Great lake view

Excellent hotel. View is great, eateries across the road. But you would prefer to have a car to stay here. The breakfast is good and the room is spacious and modern. For the price, is a steal. But make sure you get the room with view of the lake.

We had a lake-facing 2-bedroom unit. The unit is spacious, very functional. Small kitchen with cutlery & necessary pots & pans. Only lacking dishwashing liquid & sponge. Lots of dustbins in the unit. Bathtub is good after a tiring day. No iron board & iron in the utility room. 2 bedrooms, the king-sized bed is huge, can fit 3 teens! Love it. There is an additional but very functional & spacious study room that can sleep 1 pax on the long sofa. Utility room in the master room can fit 2 opened luggage. Lots of drawer & cabinet space. Washer & dryer comes in handy. Good TV channels. Only the front desk & doormen aren’t friendly. Front desk female staff is very stern with no eye contact. Breakfast spread is average but there is nice, hot noodles freshly prepared. No freshly made omelette. Young service staff in cafe here are not enthusiastic or approachable. Speedy check-in & check-out. No maps of Suzhou available at front desk, which is not helpful for tourists who want to visit places of interests. Simple gym, efficient enough. Clean & cozy environment, quiet & safe. Can walk over to the lake/park for a jog & fresh air. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Suzhou. My family likes it very much. However, one needs to call a taxi or drive here. It’s outskirt without a mall or supermarket. We can still do with this:)) Really a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel in the industrial/tech/education area

I picked this hotel because of the spacious layout of the condo/residence style. I stayed in a one bedroom-style suite with a sofa. It is more than sufficient for my party of 3. The area is about 20 km from downtown Suzhou but right at where I had a conference. Breakfast is nice according to my family. Room is a condo/residence. It has a kitchen sink, washing machine (that we didn’t use), nice bahtroom and blackout curtain. As per usual in China, staffs don’t speak much English except the manager. But they are really helpful though (help calling taxi, getting ice, verifying the charge). Very great 3-night stay in this part of Suzhou.

Room is clean and comfortable. Service is good! Bathroom floor needs cleaning though. No cook top but there is a rice cooker.

3 nights stay in Oakwood Hotel Suzhou

Loved the hotel. I often choose an apartment over a hotel room and whilst I wasn't expecting a full kitchen I was disappointed to find I didn't even have a teaspoon to stir my coffee. Useful having a fridge.

great value for a short stay

Hotel is in a new developed industrial/office area with great potential business development in neighborhood. Transportation is not easy accessible without pre-arrangement. Breakfast is included and items are more than expectation. Room is very clean except the HVAC units are kind of noisy when it is in operations. Big room with a very good size bathroom but shower only. I checked in late at night and checked out on Sunday morning and therfore, no chance to explore nearby retail store restaurant except 5 min. walk to a good size 24hrs convenience store.

Great hotel at Jinji / Dushu Lake area

It is a newly opened hotel located in the new town. I booked a standard room but was upgraded to a suit, with a big living room and great lake view. The condition of the room is great, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also quite large with both bath tank and shower facilities. Staff at the front desk are nice when we check-in and check out.

아주 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 강력하게 추천합니다. 일단 넓고 쾌적한 객실이 호텔로 기본기능이 훌륭합니다. 또한 조식이 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만 부족하지도 않고 적당하다고 할 수 있습니다. 다음에 또 숙박하고 싶습니다.

清潔感と朝食が最高です。

髭剃り用の剃刀と綿棒が無かったなど、 ゴミ捨ても捨てられて無い所が有ったり、 今一つって感じでしたね。

レジデンスのへｙ部屋が広く、ビュッフェの料理も良かった。

1.空調不能調節,所以很熱 2.代安排車的收費太貴了,例如原本想要求貴酒店代安排車到上海收費需RMB1280 但最后我們在綱上訂了神州專車收費才RMB450,是同樣的級别,所以這一點使整体感覺扣了分

独墅湖边，房间舒适，早餐品种多样。

景色優美，飯店乾淨舒適服務親切，一定會再回來入住

飯店位置雖離市區稍微有點遠，但是它能搭地鐵到達（離地鐵站走路7分鐘），而且旁邊有個景色宜人的獨墅湖。每天早上一醒來，就是看到這碧藍的湖水景色，真舒服！ 我們都非常喜歡蘇州，也喜歡這家飯店，早餐好好吃♡我們連吃五天都不膩呢，呵呵！

저렴한 가격, 넓은 방, 훌륭한 조식, 조용하고 멋진 뷰에 너무 만족하였습니다.

市の中心部や旧市街からはだいぶ遠い。蘇州駅から地下鉄2号線で50分。タクシーだと50元ほどか。ホテルは新しいのでどこも綺麗で広い。湖側の部屋になれば夕陽の絶景が楽しめるが、反対側は何も見えない。シャワーの温度が不安定。一度雷で電気も水道もしばらく止まってしまった。フロント陣は英語を聞くことはできるが、ほとんど喋れない。日本語をカタコトにできる人は居る。歩いて10分でファミリーマート、15分で中国銀行があり、そこのATMで簡単に両替ができる。

附近鄰近湖邊，喜歡安靜的人，很適合，離高鐵站約20分鐘車程，地鐵站也不遠

おすすめ出来ません

まあまあなホテル、フロントの人は笑顔もなし、話しかたが気持ち悪い。

非常棒！订的单身公寓，房间超大，卫生间淋雨有屋顶花洒，厨房有灶具烤箱和洗衣机（虽然我没有用，但是看起来很温馨），房间很干净，21楼湖景房，2.4米的大床，沙发和床可以并排放（可见房间多大，哈哈），丰富的早餐，免费的地下停车场，比之前住过的同等价位的普通酒店性价比高多啦。

조용한 산책로가 있는 호텔

호텔자체가 깨끗하고, 주변에 산책 및 운동을 하기가 좋음. 조식 또한 훌륭함. 주변이 번화가는 아니지만, 고급 식당가 및 상가가 있음. 주변이 조용한 장소를 원하는 사람에게 추천할만한 호텔

还算对得起价格

不像凯宾斯基的湖景套房是整扇落地玻璃，这里的是几扇分开的窗，视角并不好。优点是有厨房可以自己热东西吃，对面就是全聚德很不错。二楼有儿童玩的地方。早饭就很一般了,人好多位子不多

非常满意的体验。升级到单身公寓，早餐也非常丰盛，酒店客房的服务意识比较好

비즈니스호텔정도로 적합합니다. 객실은 작으나 가성비가 좋았습니다.

호텔도 깔끔하고 가격도 합리적이여서 좋았습니다. 그러나 주변에 아무것도 없다는게 참 아쉽네요..ㅎㅎ

泊まるに値しないホテル

現在より1か月前の開業ということもあり、全体的に新しくきれいな印象でした。 しかし、対応については不満点が多分にあります。 1.Hotels.comの予約が通っておらず、カスタマーサービスに電話し、解決する。 2.初めに通された部屋で雨漏りが発生。衣服が濡れる。 3.隣の部屋へ案内されるも雨漏りが発生し、上階の部屋へ案内される。 4.移動した部屋では雨漏りはないものの、部屋が汚く、翌日ホテルの担当者と面談の約束を取り付ける。 5.ホテルの担当者が1時間遅れで到着する、遅刻の理由は「奥様とドライブ」と「会議」の2点。 6.ホテル担当者から衣服の洗濯（無償）について了解を頂くが、結局対応されず。 7.掃除は清掃担当が用具一式を部屋に届けてくれる。おそらく、自分で掃除しろという意味。 不満以外何も評価できないホテルでした。
