The hotel staff was just wonderfull. Everyone from the front desk to the breaskfast staff was very help and professional. Our room was GREAT! I recommend this hotel to anyone transitting through the airport with any sort of layover.

Vacation started off well with a good nights sleep right after 16h flight and before travelling further to the domestic destination. Breakfast has many choices and great staff.

Had an issue with the location of the room between the two Hotels and spoke to one the Managers and all was sorted out with in 10 mins. Which made it less of a headache to check out and straight to departures. Thanks to the wonderfully team as always.

The hotel was spotless and staff very attentive we even had a chat with the chef at the restaurant and he cooked us a traditional chicken curry he especially made for us it was delicious made us feel very special. The convenience of having the airport right there made our flight so stress free . Would highly recommend

The room is small and thin walls. You can hear your neighbors easily. However, coming into the airport at 1am, this was perfect. It had a clean bed and clean bathroom, all one needs for a short stay. Very convenient as it was a an extremely short walk within the airportz

Very convenient staying inside the airport. One problem was the walls are not well insulated so we could hear people laughing in the next room, which made it harder to sleep.

Its located on arrival hall of Airport. I had cane from Gujarat and it was very easy process. I just had to show my booking with my name on it. And i was able to go inside. Rested up and went up the elevated to departure.

Excellent choice if one needs a place to stay either because of a very long layover or are arriving or landing at an inconvenient time and don't have access to an airport lounge and need a place to rest and freshen up before continuing with your journey. Hoevere be warned that you should plan your method of getting to the hotel itself. If you arrive at Terminal 1 and are going to Terminal 2 where the hotel is located, be absolutely sure to mention that to the cab driver. If you try to get to the hotel from Terminal 2 departures level it is maze and requires the hotel to send a staff member to escort you since as mentioned before it is a maze. Instead, the hotel can be easily accessed from a lower level of Terminal 2 and you are directly at the lobby that way.

Inconvenient. Area connecting Niranta to airport(under construction) smelled awful. For the charge at the Niranta, it's best to stay at a regular hotel around the airport.

I would have scored them all on Excellence but I feel I did not get value for my money. I was given inadequate information with what comes with what comes complimentary with the room. The staff was more focused on sales than delivery. And the only reason why am giving them an average for stuff is because of the porter who assisted us get to our terminal with ease. Otherwise over all I paid for convenience and safety that’s all.

At the airport No windows

The state at this hotel was terrible from the beginning. The staff did not inform us of anything including breakfast possible upgrades, amenities or things in the airport where we could get food. They also did not tell us that if we left the the hotel that we would have to have a pass/permission in order to return to the hotel. We were treated poorly because we did not know this and tried to go back in after going out for a snack. We will never stay here again. Ever! The room was also noisy and when ask the staff to address those making the noise, nothing was done.

I have liked the soothing fragrance of the room and specially the comfortable bed, blanket and pillows.

It is now a ritual that I stay at this hotel one day before my flight out. And it’s also a great place to crash if you land at ungodly hours and don’t want to do a hike to the rest of Maharashtra immediately. Whether there’s a cab driver strike or flooding or whatever creative reason Mumbai throws at you, I love being able to check out 90 mins before my flight, dropping my bags and boarding. Excellent spa and restaurant make it even better.

I did not feel prioritized or welcome. Staff spoke sternly and ordered hotel guest around.

Convenient when one has an early or late flight. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. A pass is available fir guests to go up to the food court outside the Arrivals terminal. My only complaint, housekeeping were extremely noisy during the daytime, chatting and laughing loudly in the corridor but also from one room to the other. Most hotel guests are tried from long flights or trying to rest before starting a long journey - perhaps housekeeping staff can socialize away from the guest rooms.

This place is not close to your terminal.

This room is tiny. I don't know how they fit what they fit into the room. It's so small. There were mosquitos everywhere. I unalived at least 20 before I could go to sleep. The bathroom smelled. I made sure to run the water for a few minutes before getting in just in case. This location is only more convenient because it is on site. I left early & was, STILL, worried about missing my flight waiting to get through the line from the area almost directly outside of the hotel and through customs, both of which prioritized men as if I don't have place to be as well. The airport and this hotel, make me question whether anyone has a smooth trip here.

I had elderly parents with me. It was a nightmare getting assistance from the parking lot to the hotel. Nobody in the airport parking knew how to reach the entrance. We ended up driving around twice and my 85 & 92 year-old parents finally walking and pushing luggage through crowded trolley-filled elevators trying to reach. I booked a room for THREE, there were 2 beds, 2 cups, 2 towels, 2 tea bags and 1 water cup. The check-in clerk asked me to go to the room first and check if they needed to add a spare bed instead of arranging a third bed before checking us in. There was barely enough room for 2 plus one extra cot, room 402 is DEFINITELY not suited for 3 in spite of the premium price. It seems like I should have had some VIP amenities, but I was told nothing as to what they were. The staff is slow and inefficient, except for one room service guy who was the single person responsible for every room amenity for the entire hotel, resulting in delays in fetching the cot & towels. I had a hard time getting clear answers regarding paid wheelchair services to reach the departures the next morning. There was a different person at the desk each time I called. I got a free 15-minute foot reflexology massage which was nice. The room is modern and very-well appointed with high-end finishes. But for the $120 I paid, and don't even know what I was supposed to get for my money. Overall, I would recommend that guests ask questions to know exactly what you are paying for.

Super convenient, if you are staying for less than 48 hrs and jet setting in those to nearby cities. Not a good choice if you have to commute within the city multiple times.

Clean rooms and good for a quick stay. Food menu needs to be better and accessible.

Good value if you are in transit and require the basics. Air Conditioning was top notch! Clean, comfortable bed, mostly quiet depending where they place you, and affordable. My wife raved about the foot massage she received in the spa. Note, you are limited to dining options of hotel restaurant and limited options of the entrance of the arrival hall.

You always have to wait at gate for somebody to come and pick you which in my case took them 25 mins. There was only person at check in to address 20 people who were trying to check in. Room has mosquitoes. They will wake you early morning regarding your checkout time. Not staying at this hotel again

To start, I arrived after midnight. I didn't stay in the “main” hotel so I have no idea where 5 stars begin. My room was in the “overflow” hotel in the back. My suitcases in tow, only to be greeted by the utmost unfriendly, non-verbal security personnel. The property out there was unkempt, side of a garage of sorts, and eerie. As a smoker I had to turn over my lighter, presumably so I didn’t smoke in my room? The room: smallest room I’ve ever slept in. No problem- Dusty.. okay, no problem.. no wash clothes? My goodness this is becoming a nightmare. One should not have to ask for basic necessities. I’d like to add, the food was AMAZING! Exceeded all expectations.

Hotel staff does not pick up the phone. Why is this important? Airport security will not let you in without an escort from the hotel. We spend a good 1 hour trying to call the front desk. Finally someone answered and we were escorted.

Extremely convenient for long transit

The directions we were given for the hotel took us to a completely different building. We were put in much older building than the main hotel. The building had no licenced bar despite the website stating it did have one. We needed a "permit" to get in and out of the hotel but we were not told about this. It was a comlete shambles, with no information. Our bedroom could be described as tired at the best. We would never have stayed had we been aware of this.

Amazing service!

I had a great stay. This place is very conveniently located inside the airport and was a great option for my random 13 hour halt in Mumbai. I forgot the charging case of my headphones and the hotel and specially Mr. Jagannath were extremely helpful in bringing me my case right upto my boarding gate! I’m very appreciative and thankful for the service!

Staff is so so. They behave like they have no competition which is correct! Rooms are small but decent. AC in the room operated on only one setting - high. Could not even reset to off or low setting.
