Family stay 5 star

Excellent stay for our family. Breakfast was hearty, healthy and plentiful. Hotel room was comfortable and very clean. Two tv’s was a plus for us and the children. Public hospital 4 minutes away so that was a lifesaver when our children got sick. All iconic tourist spots in walking distance and so were the choices of eateries on that route. Vale parking was included and this was a huge stress off our shoulders. Communication was clear and many languages spoken. It was all the small details that made our stay so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

We had a special request which we texted about that from Hotels.com but they didn't do anything. I think they might forgot. Hotel was not so good tbh. They merged 2 one person bed one 2 person bed which is not too comfortable. It was always slipping while we are sleeping. Hamam was not too clean all of the water pots were full with water. But massage was OK. Hamam crew was really friendly and makes us feel comfortable. But overall this hotel is not worth of it's price. We may choose again for their location if they give a discount next time. Internet was laggy we had some problem with our online meeting and we rushed out to a cafe. TV is really old btw we cannot even use Netflix or smth. Thank you for everythin afterall

Although the room was clean and relatively recently updated, the hallway carpets were threadbare. Staff were friendly. Hotel was conveniently located to several dining options and the area was walkable.

Hotel personnel were very friendly and communication was great. Once arrived they met us and helped with our luggages. Breakfast was amazing and full of different kind of fresh food. Special thanks to the gentleman from the reception who arranged a taxi cab and carried our luggages to the taxi when we checked out. Flexible check in time was also convenient considering our flight was a late night flight. Thanks!

Good hotel center of the town.

They tell you there is parking. This is a lie. There is none, even in the surrounding tiny streets.

4 women- had to stay a night with a clogged unsanitary toilet- in one room. Front desk manager was RUDE and refused to get us a plunger/ call a plumber saying it’s Saturday night- no one will come. Do as you please if you want to leave ( 9 pm-after a long day) , go ahead - Tgis was the response we got!!!

All staff members were very kind, friendly and helpful. Felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. Hotel is near most popular spots and malls. Large variety of options served at breakfast. Free parking and valet parking. Very hospitable staff members. Would recommend to all.

I would give zero star Evan less than zero if was possible for the staff for the receptionist who worked there it’s so disgusting rude 0 manners how to speak with the guests absolutely disgusting the receptionist is so rude so disrespecting the guest once the get your money and then they don’t care about anything , nothing was working on lots of rooms and I don’t know how they got a good reviews The hotel itself, it’s not too bad, but the stuff is really really bad. They need a lot improvements with their attitudes, manners, rudeness

Me and my family been stay in this hotel for three nights. This is the worst experience of my life. The staff are very rude. Limited space for breakfast limited time for the breakfast. Unhygienic no fresh food I wish I can give them less than one star.

If I could give this hotel a rating below 1 I would give it. It has ruined my whole experience. Firstly the staffs are very moody, unhelpful and very very rude. Not happy with their job. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Other visitors felt the same. The pictures shown is not what you get. it’s misleading. I booked it because of the good ratings and pictures but it’s all fake and I was very disappointed at the end. Breakfast terrible not many options. Breakfast hall very small. They breakfast staff stare at you until you finish because they don’t have many space for other visitors or they will approach you and tell you to hurry up and finish so they can give your space to other. Secondly the rooms are small and the showers were not working and when I told the staff they got angry. I would suggest the hotel next to this hotel call the Ring downtown hotel.

The hotel was perfect.

The hotel is in great location but busy area. It’s very clean and it has an average buffet breakfast with lots of basic varieties. The rooms are not sound proof and you can easily hear your next door neighbors. The front facing rooms also get lots of traffic noise. The staff in general are dry and hardly see anyone smiling.

Good location, clean room albeit our twin room was quite small. We only had a two night stay, any longer and the room would not have been adequate due to size and the fact that there was a large pillar separating the two beds meaning that one of us could only get in and out of bed by clambering onto the bed. All the staff we encountered from reception staff to hospitality were all very helpful and polite. We also used the Spa and Haman which was very good.

The two of us stayed four nights at Old Town Point Hotel and enjoyed the stay for the first three nights. The breakfast was superb, the rooms were newish and clean, and the cleaning crew was very friendly and helpful. We have traveled across Turkey quite a bit staying at various hotels and can confidently claim that this is one of the best hotels in its price range. What clouded our last night experience was the noise and vibration coming from an AC unit. The AC belonging to another room was placed right outside our room window. The noise was unbearable and we got very little sleep that night. Other than that this was a pleasant stay.

Great option close to transport and sights

Comfortable and well-maintained room. Wifi and TV worked well. Bathroom was clean, shower was hot and towels provided. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They honoured our free beverages too and ordered us a taxi. Excellent choice for breakfast and hot drinks included. Located ten mins walk from MarkAntalya mall, trams and seafront, 20 mins from old town. If there are negatives, the corridors were noisy at night and there's only one small lift. But overall, we were very pleased. Thank you.

Grate Hotel

Grate hotel with friendly and helpful staff... excellent breakfast.... small but nice pool... walking distance to the old city...value for money ... highly recommended ...

The only thing made it very bad experience we had was we arrived late night from airport and when we checked in the room didn’t had power so they out as to a hotel opposite street which was a dirty bathroom smelling mouldy tiny roof top room with no lift there and had to walk up in a narrow open stairs. I understand the hotel was full but you should always keep at least 2 3 rooms available for emergency. Hotel was nice clean breakfast basic good location walkable to the beach and Old town. There was a young lady with tattoos wearing glasses she was very kind and very helpful she tried to gave us a SIM card from them way more cheaper than outside bcz it’s a rip off if you’re tourist… so when the other receptionist male heard it stoped her and asked how much she say to us and he gave us a expensive price… so if you are tourist it’s a whole rip of in Turkey… and there was a night receptionist he was also helpful. Thank you.

Overall the hotel was suitable for those looking for bed and breakfast only, spending their days outdoors. We chose this hotel based on location, it having a swimming pool and Hammam spa. However the Hammam spa was under renovation. This should have been noted on Expedia or hotel's own site; especially for those looking forward to these facilities. Our day was fairly packed and so it did not affect us at all. Some fixtures in our bedroom were needed. One socket was not working but we had access to two functional sockets. The overhead shower head did not distribute water evenly however the handheld shower head was absolutely fine. Toilet flush was broken and so was always getting stuck releasing water. You simply would tap it back out for the water to stop running. Room service was provided every day. Extra bed blankets if sharing a double bed and you want your own blanket were provided. Breakfast buffet was standard. Breakfast area clean and spacious. Naz at reception was very helpful in contributing to planning our days out. For example confirming directions, distance, suitable times for places we wanted to visit. She was also more fluent in understanding and speaking in English. Staff in general were polite and helpful.

Average hotel but breakfast was a good spread!

A great hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. The room was confortable, cleaned on daily basis. The staff are good. Breakfast lots of variety. The location was excellent, everything next to the hotel. 15 minutes away walking from kaleici. Taxi station is close. We wish our room was in the highest floor (our room was in the 1st floor), but thats ok. We were satisfied and would consider coming back.

I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay. The room was great, had everything I needed - I used the Spa as well and just had an excellent overall experience.

They said parking included but there parking is worst and it’s not even by the hotel as it’s 2/3 blocks away, also if you park your car a bit inside, first they will have take out all the other cars out to get ur car out just horrible. while rooms were also not cleaned as the bad sheets were dirty as well, even the room walls were dirty where we stayed. Important horrible staffs in the reception, as we gave clothes for laundry at night as they said it will be ready by morning, but when I went to pick up the bag in the morning the bag was still there by reception as it wasn’t given out at night. And instead of accepting their staff mistake the manager started arguing with us and was like what can I do. Just horrible experience there, as I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. And because of all these problems we checked out a day early.

It was a good place to stay, breakfast was good and it was very clean and comfortable. On the improvement side, we had a car and the parking seems to be full - so be careful on this. We had to park in the side street and staff were not helpful, so we had to carry 2 big bags ourselves when checking out

This hotel is an amazingly exceptional hotel. From clean rooms to helpful , kind staff especially Mr Onder and Mr Ibrahim, everything is perfect. Recommended hotel to everyone . The breakfast is also excellent, 10/10 . Would definitely come again if in the area.

We stayed at this hotel, it is a center location. We would have given 5 star, but due to the fact that our sheets were not replaced for 7 days, we are giving "ONLY 3 STARS". Few employees are special: 1) Rashad from Reception is always nice, polite, hard working. 2) Ibrahim from Reception is always nice, polite, hardworking. 3) Sarkar from the Kitchen is always nice, polite, hardworking. 4) Rania, Mirchiban the Chef, Ahmed the waiter are nice, polite. 5) Also Lisa, Ondar, Ahmed, Mohamed, Omar are nice. *** We were staying in Room 5001. Room 5003 were very loud, too noisy and disrespectful guests. *** Rashad from the Reception was so nice, he went to request that they be quiet and respect others. It is important to check if the bedsheets and pillow cases are replaced every 2 days as our cleaning ladies "DID NOT REPLACE the BED SHEETS and PILLOW CASES FOR 7 DAYS !!!". We gave them tips BUT they DID NOT REPLACE OUR SHEETS FOR 7 DAYS !!! WE CAUGHT THEM LIE..

The location is terribly noisy, we booked 3 nights me, my wife and enfant,during December, the air condition was not working. The room was very cold, we request maintenance 4 times, the never fix it, they started to ignore our request.

Decent hotel with a few annoying nuisances

The location of the hotel is central so you can can enjoy old part of Antalya on walk. Morning breakfast is adequate for everyone’s needs. There is a great view of the nearby mountains from the hotel. There aren’t any activities for the kids so families with young children will struggle. Carpark is about 5 mins walk away and you have to go through a ‘No Entry’ to enter the road. The receptionist will tell you to make the manoeuvre if there is no police. Parking is limited to 6-7 cars so you have to bet on your luck. TVs in the room only show a handful of Turkish channels. They are very old so you can’t plug in any Firestick/Roku/Chromecast to watch your media. Rooms are smaller compared to other hotels we have been to (we booked connecting family room which had capacity of upto 5 adults). Bathrooms are rudimentary with only one hook by the door. There are no other hooks or shelves which causes issues. Also, there is no water mat near the shower which results in the whole bathroom soaked when you get out of the shower.

The parking is bad the spa area and service is bad.

The hotel is located in old town centre and it’s accessible to go everywhere the staff was very helpful especially Ornad I hope I mentioned is named correctly, the bus stop and taxi stand right outside the hotel taxi is cheap you pay 12 TL per kilometre, on the bus you only can use contactless pay for you bus journey, it’s been good long break and experience will go back but in summer time

Our room was taken by another guest and the receptionist didn’t even know. We got given a twin room instead of double for the night. U can hear guests in ur room talking walls are thin. Bed sheets are tiny. Receptionist staff are so unhelpful and not friendly and extremely unapproachable

I booked this hotel a month before my arrival and on the day of my arrival while I was at Istanbul Airport to go to Antalya, I saw an email from orbets that the hotel informed them that my reservation had been canceled because my reservation card was ineffective. Canceled the reservation and begged them to keep the reservation because my wife and I are old, so they refused and said that your room was rented and this is the law of the hotel and it was four in the afternoon when calling, so beware of booking in this hotel because its management is inhuman

Amazing and comfortable

My satay in old town point hotel was amazing. Every single person in the hotel was very helpful and kind. Very near to shops, taxi stand and bus stop. I've stayed on week here and I appreciated the most how clean the hotel is. All the staff was lovely but I want to pay many thanks to the cleaning lady who was so helpful and always checked on me if I need anything. Thank you for hospitality, I'll definitely be back soon.

Great Hotel and Service

From the first day we checked-in the the very last. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out their way to make sure they can help. I was very pleased with the service from Ibrahim, Onder and Yusef in particular. The three went over and beyond to make sure we had a great, pleasant and stress free time. If we ever come to Antalya again, the family and I will definitely stay here and we highly recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff, they answered every question that I had about the local restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend it if you want to explore an Old City. The Konyaalti beach is about 10 minutes drive and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The staff went above and beyond to be of assistance. Breakfast was quite average. But the rooms were clean and cool during the hot summer days. The hotel is very conveniently located to local shops and restaurants.

Very pleasant and comfortable with great staff

Overall very good experience. The hotel seems like recently refurbished as everything seems nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and clean. Very close to Old town and Harbour. I will add that there is no restaurant in the hotel for any other meal. However, you have plenty of options outside as it is in the middle of town. The Family twin room is very nice with all facilities but I felt it a bit small.

Excellent all round. Found all of the staff to be polite, courteous and very responsive to any queries. Nothing was an issue for them. Room was modern and kept clean. We had a connection room which was great for our family of 5. Breakfast options were extensive, fresh and tasty. Great location near the Old Town.

Stay if you like poor service

Awful experience. Uncooperative staff- instead of fixing the issues they kept saying noone complained about this before. As soon as we entered the room, bedsheets were dirty, the room we selected stated to be 35 m2 but it was actually 20-25 m2. We paid for a room for 3 people but honestly it felt like a single bed was stuffed into a standard room as there was no space to walk. Air conditioner didnt work and staff refused to do anything abt it. Drawer had old tea/coffee stains. When we asked for the room to be changed because of cleanliness and ac, they denied and just changed the bed sheet. Kept saying the ac will cool in 3 hrs but it barely ever did even at the lowest temperature. And kept saying this has never happened with us. We were 3 people and given a single card. When i went to the reception to ask for a 2nd card, again after an uncooperative discussion of 5 whole minutes they gave a second card. The rooms are extremely small and the staff is really uncooperative- it feels like theyre the ones paying u rather than the other way around.
