There was no bar fridge in room. The hotel restaurant only served breakfast. The bar was not open at all during our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Pleasant, clean, good location

All good overall. Clean and comfortable - only complaint was very small, very thin pillows, but slept well regardless. Bed headboard had a multicolour LED surround which was odd... though it might have been able to connect via USB to your phone to change in time with the music? Not sure, seemed a little pointless. Didn't try the breakfast as it seemed expensive (though nearby cafes charged almost identical price). Selection of snacks in the hotel shop seemed very expensive. Easy walk into the old city, and close to 2 U-Bahn stations.

The staff are great . It’s convenient and near the historical places like the Hauptmarkt . Walking distance to the Central main train station .

Good not great

While overall our stay was good, there are two areas that could use improvement: the bathroom in our room was so tiny that the shower door could not open out, but had to open in; it was difficult to even to turn around in that tiny bathroom. Also, the staff could have been a bit more friendly. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. And the hotel was well-situated near transportation and shopping.

Fluffy towels, fussy parking!

The hotel itself is on a busy street, but we weren't bothered by noise. Check in was easy, and the staff speak good English. Thankfully! (As my German is nicht so gut!) The room was clean and decently furnished, and the bath towels were huge, and very fluffy! Breakfast was quite good. I have only 2 complaints. First, the air conditioning could not keep the room cool. We had it turned down to 21 celcius, and though it ran all evening and all night, the room never got cooler than 23. Second, the parking spots under the hotel are TINY and the ramp is terribly narrow. If you're not driving a typical subcompact Euro rental car, forget about parking down there. You'll be leaving paint on the walls!

Great Staff and breakfast

Already did this for another email but the staff were great. Daniel,Cinara,Denis at the front desk, the 2 men in the breakfast area and the maintenance guy (Mike maybel) are a credit to your company. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend a pay raise for all six.

Very good option for your airport stay

An excelent option for your airport stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. Nice selection of food for diner. There is a shuttle from and to the airport (although we didn't use it). Highly recommended.

The transportation is limited and no much to do around the hotel

The young gentlemen on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Once in hotel everything ok. We missed onsite parking and had to park on street. Only restaurants in area were in the old city, which was a little sketchy.

Nuremberg 2023

Amazing hotel with lin a 5 minute walk of nuremberg city centre. Friendly staff, amazing rooms

The Park Inn by Radisson Nürnberg is an excellent choice just outside the Old City gates and convenient to everything. There's even a supermarket mere steps away. It is very convenient for the Opera House, restaurants, shopping, the train station. The Staff is excellent and a special mention goes to the young lady in charge of the Hotel's bar and grill. She made my stay quite a wonderful experience with her charm and wonderful service. Another special mention goes to my Housekeeper who was superb.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The area was clean, and parking was easy.

Great Hotel Near Train Station

A very nice hotel with easy check-in and check out. Nice coffee and snacks available. Staff is friendly and helpful (even though they would not give us a room 15 minutes early). Location is walkable from train station and close to restaurants and shopping. Not a lot of storage space in room for carry-on bags and jackets. Would stay here again.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Germany that had ice. We are from America and we really like ice where we live. The breakfast was nice it was buffet style. The rooms got cool ish but all of the hotels we have stayed at in Germany were that way and we booked all AC hotels. I recommend bringing a small fan my husband and I each brought one and it was well worth it. This hotel has a nice candy, drink, fruit check in at the front that was nice. Good location to old town and the wall if you are traveling by train which we were Nuremberg HBF is close it’s only about a 15 min walk with suitcases. This is also a big train hub so they have plenty of stuff at this location and elevators if you need them.

Overall great stay! Parking garage is a little tight if your car is an SUV. Reception was great and offered a welcome beer or candy. Room was small but great AC and shower. Breakfast was perfect!

The hotel is between two tram stops - Plärrer and Kohlenhof, and if you travel by taxi, some streets are one-way to make it difficult for the cab drivers. Bear this in mind, if you travel a bit less-than-light. Rooms require the entry key to be placed in a device near the front door, for the HVAC to work properly and windows must be shut.

Good Hotel

Great staff! Breakfast was OK but I prefer to go across the street to the Sweet Dealer for coffee and pancakes.

Stay was good, room Was clean room service was great. Only issue is the Apple TV / chrome devices and the tv. It kept freezing and disconnecting

The room was the perfect size and price. I would love to book again and hopefully I can. Location is perfect walking distance to everything that I needed.

I liked location: staff: i feel the room was tailored for everyone. Lots of electric plug sockets in the room good different lighting. Parking was paid at check in but when we took the car out for 1 hr for dinner and came back no car park space.

When I made the reservation I assumed the hotel would be good quality because it was affiliated with Radisson. This was our worst experience at a hotel. Rude reception, no air conditioner that I could identify, smell in the bathroom from the drain, dingy towels, overpriced unsatisfying breakfast. It’s better than selling on the street is the nicest think I could say.

Great room, comfortable bed and great bedding, and of a better quality that you would expect in this somewhat budget sector of the market. The location is convenient although not actually in the historic old town. The breakfast is adequate only. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and quiet night. It is a new and unpretentious hotel.

Easy and comfortable.

Very close to the inner ring. Had beer in vending machine. Nice/easy check-in and out. Showers were better than expected.

Not a four or five star hotel

Very disappointed in the hotel. Would not rate this a five or four star hotel. The hotel needs updating and service was ok but not to standard of high star hotel. Very very expensive for nothing.

Great stay in Nuremberg

Perfect weekend stay at the Radisson. Super easy to get to from the airport and a short walk into the old town. Staff were great. The rooms were perfect too. The only thing I’d be concerned about is that if you’re a larger person, fitting into the shower cubicle might be tricky. It was a squeeze for me.

The hotel is near the opera station and easy to walk to the city. It takes around 5-10mins. But the room is not enough to put two large luggage.

Very convenient hotel close to the Walled City of Nuremberg. The rooms were clean and nice. Lovely breakfast.

Walking distance to Christmas Markets and old Nuremberg (medieval walls), as well as local train station. Easy to get to and from the airport using subway.

Check in staff doubted my contact with the hotel & frowned upon my communication through Expedia even though I had received messages this way. Front of house staff were very stretched & were rude when the safe broke. Hotel was nice & clean. Cleaning staff made the room lovely.

Ok hotel but expensive

Good hotel but a little pricey for what you get. Watch the underground parking a mid size vehicle barely fits Not many amenities in hotel and rooms are very small.

Nice hotel placed just outside the wall that separates the city center from the rest of the city. So, you are at literally no time to feel in the city center, but without being there. Also very close to Plärrer underground stop — 3 minute walk — that runs services to/from airport and that would take around 15 minutes to make the whole trip. The hotel itselt its accomodating. It seems new or recently refurbished. The staff were friendly and very helpful, giving us a free upgrade at reception, so we got a bigger room. The latter was nice and neat. Only downside it would be that, for our taste, the pillows were too soft. However, we solved that on our second night, asking for another. Cannot talk about breakfast, as we didn’t have it there. Overall, it’s a good hotel that I’d recommend.

Fab hotel, great price

Great location quiet but only a few mins walk to the city centre. The room is a little small but so well designed that you don't mind. Its style is very funky which I loved. I thought the coloured headboard surround was fab. There are lots of nice little touches in this hotel which really add, e.g. The complimentary newspapers, water and ice dispensers etc. I didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food.best of all for me was the 24 access to the gym and sauna in the top floor of the hotel, amazing! It really strives to be not just another boring business hotel and I think with all the funky touches it succeeds. The price was fantastic , I would have expected to pay much more for a hotel of this quality. All in all it was a great find and I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Excellent hotel and location

Our experience of the Park Inn by Radisson in Nuremberg was excellent all round. From the friendly welcome and efficient check-in to our overall experience of the hotel's professional and pleasant staff and the impeccably clean modern room, our stay was without fault in any regard. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities and it's excellent staff.

Clean, quiet, new hotel with excellent staff near old town. I stayed for one night only. Wish I had stayed longer. The room was a little small. But I mostly stayed outside so it wasn't an issue. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Couple touring the region for a few days

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Conveniently located near various public transport and within easy walk of old town. Hotel has a relaxed vibe and offers those little things (ice bucket particularly helpful during our stay when temperatures high) that make your stay a little more comfortable. Breakfast offered lots of variety and gym clean and modern. Very nice touch to receive drinks and grapes following initial good feedback.

Good location, close to public transportation station and two stops from Hbf Main train station. Comfortable bed and clean room. Enjoyed the in room coffee maker. Noisy one night due to World Cup fan celebrations driving around the hotel and blowing their horns for several hours. We had a room at the back of the hotel but it was still near the street. Overall a good hotel. Would stay here again!

Nice room for the price but poor service

I've stayed in Radissons of various types all around the world but this was the first time here. It's 10 minutes walk from the main train station, or 2 stops on the underground, in not too bad an area with several local restaurants and a few minutes walk into the city centre shops. When I arrived around 23:30 there was nobody at reception, there was a sign to say they were away on a safety check. After about 5 minutes waiting I went to the bar to find the guy that should have been on reception was actually behind the bar. Checked in after that, the room was to the usual high standard for the Radisson chain, big comfy bed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was ok but the shower was really small, in fact it was quite a squeeze to get in and out as the door opened inwards and forced you against the tap (which I also knocked a couple of times and froze myself for a few seconds!). The second night I got back much earlier, around 21:30, and as it was blazing hot and the football was on in the bar, decided to have a few beers in the small bar. There was one person working behind the bar and she was busy making a cocktail for about 10 minutes. She then put it on a tray and wondered off leaving the bar unattended, after another 10 minutes of waiting I gave up and went to bed. The receptionist/barman from the night before came in during this time but just went into the office behind reception to chat with what I assume was the duty manager. Overall, nice rooms but poor service.

Great hotel, great service and location.

Staff at front desk were superlative. They were welcoming and very helpful at all times. Our visit to this hotel was excellent and the front end staff contributed hugely to our satisfaction. With our stay. Well done Hotel is close to "old town" transit etc., making it a good base for exploring the area. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Parkinn Nuremberg

I cannot fault the hotel or the facilities. They were exactly what you need. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was really good. Duvet was a little too narrow However, the local area must have had some celebration or other because all I could hear from 10-11pm were car horns and sirens

Got off to a great start with a room upgrade! We had a large room at the front of the hotel, very well laid out & comfortable. Hotel is well placed for transport links; tram, underground and S-bahn stops all within easy reach. I can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there.

Breakfast buffet here is amazing. Staff was very helpful!!!
