Charming property in the heart of Petite France. Modern, stylish and spacious room

We stayed in the annex in room 351, beautiful room, very comfortable king bed, bathroom was large and the shower was amazing. Large windows that opened onto the canal. Would definitely stay and recommend this hotel when stay in straubourg.

I have stayed here twice now, and each time I have had a wonderful experience! I would stay here again!

terrrible experience - communicaiton nightmare

supposedly we were given directions as to how to navigate around the construction- yes we were- it was in french. we missed our city tour due to waiting in the traffic deviation for over an hour. when the concierge assisted with the luggage and baggage in which we specifically told him not to touch he sat it down and a bottle of wine broke. we were very unhappy with the stay

Strasbourg Visit

The location was very convenient for sightseeing from Petite France section. Be sure to arrange entrance to the hotel through the pedstrian only area by contacting the hotel days in advance for parking. Hotel staff were fantastic. We were told that we were upgraded to a nice room on the 3rd floor of the older hotel building. Unfortunately the elevator only went to the 2nd floor, which made it difficult transporting luggage. We did get staff help on the way in though. The upper floor room had sloped ceilings which hit a low point at the tub/shower. Could only take a bath or hand held shower.

The property was gorgeous and artistic and tucked in by a canal and historic buildings. Impressive site! Doing outside was waiting for some time to get processed into my room.. but the room of the lifesaver on a crowded night in Strasburg. There were literally no vacancies as the European Union was having their Parliament in session in Strasburg.. this room was a godsend and the property is super impressive

Stunning rooms and location

The location of the hotel was exceptional, in the heart of Petite France but also peaceful. Our room, in the Pavillon annexe was stunning, spacious and well appointed with triple aspect views over the canals. Things we loved- the room, the waterside terrace for drinks and breakfast, the views and the location. We had a meal in the restaurant which was memorably delicious. Things that were more average- let me be clear, there was nothing bad at the hotel. It is very well run and charming. However, breakfast was less good. We arrived at 10am so on the later side, the food was a little cold and congealed, there were no menus and we only found out as we left ( by overhearing a waitress talking to other guests) that we could order specialist items like omelettes. The view from the terrace almost made up for it and we would certainly book to stay again without hesitation.

Great location with great restaurant!

Stayed in one of the annex rooms, which was a good size and very convenient to the entire town. The hotel restaurant was fabulous.

It does not get better than this in Strasbourg. Highly recommended

This place was lovely. Sitting right in the center of Le petite France, it had a beautiful view, lovely staff, and everything we needed. About a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, so make sure you can haul your luggage over cobblestone that far, but it’s worth the effort. This was the comfiest stay on our trip.

This property is in the PERFECT location. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel wasn't overly busy during our stay so we were upgraded to a canal view room. the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with, which probably isn't the hotel's fault but the way they do things in Europe, is one night our room was too cold for our comfort and they told us they couldn't change the thermostat because they were on summer mode. But they accommodated us with a room heater and all was good. So just a blip in an otherwise perfect stay for three nights

Awesome experience in Strasbourg

Located right in Petite France, you can’t find a more charming location in Strasbourg! It’s a short 10 minute walk from the train station, although the hotel does offer onsite parking. The hotel restaurant is exceptional, we loved our meal there on the second night there. Rooms are new and modern, and everything is in excellent working order. Very clean, very comfortable. And the service was outstanding from our arrival to our departure. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

The location was amazing. The service was unmatched and potentially the best service we’ve ever had. Our room was very large and had views of the town. The only drawback was the bathroom only had a tub with a wand instead of a shower

Canal views

This hotel was in a great location with beautiful views of the canal. The room comfy and perfect for a couple. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay here again if the future brings back to Strasbourg.

Wonderful hotel

We really loved this hotel. It's in the heart of Petite France. We've stayed in the Pavillion and one of the room on the 3rd floor. The room was nice and clean, bed was really comfy and the shower was just wonderful!

Friendly staff. Great room

This hotel sells « pavillon » side dhich is seperate from the hotel without explaining its the old part of the hotel but most importantly Expedia sells queen beds and gives instead two twin beds united in one. Its horrible to sleep in the crack. The hotel « fixed » it but never apologized and at first said they could not do anything.. then the manager said he upgraded us toa. « Luxurious » room which was just a normal room in thr main hotel and we did this at 1 am after having a hard time sleeping. Horrible!

Petite France hotel

This hotel is amazing in an amazing location. We had a terrific deal rhrough hotel.com. go if you can, location amazing, Building amazing historic building in perfect location but absolutely perfect location. Any issue? Well it is atrick to get ice in any european hotel but they were up to the task. Loved this place.

We were located in what seemed to be a newly renovated building across from the main hotel. It was nice and secure and everything was in great condition. There's a bit of a funky smell coming from the water outside, but that's not the hotel's fault. Would definitely recommend, especially for the location in Petite-France.

A great hotel to stay

I am happy to choose this hotel purely for it's central location but turn out give me a big surprise. It is a hidden gem and we love it. Will stay in this hotel when I visit this town again ! Especially, thanks for Shamil's good service.

This charming hotel has historical characteristics with modern finishes. The views are spectacular. The city is beautiful and looks like it’s straight out of a movie or story book. If you like Marriott but want something more charming, stay here! There’s no AC, but the windows open and offer a nice breeze.

Nicely located in the historical centre

Nice, clean hotel with great views!

A nice clean hotel with great views of the Litlle Alsace town. Nice & friend staff. Check in was quick. Though, if you are driving, getting to the hotel & parking can be a challenge since the town is mostly pedestrian friendly.

I like everything about this hotel. :) But unfortunately, the risotto of the room service was undercooked. :(

Fabulous Stay

One of the best hotels on my one month travels through Europe and UK. I had a beautiful big, amazing room with fabulous views. It was in the historic building part of the property. The bathroom was amazing, the bed was so comfy. The hotel amenities were wonderful. The champagne bar and restaurant were great. And it’s just in the middle of the best part of Strasbourg. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in the heart of the shopping and tourist area of Strasbourg. We walked everywhere - lots of outdoor cafes, excellent shopping and our room had a beautiful view. Highly recommend this hotel!

We absolutely loved this property. The staff is so very helpful and kind. Sebastien went above and beyond to help recommend us some restaurants and bakeries and was so kind and friendly. If all of the places that we stay were as friendly, clean, well staffed, and as caring as those here as Pavillon are, the world would be a better place. I CANNOT say enough nice things about this hotel and property.

It is not very easy to get to the hotel by car. I wish i would have received instructions. Other than this it was perfect The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was very nice and clean. I would come back or recommend this hotel.

Gem in Strasbourg

We had an incredible stay. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in an hour or so early. I paid for uncovered valet parking, but they gave us covered in the garage at no extra charge. Service was impeccable. I would absolutely stay again and the location was perfect, walkable to the cathedral and shopping. 10/10

We had a lovely 3 night stay in a junior suite. It was beautiful & comfortable. Housekeeping impeccable. Great location. All the staff were charming & helpful.

The hotel is modern and well designed on the inside and in a historic building and excellent location. Our room was larger than expected with a nice big bathroom and double sinks. The bed was comfortable and linens top notch. The breakfast room was lovely, service very good and the breakfast was a good variety of options and very good food! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice Hotel

A lovely hotel. Excellent location. Pity we were in the annexe which is down the road and not in the hotel. WiFi very complicated to log in they need to change it to a more user friendly version. We were locked out on our last day so had to go to reception to get new keys the staff didn’t come to us which was disappointing.

A very comfortable hotel room in a picturesque area. Excellent service and very helpful staff at hotel except for one less than pleasant waiter! Highly recommend for a stay in delightful Strasbourg.

Very comfortable accommodation for independent travellers who do not require all the trappings of a hotel. The rooms are in a beautiful annex with secure access and across the road from the hotel. Our only complaint was the extraordinary complexity required to access Wifi; the instructions in our room were incorrect but staff at the hotel quickly helped us.

GREAT HOTEL

Fabulous large room.Very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Very well presented with a great view of the river. Perfect location within easy wslking distance of the main square.

Excellent location in Petit France, with pretty houses, canals and restaurants. Hotel has 2 buildings, the main building has rooms, the restaurant, spa, bar and gym; the second, 'Pavilion', building is across the road and has rooms and a meeting room. Lift to all floors although there was a small step in the room between the entrance/shower area and the bed and sitting area. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Room was very warm. I had the air conditioning on max all night and woke up to find the room just as warm! I mentioned this at reception and they said that Strasbourg tends to be cold, so they keep the rooms warm. Overall a very good and comfortable base to explore the centre of Strasbourg.

Great spot in an amazing location! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view in our room was amazing! It was also walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Paviilon Régent Petit France

This hotel is located in a phenomenal area of Strasbourg, in the midst of beautiful architecture and great restaurants and shopping. I was disappointed that my room was in a separate building several doors down the street instead of in the hotel, but the room was spacious and very comfortable with the exception of the mattress which was not very comfortable. The staff was tremendous and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in

Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful bathroom with double basin, separate shower and toilet and a very deep bath. Shower was simple to operate. Windows can be opened if you want fresh air, with very little noise from street. Room was quiet and very secure. Friendly, efficient staff who also speak English well. One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Spectacular part of Strasbourg.

Fabulous hotel in a spectacular part of Strasbourg that is walking distance to the famed Cathedral. Disappointed that the room included only one comfortable chair, that the free wifi was limited, and that the buffet breakfast (while listing allegans) (and not included in the room price) did not offer gluten free bread alternatives.

Clean, spacious and comfortable with great views

Lovely updated hotel with great amenities. Spacious room. Check-in across the street was quite simple and easy. Had a great view from our 4th floor window of the rotating bridge below. Figuring out how to park on the island was too difficult so we found street parking across the bridge in town and paid at the meter for our one night stay. Had we planned to stay longer we would have parked farther out and taken the train in. This bavarian-styled French town is just gorgeous with sight seeing, shopping and food aplenty.
