Beautiful view from our room of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the Nespresso coffees. We also enjoyed the spin studio which was the main reason for me to pick this hotel. The spin bikes were excellent. The only drawback was I could not sync it to my Zwift virtual cycling program. There is a walkway to the Marina Square mall which has all kinds of shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the MRT. We were also able to walk to the Gardens by the Bay when the weather wasn’t as hot. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel truly exceeds expectations. I only stayed for 3 nights, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The lobby is probably the nicest I've ever experienced, with beautiful greenery and a setting that feels like you're in the Gardens by the Bay. The sound of songbirds echoing in the grand lobby adds to the magical atmosphere. The room delivered exactly as expected, beautifully decorated and super clean. Our Signature Marina Bay King room had beautiful bay views, as promised. The gym and pool area are also very nice. The breakfast buffet, while a bit pricey, offers good options. The hotel is located super central, and is very walkable.

There are several shopping mall within walking distance. It is 10 minutes walks to Marina Bay and garden of the bay. Lots of dining options.

When i booked the hotel its says they have sauna and steam but they dont. Kind a disappointment and misleading. Also we were trying to shorten our trip they didnt help at all and wasnt upfront about it. End up getting charged the night we werent there.

Excellent luxury hotel with great room and fascili

We had a Junior Suite which consisted of a large bedroom plus separate lounge area. Both rooms were very well set out and extremely comfortable. The room gave us access to the ParkRoyal Collection club, thi shad great facilities and free extras. The hotel was very well located close to Suntec and Marina Square and wel serviced by nearby MRT stations.

Terrific luxury hotel in Sg

Awesome beautiful luxury hotel in optimal location of Marina Bay. Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, clean high-end room and balcony. Didn't have time to try the breakfast, but it looked great. Also attended a conference on the first floor with excellent catering for 2 days. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Super cool hotel!!!

Great view from Marina Bay room. Shower smelled musty. Less convenient than appears on map because of limited roadway crossings for pedestrians.

Location was amazing! We were able to walk to most places. They had bikes that we could borrow and we used them to bike up and down the river and around marina bay and gardens by the bay. Perfect place to stay!

Need better sound proof

Hotel looked nice from the outside and photos online. However we were a bit disappointed in the rooms as they looked super old. They really need to work on the sound proofing because we stayed up all night due to stomping noises upstairs from 11pm-3am then it happened again at 7am. We ended up informing the front desk around midnight and they sent the security up to check but it didn’t make a difference so we just ended up suffering the whole night. Out of our 3 week vacation in asia, this was the only time this happened to us. There was also a wedding hosted downstairs and after it was over, the rooms near us were partying all night and we could hear laughter throughout the entire night! This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, i understand it’s not their fault but they could do better on sound proofing Do no recommend this to anyone who is a light sleeper for sure.

Great location, super easy check in and check out, close to shopping and the Marina

It was beautiful on the outside, & beautiful on the inside. There was nothing to dislike.

From check in to check out staffs were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and had an awesome view of the Marina Bay.

Perfect stay in Singapore

This is my favourite stay! The hotel is amazing on all fronts - facilities, modern room, clean, location and service. The spa is also really good. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was easy, we were able to check into our room early, as we just arrived from a cruise, we had an early start prior to our arrival at the hotel. It was an added surprise to learn that the hotel was adjacent to a couple of malls with many restaurants to choose from. Retail stores were open and being decorated for the Chinese New Year events….we loved it! There were also designer stores just a short taxi ride away. Hotel location is very convenient & close to Marina Bay attractions. Our flight out was not until 10:20 pm but check out was 12 noon, and without asking, concierge offered to store our luggage until we’re ready to go to the airport and offered the gym to freshen up before we head to the airport. Taxis are available at the lobby, we couldn't ask for any more service deluxe treatment. This is our 2nd visit to Singapore, we will definitely come back here when the next opportunity arise and recommend this hotel to our friends who love to travel. Thank you!

This property was beautiful, the lobby was the main attraction. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. Andy at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay. The property is perfectly located and accessible to marina bay square on the 5th level which has all sorts of food halls and shopping. With easy indoor access to Suntec city. Our room faced the front of the building which did not provide the best views but it had views of the other tall buildings which were just as beautiful. The addition of the viewing corner behind the balcony provides hours of daydreaming. For better views, there is the pool area which extends the views to marina bay sands and unobstructed views of other surrounding buildings.

Amazing, stayed for one night, they didn’t take any deposit, staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked for a late check out due to a night flight, very clean, very tasty breakfast and an overall luxurious and affordable stay.

Great stay at parkroyal. Clean and well maintained property. Very efficient and well organised. The hotel is connected to two malls and quick access to food courts. We took grab taxis around and hotels central location helped. Breakfast spread is decent but your average quality breakfast options. The hotel was quiet busy during the christmas break but the staff handled it exceptionally well.

it was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, the helpful and attentive staff made me feel welcome, even offering luggage storage when I checked out. We stayed in the urban suite for 3 nights. The suite is big and spacious (I believe they just turned a conjoining hotel room into the living room). We were greeted with a box of chocolates and macarons and the staff decorated our room for our anniversary. The hotel breakfast included had a lot of variety and the staff was friendly. The hotel does get very busy so the only negative thing is the elevators take a long time to get to the higher floors. The gym is also surprisingly small for such a large hotel and only 1 of 3 treadmills worked. The gym is well equipped though for strength training but it got very busy in the mornings. Loved the close proximity to marina bay so we were able to run around there.

Very personalised & attentive service by reservation desk, front desk & concierge. Spacious rooms. Needs were met in terms of adjoining rooms & wheelchairs for the elders. Conveniently located & walkable to Esplanade & shopping/dining. Amenities were generously provided. But beds may be a little high for elders.

Under impressed not value for money

The hotel is in a very poor conditions. The toilet seat is much smaller thank the actual toilet rim. And the the bather smells awful! I stayed for 5 nights. Paid more than USD$500 per night, I expect at least a clean room. But no, the first room ‘s bathroom was not cleaned when I got the room. The second room has small flies vall over the room. Nasty!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

When I checked in around 1pm to my room, the toilet seat has iron stain on it, so I called the housekeeping ask them to send someone to clean and sanitize the bathroom. However, they didn’t sent the person around 6 pm to take care of the issue. Luckily, I was able to ask a housekeeper on the lobby to do a quick cleaning. The toilet seat is smaller than the actual toilet, very uncomfortable to seat on.

Loved this hotel in Singapore overlooking the marina Bay Area

Extremely gorgeous and unique property. Close walking distance to many sites such as marina bay sands, gardens by the bay, shopping and dining.

Rooms & housekeeping were top notch. Restaurants & bars are average at best . Service at lobby bar was slow and for such a five star hotel , should be much better. Menu for food was limited unless you choose the buffet . Will not repeat in the future as there are many other choices in this category.

The hotel is superb, love the room booked for me. Now I cannot go back to normal hotels already 😆

It was a very nice hotel, very well kept and well designed.

We had a beautiful, large king room, with a balcony on the 17th floor. View of the city. Hotel is expensive, but it was very impressive and we enjoyed our stay.

We liked that it was connected to the Marina Mall as it was very hot at the time.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldnt have been happier. Check in was seamless and our bags arrived in our room seconds after us. The pool was a lovely place to relax and was open all day and always very quiet. Lovely trip!

The hotel is very modern with eco in mind. There is a lush green garden within the hotel with live birds in cages.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely solo staycay

Team was friendly and warm! Very welcoming and I highly recommend this place. Rooms were well appointed. However walls are a little thin l, so light sleepers may be bothered. they tried to be eco which is very commendable. Love the filtered water tap feature.

Staff were friendly. Nice swimming pool. Need to make reservations advance for the spa, they are very busy.

There are a couple issues that I encountered . . . 1. Only non-USA outlets (yes, I'm spoiled) 2. Humidity (Can't hotels control humidity, lol)

The location of Park Royal Collection Marina Bay is unbeatable.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Value

Singapore, in general, is rather expensive and hotel rooms are no exception. The Marina Bay Sands is a big draw, with a BIG price tag and I think the ParkRoyal offers a very strategic alternative! Book a room on the side of the hotel that faces MBS and you have a better view of MBS than you would if you stayed there. The PR is a gorgeous hotel in it's own right with fantastic restaurant options and even sits on top of a shopping mall! PR is home to Southeast Asia’s largest indoor sky-lit atrium, containing over 2,400 plants, trees, shrubs and groundcovers from more than 60 varieties of flora spread across 1,400 square metres of space throughout. There are also underground tunnels that allow you to get to other hotels without getting out in the heat or rain. I forgot to take pictures of our room but they were true to the Hotels.com pictures. We would absolutely stay here again!
