A very convenient and pleasant hotel after a long flight and also for that relax feeling when catching a morning afternoon or late night flights . The food and atmosphere is very good with best staff and chef, makes food to ones liking and taste I will always stay here if coming this way for my arrivals and departure

I stayed at Niranta as i was in transit i found it very convenient as i do not like to deal with Bombay traffic. Hotel location is great as it doest't require much walking to the terminals. Hotel restaurant has great options for indian and non-indians. Food was excellent. Only thing i would suggest to those who will go is to be well informed of their hotel policy's.

The shower leaked to the bathroom and the staff took a long time to clean the floor

Having arrived at the airport terminal I followed the hotels directions which were not the best but eventually found someone from the hotel who lead us to the actual hotel itself. We checked in and found the room to be good and the bed very comfortable. As we had been travelling all day we decided to go and have a beer at their bar which was advertised on their hotel website. We were then informed that there was no bar where we were and that staff would take us to another part of the hotel which was near the terminal itself. We then followed a member of staff for a few minutes walk until we arrived at an entrance manned by soldiers and police where on checking our paperwork could not decide whether we should be allowed access to the hotel. The member of staff who lead us there clearly decided he didn’t want to get involved so we gave up and went to a bar near the terminal where we ate and had a drink. We had very poor service from this hotel which was quite expensive and I cannot recommend this hotel

Clean and friendly

I’ve been staying at the Niranta over several years and it is slowly but surely going down in maintenance. The telephone in my room didn’t work, so I had to go up to the desk to ask for anything including room service. At the desk, they didn’t even blink when I said the telephone wasn’t working, nor did they make any attempt to fix it. I guess they knew it already. The surfaces were also kind of spotty. Other than that, it was OK. Quick and convenient place to rest.

Caution to mold sensitive travelers

Customer service is excellent. Convenient location for connecting flights. My complaint is lack of ventilation and mold problems. The staff was great and understanding. I am sensitive to mold and they let me check several rooms. Some are better than others but all 4 I checked had problems. Water damage and mold. I suggested they start using hypochlorous to clean and eliminate mold. Hopefully they take thay suggestion. Having a room at the airport is great. Showers are nice, bed was comfortable and bedding was clean.

Decent but better options available

The hotel is good for the purpose it serves. I had a very short turnaround between flights so chose to stay in the terminal for convenience. With that said it is not the most comfortable hotel, the rooms are cramped and have minimal amenities. No iron, laundry bag, ironing board, shoe polish kit,hairdryer etc is available in the room and is only available on demand. If you have an extra half hour to spend to be able to commute to one of the nearby hotels like the Aurika, Courtyard, Novotel etc which are for a similar price but much more comfortable.

Room was so small that no place to put two suitcases! Linen used was old and dirty. Actual holes in the duvet cover! Bathroom countertop was non existent. And staff so so. Noisy outside rooms. Can easily hear noise from other room and corridor! Charging outrageous amount. Only plus is that it’s inside the terminal building.

This hotel was not what it is made out to be! The ONLY positive asoect was the fact that it is located in the airport. I got misleading, inconsistent information about check In and Check out times. Despite responding to their email request fir flight details, I was woken up twice at 2 am and 4 am a day bedire my departure. Radhika at the front desk had the audacity to say that the email notifications are generated by a robot and she never read the responses! Consequently, she blamed me instead for not being aware of charges due forbgoing past the check out time *which was miscommunicated to me during check in by Mr. Voraprasa, staff on duty! I paid the INR5000 requested but I objected to poor, unprofessional, and inaccurate information conveyed earlier. Also, in addition to be woken up erroneously twice by Radhika, I had to complain twice about loud mysic and drum beats around 3 AM and again around 4 AM. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay in a room with NO windows or a closet. Very poor and ai don't recommend the place for anyone. Pay more and stay at any nearby hotel!!!

The hotel was walkable from the arrival hall. The staff at reception were very polite and i had my room changed because i had booked a twin room. The food from the room menu was really good and delivered within the time specified. All the room amenities were good. The thing i disliked most was the noisy people who talked very loudly, slammed doors and ran up and down the corridor. I couldn't not sleep until 2.30am!!!!! The good thing about being in this hotel was the close proximity to the check-in counters. I had a very nice porter called Makesh who took me right up to the check in counter which was so nice.

Fantastic Hotel, absolute must, if you’re travelling through Mumbai, you will not regret this hotel clean, very nice, and the service is impeccable

The best decision that I made,short distance to get to the hotel as I was catching a flight early next morning and it the placed hotel ,the Q in the morning for security at Mumbai CSM airport and some travelling public were late for their flight but I was promptly on time due to the excellent position of the hotel

Average but staff are little bit sctchy

The hotel offered a complimentary 15 minute foot massage which was wonderful.

Good bare minimum. The cafe staff Mr Hursh was excellent host . Yes i would be back for transit highly recommend.

Stuff very friendly, addressed wifi isdues immediately. If you want massage service while yoou arr i hotel, book ahead of the time.

Great Stay. Recommend some one senior take a tour of every room. Some maintenance required. Frdiges dont work, but we did not require them so luckiy for the hotel no complaints. No safe in room, they should consider that for at least documents related to travel, passports etc

Appalling! Cleaning Staff were loud, reckless and disruptive between 2-4am. A time I especially needed sleep. After 3 complaints I was upgraded to premium room by the apologetic manager. This room would have been good but my entire experience and reason for staying was already ruined. I can’t understand how professional staff cannot understand or follow basic etiquette.

incoherent staff. multiple delays with 3 staff members involved in check-in. Limited access to secure airport area delayed check-in by 30 min. The hotel should provide confirmed reservation customers an email or text message gate pass to access the lobby for check-in without the hassle i faced!

The hotel staff was just wonderfull. Everyone from the front desk to the breaskfast staff was very help and professional. Our room was GREAT! I recommend this hotel to anyone transitting through the airport with any sort of layover.

Vacation started off well with a good nights sleep right after 16h flight and before travelling further to the domestic destination. Breakfast has many choices and great staff.

Top management

Had an issue with the location of the room between the two Hotels and spoke to one the Managers and all was sorted out with in 10 mins. Which made it less of a headache to check out and straight to departures. Thanks to the wonderfully team as always.

Food in the restaurant was mediocre. Staff tried reasonably well. Rooms are not sequencely nubered & there was no one to help direct you.

The hotel was spotless and staff very attentive we even had a chat with the chef at the restaurant and he cooked us a traditional chicken curry he especially made for us it was delicious made us feel very special. The convenience of having the airport right there made our flight so stress free . Would highly recommend

The room is small and thin walls. You can hear your neighbors easily. However, coming into the airport at 1am, this was perfect. It had a clean bed and clean bathroom, all one needs for a short stay. Very convenient as it was a an extremely short walk within the airportz

Very convenient staying inside the airport. One problem was the walls are not well insulated so we could hear people laughing in the next room, which made it harder to sleep.

Its located on arrival hall of Airport. I had cane from Gujarat and it was very easy process. I just had to show my booking with my name on it. And i was able to go inside. Rested up and went up the elevated to departure.

Convenience to the airport terminal 2.

It is clean and properly organized.

Excellent choice if one needs a place to stay either because of a very long layover or are arriving or landing at an inconvenient time and don't have access to an airport lounge and need a place to rest and freshen up before continuing with your journey. Hoevere be warned that you should plan your method of getting to the hotel itself. If you arrive at Terminal 1 and are going to Terminal 2 where the hotel is located, be absolutely sure to mention that to the cab driver. If you try to get to the hotel from Terminal 2 departures level it is maze and requires the hotel to send a staff member to escort you since as mentioned before it is a maze. Instead, the hotel can be easily accessed from a lower level of Terminal 2 and you are directly at the lobby that way.

Inconvenient. Area connecting Niranta to airport(under construction) smelled awful. For the charge at the Niranta, it's best to stay at a regular hotel around the airport.

Since rooms are interconnected with PVC walls. Noise from other room and washroom is clearly coming to ear and is disturbing.

I would have scored them all on Excellence but I feel I did not get value for my money. I was given inadequate information with what comes with what comes complimentary with the room. The staff was more focused on sales than delivery. And the only reason why am giving them an average for stuff is because of the porter who assisted us get to our terminal with ease. Otherwise over all I paid for convenience and safety that’s all.

Our room smelt of dry mould. There was dust everywhere on cabinets, bedside etc. carpet in room was a little worn out & dirty. The toilet flush was stiff to operate

Great for transit, power-nap, shower and onward journey. Much better than the useless lounge service promised and not delivered by Air India Business Class who cannot get their employees to wake up to service their fare-paying guests.

The hotel is on premise basically on level G and Airport is level 4. You don’t need to leave the terminal. That’s perfect for a 6-10 hour transit

At the airport No windows

The state at this hotel was terrible from the beginning. The staff did not inform us of anything including breakfast possible upgrades, amenities or things in the airport where we could get food. They also did not tell us that if we left the the hotel that we would have to have a pass/permission in order to return to the hotel. We were treated poorly because we did not know this and tried to go back in after going out for a snack. We will never stay here again. Ever! The room was also noisy and when ask the staff to address those making the noise, nothing was done.

I have liked the soothing fragrance of the room and specially the comfortable bed, blanket and pillows.
