The NH Collection in Sevilla is everything you wish for in a four star. It was very modern, great and friendly staff, nearby the center, awesome breakfast buffet. We even got an upgrade because our regular rooms were not ready yet. Overall really great stay, it made us enjoy our visit to Sevilla even more.

Poor condition in everything

Excellent breakfast

1) Non-Functional Refrigerator: The fridge in the room was not working, which caused inconvenience for storing food and beverages. 2) Rusty Appliances: The kettle and water tank provided for the Nespresso machine were rusty, raising serious hygiene concerns and making it unsafe for use. 3) Unclean Shower Door: The shower door was extremely dirty, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. 4) Damaged Toilet Seat: The toilet seat pad was missing a screw, making it unstable and uncomfortable to use.

It is beautiful hotel but the location is not really convenient. Also I had a problem with the guest next room who snored roundly They changed the room

Clean spacious and in a good location

Another great stay at this hotel, this time we brought our dog, the only negative is the pet fee is very expensive at this particular NH hotel, also the shower pressure in our room was not the best. Everything else was great, the beds are very comfortable and surprisingly the AC worked great! We parked at the hotel parking as we could not find a spot in the streets nearby. Check-in went fast considering how busy this hotel was. Highly recommend if you are staying in Seville.

Very good location and very nice place and service

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast option is amazing. I liked my room a lot. I tried to check online if there is water refill stations/ water dispensers at the hotel but this info was not available. I checked with the hotel staff after arriving and turns out this was not available. However house keeping do leave a new bottle in your room daily.

Alberto was wonderful, getting out room

We had bedbugs as of the first night. We checked out after 2 nights. We cut our stay by one day. We would have left right away on the first day but we had already planned our local events accordingly in advance. We cancelled our planned events for the last day unfortunately. We’ll never go back to that hotel. Staff wasn’t helpful or willing to help in any way. We decided to leave even if they weren’t giving us a refund. We paid much more elsewhere but it was well worth it.

The hotel was really good and everything went great , really like the place and would love to stay there again

Was only there for a flying visit, the weather has extremely hot and we did enquire about having a room longer to decide if some of the party could stay inside, we had 4 different options available to us. The only issue i had personally was the aircon not being as powerful (but again have said weather had taken an extreme turn) and the fact the divide between the shower and room was frosted with no way to make it completely blanked out.

The property is fine but next time I would stay closer to downtown

Swimming pool not open, no explanation as to why?

Major reason for booking this hotel was we wanted an outdoor pool. We arrived to be told it was closed! So why not state that on your website so people who want a pool don't book your hotel. Really, really annoying as we wasted several hours sorting out another hotel which wasn't as nice but had a pool which wasn't as nice. Terrible customer service.

The hotel and room itself was in excellent condition. The trainee who checked us out was also excellent. However there was one member of staff at the reception who was quite rude and unhelpful on every occasion. Unsure as to why since the other staff were lovely.

The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Carmen and Esther. The hotel is conveniently located, and it is in a very pleasant neighborhood.

Great hotel, but cautious about a/c

Great location and room very clean and modern, but air conditioning did not cool the room. Even though it was January and only 5-8 degrees at night, it was a balmy 17 degrees during the day. Every morning when I woke, the room was very warm and I had to open the window. Not a problem in January, but I worry about visiting in warmer months.

Modern and comfortable hotel for football events

Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel bar is functional and not very inviting. Great location for football matches but 30 min walk to city centre

This hotel is a far from the main attractions, you have to walk almost 35-40 min to reach the casco histórico, take a taxi (€15-20) or a troller. Limited diner opcion in this area, Viapol is a quite neighborhood. Property is nice, clean and neat, some front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. Rooms are clean. This is an average hotel, next time we’ll trying other options.

I Love the staff!

Staff was wonderful. helped me out of a Jamb that had nothing to do with my stay, which the stay was awesome too. They went above and beyond to help me on a non hotel problem I had, Customer service like this is hard to find. Love this place!

Lovely hotel, disappointing service

Hotel was comfortable and central. Which is the most important thing. Our stay was let down by the taxi that was booked for for 4.00 am to take us to the airport. As we requested a larger taxi due to our bags, instead we got 2x taxi and paid 2x price. The driver also forgot his card machine so we had to pay cash.

Comfort in Sevilla

Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is well-located with easy access (walking, car or bus) to central Sevilla and key tourist attractions. We always enjoy the NH Collection hotels in the various cities we visit in Spain

Great find

Hotel was in a good spot near a tram line but could walk into Historical centre in about 25 minutes. The airport bus goes from San Bernardo station which is 5 minutes walk. Supermarket is very close. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent with an excellent variety. The hotel was quiet. I loved the Halloween decorations and the treat table. This next point has nothing to do with the hotel and is no criticism of them but I do wish people would learn not to slam their hotel room doors, the door can close quietly and there is no need to stand and talk loudly in the corridor.

Under development

The online-check in the evening before ia a good idea, but didn’t work. I gave all information, but the receptionist kept asking for the same information. When I told him, he did a lot of searcing in the computer. Something is halfway. For check-out my wife got a reminder the evening before, I did not.

The room size was good the only issue we had was it was a non smoking room but there was a strong smoking smell.

Very nice hotel, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s located a bit away from the historic area but buses and light rail stops are located a short walk away making it easy to move around the city. Very pleased overall.

Would recommend, value for money, a bit out of town but walkable or lots of transport links. Pool was welcome break after heat & walking to sites. Would stay again if visiting Seville.

Friendly staff, clean and great location.

We checked in late and the night manager was pretty unfriendly about us having a dog even though I called the hotel to confirm and let them know ahead of time. It advertised as pet friendly but if felt quiet the opposite. The agreement you sign for the pet is more involved than a standard one in my opinion. We weren't allowed to bring the dog any where in the hotel or terrace areas but weren't allowed to leave him in the room according to the agreement. The room was in rough shape (not too bad but you can tell it's had years of wear and tear). The bed was made with just a sheet no blanket of any kind. The black out curtins have a lot of holes in the backside of it so it looks like a horror movie when the sun shines lol. 3 -3 1/2 stars at best. Parking felt safe enough to leave items in the car. The breakfast was amazing. The people who were at the front desk upon check out were lovely. Unfortunately the night person being the first we encountered after a long day of travel set a poor tone and it never really got better.

One of the front desk employees only said “OK” when I was checking out. I guess it was because I was asking for a free bottle of water the day before and she wasn’t happy that she couldn’t charge me for it.

Very central and quiet location. Easily accessible with regular transport routes to the centre. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you.

Spain trip

Hotel was close to the Center. Easy access and love the hotel. The people were very friendly. The only comment I have is that when we came in to our room, there was a set of towels missing as we were three People. Not enough coffee pods, there was a LF open water bottle in the fridge. Other than that I think the service and room service was great. Leyla

This property was great! The rooms and the property were wonderful and the location was not too far of a walk from some of the tourist places such as Plaza de Espana and Maria Louisa Park. Great stay!

Super hotel in Seville - highly recommended!

we had a great experience at the NH Collection Seville hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room amenities were excellent. The housekeepers were brilliant. The bathroom was well appointed. The pool was great - west facing to get the best of the sun. The bar was comfortable and the drinks very well priced - cheaper than most of the bars in the city. The staff were all excellent and very polite and helpful. The only slight negative is that the location is about 1 mile to the main centre, although it’s an easy walk and serviced by the teams and buses.

3 nights in Seville, smooth journey from airport and easy hotel to walk into unlike others in the very center of the city. Good facilities and pool area.

The attention is unique, and the employees are wonderful. The hotel in general is excellent in all its dependencies. The reception has the best representatives I have ever seen and especially a young woman named Alba

Very clean and nice rooms. It is the hotel where the football (soccer) teams stay, so taxi drivers know it very well and you don't even need to tell them the address. It is not too close to the center but still at walking distance from Plaza Espana. That also means that it is quieter and good for resting. The restaurant was good and very convenient although breakfast buffet was a little expensive.

The good: Located in a quiet part of the city, just 20 minutes walking from the old town. Modern, well-appointed room. Friendly service from hotel staff. The bad: Soundproofing was not good...we could hear neighbors from adjoining rooms on both sides of us with lots of noise from the hallway. Room was small (even though we had an upgrade), it felt cramped (me, my wife, my infant daughter). Air conditioning was inadequate, room was quite warm during our stay. Bottom line: we would find another place to stay on our next visit to Sevilla.

There was water and snacks on the table and small card which was hard to see at first, which was saying that you have to pay for everything on the table which was part of the small fridge

Good attitude by staff. Great breakfast buffet. Room TV had multiple channels in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian. Expected English language channels but only one - TRT Turkish news station! No CNN/BBC for visitors who don't speak the above languages

Check in takes too long. The double bed = 2 single beds. The 1st room smells so much so i changed to the 2nd room and had to wait in long line again for checkin. 30 mins in total. The neighborhood is fine but not too close to old town, may not fit for travellers.

Great hotel but not best location

This was a nice hotel with nice rooms and a great rooftop pool area. The room is a typical hotel room. The location is not the best if you want to see the city and sights. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the palace which is fine but there is nothing to take in along the walk. There’s not many options for restaurants either. Though we had a nice stay we will be going to a hotel closer to the city next time.

They provide a free breakfast station in the lobby for those who need to check out very early or in a hurry. Very considerate!
