Excellent location. Hotel is modern and clean. Close to the centre of action. Staff could have been more accommodating and think outside the box. Arrived only 90min before check-in time and while room was understandably not get ready, check in staff were resistant to providing interim arrangements, such as Internet access. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Excellent location 2 minute walk to heart of Kavaklidere area of Ankara. Staff was exemplary. The breakfast and other meals were great. I had all my meals at the hotel, even though there are many rrstaurant choices in the area. My only complaint room was too warm, even for winter.

This is a hotel we visit every year; however, this year, we found it to have worn out a bit. The bathroom especially needs immediate attention. Other than that it is a nice hotel with a great location and friendly staff

Great option close to lots of restaurants cafes and shopping malls

Top class hotel with the most friendly staff. Breakfast and dining was excellent. They let us get to our room earlier than check in which was lifesaver for us. Thank you all for making us feel like home!

The property is in a convenient and safe location with several dining options around it and convenient parking. Rooms are large and nicely decorated and the bathroom is spacious. The staff is very friendly.

Restaurant had great food. The location was great with stores a short walk from the hotel. Service and housekeeping were attentive and welcoming.

Excellent hotel

Cannot fault this hotel, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms were modern and clean and the breakfast was plentiful.

Everything was good except smell in the room. People smoke in rooms and everything smells even my bed smelled like cigarettes. Spa was a disappointment too. Because all what we had was dry sauna and thats it.

Located near parks and shopping. Staff very accommodating - allowed me to check in early. However I struggled to identify the difference between the Cocoa Cafe and the O Bar? The dining area was empty each time I went to eat - however food was reasonable and staff very helpful.

My stay was pleasant. The hotel is just amazing at all levels. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was exceptional.

Staff was not professional, the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the breakfast was mediocre.

Bad staff and not clean

The room is okay but staff is not that good. They didn’t change the towels of our room, even though we left them on the floor, the staff just put them as they are new towels. Such a shame, they tried to trick us, not what you would expect from a chain hotel that has four stars.

This is a gem in the middle of Tunalı. Easy walk to many places, wonderful breakfast, great staff, an overall great experience. I would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. Front desk personnel was very helpful accommodating our requests.

It was great!

The support staff was quite friendly and kind, though, the main staff was unyielding. The breakfast buffet was stark with stale food. None of the staff took health and safety precautions such as wearing masks or gloves when serving food. In a critical time, such as this pandemic, this is poor hygiene. Finally, the turnover service in the room was careless, and it was obvious the bedsheets weren't fresh along with the bath towels.

Best Value in Turkey

This was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is modern, the internet is fast, the food is good, and parking on-site. This is simply the best value for a hotel in Turkey or anywhere else for that matter.

Worse stay ever

It's was the worse experience I've ever encountered hotel was so dirty the service was apauling never go back there again

Fabulous stay

Excellent location, close to everything, great staff. Only if the restaurant staff can work on their English as sometimes explaining them was a bit tedious.

OK but if you can have your breakfast before 10.00

The location is city centre. Very close to cafes and restaurants. The room is quite small. The bathroom is sufficient. The room was clean. The breakfast ends at 10.00 which is very early, it’s a disappointment.

Staff was friendly and helpful and room was always clean and tidy but breakfast area not big enough to serve all the customers specially when it’s busy but still I would recommend to everyone ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best hotels to choose in Ankara, Divan is centrally located with easy access to restaurant, transportation and shopping. Divan is a high quality, clean and comfortable choice for couples.

The breakfast is poor. Also only one person is serving the breakfast so there is a long line in the morning.

Friendly amazing staff, enjoyed about everything in the hotel

Not worth a penny !

The day first we arrived, We saw some guest were complaining to hotel staff. At the time of check-in, staff was showing off that, “We are giving you a bigger room then usual”. Sadly, it wasn’t true at all. So, Once we were done Checking-in, We had to carry our own luggage to room. Room was small, pillows weren’t comfortable and a bed was normal( not as you would normally expect comfy hotel bed). Later, I took shower and step on flooded toilet floor, shower glass wall was leaking from corner. After I complaint, Technition came and was showing attitude and saying“Ufff”. They didn’t even bother to change room. The next day morning, cleaning lady just entered into room while I was asleep even though “Don’t Disturb” sign switch was on. 2 hours later, I received a call from hotel, asking me why I haven’t returned to my room? Will you come to checkout? Come on! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can get way better hotel in same price like “Point Hotel Ankara”. Don’t fall for rating. My mistake I saw rating and decided to go the place over preferred and experienced hotel.

Unfortunately I did not like to stay in this hotel the furniture was very old and Air conditioning it wasn’t working after six hours they realized that there is a technical issue plus the complementary Stuff like coffee Tea

Great stay

Warm staff, clean, just pure quality

I liked everything about it. Staff, check-in, food, bed, and shower. The only missing thing, I'd say, is a bathtub. Apart from that, it's wonderful!

Pillows were not comfortable and high. The room is small. It was raining and water was dripping from window side and causing inconvenience and noise at night. The room was clean

Wonder full staff Location 100 percent perfect

Friendly, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast and dinner. Safe onsite parking for car, and on second night even our new second hand cargo van! In a nice part of town that we didn’t have time to explore.

Hotel was good,check inn fast. Room was good but small,bed was qween not king as mentioned. Magnifier mirror not in safe position, need to be moved. Sink was clogged, mangment need to pay attention to cleaning and to samll details. Billboy brought Car out of parking with scratches, and he denies that.

First time at Divan hotels , it is small but cozy hotel , staff are excellent.. good breakfast , excellent bakery .. rooms are little small , beds and bedding could be better .. I recommend it for business travelers .

The staff was extremely friendly, the location of the hotel is perfect to access to all embassies as well as food fun etc. The highlight of the visit and the reason why this hotel should have five stars is it staff specially the front end manager Burak! Cleaning crew can be more consistent we stayed over two weeks at this hotel but it still was better than any other hotel we have been in turkey .

There was tea kettle in the room but no tea bags and even though there were 2 of us, there was only one towel, one glass and one mug. The room was comfortable, great shower, location was also convenient to everything

Divine Divan

An awesome hotel in a great location, conveniently close to city centre transport and shops but with the bonus of free valet parking to ensure a great welcome, which was then complemented by an efficient yet friendly check-in. My room was stylishly modern, comfortable and clean, and well equipped with all essentials. Unfortunately I became aware of water leaking from my shower room ceiling shortly after arrival, and reported this to reception who immediately sent a maintenance guy and arranged a swift transfer for me to another room. I met friends for dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed excellent food in a warm atmosphere with attentive-yet-unobtrusive servers. Breakfast was equally good, with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. I did, however, have to report an unpleasant intrusion of cigarette smoke into my room both in the evening and when I awoke in the morning. It was suggested that this may have been the result of a guest smoking in the neighbouring (officially non-smoking) room, but I do not believe this was investigated appropriately so remained unresolved. Overall, though, I enjoyed an excellent two-night stay and will be happy to return, as well as to unreservedly recommend to others.

Great position, close to restaurants, shops and bars. Check-in straight forward, Manager spoke English. Spa open until 22:00, 10% reduction for guests but price remained prohibitive so did not try. Breakfast was excellent: fresh orange juice carafe and omelettes to order, perhaps cafetière of coffee rather than mug.

Great luxury hotel in Ankara

We booked this hotel for 2 nights for my wife and I and our two small children. This was one stop among many in our trip through Turkey, and although Ankara is not too great for tourist attractions, the Divan was so good we would have liked to stay for even more nights. Everything was perfect at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked. The bathroom and shower were super clean, and the shower had a rainfall shower head which made it very refreshing. Breakfast was included in our price and excellent each morning; the staff helpful, food excellent, restaurant spacious and not overcrowded. The hotels location is also good, not on a main street, but with a two minute walk you can get to a busy street that had shops and restaurants and activity. The Hilton and Sheraton are walking distance. One night my wife and I went out for a date night to find a nice restaurant. The Sheraton had live jazz on the terrace which we heard from the street and drew is in; food was excellent and entertainment even better. We will definitely consider staying here again, and are sorry our stay was so short.

The staff is outstanding with personal attention. Food is amazing, fabulous breakfaat and other meals. Everything was excellent. Close to everything yet quiet.

nice hotel in city center

overall we had a good time in this hotel. they just forgot to pick up our breakfast card that we hang at door knob so we had to order it in the morning and we got our breakfast much later than we had planned.

Lovely boutique hotel.

We stayed there previously too. Great service, very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, great location. I visit Ankara often, four times a year. We stayed at different hotels in neighbourhood. This is the best.
