Clean place. Very near main market square. Very good views. Their open roof top Lounge has great views. For Fira, we felt, it is an ideal place to stay. Our check in experience was not good. We were informed that our room is upgraded, but the AC ( heating ) was not working. The next room we got was a smaller room, original booking was a Suite, we stayed in a standard room. We assessed later, that the photos on the booking platform are not of the actual rooms, they are a mix of various rooms. Which is not good at all. We had expressed this to the manager, but no response.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view and a dining table. There is a jet-tub which serves as shower, but that is not very convenient and you have to be careful getting in and out of it. The restaurant was good, but only breakfast and may be lunch. Overall, good place to stay, but could use some updating.

The photos don’t do it justice! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious. We especially loved the hot tub and the views of the Caldera and sea.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Santorini, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist gave us such a warm welcome, making group check-in incredibly smooth. They went above and beyond by helping with our luggages and ensuring they were delivered straight to our rooms, which was such a relief after a long haul traveling. The rooms were spotless and offered stunning views of the Caldera Sea- truly breathtaking esp. during sunset. There’s even an elevator to easily access the rooms, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, and they also prepare hot breakfast on request, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s location in the heart of Fira is unbeatable. We were within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Even when we checked out at 3 a.m., the hotel made sure porters were available to assist us, which speaks volumes about their dedication to guest service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini!

The property has a great view and location. Staff reaction to problems terrible. The pipe of our bedroom jacuzzi broke, causing a terrible flood in our bedroom. They had to cut the water and make repairs and clean which ruin our night and the reservations we had. The manager was very rude and zero empathy about all the situation

Clean and nearby all the food and shopping choices. Staff was fantastic. I think a bit expensive though for the quality of Hotel.

Beautiful room in a great location!

Beautiful hotel perfectly located to explore Fira and access to busses or rental vehicles. Room was adequate size, clean and had an exceptional view of the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and also overlooked the caldera. Staff were extremely helpful and were willing to assist in making many reservations. Although we had checked out, the front desk held our luggage all day and gave us towels so that we could shower before leaving for our ferry transfer. Since we had gone horseback riding this was such an amazing bonus!

The location of Panorama was perfect. Only minutes to the local shopping and dining areas, plus bus stop. Clean, modern, and good size rooms. Only concern was the 'hot tub' was still set to 'hot' in summer and took a long time to cool down when staff attended to it; but once it was adjusted, it was perfect for the rest of our stay. Staff were also easy to communicate to via WhatsApp. Would still stay again and recommend to anyone!

Wonderful stay

Amazing hotel! You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel. Great service throughout and the free transfers(either from/to ferry port or from/to airport) take the hassle of organising transport out of the equation. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and a great selection was presented daily. Pool area is lovely. Close walk to everything and even access to the coastline for a coastal walk.

Amazing location in Fira and excellent views. Staff were wonderful especially the baggage guys that ran everywhere. Beds were very comfortable and had 2 bathrooms which was ideal for the family. Our room was in the back “cave” so nice and dark and cool. Rooms were big and spacious! We loved the hot tub and balcony too with amazing views and spent time at the pool. Would totally recommend this place!

The perfect hotel for experiencing Santorini. Apart from the magnificent views and being right in the middle of the caldera, the breakfast at the roof top bar and the super-friendly staff have made this a very memorable trip. I recommend getting the hotel to book transfers - hassle-free and more enjoyable.

Very comfortable accommodations with the view of a lifetime. Definitely not for someone with mobility issues and there are many stairs and elevators to negotiate. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Go for the view and stay for the rooftop breakfast and bar! Highly recommend.

The rooms were quite small but beautiful views. The pool was definitely very hard to get to if you had any mobility issues or were elderly. Drinks and food were very expensive compared to Milos and other islands.

Location is probably the best in Fira. It’s close to the Fira main bus station, and the taxi drop off station, so no need to drag your luggage to lots of stairs or the cobblestone pathway. The view was amazing! Service was good, room was clean and nice. The balcony showed th e best view! We love that they have an elevator as well. The staff were very helpful. We arrived on an early flight, and the staff checked us in as early as they could which is nice. Hotel is close to all amenities in the island. Would stay here again next time we visit Santorini.

The property was clean and located at the best spot. Staff was helpful and courteous, gave us an early checkin due to our travel plans. The 2 elevators to our suite were a relief. Breakfast food quality could have been better. Overall a good stay and definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our suite had a nice outdoor hot-tub and a great view of the caldera. The property was in a great location, with plenty of dining and shopping options right outside the hotel. It was clean and well kept. The complimentary champagne and breakfast options were also enjoyable. Customer service was excellent. They organized transportation to and from the airport and since the hotel isnt directly accessible by car, they assisted with bringing our bags to the hotel which was a short 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Our room was magnificent. I had an issue with the hotel attempting to charge me twice for the room so I had to block my credit card. They quickly cancelled the second reservation but it did impact me accessing my bank for the a few days.

The Panorama Hotel is in a great location and the view is outstanding! Truly magnificent! The staff is great and very helpful. They setup two tours for us that were the highlight of our trip. The catamaran excursion was incredible! The room was nice, clean a good size. We had a balcony that faced the water…just amazing! The morning breakfast was delicious with eggs to order. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Enjoy!

We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi. The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They were able to make change for us several times as the ATMs would give us big bills. The locks were a little tricky at first and not as conventient as modern key cards but the rooms were still fantastic although we could hear wind wistling through the door on our first day when the wind was out of the East. We did not try the pool but it was a deceptively long walk down to it.

The most wonderful location. Its santorimi so steps cant be avoided. Sunsets from your room. Fabulous rooftop bar serving breakfast and lunch and which transforms into a chic cocktail bar in the evening with the best view of the sunset. But the best thing about Panorama - is tje staff - all of them - pool area - porters - cleaners - bar staff - reception - AMAZING they were professional . Friendly and eager to help. They create the wonderful welcoming tone of Panorama Suites.

This is my second time at this hotel. It is very convenient to all the sites in Fira and the staff is amazing. The only thing I will caution is that due to the location, it is surrounded by night clubs and the music goes until 3 or 4 in the morning. It was pretty noticeable in my room. Problem mostly solved with ear plugs.

Located right in the middle of Fira - restaurants, shops right outside. Easy access to car/taxis. Very clean, wonderful balcony with view and nice pool. Service was helpful and friendly. They even helped us find a tennis club for a lesson with a pro!

Had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is beautiful I got my room with the balcony and it was totally worth it. However, like everything is so close by which was convenient. There were a lot of bars/clubs near by with loud music. It was hard for me to sleep. Staff was friendly and rooms were spotless.

Everything was perfect. From the view, location,room amenities, and staff. The only thing that will need improvement I think will be the security. If it can be strengthened as we have lost some GBP from our room. Staff were apologetic and tried to investigate but the case was not resolved. Hoping it won't happen to other clients.But apart from this, everything could have been perfect. The breakfast from the cafè was very nice too plus the view. Breakfast timings are great as u can sleep in.

Beautiful Caldera View

Nice hotel with a beautiful sunset view of the Caldera. It was in the heart of the city of Fira. The complimentary breakfast was excellent at the rooftop lounge! The only downside was the parking was about 15 minutes away unless you're young and walk fast uphill maybe 10 minutes. They do have a guy that will meet you at the parking lot and carry your bags to the hotel. But if you want the Caldera view you will have to walk up and down steps or stairs. I would stay there again for convenience to shopping, dinning, and nightlife.

Fabulous accommodation in central Thira. Stunning views from the balcony, perfect for watching the sunset each evening. Breakfast in the rooftop bar was included and was delicious. It included a continental buffet, plus a cooked-to-order breakfast and barista coffee. Pool is small but great for a boutique hotel; it could use a couple more loungers but I don’t know if there is space.

Other than the location and staff, this was a below average hotel charging exorbitant prices. They put us in a room on the same level as reception underneath the bar/tavern above which basically kept us up all night because of the noise and extremely loud AC unit. I asked to be moved but they couldn’t do so until the next day. The second room was nice and away from the bar but like the rest of the hotel, it’s extremely dated and not very functional. The bathrooms had issues with water pooling around the floor drain after use of the sink and jacuzzi. And I don’t understand why you would put in a shower in the jacuzzi tub….it was challenging to get in and out of the tub as there’s nothing to grab on to and the floor was wet because the shower heads spray water all over. As I said the staff were very nice and location was great but the facility was in poor condition and needs to be upgraded to justify what they are charging guests.

Our stay was amazing, the hotel is perfect from location and services point of view. I have to give a big thank you to the staff there who were very helpful, supportive, kind and efficient. Will definitely recommand this hotel and will come back there if we vaisit Santorini in the future.
