Our room was at the front of the hotel, it was very noisey till about 4 am. We were able to change rooms on our second night to the back, which was a lot better. Staff very helpful and understanding.

Great hotel in excellent location. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Farhad in particular is very considerate. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for giving us a great experience.

The hotel is located opp KL Sentral which is convenient when traveling around. Outside of the hotel were dirty and noisy as there are few coffee shops next to the hotel. Room were simple, and baby cockroachs were found on my daughter's pillow. There is only 1 short glass panel seperating the wet & dry section inside the toilet which resulted wet toilet floor after each shower.

Good place for an overnight stay to catch and early train. Bed was comfortable, staff very helpful.

A pretty basic hotel to crash for one night for me. Clean and service was good. Some shortcomings like remote controls to aircon doesn’t have batteries. Otherwise it is a really convenient place for to stay with KL Sentral walking distance nearby, the monorail literally the next door, the nearby NU mall, as well as many eateries options nearby

Excellent hotel an d clean place

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff Specifically the locations was very convenient to travel anywhere to in Malaysia. Kl Sentral station was very close to hotel. Food was amazing. I am planning to go again this year with my family.

Walking distance to train station.

We only needed a hotel for a night so we picked something a bit more affordable, and this place had decent reviews. But I guess you get what you pay for. When we walked in, there was no one at the check in desk, and they were busy chatting at the back. If employees are going to do that, at least have a bell. We were further disappointed to see that our room door was propped open which made us feel uncomfortable, as what is stopping from other guests from entering and using the room. Unfortunately that was not all of it, the bed sheets had yellow stains on it. We would not have stayed longer if we had booked for more days here.

It was a convenient location. The room was dusty needed a vacuum and hair on the bathroom floor .

Conveniently close to the KLIA Exspres and food outlets. Clean though was a bit put off by the fact that the TV remote didn’t work (likely due to weak batteries which should have been checked after each guest stay) and that no daily replenishment of coffee and creamer sachets. The stock is per stay per the hotel reception.

Nice friendly staff at reception. Room in good condition, larger than expected. Worries at first as the room had some street noise, but realised it was because the bathroom window was open. With the window closed I could not hear the street noise. There were however some occasional noises from the inside corridor (people in other rooms playing music or tv too loud) but not too often. The only real annoyance was that the Air conditioning unit inside the room made a clicking noise at night when on certain settings. Unfortunately could figure out how to fix that in the middle of the night. Room was clean, and house keeping did a good job. Happy with the short stay.

Suitable for a short stay and if you do not spend too much time in the room. Nu Hotel is located opposite Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral - so one needs to cross the street from the mall/KL Sentral using the overhead bridge and walk behind some shops to reach the hotel. Roughly 15 minutes walk from the KL Sentral if you're traveling using KLIA express. Being centrally located, it is easy to find food day and night. Hotel room is alright, was given a room facing inside the hotel with a small window that faces the hotel corridor. Quiet but no view. Staff are friendly. There is a fridge but it's not working. Need to tap key card 3 times to open the door. Hotel management should not let visitors use old/stained towels, but have reuse them as floor mat. First day, I got a clean but stained towel. Have some potted plants, trash/recycling bins at the lobby would be nice.

The location is excellent. Very near to KL Sentral which makes transportation on MRT, LRT and Monorail lines a breeze. Plenty of dinning options within near walking distances. Room was relatively clean but rather basic. No tissue paper was provided and the safe box in the room wasn't working. Informed reception but no one came forth to check on it.

Very comfortable. Room is spacious and clean. It’s just right across Nu Sentral, behind Easy Hotel. Very good location and near many eating places. Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m in KL.

Bad staff combined with really small room sizes make this a place to avoid in the future. Don't be deceived by the good photos online, you won't like the room. It's petite.

The service is very basic and the biggest advantage is its proximity to KL Sentral and NU mall. The room is very basic and no breakfast is included. I will consider staying again if I have a short layover in KL

I always use this hotel in KL as it gives me good location for moving around, for restaurant and for straight from KLIA. Clean and nice staff als gives you comfort. Best deal.

Its only for a few hours stay and i know the area, so i didnt have much expectation. The room is in good condition but i got confused on using my credit card for secured deposit. When i check out i was told only partial refund will be given. I later knew it was for the tourism tax. Consider it is close to KLIA Sentral station i will come back next month on transit

Few hours layover stay

We only had a few hours in Kuala Lumpur and did not get to enjoy our room. We noticed the room was clean and front desk staff very helpful and friendly. They spoke English well and helped us with directions to Nu Sentral mall which is less than 10 minute walk.

A good place to stay in KL

Hotel is at a very strategic location, right beside KL Sentral. Everything is closeby. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. The whole staff is very nice and polite.

Convenient location and spacious clean room

I stayed here 6 nights , with the last 3 nights with my son who had gone on a side trip to Bali for a wedding and returned to join me in KL. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was clean. The location is great being near to eateries nearby and to the Nu Sentral shopping mall and KL Sentral to catch buses to and from both KLIA and KLIA2 airports. However it might be an idea for the hotel to give directions to guests who are arriving by bus/train to the hotel as no one around the area seem to know how to get to the hotel. My relative who arrived that night had to end up taking a taxi from Nu Sentral mall which cost her 25 ringgit for a very short distance.

I like the room that i stayed in.. it was big and comfy. I like the location and the staff was just as friendly. Keep up the good work

Price is good, location is good, service is good. The only thing need to remind is to bring your own brush and toothpaste.

Good location

Good location. Deluxe room was comfortable. However the shower can overspilled the bthroom floor.

Checked in around 5pm and there is a long queue at the counter waiting for the check-in, while doing the check-in the counter stuff still need to entertain calls, entertain those walk-in customer asking questions...etc...making the check-in queue waiting for long time. There is no toilet at the lobby area, thought of going to the toilet first since the queue is long but there is not toilet at the lobby. Floor in the room aren't clean properly and feels "sticky" while walking on it. Others are good in terms of locations and nearby amenities, bed is big and room is spaces.

A great stay

The location is great, the room is clean, the staff are super friendly. I have suggested this before, but I am going to suggest it again. Please provide a mirror in the room. A mirror in the bathroom is not sufficient. And pls update the ironing facilities. Every time I asked for irons, either the iron or the iron board almost fall apart.

Good clean hotel

Excellent location, near transport hub and shopping mall. But we took sometime to locate the hotel as the location of the hotel was not updated in Google Map. The bedsheet was clean but the bath towel was soiled. Taking into consideration of the price we paid, its value for money.

Overall accessible, the Toiletries could be better.

There is no shower wand in the bathroom. The location is convenient though.

- Easy check-in/out and have your deposit back. - Closer to KL Sentral. - Food is right at the corner and no worry for food if you have early flight. - But the water from the shower booth is very easily split all over the toilet because there is no door in the shower booth to shut and the glass partition between the shower and toilet is too small.

I have stayed at Nu hotel @ KL Sentral four times now. Each time has been a good stay. The staff or helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for me as it is right by the sky train so it makes getting around real easy.

LOCATION IS THE BEST, the room is considered clean, but my big big big point is my family room there is no window. Air con position is not good, only one side cold another side hot. no toothbrush , but it is okay. My room no. is 404, I will not comfortable with the room number, and some more no window.
