Avoid staying here - horrible sewage smell

Overall, our experience with Nimbus hotel chain was very poor throughout our stay in Greece. Our suite at Nimbus Mykonos would have been fine if not for the awful sewer smell that was coming from the drains throughout the suite. We brought this up with the front desk and a temporary solution was give. Shortly there after the smell returned. It was nauseating and not pleasant. Not what you’d expect from a 4-5 Star hotel. Understandably, while on vacation we should be enjoying the sites, but during late evenings it’s nice to sit back and enjoy a movie as fall weather sets in. This was not possible as TV in living room didn’t work. Again, we brought this up with front desk and no solution was ever given. As October is end of season, I’d strongly recommend avoiding visiting as everything starts to shut down. To Nimbus Mykonos - if you still accept occupancy as your season comes to an end, you should still be able to offer your menu. Many items weren’t available with no substitutions offered. Overall, a very poor experience. Not worth the money.

Amazing boutique hotel with amazing service and staff. They welcomed us with warmness and tailored to all our needs. Highly recommend in Mykonos region. It’s not in the town center but slightly away as you will need a taxi or a vehicle to take you to downtown and other regions. Small cute beach nearby in the vicinity , where everyone enjoyed.

Jacuzzi didn't work, breakfast little options and food was cold..

Beautiful hotel. Never met hotel staff so eager to make sure I had everything I needed. So friendly and helpful always. My only problem was it was a bit noisy. I was over the party pool and while the music wasn’t super loud it was constant. Ask for a room over the quiet pool!

Nice hotel within minutes of center. Bus stop near to get to town. Beach next to hotel. Good breakfast options and nice bar/restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay here!

I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels big and small. But honestly Nimbus Mykonos was easily and by far the best I have ever stayed at. I could go on and on but I will just name a few. Starting out with a staff that is hard to beat. When I came to the hotel and checking in they waited zero time and had my room ready. They asked me if I had a min and showed me EVERYTHING the hotel had to offer and everyone at these places treated me like I was a VIP. After all that was done, they showed me the bar poolside and I rested for a few mins for a quick drink before I even went to my room (free of course). Then had my bags sent to the room about 2 mins later. Then the food selection for dinner was very good, and there was no pressure to eat there. They even told me other places to eat in town. Lastly the look, feel, and location of the place was superb. I again want to say, what a great collection of staff they have there at Nimbus, especially the two ladies at the reception desk, I wish I remember their names. They represented themselves, Nimbus Hotel and Mykonos very well.

The hotel was faultless. I always enjoy Greek hospitality and this team were brilliant. The ease of requesting taxi’s, food, anything via WhatsApp was brilliant. Room was beautiful with a big terrace. The food was gorgeous. I was surprised that they had a gym which had everything needed to build muscle and lose calories. The beach was literally 1 minute away and a local shop 5 minutes walk. You will have to transfer via taxi to town (€25) as there are no direct bus routes from here. I will definitely only choose this hotel when coming back to Mykonos. Thank you Nimbus team.

Amazing property that I could not fault. Staff went above and beyond and I loved the pool area. Just wish that I had of stayed longer.

The staff were extremely helpfully and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Would have liked a better view from my room but there was no view at all which was very disappointing.

The hotel is very nice, the room is a little small, the staff - few are friendly and helpful, some are just not as genuine. I did have issues after checking out, they insisted we had minibar and restaurant charges, when we never touched the minibar items nor ate at their restaurant except during breakfast. They even gave receipts for the charges although we never did. Aside that, it was a good experience. Staff Lena is very nice and friendly, but we only saw her a few times. Its 7 mins away from mykonos town so we had to use their transportation all the time but if next time ill stay in the hotels by mykonos town where everything is just a few steps away.

Beautiful

Nimbus Mykonos was AMAZING. From the warm and super helpful staff, to the spacious rooms, and the wonderful amenities like the spa, my stay here was superb. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone who plans on staying in Mykonos.

The hotel room and property was true to the images online. Very authentic feel and great view of the sea from my room, the bar, the pool, and the breakfast area! The amenities in the hotel were also very great. I wish I used the massage more than once, shout to to Stella! The steam bath was very great as well. The staff was always helpful to my brothers and I as first timers navigating Mykonos for the first time. I can’t wait to come back in the future.

I found out lately that they steal a lot of expensive things from my stuff shoes and bag and clothes they found just one pair of shoes. The cleaner stuff not safe at all we have good time for more than month around Europe but our last stop was really bad. They are using normal key and they Dont have system tracker for their stuff but the hotel is good and quiet. If you want this hotel bring cheapest clothes and accessories unsafe hotels

Simple, nice pool, hot tub in the room was cleaned thoroughly, small gym but can get the job done, never used the spa but looks good, pool is well maintained, close to a nice beach, nice decor, hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the cost of the hotel was good.

Phenomenal

I cannot fault the Nimbus Mykonos at all!! The staff were amazing, attentive and extremely helpful. From the point of arrival, all staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed. As a solo traveller, this is all I could ask for. They provide regular and reliable transfer services to the airport, downtown and other towns too, which saves the hassle of ordering a taxi. The drivers are knowledgable and friendly, and gave me brilliant recommendations of places and things to visit. The hotel itself is spotless and looks even better in real life! Both pools have an astonishing view of the sea, and the foods/drinks were delicious. Breakfast was faultless too; food would arrive within minutes and everything was fresh and top standard. The hotel is in a perfect location; only a 5 minute walk to the beach and necessary shops. Nimbus site just outside of the main row of shops, overlooking the beach and town, which is perfect because everything is accessible, but it’s quiet enough to get a good night sleep! The room itself is spacious and beautiful. The shower has superb water pressure, and the bed itself is comfortable and clean. The daily housekeeping is top tier. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, or the staff, and would highly recommend anyone considering staying here to stay!

My husband and I just came from Mykonos and stayed at Nimbus. I’ve never felt the need to make a review of a hotel until now. Nimbus was extremely clean, with the cleaning staff coming in everyday to clean the room. The whole property was sparkling from every corner and smelled divine at all times. The staff was also so lovely and helpful. Special shoutout to Caroline and Christo for making my husband and I feel extra comfortable. I don’t know the name of the guy running the breakfast area but he was also awesome. The breakfast every morning was incredible and very filling. They put a lot of effort into this property and it shows. It isn’t as close to Mykonos town but there is a bus stop just 4 minute walk down the hill that takes you straight to the town. It’s also very affordable compared to any other form of transportation. It comes every hour which wasn’t an issue for us as we just planned our days to that schedule. Will highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

Amazing, top class, a must stay in Mykonos

This hotel is absolutely amazing, we stayed here for our honeymoon in Mykonos, from the moment we arrived it was top class, the little touches from this hotel are outstanding. We were welcomed with so many warm faces , given an upgrade for our honeymoon, a welcome drink and a bottle of rose in our room on arrival. The staff make this the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Top class, nothing is any trouble. The breakfast is beautiful, the rooms are really modern, the pool has a very cool chill vibe and the service is second to none. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back and visit again another time. thank you for making us feel so welcome in Mykonos. Really friendly staff, major props for management to hiring nice staff and training them to be nice to guests. This is what sets them apart from other places. Really comfy beds, awesome hotel drivers, nice waiters. One thing we didn't like is the POWER POLE ruining the beautiful view from our balcony. Such a horrible, horrible thing to stare at. Ruins the photos and the experience. Would be awesome if they can move the power lines underground and get rid of this power pole! That's the only bad thing I can say about our experience!

Beautiful, clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were available for all assistance, requests etc. at all hours of the day and night. I highly recommend this place. We were a group of 4 and loved it. 10/10.

The Nimbus was a great hotel: quiet, relaxing, and stylish. The service was outstanding. But let’s get this out of the way - the location isn’t the greatest. This is located in Agios Stefanos which is a bit isolated. What this means for you: €20 taxi fare each way to and from Mykonos Town. That may not be a deal breaker but it’s good to be aware of ahead of time. Note that there’s a bus stop five minutes away via foot but the bus only comes once an hour (the stops on this route are simple: the port and Mykonos Town). What I liked: the staff was friendly and efficient. The welcome drink at the bar upon arrival was a treat. I stayed in an “essential” room (most simple); I liked the minimalist design and style of the room. The hotel itself was stylish and chic. The breakfast in the morning (complimentary) was out of this world. The pool was great - there was always an open lounger on the pool deck available. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. What I didn’t: all of the day beds inside the pool had towels placed on them by hotel guests but no one was actually sitting on them or using them. They were being "saved for later" which I didn't appreciate. If you’re not driving I would recommend pre-booking a transfer to the hotel from the port (€20) or airport (€35). Taxi drivers at the port quoted me €30 for a 5 minute drive to the hotel which was crazy. This is a great place to stay for a quieter, more relaxing stay.

Nice property. Very nice to relax. Need car to go to the town and restaurant. There are couples of restaurants near the hotel too. The hotel offer at good cost transportation. The best was the staff very friendly. The breakfast is excelente. I wish was an option to have less pastries. I felt bad to left food.

Great hotel short drive/bus from Mykonos Old Town

High quality accommodation, clean and slick. Really friendly and helpful staff able to give tips and help you book things. Good location, just a five minute walk to Agios Stefanos beach, a mini-market and local bus stop. We didn't have a car, but there are regular buses into Mykonos Old Town and were able to arrange pick-ups by the hotel until late via their Whatsapp and reception staff. Incredible breakfast that really had it all. And great pool bar for drinks and snacks. Pool runs parallel to a road, but it has little traffic and good level of music around the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked : all the staff is really dedicated, ready to serve our slightest needs, always smiling and friendly ; the good quality of the products for the breakfast, generous enough (served in a box to protect from the wild cats and avoid self servicing) ; the quality of the food at the restaurant (despite high prices) ; the strict compliance to the COVID procedure ; the cutting edge customer relationhip management that uses messenger apps ; the decoration of the room, and quality of the bed ; the amazing view on the bay and the pool ; the separate pool areas (one with music, one without) We would have wished some improvements on : the entrance door which was not soundproof enough (contrary to the french window), which is anoying due to the music from the breakfast room ; the resilient stagnant water smell in the room (which seems to be inherent to the water system of the island), probabily due to the doorless bathroom ; the music playlist sounds pretty accurate for some (with lots of hits), but definitely not for all (one could expect something more peacefull / zen / lounge in such a strip down place, or even silence sometimes during the day).

Great location close to the beach. Tastefully decorated property with minimalistic design. Friendly and helpful staff who excel in creating customer delight. Will definitely visit again.

5* service - amazing hotel, beautiful views

absolutely amazing stay. The service, the staff, the location, the room - cannot fault it! The hotel is a 4* with 5* facilities and 5* service. Breakfast is great, and drinks and cocktails are fab! We had an 8 day stay here and cannot fault a thing. We stayed in a basic ground floor room for the first few days which was great but the garden/patio area has a wall (as its on the street) so you cannot see the amazing sea view. We then upgraded to one of the rooms with the hot tub on the balcony and it was unreal! stunning views over the pool and the sea - sun all day and then relaxing in the hot tub all evening - perfect! the rooms are very modern and cleaned to a high standard every day. bedding, towels and gowns are all super soft and very clean. The hotel is located a couple of minute walk from Agios Stefani beach which is a small, sandy beach - in my opinion one of the best on the island. there is also a bus stop right next to the beach which goes every hour in to mykonos town, or it is around a 30 minute walk. We are already looking to book to come back here next september as I have never stayed in a hotel with such amazing service. if anyone is looking to visit mykonos I would recommend staying here if you want to have an amazing experience

This is the best hotel have been so far.....first time experiencing a hotel with a Netflix account....good staff and the hotel driver is an awesome guy and very help intact all hotel staffs are great always smiling.will definitely one back here

We had mixed feelings for the 4 night stay in mykonos. Good: 1) Staff were very friendly and helpful. 2) Location was a few minutes drive from the old port where plenty of parks were available to walk downtown and avoiding traffic. 3) The sea view was amazing near the pool. Average/bad: 1) the room finishing was average- the toilet & shower doors do not close completely which leaves no space for privacy. (Gap between the wall and door bracket) 2) facilities and breakfast options were average It's a 3/5

HEAVEN

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, a 2-minute walk from the beach and public transportation, with an incredibly helpful staff. My husband and I had a problem with our ferry tickets so the staff took it upon themselves to call the port police on our behalf and drive us to exchange our tickets. They also upgraded our room to include a private jacuzzi. Could not have been happier with the experience!

We arrived off season to discover many places closed. The girls at the front desk were most helpful.

Peggy was amazing from beginning with emails before we got there till we actually arrived. She went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's special needs and include my daughter. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Also thanks to Nick who was patient with all our requests.

The hotel offers great views and it’s brand new(recently built). The staff is extremely friendly and the manager Anna offers a hospitable experience. We had such a great time that we will be returning real soon. The location is a 10min ride to downtown Mykonos. They provide a very personable, inviting, and accommodating environment. They make you feel at home, yet dipped in relaxed luxury.

Das Frühstück und das Essen waren sehr gut und auch die Drinks an der Bar wahren super. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war sensationell wir sahen direkt das Meer und auchden aussen Pool vom Hotel. Struttura nuova pulita ed ordinata, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di mykonos in un posto tranquillo e panoramico su tutta la città. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta o informazione, bella la piscina con bar dove potersi rilassare, solo la colazione bene ma non benissimo… tornerei sicuramente

Acabo de regresar de una maravillosa estancia en Nimbus Mykonos. Las instalaciones del hotel estan en muy buen estado, me encanto el arte, diseño y estilo del hotel. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Soy celiaco y no tuve ningún problema. El bar increible con vistas a la piscina. Eramos 4 y nos asignaron la habitación 302 con vistas al mar, jacuzzi, nos sentimos mejor que en casa. El staff muy amigable y siempre pendiente de los detalles. Dimitris el manager del staff hotel es un chico encantador, atento y se encargo de que nuestra estancia fuera increible. Gracias a todo@s.

Belle chambre

Etape d'une nuit, avant de prendre le ferry pour Paros. Hôtel très chic, design. Chambre très jolies, avec une très bonne literie. La douche italienne de ma chambre était parfaite, avec une étagère pour poser les affaires, mais pas celle du couple qui nous accompagnait. La piscine est magnifique, avec ses bains de soleil sur l'eau. Le point négatif de cet hôtel, c'est la musique qui démarre autour de la piscine à 8h du matin, pour finir à 23h30, c'est insupportable (nous avions les chambres face à la piscine)

Gluten free travelling

We stayed in the Nimbus Mykonos for six nights with my best friend and loved it! The hotel wasn’t too big or too small and the staff were extremely lovely. My friend has to have gluten free food so we were a bit afraid if she would get enough to eat. Luckily she got everything if not more than we expected from gluten free food to cakes! Highly recommend!

J’ai passé un séjour parfait au Nimbus hôtel ! Il est situé à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage. Tout le personnel est parfait et très professionnel ! Excellent hôtel à Mykonos

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel au mois d’octobre dans une chambre supérieur vue mer. Le rapport qualité-prix est bon pour Mykonos où certains hôtels sont hors de prix. +: Service impeccable, la vue, la literie, petit déjeuné, proximité avec la ville, le calme. -: le nettoyage qui laisse à désirer, les prix de certaines boissons et plats.

Séjour parfait à Mykonos

Séjour parfait à l'hôtel Nimbus. Nous avions une chambre sur 3 étages pour 4 personnes, avec terrasse privée. L'hôtel est à 2 min à pied de la plage de sable. Excellent petit-déjeuner sous forme de plateau servi à table (buffet en temps normal hors Covid). Le staff est très sympathique (Mina, Thomas, Chris,...) et très attentif. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%.
