A couple stays the night in Okayama

The hotel is located on a mountain close to the center of town. It was very easy to go to the castle and garden by car. The breakfast was awesome and the room was very large and spacious. The view from our room was amazing, looking out over the city.

Best hotel I've stayed in Japan. The service was outstanding and the room was amazingly clean. I would definitely come back.

The hotel itself is very good (good staff), but the transportation system is not so good. No shuttle bus or public transportation depending on the time. Besides, there is no convenience store nearby. I recommend you to understand that before you book.

Nice view and clean room!

The hotel was certainly very nice 20 years ago, but now it looks very old fashion, but not in a nice way. They mainly present renovated rooms, but many are still quite old and of course, I got an old type one. Only the bathroom was renovated and very nice. There was an extremely noisy fridge in the room, had to stopped it to be able to sleep. The breakfast service is limited because of the Covid situation, but at the price they charge it was really very average, certainly not at the level of a supposed 4 stars hotel. Had dinner there are well, not bad, but very average, we were disappointed. The food selection was quite limited. However, their curry lunch was very good.

Clean and comfortable. Good room size, plenty of free parking

The view was great. The location is on a hill in the suburb, you need a car to get to this hotel. There are no resturants or shops close by. But it is a short drive from the great gardens and castle.

This hotel is very dated and far out of town. the facilities are very run down and in desperate need of a refresh. This hotel is registered as being 4 star but it’s mystery how it obtained this level as there are no discernible facilities of quality. Would not recommend.

居高臨下的城市景，很漂亮，白天夜晚的景色很漂亮，早餐很不錯。

良い環境で　良かったです

追加料金でしたが温泉がよかった。

へやの設備

1週間前に泊まったときは、設備がよかったが、今回は、洗面台の栓が外れたり、浴室の電気が付きにくい。

駅から離れていますが車での旅行なら駐車場無料なので良いと思います。部屋も広くて清潔、浴室洗面所もリフォームされていて広さも十分でとても清潔感があります。 別料金ですが（1100円）岡山城が見える露天風呂もいつも利用させてもらっています。お湯加減もよく、施設も清潔でとても素晴らしい。

Un bel hôtel avec une vue remarquable sur la ville entre autre si vous utilisez les bains en plein air vivement recommandés. Literie de bonne qualité et petit déjeuner genereux. Un personnel attentif. Tout cela à prix très raisonnable.

自宅よりもよく寝れたので、居心地が良かったのだと思います。

清潔感があってお部屋も広く、スタッフの方のサービスも良く大満足でした。朝食もとても美味しくいただきました。露天風呂もとても綺麗で、貸切状態！夜景を観ながら最高でした！檜風呂がとても気持ちよかったです

スタッフがとても感じがよく、よく教育されていると思う。 朝食も美味しく、部屋も清潔だった。

到着した時にたまたま海外の団体さんと前後してしまってフロントは１人のみ。 待たされてしまった。順番が来たが何も案内がなかったのが残念でした。

今回、初めての宿泊でした。 50年程前、友人が結婚式をした時の思い出が何故か浮かんだので決めました。 多くのホテルを利用しましたがフロントの自然なもてなし、更にロビーに部屋までの間に臭いが無いのに気付き予約して良かったと。 部屋に入り初めての客を迎えるかの様な無臭の心地良さ。 働いてる方々のプロらしさが見えてくるホテルでした。 ただ、洗面器のひび割れが少し気になりました。

露天風呂を利用しましたが　景色が良く とても素敵なお風呂でした。

夜景がとても良かった。　 落ち着いた雰囲気も良かったが　朝のバイキング　 のパン　もう少しふわふわが良いなと思った。

眺望は抜群！施設は古いけど朝家しにしてくれました。だけど地下の居酒屋しかなくメニュー少なく食事は残念でした。上階のレストラン予約できず残念。

設備もとても良く美しいホテルです。駐車場が広々していて、停めやすいです。

朝はテラスで食事ができて景観も最高です さすがホテルの歴史があるため岡山の良い場所を先に手に入れた特権ですね 作りも今と違いしっかりした作りで全く隣の音も聞こえません 70年代の高級ベンツに乗ってるようなホテルです 最も良い部材と技術者がいた時代を堪能できるようなホテルです 見た目に騙されないようにしてください

岡山駅とホテルを結ぶバスの本数が少ない

パンデミック中でしたが相応しい処置がなされ安心して宿泊できました。

前回は窓が汚れていて残念でしたが、今回は窓が綺麗で、庭にある桜のライトアップが見えて綺麗でした。

食事内容と景色がいい

窓の汚れが少し気になりましたが、窓から見える景色が良く、ゆったりできました。

場所が不便なところにあるうえに設備が部屋によるのかもしれませんがとても古かったです。1月末に宿泊しましたが、部屋が寒いので温度を上げたかったのですが調節する手段もありませんでした。スタッフの方が丁寧だったのが唯一の救いでした。かつては格式高いホテルだったのかもしれませんが、クオリティとお値段のバランスは考えられた方がよいと思います。
