Great river front.
We stayed to bring in new yr. Close to casino. The service was good, really nice however the room/ property could use some work. The first thing we saw when we pulled up was people drinking from a bottle at the front door,…. When you walked in, there was a strong odor, I don’t know if it was the clerks cologne , the type of cleaner they used, or what but it was nauseating, had to sign up for IGH for free parking,. In the room when we walked in, it was super hot, we needed to turn on the AC,! There were no windows you can even open, lights were burned out, not even a microwave, to turn the shower on was near impossible to get to right water temp. The whole hotel had a musty smell to it.The view of the river was really nice. The pool area was huge however they only use a quarter of it for the pool the pool was ice cold. The rest of pool area is just empty space they put corn hole to try to use up the space. Honestly, if they wanted to spend a little money, they couldn’t extend the pool to the edge of the river and during the summer have it be an infinity edge to the pool there is even room to get a big hot tub in there.the property is potential, but they seem to do the bare minimal there
Easy axes but you has to pay for the parking lot but other things I like the stuff very friendly and helpful
Definitely Come Back
We would definitely stay here again, perhaps in the summer when we can enjoy the view more.
Cool
Very bad service from the concierge
Excelllent
Lovely view
I paid for a King Suite. Instead of getting the room I paid for, they gave me a room with 2 queen beds, no microwave and no riverside view! The only thing they did to accommodate me was ONE FREE DRINK FROM THE BAR!
Mattress where so bad couldn’t even sleep. Bathrooms were outdated. Front desk has massive attitude one woman in particular. Restaurant food was ok. Only great thing is the riverview. Rest I do not recommend
It was pet friendly, but they did not say that it was a deposit until I got there should tell you upfront about the deposit for the pet
Stayed two nights asked for my room to be cleaned and it did not get clean. The walls are paper thin you can hear everybody walking down the hallway. Gotta pay for parking when they arent even packed.
The riverfront view is great
Recommend.
It was unprofessional to not specify that you had to pay for parking and that breakfast was not included in the price. The heater and alarm clock were not working. The technician they sent was very unprofessional and incoherent. We had to complain about this to the front desk who said they can't do anything about it.
Great place to stay
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. They service was great and staff was friendly and helpful.
.
Perfect for a couples getaway
I have to say our suite was very nice. They made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. And we had an amazing view of the water. We will definitely be coming back here again.
Canada trip 2024
The room was spacious and very clean. Check-in and out was a breeze. Was sad no breakfast was included for the price, but they did have a buffet breakfast for additional cost.
Nice for nigth close to everything
No heat in the room. My baby got sick from freezing. The temperatures in the room was 50 deg. The restaurant had no food and still charged. The carpet was dirty. The sheets smelled.
Stink
My room had a smell to it like old basement. Itwas clean. Light bulb burned out and was not replaced.
Property surrounding the building is pretty But a tub that still has hair in it and socks and underwear still laying on the floor from the last tenant in the bedroom area makes you question if your room was even cleaned before being re rented
Stinky carpets no microwave in the room Ac didn’t work well
Not planning to go back
The clerk gave us the wrong room number, and we had to go back and get the right key for the right room. The floor smelled of urine. There was no stopper in the sink. Overall, not a great stay.
It was good
Was surprised to see a huge German Shepard in the lobby and leading towards my room location, thought dogs were supposed to be less than 40lbs
Just terrible
Good but needs a working pool
While the indoor pool was huge in comparison to other hotel pools, the water was ice cold. The other activities in the room were overshadowed by construction material sitting inside. The outside eating area was breathtaking and beautiful
Clearly in need of renovation - which was underway and noisy. Room was covered in dog hair and smelt of dogs. However the restaurant was nice and pizza excellent.
Easy to get to and great location
Noce
Excellent!
It is so nice to stay here. The room is big and clean with complete facilities. There are refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, compact iron and ironing board. Unfortunately, there is no bottled water. Paid private parking is available with $10 per night. All the staff are friendly and this is a hotel with great views.
We were beside an ice maker in 302. very noisy.
It was so convenient and the view was just amazing
I highly suggest staying, overall great experince
We booked a hotel i found on here less then 10 min away from niagra falls. The lobby was welcoming with fresh water for guests. And the lounge. Outside the hotel by the water is aqesome to sit out and eat. Pool area was okay. Kids enjoyed it. But roof was leaking and area blocked off. But ping pong and cornhole was a hit. Rooms were decent ac in our room was amazing. Could use more sheeys on bed. And bed were hard! Only real negative thing we had! Terrible sleep. But we had a amazing waitress for the buffet this past sunday! Wish i caught her name. Was very generous and great woth the kids!
When we first got into our room, there is a used sanitary pad in the garbage can inside the bathroom. It was shocking and disgusting to us. We notified the manager on duty and she immediately sent the housekeeping supervisor to follow up with us. The supervisor removed all the trash and the used pad and sanitized the area for us. Put in garbage bags (which was missing in the first place), and also provided us more towel as we have four people staying for four nights but only two towels were placed. We appreciated the friendly staff but the first impression with the uncleaned room was very bad. The view of the hotel was amazing if they could pay more attention to details, it could be a great hotel. It’s unfortunately that the hotel is lacking of cleaning staffs.
It was a nice place and nice staff and room was clean
Resort and rooms were clean. Loved the bed!!!! Staff was very friendly. Heated indoor pool was nice except the water was cold, couldn’t get in. Will stay there again if I get the chance.
Great value!
The front entrance really needs to be cleaned up. Trash overflowing in 2 garbage cans, and lots of litter around front door and flower beds. It's a simple fix to have hotel staff sweep on a daily basis. The hotel redeemed itself with the beautiful back with deck and sitting area. First impressions!
Was nice. Good service. Nice pool and play area. Just off of Niagra, but just far away enough to be cheaper.
Average, needs TLC
I was in room 821 its bathroom was missing the toilet paper closer which is a nut essentially that goes on the end. When my daughter got out of the shower she got stabbed by the screw which is at knee level. The mattresses were very old and disgustingly brown stained underneath the sheets Springs popped up and got stuck down when we layed on the beds. Only 1 small trashcan for the whole room. Most of the negative reviews are accurate in my opinion. Since i am never going back to Niagara after touring I dont mind dumping my facts. I dont understand the paid parking if your staying there and holding another 100 dollars when they already got your payment for your stay and card # etc... in my opinion its dated and ran on the frugal or Meiser level since the rooms arent that cheap... it is basically an average hotel or motel with some perks, the prices for breakfast are ridiculous and i didnt see a continental breakfast as mentioned. Lol....
The property was well maintained and the room was very well kept.
I stayed with family. Location is average 15 min drive from fall, couple of pizza restaurants near by and locality is quite. The room I stayed was very small, no lock in bathroom, shower was spreading water to and fro, and no microwave oven(it was mentioned in room details too). There were ample parking space. Staffs were good. I stayed there just for a night. I would say it as good and average hotel (not a resort).
Its a nice location because near niagara falls
Sandra was amazing. She helped us to change rooms to handicap room. We need more Sandra’s to help customers. She has a great attitude! Room 129- shower for handicap was not working. I had to bath my mom (80 years old) with buckets! Food (bufete) terrible! No bacon- really? Egg tasted bad. We won’t return.
Well for starters it’s not resort the outside is terrible and needs remodeling and also has a foul odor around the property there was a vehicle with no tag covered in cob webs and spiders that looks like it’s been there for months . The inside was very beautiful until i got into the room the tub was stained wasn’t cleaned properly , i bypassed it and i went to put the guest pass sticker into my vehicle ( which goes back to the car sitting there for months but yet we are being told we will be towed ?) . I decided then hang out into the city to grab a bite come back to relax and notice something crawling by my head which was a lovely bed bug !!!!! So because I was four hours away from home in the middle of nowhere the location had no neighboring sister hotel for me to stay in i had to sleep in my car until the morning. I will never come here again you guys do not keep up with your beds or service because I’ve stayed at hotels that had lower class stars then you all and had no bed bugs!! I’m disgusted and I will be reporting you to the health department as well
Great one night stay, staff extremely friendly. Bathroom clean, just tile/grout old on floor Great price!
Nice hotel, staff was very nice!
Trip to Nigeria Falls
The stay here was very comfortable.
Nice place!
This is a shabby Niagara Falls hotel that charges resort prices. It is also very understaffed.
Staff cleaning the next room kept banging on the wall. We asked this person to take it easy only to have this person bang on the wall even harder
.
Incredibly small bathrooms
I liked the view of the river and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't like having to pay for parking to stay there.
It’s a renovated hotel. For the most part done really well but you can tell some corners were cut in the renovation. Excellent view of the river. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.
The staff in the dining are both morning and evening were great!
Stay was very nice
The hotel seems to need some repairs and updating. We have stayed there for several years in a row. The room rates keep going up but they don’t seem to improve the hotel. This past weekend there were events going on and it’s very frustrating that we have to leave the pool area or the outside area at 10pm. But the event had crazy loud music much later. That we then had to turn up the tv or deal with the noise level. The hotel needs to make improvements. They also have some staff that are rude.
Very convenient, front desk lady was very professional and it was a fast check in. Only thjng is that bed and pillows were very l, very soft. It was unconformable to sleep. But I would reccomend very close distance from Niagara falls.
the food in the restaurant is not the best
Experience near the lake was wonderful
No microwave in room No exhaust in bath
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I had the river view room, an excellent view, but the carpet was filth and badly stained. The bathtub was not washed well, it had black stains and the bedsheets were stained too. The restaurant serves good food, but pricey (the chicken Caesar salad and the jerk chicken sandwich, are excellent). The pool has no lifeguard, so swim at your own risk. The water looks cloudy, so I don't know how often they clean it. I did swim a few laps but showered soon after. Oh, the hotel has 1 washer and 1 dryer for a hotel this large is ridiculous; warning, the guest never attends to their laundry.
My favorite
The staff did not respond to such as bringing clean towels and taking out the trash, even after several calls.
Views from hotel are good. But room I stayed was not clean and wifi was not working. Nothing was done about it even after I complained . Room no 514
The beds were in bad shape, the sink faucet was loose and there we did not feel safe.
I was just disappointed that there was no microwave in the room.
The property needs renovations.
Good Clean Hotel
Always a good clean hotel.
Beautiful view, good food, friendly staff
Great service, clean room and I was satisfied with the amenities.
Loved it will stay again
While this property has potential, it is highly unkempt and dirty in all of the shared spaces of the property other than the lobby. The room cleanliness was ok, but the windows were full of spiders. The property is pet friendly, which was great, but the price for a pet was $75, which is comparatively high. I travel through the area a couple times an year and will not be staying at this place again.
Very nice swimming pool area and restaurant in site. Beautiful view and riverside walk ways.
Ok hotel but will not stay again
Great location, nice room, but uncomfortable beds.
Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was available when needed, friendly and helpful. It was conveniently close to the Falls and easily found. Our only issue is that the beds weren’t very comfortable. While the room itself was clean, the beds were stiff and uncomfortable.
Very clean, wonderful friendly staff, absolutely beautiful riverside view.
Not Good
Perfect riverside location! Our room was perfect for the occasion.
The room was great
Staff excellent, property a little outdated but everything good.
Descent place to stay
The location has its perks with the river view and pretty migratory birds to watch from the dock.it right off of the highway exit for easy access. It's not near the crowd and it's quiet even on a full night. The mattress was worn and there is a fee for parking and breakfast; that can be deducted from the deposit. The large pool and lounge was nice, as well as the table tennis and other games in the pool area. Overall I will recommend this hotel, however I will not stay here again.
When booking the room it show cleaninless and up arriving we in counter a few horrible things I don’t leave my clean house to pay to stay somewhere and is discussing
Nice hotel, bad beds
The hotel was nice. In proximity to Niagara Falls, it’s a 5 min drive, so very convenient. This hotel does seem to be more in the business district, the area itself is very run down. My only complaint was the beds, they were very noisy and extremely uncomfortable. They have a beautiful restaurant that is river side with delicious food and a rec room with corn hole, tic tac toe, and a pool.
lobby is fine and pretty much clean. our room is not much carpet is filthy coffee machine dont even try to use it. electrical outlets basically are extension cords that is plugged in to an outlet so you have to make sure switch is on. no microwave mini refrigerator inside the closet one of the bed in our room are not a new linens you can tel by the creases left behind by the previous guest. nice view not a good location its in the industrial area.
The property is well connected to the major attractions in Niagra and located at a quiet place on the banks of Niagra river. Room was spacious with the required facilities and was very clean. There was no microwave in the room or a common microwave on the floor, which created some inconvenience for us. At least providing a common microwave on the floor would be a great idea considering that lot of families travelling with kids would be benefiting from that. Also, extra charge for car parking is something not every hotels do. As you are charging for the parking, it would have been better if mentioned in the description of the facilities. Overall, the facility is good, no doubt at all, except the two points microwave and car parking, which are improvement opportunities for attracting customer loyalty
The room was very comfortable.
Not a bad place at all, just thin walls and since it is on the water front- expect bugs/moths outside.
My experience was not what I expected. I was disappointed. I do not believe this hotel is worth what I paid for the nightly fee. The carpet was gross. The room was very small. No tv guide; you have to click through all the channels until you find the one you want. The refrigerator did not work and was hot instead of cold. What I was most disappointed in was the rooms are not sound proofed. The neighbors were very noisy. You can hear babies crying through the wall, people talking and dogs barking as if they were in your room. Not worth what I spent to stay there.
tv was super small and old, bed was uncomfortable..
Our recent stay at the Niagara Riverside Resort, BW Premier Collection, was far from the pleasant experience we had hoped for. Here’s a detailed review of our stay: Pros: Dog-Friendly: The hotel is pet-friendly, which was important for us as we brought our dog. There is an $81 fee for pets, but there is a large redevelopment area next to the building where we could let our dog run freely. This was one of the few positives of our stay. Cons: Long Check-In Process: The check-in process was incredibly frustrating and took a staggering 40 minutes. There were only two parties in front of us, but a party whose room wasn't ready before we arrived jumped ahead in line. The manager at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring us to sign multiple documents despite having completed everything online beforehand. Bugs Everywhere: The presence of flying bugs made it impossible to enjoy any outdoor activities around the hotel. This significantly detracted from the experience, especially given the hotel’s riverside location. Room Condition: While the rooms appeared clean, they were worn and outdated. We noticed cracking paint, deteriorating grout, and an overall feeling of neglect. The floor my child was on had a pervasive smell, reminiscent of something having died in the hall, which hit us as soon as we stepped off the elevator. Restaurant Closure: The hotel restaurant was closed in the morning at 10 am, which was inconvenie
The staff and manager went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Sherry made sure that we had distilled water waiting for us because our flight was super late and nothing was going to be open when we got there. We also had and issue with our oringinal room but the staff took the time and care to move us to another room right away.
So much bugs we don’t like about Counter people are ok
The beds were comfy & the room & bathroom were clean. I’m not thrilled that as a paying customer, you also have to pay to park your car overnight. $10 & I had prepaid. I just find it to be a ridiculous junk fee. It’s literally the hotels parking lot. Not a parking garage in a big city. I wish there was a microwave if not in our room then at least down by the ice machine. The only microwave I was made aware of is in the main lobby. Aside from that, the property is well kept & the Niagara River flows right outside the huge spacious pool area. The pool area features a ping pong table, Cornhole boards, a river facing seating area.
The staff was really nice. The room was clean, but unfortunately the beds were creaked.

Lovely staff at front desk and restaurant
