My experience was amazing in patomg platinums hotel , the room was clean and big , the service was perfect and the staff was good people

The reception didn’t ask if I was leaving the next day or not. Sometimes one forgets and has to be reminded. Because of that my room was given out and I had to change a room. In that room the hot water was messing up. The receptionist couldn’t provide advise on sightseeing and stuff. But generally I will give them 60% and will recommend to anyone but keep in mind your schedule

It's clean and the view is nice the staff are good

I had room with no window. Positives were room was cleaned everyday, small fridge in room, and wifi was generally good. Small swimming pool on first floor. Big enough to cool down, but doesn't hold many people. Negatives were smell of mold in room. I had them spray freshener in room every few days, but it only helped a bit. Tv had 10 channels, 2 in English. Many Russians stay at this hotel. I have nothing against Russians, but some of them had late night parties in their rooms and left their doors slightly open. Can hear loud tv and music through room door. If people smoked in the hallway, I smelled it in room. Bathroom floor did not drain properly after shower. Rooms with window face main road which is noisy all day. 300 baht fee if you bring guest back to room. If you aren't picky about hotels and price is cheap, you might like it.

This was the absolute worse place we could have booked in all of Phuket. When we arrived the concierge gave us attitude when checking in. They also had some kind of work going on in the lobby and had wires hanging from the ceiling. When we went to our room there were ants on the countertop, the AC didn’t work (and it’s hot outside), and the shower curtain was ripped. They obviously didn’t care to clean or keep the room presentable. When we returned to the front desk to complain and maybe get another room, she offered us their best room on the top floor, and this was just as bad if not worse with same concerns. I would never recommend this dump of a place. The pictures are definitely misleading so beware before booking.

Good deal for the price

I stayed here for around Rs.650 per night for an AC room, which was a superb deal. The room was clean. All basic amenities were there. Refrigerator, AC, toiletries. Value for money. But it was a no-window room, which I didn't notice neither at the time of booking nor during stay! Actually my stay was for 9 hours or so. The location is good as Jungceylon mall where there is KFC, MCdonald are just 5 min walk. There is cheap market for fruits also nearby. Clean place also. At the reception it was hot as neither AC nor fan was there. Lift's display was not working. But overall, considering the price, it was great deal.

Its near to jungceylon shopping centre,the spa is just beside and the hotel also provide bike rental.The only downside is that there are few tv channels and the room is not as described loke the photos being shown on line.

Ok first thing first when you visit Phuket, we all know if you didnt book a 5 star you cant complain that much. Checking in have 2000 BAHT ready for a deposit. Do not lose your reciept. Refundable when checking out. No one apoke English. The elevator was so slow and the AC did not work in it. When entering the room it was cute until I used the shower that clogged up creating water to make it to the toilet. The shower curtian had mold on it. The AC worked a little to well but they only provide you with a sheet on the bed. So i recommend to aske for a 2nd one. Dont forget to put 15-20 BAHT under your pillow each day for housekeeping. Dont be cheap! You will always come back to a clean room. Overall would i stay here again and the answer is YES. But if I find a more nice hotel at a reasonable I will go with that one. One last thing, me and my friend had no issues walking to Bangla Road. Cut through the mall to cool off.

I extended my stay and ended up staying for about 2 weeks. I had a room with no window and it fit my needs. The wifi was strong, the refrigerator and air-conditioning worked, there was a small safe in the room (could not fit a small laptop), and the room was large. A kettle and coffee were not provided in the economy room and the shower only got warm once. Room cleaning was provided daily. There was too much space between the door opening, so you could hear everything in the hallway and the cleaning staff socialize in the hallway, which made the noise level loud during the morning and afternoon. They enforce a 2,000THB deposit when you check-in, which is ridiculous and a large amount of money to withhold. The location was great for walking, shopping, and not too far from the beach.

Very Good Value for Money Hotel

Booked 15 nights here total in 3 separate bookings. Hotel staff were helpful enough except for when I asked for a second plastic chair on the Balcony as there was only one provided and two people in the room. They said they would do this but it didn't happen. I didn't bother to go back and ask a second time, we just made do. We had the deluxe room which I would thoroughly recommend as they are only a couple of pounds a night more. The room was large and had a good large balcony. The bathroom was also large and had a good shower and bathtub. Water was always hot enough. Both the room and the bathroom were clean enough but not spotlessly clean. You would have to be very fussy to complain. Room service was provided every day with clean sheets. The pool was small and not very warm but I could expect more for the money paid. My only real complaint was the TV (although I didn't complain about this to reception). There is a large Flat Screen TV but the room is advertised as having Cable Channels. The channel selection was rubbish with only one English Channel which was a news Channel. Overall I the Hotel is very good value for money.

Excellent value for money and great location

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very pleased with the location and overall experience considering we paid 10.00GBP for both of us per night. Location is great for the beach, 7eleven and restaurants. Room was small but good bed and housekeeping every day. Wifi was good but did sometimes drop out but better than most places. Shower temp and pressure was amazing however, the tiles need a good scrub and deep clean! The pool is halrious - always in the shade and pretty small so we gave it a miss. The restaurant is ok - food is mixed but the burger was very good (salad was tiny and there was no chicken so give it a miss!). My only real critisism is that reception need a little help; firstly with volume of guests (had to wait a long time to check out) and also with knowledge and friendliness but no real problems. On a separate note do not use the taxi/exchange box outside of the hotel - I'm not sure if this is linked to the hotel but she was VERY rude when we asked to book a taxi! She gave us a look of disgust and told us to go away whilst motioning her hands to basically f off so she could continue eating!! Again, not linked to hotel experience but as a warning to you! Would stay here again if back in Patong.

The room had no widows and was a bit moldy when I arrived. House keeping did a good job of tidying up though. The AC didn't really blow cold,and the TV didn't really work, but the bed was big and comfy, and for the price I wouldn't complain. The wifi was okay.

good place and price but 500mtrs extra to walk

rooms were good and hotel was a good deal for the price. the location on google map was out. and since one of the main booking criteria was location, got a little disappointed. however, if you dont mind walking 500mtrs etc and want a room in peaceful location, it was the best deal.

Too expensive for New Year

It does not have typical hotel standards. No hot water in wash basin. No bathtub. Too expensive for the hotel standards provided. Just a below average hotel.

Great price a little far from the activites

Overall the hotel was okay for the price you pay. The location isn't the best but everything is within weekend if you like to walk which I did. Not a bad hotel for the price

Nice rooms, terrible surroundings (for now)

The street on which Patong Holiday is situated (location, location!) is dug out at the moment - in fact, there is no street to speak of. The access is round the corner, on the street with the waste water plant. The hotel rooms are indeed clean and beautiful, but while it is not the hotel's fault that there are roadworks, the clients-to-be are kept in the dark. Also, speaking of being kept in the dark - I booked a standard room -- when I checked in I was told that my room has no windows, and that I can upgrade, for 200 THB, to a superior room (which I did). All in all: the hotel is not guilty for the road works, had these not occurred I would have had a pleasant stay - but the hotel does nothing to inform the prospective visitors of the terrible surrounding conditions, and it offers windowless standard rooms. All in all, not at all a good experience. I am sure things will get better once the road works are done, but on the hotel's side, I would recommend calling their standard rooms, windowless, so that they would not mislead people.

Pretty comfortable staying here.

I like the fact that they have most of the things people needed but I was just there in the wrong time because they were renovating the whole street so it was like very dusty all over the places. Hotel staff were very polite, very kind, very helpful, I felt like they are always there for me, I really appreciated all your hard working. I'd really like to go back there.

Cosy rooms, good location

Rooms were compact but with most facilities, a perfect rooftop swimming pool & sauna. location was good( near to beach/ bangla road/jungcleyon mall).

hôtel très très sale. le changement de draps est quasi inexistant voir tout les 3-4 jours. je ne comprend pas qu'un telle comparateur d’hôtel le propose encore avec tout les avis négatif avec preuve a l'appuie.

Personnel de réception très peu aimable. Le ménage dans les chambres n'est pas fait le matin mais en fin d'après-midi. Et la caution, c'est 2000 baths quand les autres hôtels prennent en règle générale 1000 baths. Hôtel à éviter.

Le pire hotel de ma vie, a fuir absolument, n allez pas la il n y a aucuns point positif a cet hotel, odeur de toilette dans la chambre, c est comme si on logeait dans une canalisation, pas de pression d eau pas d eau chaude, l eau des toilettes jaune durant tout le sejour

You get what you pay for

Cheap hotel with cheap rooms. Plumbing and painting was of poor standard. Refrigerator didn't cool and the safetybox was "Mobile" which means it wasnt mounted to the wall (was just standing on a shelfe). A lot of noise from the street. Wifi was good.

tres bon personnels toujours souriant,tous confort,propre,ménage tous les jours plutot calme seul probleme , le responsable piscine a du etre en greve 10jours,cela resemblait plus a une marre a canard.et vraiment ridicule vue a taille de l'hotel.mais pour 245bats par jour(6.30€),cela est plus que parfait.et faite attention il y a des controls de police presque tous les jours et a toute heure ,tous les étranger sont systématiquement controlé.j'ai privilégié les taxi.motobikes .il vous faut des papier en thais.permis internationale invalable.casque pareil c'est 5000bats.

Forfærdeligt hotel, vi blev ignoreret af personalet, værelset var så beskidt/slidt at man skulle tro det var til nedrivning, man kunne se beskidte fingre og andet overalt både på vægge og karme. personalet svarede kun russere, fik skiftet sengelinned 3 gange på 14 dage. Og sådan kan jeg blive ved. Ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale.

Hôtel avec peu de moyen : Climatisation bruyante : impossible de dormir car il faut faire un choix : soit dormir dans une chaleur de 28° soit dormir avec une climatisation bruyante qui claque.... Pas d'eau chaude et de temps en temps un petit filet d'eau chaude. Pas de chaise sur le balcon. Mur sale. Pas d'armoire pour mettre les vetements. En 4 jours j'ai changé 3 fois de chambre et je pense qu'avec ce problème d'eau chaude il n'est pas impossible que je change à nouveau. Pour le moment mes vacances ne sont pas de tout repos.

Dette hotellet har desverre sett sine beste dager

Bodde på dette hotellet i 2013 og da var det et flott og nytt hotell i sin beste fasong. Men jeg kan dessverre ikke si det samme om dette hotellet i dag. Slitt og ødelagt romm, oppganger, heiseområde med en ødelagt air-conditioned inne på rommet med ingen muligheter for å åpne vinduet gjør setningen "Du får de du betaler for" helt passende. Synd for dette hotellet har vært flott tidligere, men en fantastisk plassering 500 meter fra Patong største shoppingsenter som har ALT og mer til.
