Second time to stay and can highly recommend it. Relaxation area with outdoor bar around the pool. Staff very helpful and polite. Miguel on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Bedroom was comfortable and very clean. Speedy efficient check out .

It was small and quiet, perfect if you want to have a relaxing time!

This hotel is great. It’s a few minutes walk from the local beach where you will find restaurants and little shops for drinks/ice cream on the beachfront. There is also a big supermarket close by too. You can easily walk to the famous Puerto Banus marina shops on the bridge by the beachfront - 20 mins walk. Rooms were exceptionally clean and ‘some’ staff were lovely. Overall a good hotel that’s close to everything you need.

Marvelous wee hotel - excellent staff & excellent facilities with gym being very good for its size. Rooms spacious enough with nice balcony. Rooms on left side of pool get the sun throughout the day while rooms on the left do not. Depends on what you want! Only had breakfast which was continental in style but very acceptable. Enjoyed my stsy

Room a litte dated but had everything you needed. Hairdryer was not worth using it was so poor but the only negatives. Hotel was clean , food good and parking easy.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Swift check in with the most friendliest reception team. Bar menu and staff top notch. Highly recommend the bar team to make a negroni for you. Tapas menu is impressive. Recommend bike hire from the hotel and cycle across to Marbella old and new harbours.

Great property for a relax and having a good time.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet up market residential area. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with a good selection of hot and cold food. Hotel is built around a courtyard with pool, large out door seating/table area with a bar. All very comfortable. Food menu during day was good and in the evening was a small plate selection which was really nice. We had a superior plus room as an upgrade. This room was on the third level, with a lovely private terrace. The hotel is mainly on 2 levels, with each corner going to 3 levels. Puerto Banus marina is about a 40 minute walk along the coast boardwalk. Marbella and Estepona an easy bus ride on the L29 bus on the main road A7 a short walk from the hotel. San Pedro is also an easy walk. We loved our week here and would happily go back, and we are picky about where we stay.

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding that was in the local area. Lovely friendly hotel. Great facilities. We had a triple room overlooking the pool and it was great.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely, clean and comfortable room overlooking the pool. A great hotel which was well positioned to access either the beach (500m), Puerto Banus or San Pedro de Alcantara. Or, by bus or taxi to Marbella or Estepona.

This is what a hotel should be! Fantastic value for the price with a beautiful authentic Mediterranean style building centered around a nice pool area, with bar and casual restaurant service. Very clean and nice rooms with balconies and comfortable beds. Above all, this smiling and willing to help staff makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay. They all speak English well too. The other guests were from England, France, Germany and Skandinavia. We might have been the only Americans, so that was fun too. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood about 4 blocks in from the beach and several beachside restaurants, and a bit longer walk to the Puerto Banus harbour with it's high end shops and restaurants. We cabbed it to a couple less touristy inland restaurants suggested by the hotel stagg and they were outstanding.

Fabulous hotel close to the beach

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Great location close to a small beach, but still close to the big towns of the Costa del Sol. Such a great friendly welcome from all the staff we encountered throughout our stay. Breakfast included and it was a good spread. Downside - onsite parking was expensive. Great to see EV charging, but it was super slow so needed more the 12 hours to charge the car. I will definitely consider staying here again in future.

Positive experience. Parking accross the hotel should have been included in the price. Room a bit tight. But for sure will stay again in the future.

Amazing Customer Service

we arrived late on Friday night 22nd Sept - 1am approx and got looked after superbly by the manager & barman. equally the service during our stay was excellent. Bed was comfortable albeit the room was a little tight but the poolside area , breakfast options & overall ambience & condition was excellent. Highly recmmended.

Great place and great staff

Just one word…. AMAZING

The hotel itself is lovely but please be warned, it is advertised as "Adults only". This is false advertising at they do allow children. When I complained I was told that they only recommend adults as there are no facilities for children despite that fact that I have screenshots showing it being advertised as AO!!

Fantastic Staff

Lovely hotel , great food and cocktails but overwhelmingly it was the fantastic staff at the bar who work incredibly hard and take real pride in their work. We felt thoroughly looked after by them.

A beautiful small boutique hotel. Beautifully kept grounds and pool area. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Quiet air conditioning system in the rooms and inside public areas meant that sleeping was comfortable even when the outside temperature was 30C . The salt water pool is much nicer to be in than chlorinated. Very few family rooms so not many children staying. The staff were wonderful both at the reception desk and all other areas. Would recommend the airport transfer organised by the hotel over any other options. We will be back!!

Best part of the hotel is the pool area. Very quiet, beautiful balconies surrounding. Wifi worked in all areas of the hotel. Poolside service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was AC took a little while to kick in. We asked for additional key to keep in the electricity slot to let it run while we were out and that helped. Rooms are basic/outdated/nothing special. But gets the job done

Great location

I highly recommend this hotel. Location is convenient. Pool, food, bar, staff all excellent! The room was large and clean.

We loved the layout around the bar & swimming pool. Good breakfast included. Parking provided opposite (albeit at a €15 per day charge). Staff very helpful. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby but little else in the immediate vicinity.

Fabulous hotel

Fabulous hotel-service and staff were excellent. Lovely quiet small hotel ideal for a very relaxing time. Rooms are fine-a little on the small side but that wasn’t a problem. Spotlessly clean. The hotel also arranged taxis for us which were prompt and well organised. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay. It is so classy and the vibes are so relaxed and easygoing. The service is top-notch. I did not want to leave. Please stay here you will not regret it.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The outside area looks lovely on a sunny day and the staff are really friendly. My friend and I were greeted by Angel who was very accomodating during our stay. The rooms aren't very modern but they are clean and very comfortable. To get to Puerto Banus which is the area where most people go to party.

They ought to provide water bottles for guests in the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice boutique hotel! Excellent amenities and very comfortable rooms and beds! Breakfast was superb! Very near a highly recommended restaurant Nuevo Reino Restaurante! Running beach front just there! Will comeback! 😀

I have stayed here before and I have never been disappointed, the staff are all very friendly, the hotel in general is spotless, the cleaner's do a great job. The beds are really comfortable and it is pretty quiet, so i always sleep pretty well, I'm always mede to feel welcome.

Nice little place near the Center and the beach. The staff are very nice and helpful accept one lady who doesn’t smile and answer with the minimum.

The location is amazing and the hotel has a great vibe along with a great pool area and cafe.

It was a bit difficult finding the property. It's in an area with private homes and was a bit difficult to locate. It's a quick walk to the beautiful boardwalk, which extends for quite a good distance. There are many eating options along the boardwalk. The pool area at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would book here again!

Home away from home

Fantastic stay from check in until check out, room was spacious clean with an excellent terrace area. The finer details like the power if the shower was great and a brilliant iron makes all those differences. Will defo be staying again next year

I don’t understand how it is only a 2* hotel! The staff are amazing, the pool area is so nice and spacious (no need to fight for sunbeds). The room I was given didn’t have a balcony which was annoying but as I didn’t spend too much time in the room there was no need to complain. It would have been nice for the restaurant to open for dinner so that there was an option to not have to go out. Overall this is a great little hotel and I will definitely be coming back!

Hotel was lovely and beyond the star rating for sure. Staff were amazing very friendly and the cleaners were excellent, very thorough across all areas of the property. Room was perfect with confortable bed, mini bar that was well priced, iron, hairdryer everything i needed. Pool area was lovely and towels were available from reception. Overall the security of the hotel was great, felt very safe in the room and felt all my valuables were secured.

Great place! Note that 10€/day charged for parking.

Simply the friendliest, the best value for money, better than most 4 & 5 Star hotels in Puerto Banus (and I have stayed in them). I will stay there again and would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Lovely hotel …

Arrived had to wait whilst person on desk had good old chat bout where to go to other residents .. after few minutes i asked could we check in as seemed to be long wait ?? He wasn’t happy .. told me off oddly !! out of order .. we shouldn’t have been kept waiting whilst chit chat !!! room for 3 was bedroom and sofa bed .. didn’t know in advance ? not great .. i slept on sofa bed .. not ideal for £172 each !! hotel itself is lovely been before .. pool and bar lovely .. location perfect 10 euros to main harbour in banus .. 10 mins beach 5 mins supermarket they have transfer we booked 75 euros each was lovely .. recommend that too going again in july let’s hope not on sofa bed ??

Ok stay

Only parked one night and paid. Tea and coffee never topped up in room. Rooms small. Breakfast was ok. Staff where very nice and helpful at all times.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Paloma Blanca.Location was ideal( 5 mins walk to beach) All staff were very friendly and accommodating.Room was cleaned every day, overlooking lovely pool.Would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing a relaxing holiday.

Excellent stay

Stayed here recently while on business, the hotel is really nice and quiet, perfect to come back to and relax after work, the staff are excellent and made me feel welcome, i cannot fault any of them. Whilst I was there they were not serving food in the evenings, but i had breakfast and occasionally lunch there and enjoyed every meal. I look forward to returning to the area and staying here again

It was all really nice, table-served breakfast, nice food in the restaurant, comfortable bed, nice pool-area but unfortunately I had plenty of ants in my room and even after they treated the room, the ants came back…

Amazing stay at Paloma Blanca Hotel, such nice people and pool has sunshine all day, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay... made friends with the bar staff and they treated us very nicely. €5-8 in a taxi to Puerto Banus, where all the main places are(bars, restaurants, clubs). Definitely going to visit here again wish we stayed longer!

Never got to stay here booked it through Expedia and cancelled through Expedia but was still charged for a nights stay

Great stay

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant is a little pricey but pretty good and breakfast had so many choices and was always hot and fresh.

Staff was a great help and the hotel was fantastic. Food at hotel restaurant was a bit pricy but still very tasty. Could not have asked for better service and friendlier people. Would highly recommend stay here!

Excellent choice of Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. An excellent choice of foods for breakfast, extremely clean, will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a quieter residential neighborhood and perfectly located for time on the beach or visiting historic Marbella. We rented bicycles on the property to ride along the boardwalk several times. The breakfast was generous and well presented, and staff was knowledgeable and helpful (my husband needed to rent a guitar while we were there, and they knew exactly where to send us). Parking was easy and free.

The hotel was uniquely quiet and homely which is unusual to find on the costs. Also all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

A one star room with a five star breakfast

The hotel has a nice layout, all the rooms seem to be around a nice central patio with a nice looking swimming pool. The breakfast was superb, and the staff was wonderful. However, the room was smaller than a shoe box and we opened the bathroom's window the sewer smell was horrible. The hotel is located about 4/5 blocks from the beach, and when you get there if you head NW (towards Marbella) you find the unpleasant mouth of river Gudaiza and then a unsightly pet beach. Turning towards the SE a not too attractive beach that's not Marbella.

The location and very helpful staff made this a place I would use again and also recommend it to friends and family.

Absolutely loved the first two days it was so quiet and relaxing. Then the third day a hen party turned up. They were loud but just having s bit of fun and playing few games which was ok. The staff in the hotel kept coming over to them every two minutes to tell them to be quiet. The forth day a huge stag party arrived! They were extremely loud and raucous but staff didn’t tell them off once!! In fact we noticed who we presumed to be the owner shake the stags hand!! Now... if you read trip advisor management insist that stag and hen parties are not permitted. Just don’t like blatant lies. Also don’t like the fact that it was one rule for the girls and no rules for the boys!!

The location is very good. Nice pool and bar area.

Our room did not have a balcony even though it after the standard rooms did. When we moved room it was unclean, bedsheets dirty and ants on floor. Staff weren’t helpful in overcoming the problem

Loved that we were on the ground floor and had a pool and chair just outside our door. However, because of being on ground floor we did see a bug or two but wasn’t really an issue

A chilled out time

The hotel was everything we hoped for and so much more. The room was very comfotable we have never slept so well. the atmosphere is so relaxing and chilled out and our time just flew by. The entertainment and food were exceptional , the owners management and staff were so attentive and friendly, sending a bottle of bubbly as a gift to the room when they found out it was my wife's birthday . Young Phobe was so happy and friendly she made us laugh every day. We will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

The hotel restaurant served lovely food and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Affordable stay and worth every penny :)
