The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so on top of already expensive there were more costs. The kettle didn’t work unless you held the button in which is minor but just to say it wasn’t luxurious. Rooms were clean. The receptionist was very helpful. The second double bed was two singles at different heights

Check in was a nightmare, were told we hadn't a booking nd sent to another complex, but for the fact we had a friend in salou that spoke Spanish we'd still be walking around. Finally got keys after about 5hrs nd next morning same staff member was on, no apologies from him, still trying to say it was our fault nd didnt give right name nd just went on about money! Extremely disappointed, put a downer on our holiday from the start, wud never go back there nd wud not recommend it 😡

First time in Spain

Right away I would recommend this hotel. Me and my wife stayed with my teenage daughter and her friend and it was ideal. Clean, kitchen was new pots pans all in very good condition.Bathroom nice had a shower and basin again looked new. Balcony was ideal. Great place to stay only two minutes for a welcoming beach and Main Street.

Great location

The best thing about this place is it’s proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach and there were always chairs and umbrellas for hire so it made for a very comfortable day out. The apartment is tiny. The pull out couch is not a pull out but rather a trundle so it’s more 2 singles rather than a double. There is no air conditioner ducting in the bedroom so it gets quite warm if the door is shut. The kitchen is very basic and washing machine is tiny but all functioned well for our 5 day stay. Wifi was terrible!!! Bathroom was also very small and water would go everywhere if you had a shower. It would have been good to have more bath towels. Bearing in mind that we were a family of 4 - it would have been the perfect size for a couple.

Our family of 4 adults were a little cramped in this small room was tight as the boys had to sleep on sofa bed which took over the whole living area then there no more room so it would be perfect for 2 maybe 3 adults But location was great a block away from beach , shops and restaurants Parking is tough to find but if you are lucky you could rent a spot in basement for 12€ a day from building manager It's a beach town holiday

Usually it am always satified with the sélection of hôtels ....but not that time....I advise the hôtel of our late arrival (spending our day at Por Aventura) book for 4 people, but no furnitures for the sofa, réception closed, nobody speaking english, lot of noise, no breakfast....) Will not come back...even very close to beach and park!

Great location right next to lovely beach. Quiet family location. Although hotel is a little dated, apt/rooms are very clean with all the amenities. Staff at reception are very helpful. Very good value for money. Would return.

Relaxing week

Good sized apartment, comfortable beds, well fitted kitchen (but no kettle), flat screen TV (but lacking English language programmes). Say they have wi-fi but it is not strong enough and does not reach rooms. Definitely needs sorting. Good location for short walk into town. Good food nearby, such as Temple Gate ( food and staff great) and a little further into town, the Dubliner. Apart from the few negatives with the apartment, enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Worth 5 star rating but swimming pool was closed so only 4 star. The apartment itself was perfect and deserved a five star rating.

Nice apartments

The apartments are clean, well equipment, next to the beach and close to bus stops/station. Staff are friendly & helpful. Only con is the swimming pool is closed from end of September until 1st of June. It appeared to be the normal for all apartments in the area. If you fancy a change from Spanish restaurants try The American Dinner, excellent food & service.

This is a lovely hotel, needs a little updating style wise but that is the only thing. it is so close to everything, the beach is across the road, there is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away, (with loads of english foods) it has 2 pools a shallow one for kids, and a bigger one, everyone speaks english. loads of restaurants, and a McDonalds. You are so close to everything, port aventura theme park is a 5 minute ride on a bus, go karting, safari trail you are never stuck for something to do. In this hotel you are so close to everything but yet at night you do not hear a thing, you can sleep soundly. You do not need a car there is loads of public transport. We can not praise this hotel enough, we would go back, ( we didnt want to leave).

Très satisfaite, j y reviendrais

Tout d abord communication parfaite et en francais. Aya a répondu à toutes mes questions et tres rapidement. Hotel bien situé. Propre et bien équipé Seul point négatif l odeur d égout le matin dans la salle de bain qui se dissipe dans la mâtinée et pas tous les matins. Le canape lit aussi pas super confortable alors que le lit est très bien.

Ostern in Salou

Das Apartment hat Alles was noetig ist fuer einen schoenen Aufenthalt. Die Kueche hat Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kochplatten, etc. Das Apartment war kuehl, aber es war Ostern. Das ist im Sommer sicher ein grosser Vorteil. Leider war der Pool noch gesperrt, aber das ist wohl ueberall um diese Jahreszeit noch so. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist sehr nah am Meer und Restaurants und Supermarkt gleich da. Der Strand ist wunderschoener Sand und sehr super schoen.

Un apartamento bueno. Lo peor el sofá-cama. La de arriba tiene un pase,pero la de abajo es horrible.

Un endroit très propre très calme très joli dommage que la piscine n’était pas ouverte. Seul bémol le fait que le wifi était payant.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Réception sommaire juste une personne qui ne comprend ni ne parle pas français et qui nous donne juste une enveloppe car le numéro de chambre et les clés, pas de communication possible, dommage. Gros problème d’odeur dans la salle de bain, limite supportable.

Un bon hébergement à bon prix

J'ai apprécié les équipements ainsi que la fourniture du kit de bienvenue (liquide vaisselle, éponge, lessive). Il y a même une machine à laver ! Un peu juste pour 4 personnes mais les couchages sont assez confortables. Le ménage y est fait ainsi que les lits. Concernant Internet, le débit est un peu faible. L'emplacement de la résidence est idéale, proche du centre.

Ok! Su sistema de checkin/out es un poco complicado - mientras no tengas ningun problema esta bien. Si te pasa algo, no hay nadie en la recepcion despues de las horas puestas. Contrario a los otros comentarios, el apartamento es bastante grande para alojar 4 adultos

Appartement qui sent une odeur désagréable de renfermé... Chaîne de télévision espagnole pas de chaîne française... pas de WiFi...frigo ridicule... 360€ pour 2 nuits 2 adultes et 2 enfants c'est une escroquerie et ils vendent du rêve pour attirer des clients comme nous mais à l'arrivée c'est un cauchemar...

Понравилось: Бассейн, до пляжа 5 минут, до автобусной остановки в ПортАвентура 5 минут. Отличное,ТИХОЕ место! Не понравилось: Были с двумя детьми 10 и 15 лет. Диван на котором предполагалось им спать стоял ПРЯМО напротив кондиционера!!! Пришлось диван передвигать в другую част комнаты. Сам диван, и особенно подушки не очень удобны. Больше одного человека на диване лучше не размещать.

En nuestra estancia Salou celebraba las fiestas de Jaume I así que disfrutamos un poco del mercadillo medieval y las representaciones de la época, aparte de las bonitas fuentes a lo largo del paseo Marítimo. El hotel ofrece la facilidad de una cocina equipada, que aún siendo pequeña tiene todo lo necesario. El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de la playa y de una buena oferta de restaurantes. La piscina al aire libre es el espacio más divertido para los niños, no obstante es el primer hotel en el que nos alojamos con piscina exterior y que rentan las tumbonas, :(

Kedelig møblering dårlig udstyret køkken ingen lys ved køkken vask og kogeplader det er ikke lige det man ser på foto der er nyt køkken stort køleskab med fryser Vi har været på novelty ca. 20 gange og der er ikke mange forandringer det skulle da lige være fjernsynet og prisen vi manglede også en markiser på altanen .alt i alt dårligt

tres bien situer juste a coter de la plage te pas mal de restaurants a cote.appart plutot sympas et bien entretenu.correct.bien pour aller sur Salou par contre assez loin de port aventura.un gros bemol..pas de parking et obliger de se garer au alentour ou tout est payant et que pour 4H donc obliger d aller au parkmetre ts les 4 h sous peine d une amende cout entre 15 et 20 euros de parking par jour

nous sommes allées dans cet hôtel 4 jours pour profiter du parc de Portavenura qui est à 20 minutes en voiture. Cet hôtel est génial , la cambre est tout confort , le canapé lit est confortable , la salle de bain et propre il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine même une machine a laver . La plage est à même pas 5 min . C'est une belle ville avec de bons restaurants . Les personnes y sont agréable

Port avantura

Bon confort dans cette appartement hôtel, chauffage avec des clim, heureusement l'isolation thermique n'est pas très bonne. Ballon électrique pour l'eau chaude un peu juste pour quatre, sinon le reste est très bien, et bon rapport qualité prix. Si je doit retourner dans la région je reprendrais le même logement.

Hôtel Sympa, Appartement grand et tout équipé :)

Nous sommes allé à Salou pour le week-end du 29/30 malgré les prévisions de pluie. Nous ne regrettons rien. Même s'il y a eu beaucoup de pluie (d'ou ma note concernant le quartier un peu faible car pas mal de rue avaient du mal à évacuer l'eau), nous avons pu profiter de Port Aventura dont la plupart des attractions étaient ouvertes (Shambala, Dragon Khan, Furious Baco etc ...). Quand à l'hôtel, tout était propre et clean, il n'y a rien à signaler de plus et notre séjour s'est déroulé de la meilleure façon possible. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est en fait un appartement de 40m² tout équipé et avec une terrasse sympa!

VISITA NOCTURNA INESPERADA

El apartamento es perfecto para una pareja, era muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para cocinar, ducharse o lavar la ropa. La limpieza OK. No tendríamos queja salvo por un detalle: sobre las 22/23h esvuchamos un ruido en la puerta ¡¡A ALGUIEN LE HABÍAN DADO NUESTRO MISMO APARTAMENTO!! Con su llave alguien casi abre nuestra puerta. La pareja bajo a recepción y,suponemos, arregalaron el problema; pero nosotros no recibimos justificación ni disculpa hasta que lo comunicamos al marcharnos.

Vrai petit appart' T1 bis tout équipé (petit électroménager, lit + clic-clac, vaisselle, clim...). Plus à voir comme un appartement meublé temporaire avec service de ménage bi-hebdomadaire que comme un hôtel. Agencement et mobilier pratiques et confortables, grand balcon. Aucune aération sdb (pas même VMC) ; mais grande baie vitrée salon et chambre (vis-à-vis, résidence en face). A deux pas de la plage de Salou ; pas loin de la grande rue commerçante. Un peu cher pour une nuit à deux, mais rentable pour un séjour à 3 ou 4.

Ett enkelt och bra lägenhetshotell med riktigt nära till havet. All utrustning vi behövde för att laga lite käk fanns på plats. Nära till centrum som är väldigt "turistigt". Delade meningar om detta är bra eller dåligt inom familjen :-)

Очень приятные апартаменты. Заселение в 16:00, но нас заселили уже в 10:00, тк наш номер был свободен и убран. Дображелательная женщина на ресепшене. Пляж напротив хороший и чистый. В номере все есть, даже больше чем надо))) Плита, стиральная машина, утюг, чайник, микроволновка и др. Большой балкон. Нам очень понравилось!

L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé, mais le batiment était en cours de rénovation. Réveillé à 8h par les ouvriers. Piscine non accessible au mois de mai sans aucune précision. Le personnel n'a pas été accueillant. Pas de parking privé.

je suis aller a salou pour pouvoir emmener mes enfants a port aventura .j ai louer les yeux fermer fessant confiance a expedia est j ai vraiment etait aggreablement surprise par cette chambre .tres spacieuse ,tres tres propre et tres confortable pour un 2 etoiles .il ne faut surtout pas comparer avec la france .je pense vraiment y retourner pour un sejour plus long .

Appartement de bon standing très bien placé, spatieux, très propre avec service de ménage effectué tous les jours. Rien ne manque, y compris le nécessaire pour le premier petit déjeuner dans le frigo...et bien sûr plage et commerces à 2 minutes à pied !
