The property had a eclectic feel which made it easy to relax. It had a gym. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoke both english and spanish.

The hotel and room were old and worn out. I expected more from a Novotel hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 stars. Breakfast was also very basic. There was also no staff to help out with the luggage. Parking was ok.

After checking-in online (being told it would speed things up), we had to check-in all over again at the hotel. The receptionist was unfriendly and, honestly, a bit rude. Not a nice welcome and a waste of 15 minutes. Otherwise, an average hotel. The breakfast was sub-par.

Location is great and the area feels very safe. Very close to the subway station, and lots of restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel itself is fairly modern, and the elevators were always very quick.

Hot water in the showers was a plus. I have stayed at so many properties with Luke warm water so I was pretty happy about this. Decent hotel for a reasonable amount .

Good hotel, rooms are in good standards, but breakfast is extremely limted, food has bad presentation, fruits are not in good conditions, it has a very bad breakfast.

I had an awesome stay at Novotel Hotel Javier and Isabelys customer service was really great, from check in until check out. The staff in the kitchen was also very professional and helpful !! I will stay here again. Thanks for everything, I appreciate it.

The place was clean overall, i don't know if it was a language barrier, for instance, im an English speaking person and they're Spanish but most of the staff were not friendly I called to request bottle water in the room and was told that i only receive water on the day of arrival. All we had was an empty refrigerator They give nothing complimentary except for coffee.

The property is located in a central location making it convenient to get to shopping malls and restaurant. Overall a good experience. A special thanks to Patricia /supervisor in charge of the breakfast area.

Property is not located in the nice part of Panama City, so expect to see alot of not so pretty aspects of life there.

We stayed one night. There were cockroach on our bed. We took some photos and showed them. Terrible.

Check is terrible. They gave us a room with people in it. Then they gave us a handicap room.

Great hotel for the family, I only wish the breakfast was better. The food is not as good and fresh as it should be. Everything else is great. Front desk staff and hotel are very nice and friendly.

The hotel is excellent, very nice property and a good location in Cangrejo! What a wonderful experience, I got a great room and the staff was so accommodating with everything, the breakfast was great: they had a chef that specialized in omelettes. Wonderful! What made the difference though was the wonderful service from the front desk and management: specifically Javier and Lilia

The hotel is very modern and posh with art all around, spacious rooms, the bathroom was huge, great amenities, smart tv, I had problems using the wifi and the staff was very kind and expedited at fixing it for me, totally recommended, there are lots of dining options nearby and even if it looks uninviting at night the neighborhood is safe and there are bike cops patrolling...

The hotel was just a little more than basic. It was clean and modern. However, there was no microwave, the coffee in the bedroom was terrible, the breakfast was pleasing, but mundane and served the same thing EVERYDAY! And, there were NO in room amenities--

i never was going out of the usa, i was trying to book for panama city, florida as i was evacuating from hurricane milton, this was done in error with no way to cancel-there should be better customer service using “real” humans instead of ai which doesn’t help in certain cases.

Good hotel close to metro station and several restaurant choices nearby. I got a good deal for a 3 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay, friendly management and staff. Great location to explore the city.

Everything was great, staff was so great and helpful.

The staff was great, from the people who works at the bufete every day, they made our lives so great with their hospitality. All of us were a little bit sick ( cough ), they gave a lemon and ginger tea and made our live so great. Also the front desk girl was very nice and helpful, also Valery with her talent her service was so nice when I ask almost every nite for a cafe con leche, mas leche que café, thank you to her, specially when the kitchen was almost closed and I asker for a sandwich and she said I asked them and she works her magic. Also when Canada was playing soccer and our tv was having trouble and the rap air guy helped us and fixed our tv and finished the game. Great team you guys have. Hope to see you guys next time in our next vacation

My room was beautiful with an amazing view of the Panama City Skyline. The morning breakfast were lovely (keep doing those omelettes!) Only fault - no pool!
