This is a lovely little boutique hotel in Buenos Aires within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and parks and a short taxi ride from the centre. The rooms are very comfortable and have balconies. The staff could not be more helpful, especially those in the restaurant who work extremely hard.

The hotel went above and beyond when our flight was canceled and rebooked and they helped secure transportation from the airport at the last minute. Also, their breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is terrific - the photos are true to the experience, it is wonderfully designed and a nice respite from the city, while still being just a few steps from amazing shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations, and even helped us book a last-minute city tour when our self-booked reservation fell through. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family visiting Buenos Aires.

Convenient location

It’s a wonderful hotel with a wonderful rooftop pool with a view and helpful staff in a centrally located area in Palermo. I truly enjoyed my one night there.

A nice location in Palermo Hollywood, many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony, and many nice touches ( eg. rain shower). The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Also, a very good breakfast buffet. A winner !

It would be better If they have facial towel in the room

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was Continental style - could order an omelet also. Had to walk a long way to find dinner before 8 pm. Could store our luggage after checkout

Fantastic option in BA

Fantastic option in a nice neighborhood in BA - staff were very friendly and helpful with practicalities of visiting BA, very nice breakfast, good location close to attractions and restaurants in Palermo, and enjoyed our room.

Great hotel with great service. Great central location!

The staff were amazing. They all were helpful, caring, and kind. They make everyone feel special and they answered all of our questions. The front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeeping were all lovely.

Overall an outstanding hotel. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The courtyard garden was lovely, and breakfast buffet is full and fresh every morning. The neighborhood is unbelievable - I highly recommend taking one of the free bicycles out. The only minor down notes were that the room temperature control is minimal (it is an eco hotel after all), and the pool is more of a bathing pond. Again, neither was a very big issue, even though we were there in summer (mid December). Highly recommended.

Perfect in Palermo

This is without a doubt the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly, the property is beautiful and though space is limited they’ve been very clever with the use of space. That being said the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is SO GOOD! Would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us

Wondeful boutique experience

I had a great stay at Palo Santo Hotel last week. The rooms feel very new, sleek, and updated, and there was nice attention to detail, including water dispenser in the lobby, turndown service, and well-designed bathroom. The breakfast service was great, and the front desk staff took the time to learn my name and greet me by sight when arriving in the lobby. I am sensitive to noise and the street traffic below was a bit loud, but manageable. There are rooms that face their courtyard in the back, which I would imagine would be a bit quieter. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Palo Santo! The service and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and equipped with all that we required and the bed super comfortable. The neighbourhood was perfect - safe and lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The breakfast was great and offered ample options. The sustainability ethos and credentials were great to see and why I ultimately chose this hotel.

Adrian the manager helped me a lot because I’m From Argentina but I live in USA over 20 years I made a mistake with the Arge Iva and he told me he will refunded me the money .I’m a USA citizen . Georgina I also lost my kid toy is a white bear and they found my kid toy . Thanks

Absolutley wonderful stay at this must stay hotel in the heart of Palmero, BA. From the moment you wnter the private gate you get a sense of calm, modern serentiy. With great hosts and staff, beautiful surroundings and every inch well thought out. Stay here. Perfect for a visit to BA

This hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every area. There is a reason that so many reviewers consistently rank it so high because there are a lot of details and care that they take in the room and in the staff making sure that you have a great experience. The room is clean spacious and has all the amenities that you would need. The location is in a residential area of Palermo that is conveniently located to many local sights. It is not in the central part of the city so you would have to take a taxi or Uber to get to that part. The front desk staff With whom interacted, Adrian and Jose were really helpful and friendly. Overall, we are great day, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the place.

Wonderful hotel!

Palo Santo was the perfect hotel for our long-week family get away to BA. The front desk staff were the best - full of helpful information and always smiling and wanting to make sure we were having the best trip possible.

It is my go to hotel for many reasons.

The breakfast was very delicious and they offered fresh breads, cheese and meats. They also made you your own fresh coffee or you could choose to have a latte or cappuccino. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to attractions in Buenos Aires. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a chic and environmentally conscious accommodation option in the city.

Palo Santo is everything a boutique hotel should be and after years of being disappointed by boutique hotels and going back to big names, I’m so glad I tried Palo Santo. I even extended my stay because I enjoyed myself so much. A few things to note: the hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff really pays attention to details. I am paranoid about bugs of any kind and check mattress seams etc and Palo Santo was impeccable! I even checked under the bed (like I said, I have very high standards) and it was spotless. Cannot say enough good things about this. The rooms are big and the balcony is great. I got a deluxe room and got room 43 which faced the courtyard (rooms ending in 4 and 3 seems to face the courtyard) so it was very quiet. I can’t speak to the street facing rooms but considering it’s a small street, I suspect the noise level should be fine. Breakfast was good. Selection is small but it’s a boutique hotel so that’s to be expected. Omelette was great, fruits were delicious and the service was great. Reception staff went above and beyond. You can text them with questions, they will give you personalized suggestions and when you go in and out of the hotel you get greeted by name. It is everything a boutique hotel should be. Location is good! It’s a bit outside of the general hubbub of Palermo SoHo since the hotel is in Palermo Hollywood but still good. I did a lot of research when looking for my hotel and I’m so glad I went to Palo Santo.

Perfect spot in Palermo Hollywood!

We stayed two nights a the Palo Santo hotel. The location can’t be beat for walkability and access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were warm and helpful. The rooms are cozy and feature great balconies for outdoor seating. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and we really appreciated the free glass of wine in the evening!

Staff was excellent!

We loved the quiet lush green back garden at the hotel… a welcome oasis in the bustling city and a perfect place for breakfast! The front desk staff and restaurant servers were very welcoming and helpful. The local neighborhood is full of great places to eat.

It was disappointing to arrive late at night with lots of bags and for the staff behind the desk (4 metres away) to watch us struggle to open the doors - and not to assist. The suite was fine - but to charge for every single nespresso coffee is crazy when you're paying $400 a night for the room. The bed was comfortable BUT very noisy when moving around - the mattress and wooden bed frame both made lots of noise with every turn.

Staff absolutely fantastic. Everyone so very friendly. Constant smiles. Went out of their way to help us with simple things, directing to currency exchange, local market for fresh fruit and recommendations for excellent local restaurants when we did not want to travel downtown.

The design and architeture of this hotel are second to none, the location is perfect, close to all the amenities and restaurants, but the better of all is the service provided by the staff, very helpful and attentive to our needs, not to mention only one but Adrian provide with excellent advise and went the extra mile to get us reservations and transportation, when we comeback to Buenos Aires for sure e are staying there again!

Loved the hotel, really unique. Room was lovely and so were the amenities. What set the hotel apart though was the helpfulness of the staff, really informed, great literature and could not have done enough for us. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend as a great spot to stay in Buenos Aires.

We arrived here in the late evening on our first night in Buenos Aires. Front desk staff were wonderful, and checked us in quickly. We were given 1 of the 2 rooms on the top floor (by the pool), which was perfect as we had a wonderful quiet first night's sleep after many long flights. The breakfast was a bit hectic, but that was the guests and the staff were great and trying to manage everyone. The front desk staff were very helpful in organising our airport pickup, and also directing us to change our money. Wonderful staff and wonderful hotel.

Friendly staff and very helpful

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in BA. The staff here were incredibly helpful. We'd never been to Buenos Aires before and they were able to help us with dinner reservations, neighborhood tips and even gave us a glass of amazing Argentinian Malbec. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. There's a bakery and wine shop on the corner! I can't recommend Palo Santo highly enough.

A beautiful place at a great location. Room service/keeping were amazing. I loved the pool/jacuzzi and the green/plant interior design.

NYE in Buenos Aires

I highly recommend staying at the Palo Santo Hotel. We were a group of 6 adults from New York visiting BA for my 40th bday over NYE. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant options and close enough to tourist attractions but not in the middle of it all. Also, the front desk staff was super helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. Shout out to Jose, Camilo & the others. Hope to be back soon!

One of the best hotels ive stayed at hands down. The staff were very attentive and almost member of staff remembers every guests' name! Adrian and Camilo were so awesomr with recommendations and help with reservations to exclusive restaurants. Highly recommended

What a lovely property. We were greeted pleasantly BY our hosts who spoke English. We had a short night’s stay and they kindly booked us an early 4AM transport to AEP and had fresh French dip coffee and croissants waiting for us in the lobby before we left. Definitely Stay here.

My first trip to Argentina, and from the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome. A real special thank you to the front of house Camilo and Jose, who constantly made sure I was looked after and had a plan for the day. Really great property in a cool neighbourhood. First off the staff were fantastic. Adrian,Camilo and Serena learned our names and were super helpful in finding restaurants and tickets. All spoke great English, wonderful first and last impression. The facility itself was very nice with a comfortable bed and balcony overlooking a pretty garden. The location on the edge of Palermo is wonderful for access to shopping and restaurants as seemed pretty safe,

I booked my stay at this property based on the previous reviews. And I can honestly say I was not disappointed. The property is aesthetically beautiful, the room was clean and furnished well, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. Jose greeted me each time I entered the property BY NAME… and that small touch went a long way. They are more than helpful with any questions you may have as well. I was also grateful that on my last day (I had an extremely late flight) they allowed me to store my luggage so I could savor my last few hours in the city. The neighborhood has plenty to eat and is walkable distance to many bars and parks as well. I could rave on and on about this small, personable hotel, but just take my advice and book. Two small caveats to my stay: 1.) There was construction going on next door (weekdays between 10-2pm) so this was a slight annoyance but totally out of control of the hotel. But it did interrupt my downtime. 2.) The walls are pretty thin and the room doors close loudly. But still, I can say I was completely satisfied with my stay. I enjoyed my street side room and loved being able to look out at neighboring accommodations while listening to city life on my balcony. I hope to return!

Great hotel, walking from Palermo Soho but at the same time far enough so you don’t feel like you’re in a touristy area. Palermo Hollywood where this place is actually very pretty and nice. If there is one area this hotel can improve, it’s the front desk. Camilo has to be the nicest and sweetest person in the hotel. The rest can and should learn from him. The lady at the front desk during the day is absolutely incompetent. I asked her a question and she was so unhelpful that a fellow guest pulled me aside and provide me with advice. The rooms are large and well appointed. Coffee in the room comes at a cost but it’s very cheap. Water needs to be refilled by the guest (filtered tap in the lobby) but that’s also ok as they’re a green hotel and I appreciate the sustainability. I’d stay here again.
