Pleasant stay, the main noise was from other guests talking loudly / slamming car doors first thing in the morning. Basic facilities in the room (kettle, plates etc, no microwave). Shampoo tube from a previous occupant was left sitting on the shower screen is why I took a star off for cleanliness, otherwise it seemed good. A couple of blocks from the main street, it was fairly convenient. Wifi was a decent 35mbps downloading when I tested it. I'd stay again for 1-2 nights, otherwise I'd seek a more spacious room/additional facilities.

As a smoker I was definitely in the wrong place but comfortable

Very clean and very comfortable. Rooms are well appointed but honestly could do with a lick of paint in places and a quick tidy up of the gardens. Rooms are not sound proofed by any means as evidenced with the non stop, all night, laughing of the young men in room beside. Loud doors banging, and more continuous laughter.

Everything was clean and neat but I think the bathroom needs an upgrade.

Good spot to be able to walk for dinner or to the pub. Could park my car directly outside my door, which came in handy as I forgot to bring in so much. The tv has access to YouTube and other apps to be able to sign in and watch whatever you like. Just don’t forget to sign out or you’ll see some strange recently viewed videos on your apps haha. Very nice to stay for the price I paid

The room is very small and the shower rose is low. Not suitable for a person who 6 foot plus. Alo no microwave in the room. The location is close to shops.

The room was small but comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I found the room to be clean.The motel was close to the town centre.

If you are looking for a cheap overnight stay as part of your trip, I can recommend this motel. A basic room with a comfortable double bed, small LED TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, bar fridge. Room and bathroom were very clean. A bit of traffic noise as hotel on main road.

Great place to stay in Goulburn. Parking at the door. Close to Main Street with lots of dining options. Friendly helpful staff. Central heating in room was very good.

Noisy aircon, no microwave, ancient toaster, very small room, bathroom smelt mouldy, hot water dangerously hot.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy the staff were helpful but unfortunately the lock on my door (room 11) was old and opened by just sticking the tip of the key in it. My motorbike key for example also opened the lock. The staff told me they would be fixing this issue soon.

One of the spare pillows in the closet had dried food on the pillow case. There was a recurring (usually in the morning) sewage smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Not overpowering but noticeable .

The bed was fantastic I’d like to know what mattress that is my hubby moves a lot and I didn’t once feel him move Lovely room same bedspread as mine lol. Overal very nice quiet relaxing stay. Best nights sleep.

Average for a cheaper property

This motel makes no great claims and is old and tired. The pizza under the bed was not a nice find. The base of the shower was slippery. We could have done with a bedside table and light by each side of the queen sized bed. On the other hand, having a ceiling fan and air-conditioning was wonderful, and the bench down the side was very handy.

Even though the room was quite compact, it was very cosy, clean and comfortable. Only thing I found a bit off putting was the fact that there was no microwave and only 2 small bread and butter plates, 1 bowl, 2 cups, 2 teaspoons and 1 knife. So was unable to get something decent to eat as no facilities to use. As I said only small comment, would've made the stay a little bit better.. otherwise everything was great .
