TravellerFirstly i reach and wanted to check in the staff told me they didn’t received anything from expedia regarding my booking,they told then only accept booking from oyo website itself but they still gave me a normal room which not the duplex i paid for without any payment as they will claim from expedia? Im okay with it as im too tired from my flight and journey to hotel. I went straight to my room and found out there’s no fridge and safe box for my item and no hangers to hang my clothes. I was too tired to even ask so i went straight to bed. After i woke up i found out their wifi system is down until my 3rd night there the wifi is fix. My last day when i check out they told me i have to pay extra 40 ringgit for the facility i use which i dont know what exactly they mean by that and thought they could have informed me upon check in but then it was deducted by my 30 ringgit deposit so i have to pay 10 ringgit more to make it 40 ringgit. Overall the staff are friendly just that the communication between OYO systems and Expedia systems needs to be fix in the future.
