Excellent service all around, including great advice for touring and dining in the city. Thank you.
amazing property. well maintained.
Very good
It was great every thing was good only the shower is small
I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it. Conveniently located, I genuinely cannot fault a thing. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Being so close to Termini station made getting from the airport an absolute breeze.
Very nice rooms and close to train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Had an amazing stay, and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Check in/Out was a breeze, and the room was superb (modern amenities), clean, and everything worked. The hotel is very close to Terminii train/metro station, and there are lots of restaurants around the area. Only a couple of negative points. 1, all doors in the hotel slam shut (auto closing). we were woken up many times by people going in/out of rooms, including cleaning staff servicing rooms. 2, no restarant info in the room or in the hotel. we would have liked to eat there, but lack of menus (all online & difficult to access, limited, and not sure if out of date) meant t was easier to go elsewhere. i would prefer a paper menu in the room. 3. the breakast was very expensive. appreciate its a continental buffet, but i dont eat a lot irst thing, so opted for cheaper options nearby. would be nce to have a light breakfast option.
Great stay
Very nice stay
Clean hotel in a convenient area next to the train station.
The hotel is right next to Termini station, very conveniently located. It is a walking distance from all the major attractions: the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, the Vatican. The hotel is clean and quiet, there is a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very helpful.
Clean, convenient courteous staff. Had a great stay. Will definitely recommend
The service, staff, room were all great!
Great service, property and located close to everything
This was not a 5 star hotel by any standards. Staff did not even offer to help with our luggage. Over priced and not worth the money. I do not recommend and will not stay here again. This was a 2 star hotel at best.
Great hotel! Staff were very friendly and room was very clean.
Had a three night stay for our initial beginning of vacation in Rome. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. The hotel staff were very attentive to guests needs and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable at all times. The breakfast an rooftop bar were excellent. Also, a short walk to Roma Termini which makes it exceptional for venturing around.
Good Hotel, okay experience
The hotel was well located, however, they didn't give me any of the benefits for being a VIP member that the reservation specified. So, I was really upset at first with the personnel because during my check-in they took 4 hours to give me my rooms, but overall the hotel it’s good.
Excellent room, Excellent customer service, Excellent food. Very good location to everything. to close to homeless, bad yurin smell around front of hotel, and construction unsitely.
Nice hotel
Not feel safe specially evening time around area.
Very friendly staff
Again was a marvelhous stay at NH hotel. It was very good and the breakfast as aleays amazing. Nice and clean room , great shower, amazing staff
The hotel is beautiful. They upgraded us to a family suite which was modern, spacious and super nice. All the luxury of a 5 star hotel. However, being literally across the street to Roma Termini, the area is kind of sketchy but super convenient so you pick your battles. We were there just overnight so it worked out wonderfully. Alice & Febronia were a pleasure to deal with. Both very personable & helpful.
Not a 5 star hotel
If you booked a four star hotel, you would be happy with this one. However, it lacks finesse in a number of areas and quality in others. It’s not a luxury 5 star hotel.
The Hotle location is fantastic.
Staff was slow to respond to requests. They were not accommodating considering it was claimed to be a 5 star hotel.
Convenient for the train station.
The hotel is very American for being in Italy. Right next to the train station in Rome, which made it a good stay for our last leg of the trip--we could take the train to the airport the next morning while still being able to enjoy Rome for the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was large but basic.
The location of this hotel is the only advantage of staying here. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and I wished we would have stayed somewhere that lended itself to more of a luxury and hospitable environment for such occasions. Not only did we not receive our welcome amenities (free bottle of sparkling wine and 10 euro credit toward drinks), there was no acknowledgment of us celebrating this momentous occasion for us. Additionally, there is no pool or spa on premise, which was fine, but the dining options were limited, especially the in-room dining options where the only offered pasta, chicken and fruit after 11pm until 6am: not necessarily “middle of the night” dishes. Also, the mini bar was sparse with very limited options. We stayed in a junior suite and there was no bath tub, which was shocking considering it was advertised as a suite. The stand up shower was not large or roomy either as it was about the same size as the closet they offer, which is to say quite small for a suite. It reminded me of a traveling lodge shower or one you might find on a boat in size. Additionally, the view certainly lacked any appeal as there was construction in front of the hotel which also made it challenging for taxis to understand how to get to the hotel. This might be better suited for a business trip, and even then, the luxury element lacked in that department. I would not rate this 5 stars by any means and it certainly wasn’t worth nearly 600 euros a night.
This room was fine except for the bathtub that was very deep and hard to climb out of. I use the shower so the rooms I was in earlier days had a walk in shower so much better. The lights in the bedroom were annoying. You couldn’t turn them off without taking the card out and turning out the bathroom lights also. The lights worked much better in the rooms I had earlier in my stay. .
Beautiful hotel, 100% recommend
Absolutely amazing!!! The hotel was beautiful! 100% recommend and we will defo be back again! All the staff were lovely and so welcoming! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was big and the bed was so comfy! The room was stunning!!! Also fantastic location! 2 min walk from termini station. We loved every minute!!
Staff were friendly and polite. Everything else was sub par. room was small and not worth the price. I was in a group and the only one who did not pester the staff about the room and ended up with the worst room! Except for wifi they charge for everything.
Over rated. Even with a jr suite “with a view” the super bright lights of the Termini Roma shone in the windows so has to keep curtains closed. Some view.
They doesn’t have the real pictures of the room , I booked with two windows and they give me any other with no view at all , bad experience
This is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We came to Rome to celebrate my husband's anniversary and the staff helped make it unforgettable. Nice, Frederico and Alexandro were super helpful and friendly, however everyone at this place made sure we were having a great time. Location is unbeatable- 2 min walk from Termini. If you know anything about Rome, you would not want to depend on publuc transportation or taxi. Metro system is very convenient, but I pefer to use it or stroll the cobbled streets without my luggage. The hotel is 15-20 min walk from major attractions. It is very clean and quiet. Until we went to have breakfast, we could not imagine that it was so full. We dined once at the restaurant- it was good, with outstabding service. The bar inside worked until 12:30 am. The rooftop bar was still closed for the season. We wanted to go for dinner to a particular place, but it was overbooked. The hotel staff was able to secure a table for us anyway. At the time of our departure, there was a strike and the airport train did not work. The hotel arranged an alternative transportation for us. We had a wonderful time and will stay there again. Thank you!
I am incredibly grateful for the staff who made my daughter’s birthday incredible. From the front staff to the restaurant and doormen, each person made us feel welcome and went out of their way. The staff surprised both of my kids with presents and decorated the room. They even upgraded us because we had to wait for a room to be available. I want to especially recognize Alessandro for his kind heart and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond. This is Rome’s best hotel not just for families but anyone looking for service with a smile at a hotel uniquely positioned within minutes of all the attractions. You can walk to the shops, attractions and even the Rome Termini. Thanks NH! We will be back!
This is a beautiful building, and the staff was outstanding. The refrigerator in our room made a rattling noise all night, and there was paint on the floor around the door frame.
Excellent located. Great breakfast
Great location with very friendly professional staff.
The staff were very friendly and respectful. They helped us with transport and restaurant bookings. They lent us umbrellas for the length of the stay so we ciukd walk around the city in the rain. They were quick to summon maintenance when our door malfunctioned. The breakfast was very good. The only things we did not like were 1) the evening dinning options were limited. 2) the door has to be repeatedly fixed. 3) sadly our room with a view was spoilt by ongoing road works outside the property, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Would recommend to all very nice friendly, quiet and convenient place to stay.
Wonderful stay
Great property and the staff is amazing. Breakfast presentation is exquisite.
No VIP benefits received.
Normal hotel
Great location alongside Termini station (and the Leonardo Express to the airport) and walkable to lots of the historic sites. Lovely hotel, clean and with friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet - make time for breakfast!
was near shopping and transit hubs
awesome service and amenities. Super close to train station, bus stops and subway which makes it extremely easy to visit any place. Staff was very nice!!
The location by the train station was why I chose this property.
Great fun place Modern rooms
Alice, Alessandro, and Guisi were excellent. From check in to check out, they ensured that our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, the staff was great and the hotel was excellent.
Scam
Tried to charge for “Free Parking” €35,00 a day. I had to inform them that when I booked this hotel with this posting it said free parking. They still tried to get me to pay for parking but instead they hit me with a €80,00 “city tax”
Great location and great staff
Great Stay!
The hotel is beautiful, with attentive staff. Our room was gorgeous and well appointed. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the train station (just a few steps away) and attractions. We were a little concerned about the location after a friend whose family lives in Rome told us not to stay near the train station due to pickpockets, but we had no trouble and never felt unsafe. I would stay at this location again without hesitation. It was so easy to catch our trains to day trips and the airport when we returned home.
This was our first stay in Rome and we absolutely plan to stay here again on our next trip. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. It feels safe with 24-hour reception (all of the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating). Definitely worth the extra charge for amazing breakfast options with a beautiful dining area and terrace. Steps away from the Rome Termini, this hotel is super convenient. There is also a pharmacy a few steps away that we visited. The hotel set us up with a hop on and off bus tour that was convenient, informational and perfect where we were only in rome for 2 days.
Clean hotel
The palazzo is a wonderful property with great service.
This was advertised as a 5 star property. It is not. The service and rooms were far from luxury. The most disgusting part was that I paid for a room with a terrace. The terrace was filled with bird poop. The cushions were filthy and torn. They had bird poop on them. It was obvious they rarely clean it, if ever. Also, they broke a wheel off of my luggage and I was forced to buy a new suitcase.
Look no further
Look no further. We had the best stay here. Visiting from Canada with my teenage kids. The staff is very friendly and loving. Hotel rooms are spacious, lovely and modern. Great food and an incredible breakfast with a huge selection. I would like to thank our server at the restaurant - I forgot her name I am sorry. She was from Romania I think- her name starts with M. Thanks to the Reception staff- Fabronia, and guest relations Tehsein. Thanks for helping us with the restaurants. And bell staff - Buba Everyone was excellent. Very caring. Great location. J would just stay here and nowhere else.
Ehhh
Was our last night in room - booked this place due to proximity to train station. Given 5 star reviews was expecting nicer - felt corporate. Everything clean but nothing special - did not get our bottle of wine that was advertised as part of being a gold member. Booked a suite - had to call for bedding with the pulled out couch -then had to call for sheets since they forgot. Could feel the springs in the mattress of the bed.
Perfect location if you’re travelling by train with heavy luggage as it’s literally up the road from Termini. Roof bar/restaurant was closed some nights for inexplicable reason…then when we did go for drinks service was bad. Price of room very high for overall value of hotel. Find a deal.
Amazing staff. Very pleased. Walid front office a manger is a gem
Very pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location if you want to use train/metro
I decided to stay at this property because a friend of mine recommended it. First, they put on in a room with limited to no air conditioning. It was room 62 with terrace. I couldn’t sleep that night. Imagine temperature was 100 degrees daily. After complaints and me having a meltdown, they switched us to 211. Junior suite. Great air. But, the bathtub was too high. I can’t picture a senior trying to take a shower in it. Also the shower head was facing the wrong way that all the water spilled outside. Poor designing. The breakfast : expensive and very disappointing : eggbeater which is ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. I have to mention that Junior at front desk went above and beyond in looking for a solution to the problem. He should be rewarded for his patience and poise. Maintenance department should get reprimanded for not doing their job correctly. I have this property a 6/10 because , beside the incident with the AC, there are a lot of areas for improvement.
Great property! Hugh end Loved being close to train!
Lovely hotel - very good for the train termini
Beautiful hotel and room ok. Next to train station made it easy to get to trains. Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely helpful and kind to me.
Great Staff!
If your a first timer in Rome, you should stay here. It’s next to the train station and easy to get around to the attractions. Hotel is clean and my family and I all give it a 10/10.
Next to train station.
Mostly unfriendly staff Wifi extremely slow Substandard housekeeping Breakfast buffet overpriced and very poor selection of food items with delayed or no replacement of food items when out
Great location. Rooms were very comfortable but could be larger for the price.
Prime location but not a five star property
Total shown to be on hotels.com booking price and total paid at the hotel upon checking in was off by $75. Hotel stuff may have been misunderstood free breakfast comes with gold exclusive as additional request. We had early morning departure so we could not have breakfast anyway. Nothing states in gold exclusive promotion was available/provided. Basic service, such as booking taxi for the next day departure was also forgotten. Only good thing about this hotel is prime location, a minute walk from Termini Station. Room, service, and drink was average at the best. It is hard to recognize this hotel as five star property, certainly not comparable with other five star hotels we stayed in Rome including Waldorf Astoria or Marriot.
I liked the location to the train, the ruins on site and the most fantastic breakfast selection. The welcome chocolates were delicious too! The staff was friendly and most helpful with directions.
The most I liked was how nice the rooms were and The staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful
Very nice hotel, in a great location. Def would stay there again.
Wonderful hotel, a very short distance from Termini Station. Excellent staff, very helpful with a great restaurant recommendation.
Excellent hotel with great service.
WONDERFUL stay. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.
Great location for access to train station
Overall, very good quick stay. Close to the train station (Roma Termini). Little hick up with the "free bottle of prosseco" which never showed up, but they made it up with the drinks at the bar.
Amazing staff, good location.
Comfortable upscale near Termini station
Very nice hotel right by Termini station doors! Would recommend if you want to stay right by the train station!
The hotel is really conveniently located next to the Roma Termini transportation hub for inter and intracity trains, buses, taxis, and streetcars. However, the hotel is really quiet with friendly staff. The concierges were very helpful with making arrangements.
Todo muy bien , lo recomiendo.
I’m definitely staying there again
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were so nice, that made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
Very disappointing...
Check in took ages and was so drawn out and wasnt even busy when i arrived. Had a meal on the restaurant, staff were very poorly trained and kept forgetting drinks orders and other requests. Went to the bar afterwards where there was no sign of any staff to order drinks with. Went to the front desk to ask for service at the bar and still no one arrived until 15 mins later. It was truly shocking to thing paying guests who wanted to put money behind the bar were having to force the hotel to serve us. I wouldnt be returning anytime soon.
Very nice hotel Very expensive bar prices
Loved my stay here! Hotel is in the perfect location, right in front of the Termini subway station.
Location near train station - about a 25-30 minute walk to any of the main attractions of Rome.
Great location adjacent to Roma Termini. When we arrived in Rome, we took the Leonardo Express to Roma Termini. Once we exited the train station we could see our hotel. Very convenient when you arrive. There’s tour buses right outside of hotel to tour the city and see all the historical sights. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Hotel staff was excellent and the have doorman that made us feel safe. Our room had a wonderful terrace to relax outside. Hotel has two bars to have a drink and breakfast as an option for extra pay. We didn’t pay for the breakfast, because we woke up later. Overall I would stay here again because of the proximity to the train station.
Excellent!
Friendly Staff/Guest relations, but facility is not equivalent to US 5 star hotel. Neighborhood outside of hotel premises is not safe after 10pm. Noticed several homeless people outside of hotel property
Hotel is at door step of the central train station, friendly staff, good amenities and very nearby to many good food choices and tourist attractions.
Great location and staff run the place in a friendly and efficient manner.
Clean and neat property, good food and with a nice view restaurant.
Stunning hotel , next to the station & a great roof-top bar .
It’s dirty.
Staff were very friendly Very clean and good location
Amazing hotel. Great welcoming staff. The hues relations manager ‘NICE’ was amazing. She was so warm and helped us so much. We thoroughly enjoyed your recommendations.
Great location. Beautifully appointed. Rooftop terrace was not open.
Nice clean very good location
Just a horrible place very close to the train a lot of bombs sleeping around the hotel begging for money all day long the staff very unfriendly the rooms were horrible the beds were so uncomfortable I paid a lot of money for a horrible hotel with horrible service I was very disappointed
