sempre al top.

Nuitée dans petite chambre fort sympathique

Très bon accueil à l'hôtel (qui n'est pas le même immeuble que celui de la chambre). Accès très facile avec la carte magnétique qui ouvre toutes les portes même celle de l'immeuble. Chambre n°6 à l'arrière très tranquille, la rue devant étant peu passante je pense que les chambres de devant le sont tout autant. Pas de climatisation mais même avec 36° le jour la nuit est bien plus fraiche et une petite couverture s'impose. Très propre, accès avec tramway ou en marchant un peu bus, train et train suburbain (Gare de Westbahnhof). Que du positif à dire.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Nähe zum Westbahnhof war für mich ideal. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt.

Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten komfortabel und auch die restliche Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Parken war für 10 € pro Tag an der Straße vor der Pension möglich.

Die Mitarbeiter der Pension sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Die Pension liegt Zentral, ohne eine Lärmbelästigung.

Ein herzlichen Willkommen am Empfang. Wir hatten ein Upgrade, dass uns sehr freute. Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Westbahnhof und der Stadthalle, ist verkehrsgünstig angeschlossen.
