El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba de manera óptima. La ventana tenía una apertura pequeña , entendiéndose por temas de seguridad, pero esto acentuaba la falta de aire.

Hotel Novatel

Not very helpful staff. Not very clean. maybe this is a 1-2 star Hotel - but not more. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than business travel.

I had small problems with room service two out of three days. First no face towels. Second no bottle of water. It’s not horrible but annoying. Place to work and have a coffe place is not great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was really good and had options for everyone. There is a parking garage which made parking super easy. It is a bit far from the historic center but that is what I was looking for and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Everything was fine, but it would be very useful to have an air extractor in the bathroom to avoid fogging. This is the second time that we stayed at that premise ; the firsts time it was called Hotel Atton

Five minute walk from parque Arauco which has excellent kids play areas. Staff were excellent and friendly. No kettle in bedroom.

A mejorar: podrian darle una pintura a la piscina, que al verla desde arriba y compararla con la piscina del otro edificio se ve algo deprimente. El gimnasio podria tener pesas. El restaurante algo caro, pero se entiende por la ubicación. En resumen, volvería sin dudas

Service is spotty - they don't follow through or get back to you. Don't deliver on promises and are totally inflexible or unapologetic (so much for customer service mentality). Hotel public areas are too small for number of rooms and outside area is grubby, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Stayed at Novotel in Vina del Mar and felt unsafe with fire system - assume this is same system as Novotel in Las Condes

I liked this property. It was a longer walk to the downtown area (where I want to go) but I would stay here again. First night, there was no air conditioning due to servicing. This was a nuisance for me as I need a cold room. But I recognize from time to time this type of action needs to occur.

Really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Great location and nice amenities. Highly recommended.

Hotel in safe area, not far from the metro, and a pleasant walk through a park to a big shopping mall. Reception staff very helpful re getting to see the sights, buying tickets for the metro and the excellent hop on and hop off bus. Hotel recently taken over by Novotel, who are going to do major bedroom upgrades, hopefully improve the lighting. General room standard good. Pleasant garden to relax in wth swimming pool.

We had a 9 day stay for a family vacation and it was a fantastic find- the best neighborhood for kids, a lot of options for activities in nearby parques and w hotel pool. Very well located and solid service and amenities. 100% all around.

We had an excellent stay. Best location in the city.

The hotel caters to the Chilean business people. One or two foreigners here and there. Therefore the food is based on a Chilean diet. Having breakfast included in the rate is good but the food is overprices. It is in a safe neighborliness. The fitness center is small but not many people use it. I wish they had complementary water. Four blocks away, at the Best Western Premier Marina Las Condes, the food is about 50% cheaper, though it is not so clean. Give and take. I stayed long term, so by the end of my trip, I was thankful for the helpful staff. The hotel is not new.

My wife and I and two traveling companion friends stayed overnight here on our last day of a two week vacation before leaving Chile to return to the US. We had just returned from the Atacama Desert region. It was a great location with convenient access to the Santiago Metro Red Line. We had a very nice dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Great hotel but shame about the smell!

Hotel staff were great, lovely rooms and breakfast. Unfortunately the last 3 days of the trip were ruined by some kind of drainage issue which left a terrible smell of sewage throughout the hotel. It might not have been the hotels fault, but it was very off putting and ruined what was otherwise a really nice hotel stay. The neighbourhood was great - 10 minute walk to Manquehue Metro which is on the main line between Las Condes and downtown Santiago. Also a short distance to Parque Araucano with great restaurants and green spaces, and the large shopping mall at Parque Arauco.

Room was nice, and A/C unit was remarkably well adjusted, however the breakfast was poor, limited selection, half cooked scrambled eggs that were also cold, and the wait staff seemed overwhelmed in trying to keep food bar full and cleaning used tables.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean,safe. Nice restaurant. However, I only had complementary breakfast at restaurant, which was very good by U.S. complementary breakfast standards. Not as extensive a selection as I’ve experienced at 4 star international hotels. But, quite good.

All wrong

The hotel did not have my reservation, it took a very very long time to check in, with many mistakes by tre staff and a terrible service. Got to the room and found out that instead of the kibg bed offered, we had to double beds, went back down and got told that there are no king rooms available...amazing service. Breakfast poor, almost like a formula 1 motel, room poor, cleanliness poor and service terrible. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, very good and safe neighborhood

We enjoyed staying here, and visited the Arauco Mall a number of times. The free parking was very helpful. The pool was very cold (some heating would have helped). Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room very comfortable. Restaurant was good, breakfast spread in particular.

Short stay, happy staff.

Shower did’nt have a tight enclosure,so water wet the bath floor. The day we entered I found several very long black hairs in diferent parts of the bath floor. Toilet seat needed replacement. Other than that it was fine.

Good business hotel. Positives: Got large room on18th floor with free late check-out ( flight was at 6pm). Staff very friendly. Breakfast ok, but lunch and dinner was very reasonably priced. Overall, service and quality a bit better than Hilton. Negatives: even though I was far from the lift, I could hear it from the room. The pool/ surrounding area is almost always in the shade. 10 minute walk to get to metro/ shops/ restaurants. Overall, a good solid business hotel.

Impeccable service and a great restaurant

This is my second time in the hotel after a decade. My recollection of the hotel as having a good restaurant and impeccable service is more than reconfirmed by this stay.

Very good location and reasonably priced hotel in the upscale Las Condes area in Santiago. Good hotel overall with the exception of the room a/c which could be better as the cooling function didn't work well.

Friendly staff, close to park and shopping center

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and were pleasant about helping us out as our Spanish was very poor and their English was excellent. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and the area was kept very clean. The pool area was very comfortable. Easy access to metro and cabs available at the door. Reasonably priced good hotel.

American Business Traveler

I have stayed at the Atton Las Condes on business several times. The lobby was recently remodeled. There is a restaurant/bar in the hotel with good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Parc Arauco with many food options as well. There is a mini-bar, but no in-room coffee options. Wifi connection was generally good.

Nice location, terrible service...

I spent two nights at the hotel. The hotel location is good but the services are a disaster. I spent my two nights with no wifi access, despite several complains to the central desk. The water in the shower was cold!!! The hotel is well located and the room is fine but a cold shower and the lack of internet ruined my stay! Coudn't recommend this hotel to anyone...

Good Stay at Atton Hotel Las Condes

On our return to Santiago we booked 3 nights at the Atton Las Condes. Although we had reserved a king room, we were told that the hotel was overbooked so we were given a double queen, which was not a problem for us. The beds come with a bottom sheet and a duvet. I asked for a top sheet because the duvet was too warm for me at night and the kindly obliged. The beds were comfortable, the sheets smooth. The only negative remark I could make would be that I would prefer larger, more sumptuous towels, but that's just me. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast included with the room was wonderful, with an abundance of fruits and meats. We availed ourselves of their laundry service and were amazed at the wonderful job they did.

Nothing around the hotel and need to taxi

It's a very small hotel and not a very good location. It has a tiny gym and small rooms. There is nothing around the hotel and need to take taxi everywhere. Hotel taxis are very expensive as compared to normal taxi --almost double!!!

Atton las Condes is a great location for explore, shopping and business. The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I made reservation later but the helpful staff always made this easy for me. I really like this hotel and I come back very soon.

Good Bussiness hotel under renovation

Undergoing renovations makes it a little bit inconvenient for the guest... noise, and others.... minor problems, my toothbrush disappeared from the bathroom (It was replaced by the hotel), two of the three phones available in my room didn't work. One night I had problems with the lights that was solved by the hotel.

Under Construction

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation so not all of the amenities were available. Also you had to listen to jack hammers all day long. It would have been nice to know this before booking this hotel, I was ready to leave early. The only fortunate thing was that it was close to shopping and restaurants so I could spend the day at the mall while my husband was in meetings.

A quick night at a great and inexpensive hotel

I compared many hotels before I made my purchase, and I selected this Hotel for its location and price. And what a surprise I had when I arrived. The hotel feels as a 4 stars hotel, as if you had arrived to a more luxurious hotel. The facilities are modern, rooms were cleaned and upgraded, it definitely was a great experience. For the price, I really recommend it above other chain hotels nearby.

EXTENDING STAY

It was necessary for me to extend my stay an extra week and things did not go smoothly. The following is the shortened version: I looked online and saw that rooms were available (several different sites). When I spoke to the front desk they told me that they did not have anything available. I felt as if they thought they could get a guest in my place that would pay a higher rate. I checked with them several times over several days and they finally (at the 11 and 3/4th hour) said that I could stay an additional 3 days. They insisted that after this there were no rooms available and they could not do anything. I then went online and made my reservation through this fine travel service (for which I am writing the review which will hereinafter be called "AWESOME") for the remainder of my stay. When I told the hotel what had happened they told me that AWESOME made a mistake and that my confirmation would be cancelled. I then called AWESOME, who then called the hotel and verified my confirmation. I then stayed the remainder of the week. If I would have listened to the hotel without checking back with AWESOME I would have been on the street. The hotel made me feel bad throughout this whole ordeal wondering if I would be stranded for a week with no place to stay. I am worried that there will be retribution the next time that I stay at the hotel because of my review. I also want to mention that the hotel does not have refrigerators in the room. They merely have what they call a "maintainer" that does not do much for keeping anything refrigerated. I had some food in the unit and it all went bad. The rooms do not have coffee makers as I have found in other local hotels.

Everything works perfectly, you feel safe and cared for. There is a park 100 meters away and the Parque Arauco Mall is within walking distance. The place is very quiet. The tourist who likes walking can go and use the Metro and then walk around Santiago without risk of being lost.
