Very quaint place.
An absolutely wonderful fantastic experience!
Inward shower door is challenging without sitting and swinging legs to close door. Shower grasp bar was a bit out of reach at that point
The room is small but the location is excellent. It is 13 min walk to the Alhambra, 5 min walk to the city center, about 10minutes wall to the sightseeing spot of San Nicolas, close to everything.
Quaint Spanish Hotel
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very quaint. The breakfast was great.
Great Place
Great place center located to attractions shows and restaurants,
Alhambra getaway
Superb getaway, with the BEST views of the Alhambra. Breakfast was amazing every day. Excellent value for money.
Short break
States for a short break. The hotel is in the old town so great choice of restaurants etc nearby. The rooms were extremely clean as was everywhere else in the hotel Breakfast was value for money. Staff friendly and helpful.
Old world hotel in a perfect location.
Unique hotel in the shadow of the Alhambra Palace. The hotel is a very old building with many original features. Be prepared for steps and noise when water is running in pipes but that is part of the charm of the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the heart of the old city and just a short walk to so many attractions. Breakfast was comprehensive so we really enjoyed our stay. The room had a mezzanine so we had a very high ceiling and a sense of space.
A great spot in Granada
Beautiful hotel in a near-perfect location. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, helpful multilingual staff. Enthusiastically recommended.
Our stay at Palacio Santa Inés was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and bed so comfortable and inviting and the location of the hotel was super convenient to all that we planned to see. We were disappointed that we had only planned to stay one night!
Beautiful 16th century palace with amazing view of the Alhambra. Very clean and nice size room, although some of the furnishings were a little tired. Excellent breakfast.
Staff was wonderful, provides a map and directions to important sites, even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day.
Plan ahead as parking situation is confusing and following gps and city restrictions take its toll initially
Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the Alhambra. The room was lovely & had a comfortable bed. Morning breakfast was a delight. Excellent choice to stay
Charming hotel, great breakfast, convenient location, close to everything. The only thing is that they don’t have heat in the lobby and it was cold when we were there and not able to enjoy their beautiful courtyard.
This was an amazing place to stay for the price we paid. It is an older Moorish-style structure with a central courtyard of several floors that is enclosed. It is at the base of Albayzin, and it leads to a narrow street alongside the Darro river where you can see Alhambra on the other side. A stone bridge across the river can lead you to Alhambra eventually. (It you don't mind steep walks, which we don't.) Highly recommend this place.
Beautiful building, friendly staff, clean
Exellent staff in reception.
Perfect stay
It is a charming historic hotel.
As a family of 4 there were not that many options available to us and was afraid of not making a good choice but I was wrong. Great hotel, enough space for us and our teen children, excelente location. Con- WiFi can be perfected- was in and out all the time
Very good!
The breakfast with one staff member preaparing your greek coffe was memorable: great coffee offered with a cheerful smile. We have our breakfast with the amazing view of the Parthenon and the Acropolis, and this images will stick in my memory
Excellent views of the Alhambra in the morning and lit up at night. Many delicious food options nearby, easy to access via public transport or taxi. Staff was very friendly, available 24 hours, and very helpful in navigating the area.
Very nice hotel close to principal places to visit in Granada. Walkable distance from the Alhambra. A lot of restaurants and places to shop near.
We love this unique hotel which was perfect for our Granada trip. We met all our expectations.
Location is great. Staff are nice and helpful. Can see Alhambra from room. But the facility is old and smells. I will not stay here again.
Great view and location!
Hotel Palacio Santa Ines-Great place to be at
Hotel is in great location for walk to Alhambra, near hop on hop off bus and has so many shops, restaurants, Traditional tapas bars, cafes and places of interest within short walking distance. Hotel is a lovely old renovation that has so many quirky, traditional furniture in. All well maintained, very clean with comfortable and crisp bedding. You even have tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Wonderful hospitality, spacious apartment, convenient location.
Excellent and charming hotel

Everything was good
Wonderful experience
Good hotel, nice area. The views are beautiful.
Excellent staff, hotel showed a lot of character
Property was conveniently located close to the Alhambra, shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and helpful, and helped us arrange transportation for an early departure.
A difficult property for seniors. Parking is in a remote, hard to find location and one must take a taxi to the hotel. Once at the hotel, the location is central to many historic area sights and restaurants. Many steps to and inside the hotel. The breakfast area is small. The staff, especially Aaron, is terrific. By far the hotel’s greatest asset!
Gorgeous old house with great views of the Alhambra. Walking distance from most major sites in Grenada. Impeccable service!
The property location is excellent close to major attractions. We walked to Alhambra and rally got the feel of the old town . Property definition needs some maintenance and would use extra cleaning.
Stay at the Palacio de Santa Inés hotel, Granada
Nice hotel within the historic area of Granada. The reception area is amazing. However, we were a bit disappointed with our superior room, it had views of the Alhambra, but the room was small and didn’t feel superior, it didn’t even have a chair in it. Being in a superior room we were left a complementry bottle of cava, but we were surprised this was Hungarian rather than Spanish! The included buffet breakfast had a good range of hot and cold choices. Parking in the recommended underground car park at Triunfo and getting a taxi to the hotel as advised worked well.
Great location. Nice ambience. Friendly staff.
This is a very nice place to stay! Very friendly, cosy and clean. It’s located in the charming Albaicin, there are tons of restaurants, museums and shopping areas around. The spectacular Alhambra is a few minutes walk, as well as the cathedral and many other attractions. There is no parking available and driving to the hotel is not possible, but you can park 20 min away and take public transport. It’s a lovely place with very good service. A real gem!
Very authentic
Overall it was amazing The receptionists are great. They were very helpful and informative. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. It was difficult carrying 30 pound luggage up to the 3rd floor. The stairs are narrow and steep. Luckily l, the front desk carried them up for us.
Gem of a hotel!
This is a gem of a hotel located in the heart of the historic area of Granada. It is not close to the train station or the airport, but everything else is within walking distance. The unobstructed view from our room (33) was the Alhambra. The room was a little small but comfortable, quiet and clean. The bathroom was large. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. We ate at two good restaurants: Ossubuco, which is next to the hotel, and Estrella’s de San Nicolas high up in the Albaicin but only a 12 minute walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend Palacio de Santa Ines if you want to be in the heart of Granada.
Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location.
Great Location
This hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a older, but for the most part is in good condition. Everything was in working order in our room.
Didn't like property. No lift. Very dated.
Overall, we loved the property. This hotel has an amazing location, which puts you within easy assess to all main attractions, and has an unbeatable view of the Alhambra. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The conditions of the rooms feel like they need a bit of a refresh. Our room had peeling paint in the shower and several dirty areas on the walls around light switches and other " high-touch" areas. Our room also could have been cleaner, as there was a significant amount of dust of the woodwork, telephone and baseboards. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend.
Honestly we were a little disappointed in this property. We stayed only 1 night instead of 2 as I was sick and unable to travel. The room was cute with a mezzanine for our daughter however the sheets were full of hair and we found a slipper in the bed? We went downstairs at 10pm, asked for clean sheets and the lady was unconcerned. She gave us sheets and that was that. No apologies at all. Breakfast ok. Area really nice in the Albacyn. Would not recommend.
Great Stay!
Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. The air con worked well. I really enjoyed the upstairs area. The hotel was conveniently located to the major tourist sites and was an easy cab ride to/from the train station. I would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful Historic hotel! Great staff that went above and beyond for us!
Great location and excellent service. I accidently forgot some clothes in the closet and the hotel staff expedited the delivery to me in Barcelona in excellent condition. The property itself is uniquely Adulusian.
This hotel is excellent. We loved our stay there. We picked a room with an Alhambra view and it was even better than the pictures from the website. We paid for breakfast and it was so worth it. Very good selection of breads eggs fruit meat coffees teas etc! I highly recommended it! The location of this hotel was perfect for walking everywhere including our tour of Alhambra snd the tour bus trip around the city! The staff was amazing too! Cannot wait to go back one day!
It's very difficult to reach the hotel by a car. We've followed a lucky guy on moto to reach the square closer to the hotel. Please be aware on that.
Friendly staff, convenient and safe place. We could enjoy our stay in this hotel!
Great location and character
Close to everything.
Convenient location. The room was comfortable and friendly staff
Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.
A nice place but a bit of outdated. Not very quiet during the night and the morning because of its old structure. But still a pleasant stay.
We took a taxi from the airport to hotel. We took a taxi up to tour the palace/general life and bus down back to our hotel. Local bus is frequent. Breakfast was amazing at the hotel and staff was lovely. Check out, they stored our luggage as we toured. We took a taxi to our car rental/train station. Beware-car rental/train station overbooked our rental and we were forced to get a manual rental at a different company. Very popular area! Hotel is wonderful and area is amazing!
Very old, run down hotel. Room smelled mold/humidity. Very noisy. I could hear the staff and guests talking early and late at night. Towels and linen needs to be changed. Torn and old. Never stay on 1st floor. The hotel needs refurbishing very badly.
The property was fantastic, each room different, filled with art and had amazingly helpful staff.
Great location and staff but the place is extremely run down. Amenities were old and poorly kept, A/C barely worked and linen was bad.
La vista bella. El servicio muy cálido y bueno.
First Time in Granada
Very traditional building built originally in 1520. Lots of character. Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was comfortable with the exception of the A/C that we struggled with to get the room to a comfortable temperature. After raising issue with hotel staff, issue was resolved as a result of an incompatible remote control. However, it took a day to resolve and meant a night where the temperature was uncomfortable to endure.
This hotel was the highlight of my trip! A beautiful palace restored featuring frescos from the 16th century, I was amazed by the beauty and history of this place. The rooms were spacious and picturesque. The staff and service was very warm and attentive. It’s very well located too.
The room was exquisite and uniquely decorated. The only inconvenience was the parking, but knowing this beforehand, you can plan ahead. Staff was superb! Excellent location, walking distance to the beauty of the historic area.
View from our window was great- Alhambra lit up at night. The room was on a small side, but didn't lack anything, the hotel is located inside historic buildings and has very nice courtyards
Very good location
Excellent location Friendly staff Breakfast not too bad but room for improvement Bed not too comfortable in my opinion
Great stay. Large comfortable room, excellent breakfast and wonderful warm staff. Great location for exploring Granada.
Cute hotel
The hotel itself was very nice and cute. Cozy and comfortable. Getting there was difficult and parking was not available as it is in the restricted area. We had to park way far and get to the hotel by Taxi.
No pude llegar al lugar, es imposible llegar en auto, perdí mi tiempo y dinero es esta reserva
Awesome property in the prime location. It was close to the Alhambra palace and lively plaza. The staff was very helpful, we arrived early morning and they were kind enough to store our luggages and we got the room before checkin time too. Worth the stay.
You are staying in a piece of history. Ideal location, quiet, comfortable rooms. We were a family of three and the mezzanine floor was a nice touch. Very helpful and welcoming staff. I will return.
Wow! The view from my suite was perfection. The staff so kind and the room clean and exactly as described.
Great location. Wonderful and helpful staff.
Very well located. Comfortable and spacious
Charming property and location. The view of the Alhambra, especially at night, was amazing!
Great location
Great location, only negatives Is the AC wasn’t great and dripped in the room. The shower head was being held up with electrical tape and opened nuts in the mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Quaint hotel with great style and architecture. Had view of the Alhambra! AC could have been a little cooler. Breakfast was very nice.
Comfortable stay and excellent location.
Clean and comfortable with a good AC to keep us cool at night.
The property is beautiful and convenient to shopping, restaurants, Flamenco shows and The Alhambra. The Room was spacious, the bed and pillow selection was awesome! The breakfast in the morning had a great assortment of hot and cold items. I would definitely stay here again.
Great for family of 4
Great place for our family to stay. Appreciated the loft area for kids and beautiful views. Lots of stairs to navigate but worth it for location. Staff very friendly.
It was a cute hotel but the A/C did not work well so it was really hot all day and night. There weren’t enough towels and there weren’t enough toiletries. No conditioner, no lotion and the toilet paper is extremely hard. Overall okay but not very comfortable.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially, at the reception desk, Sian was very nice and helpful. The only mi us to our stay was that the seeming large bed was in fact two beds put together (very frequent in European hotels), and they were not quite at the same level.
It’s a nice hotel located near several attractions. The staff is very attentive . Our suite was huge. That said some items like the shower or light switches could be in better condition but it’s nothing major.
Very attractive 16th century buildings in a convenient location.
Gem in Granada
Lovely hotel and staff for our stay in Granada.
We checked in early and left our luggage before venturing out to visit the Alhambra. Aaron was so friendly, I felt like we knew him as a friend. When we came back to the hotel, the staff had carried all of our luggage up to the room for us. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Very nice experience. I would caution anyone with issues with stairs—there is no street out front—one must go up stairs in an alleyway to get there. There is no elevator inside either. Very charming, very old building.
Great location in the old city, though no parking nearby a bit of a drag. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend
Perfect location and beautiful. Wonderful breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Would have loved to have stayed more than one night. Excellent stay and service. Our room was off main floor patio but was very quiet with very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet (included!) was delicious, fresh and very ample. We greatly enjoyed Flamenco show just a minute walk up the hill from hotel entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially appreciated space to store luggage after checking out.
The stay at the hotel was generally okay, but I wouldn't stay there again. The room's functionality was disappointing; the bathroom was outdated, and the sink and toilet didn't drain properly. The shower had good water pressure but sprayed everywhere, creating a mess. The room wasn't very clean, with dirty cups and an unclean electric teapot. We had a view of the Alhambra and a mini balcony; but the views were blocked by metal bars for safety. Some rooms have elevator access, but others don't, which is inconvenient if you have luggage and need to use the stairs. The hotel isn't accessible by taxi, so be prepared to climb stairs to reach it. The best part was the location, right at the beginning of the Albaicín area and close to the city center, not too deep into Albaicín. Hotel staff were nice. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again. There are better, more upgraded and cleaner hotels nearby.
Amazing, the front desk staff was Amazing. The property is beautiful

Great hotel. Comfortable bed—terrific, accommodating staff. Great location too!
