Room was above an entrance and very noisy. Tile floors could have used a rug beside the bed. Please clean the bathroom fan vent; it was dirty and moldy. Very nice staff, especially porter who helped with luggage and park the car. Breakfast was below-average and restaurant was cold. The hotel is located in old town and can only be accessed through a very narrow one-way street.
One night in Cordoba
Very nice central hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Wonder overnight. Would stay again.
We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were friendly, informative and the service was superb, and probably the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel. We especially liked the water and chocolate every evening. It is located in the old town near the ancient synagogue and the fabulous mosque-cathedral which was very convenient.
Great hotel, amazing service and staff. The best included breakfast we had in the whole trip.
great location
the hotel was in a great location for sightseeing and restaurants etc ,, rooms are ok a little bit worn out ,, spacious and clean
Great place to stay. Breakfast had an incredible variety
Would have been a lovely hotel if there were not building works going on at the time of my stay. No advance warning of this either.
Everything was super there. They also took the time to wash my car windshield overnight.
Location was great if you wanted a quiet and historic location
Grest room, staff, location and breakfast
A great place to stay in Cordoba. Centrally located in Old Town. Right next to the old jewish quarter and close to the Alcazar and roman bridge. Shopping and restaurants are all very close by. Property was great and staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
The first room the hotel had reserved for us was terrible ( the only window looked into a blank wall) however the hotel promptly changed our room at our request.
the ambient we liked. folks in restaurant were great. limited room amenities, no blanket available to my companion, who was using the sofa-bed, and we didn't receive our promised bottle of wine.
Amistad Cordoba
A beautiful hotel! Easy to get to by taxi (the taxis just shimmy right up those narrow streets). The room was perfect, and the staff were very attentive. I loved having the courtyard to relax in and enjoy a quiet glass of wine. Breakfast was very good. I wish that we had stayed here more than one night.
The hotel is in the heart of La Juderia. It was easy walking around and getting to the center next to the Mezquita. The room was clean. The bathroom is very clean. We had room service we fresh towels every day. They have the large pump bottles of hand soap, shampoo, shower gel attached to the wall. Highly recommend that hotel.
Andalucia tour
Base for exploring Cordoba and Seville. Lovely hotel in best location for Cordoba.
Parking access is tricky to get to, as the street is very narrow
Very nice experience, the hotel style blend well with Cordoba environment. Breakfast has many options. I highly recommend it.
Very well located. Excellent breakfast
Very disappointing stay
Room allocated nothing like pictures for that grade, asked to be moved to room of that type and refused. To compound matters the manager spoke to my wife at check out to confirm everything her staff had not done to resolve. Very poor from NH, will never use them again.
Well located hotel in the historic district. It is however not easy to get to by car (we did not park our car at the property as some roads were closed because of a congress). Staff are very attentive and professional. It is quite easy to walk to many dining options. Our room was extremely quiet, but the mattress and pillows were too firm for our personal preference. The breakfast buffet offered good options.
I’m torn on how to review the property. The building and pool area are beautiful and it’s a great location in the Jewish quarter, walking distance to everything you want to see. We booked a room that was one level up from the most basic and had a great stay. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. We decided to extend 2 nights and the staff was very accommodating; the room we were in was booked and all they had available was the most basic category. That was in a different part of the building which faced the street and it was night and day. The bathroom was older and less polished and most importantly the street noise was so loud we could barely sleep. There were ants and bugs in the room (which went away after I called and they sprayed) but not ideal. We loved the first 2 nights and hated the second 2.
We had a greatvexperience, but the couple we were with booked at the same time and paid the same but got a much inferior room... andwere treated with contempt... the hotel from our perspective was very goodin a great location. Parking was €25 City covered by my youtube channel @realspain
A fabulous hotel in the centre of Cordoba. Easy walking distance to historical attractions and a huge variety of cafés /restaurants. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at breakfast.
Great location
My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel, including my birthday. Our room was spacious and had a lovely private patio. The only disappointment was that the headrest was not attached to the bed so when you sat up in bed it slid forward leaving a large gap between the bed and the head rest. The staff tried hard to provide 5 star service but somehow missed the mark. As platinum Hotels.com members were offered free wine and asked if we preferred red or white. We asked for red but received white, but there was no corkscrew in the room. They attempted to deliver a birthday cake to my room on my birthday but we had the do not disturb sign on so they left a calling card instead. When I called reception they told me it was just a weather card! I eventually received my cake for breakfast the next morning. Our biggest complaint was the pool. There were far too few chairs for the number of guests and the silly system requiring guests to call staff in order to sign for a towel resulted in lots of time waiting around. Why not trust your guests and provide pool towels in the room?!
Outstanding front desk and concierge to help you book the best activities in town. Very average facilities. Not deserving of 5 stars in that respect. More like 4.
Good location and great staff. Our room needed a refresh and if your ride is too wide, you’ll need to drag your bags uphill for about 200 meters.
The front desk lady was not friendly, there was no water in the room though I requested It.Cleaning was not great!
Very convenient. Usual great NH breakfast. Only one night this time - but very efficient.
Lovely hotel! The staff were really nice, the food was delicious, the pool was great, and the service was always quick and professional.

Great hotel
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the check in to check out, the service at the reception was great, including luggage storage, taxi calling service, late checkout / welcome gifts, and area information with maps and suggested restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good with nice selection. The pool is on the smaller side so gets crowded in the afternoon but seems quiet after 7:30pm till closing at 9pm. Location of the hotel is right at the center of the old town with 5 minutes of walking to all historical sites. AC was great in the room as well as the room itself (very spacious) with a nice terrace and amenities included. Definitely a great choice if staying in Cordoba for a day or week.
Nice hotel, however, as a wheelchair user checking in would have been difficult if i hadn't had my spouse with me. Also, on returning to the hotel at night , the door was locked, and there was no bell. Again, lucky, my spouse was able to go up the steps and get assistance. They did upgrade our room because of the wheelchair and that was a very nice and most welcome gesture
I love this little hotel. I have stayed here before and it was because of that stay that I started booking NH properties. They are good, reliable and come in all price ranges. This particular hotel is nicely located in the old city quarters. Close to the Mezquita and the Real Alcazar and within walking distance of many other attractions. Plenty places to eat and drink nearby. The staff at this hotel are super service oriented, friendly and go out if their way to acommodate your needs. The rooms are very comfortable, not huge but not cramped, and are well maintained. Good AC temperature desperately needed during hot August in Cordoba. The breakfast buffet is varied and the staff at the dining room is really friendly and eager to please. Parking on the premises for a nightly rate is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. Sara and Rafa at reception were outstanding. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend
Experience at this hotel was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the ladies at breakfast. Hotel is within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We traveled by car and although they having parking on site, roads were too narrow. We parked at another garage that was a two minute walk away.
Beautiful hotel. Not many windows, since it’s built in the walls of a fortress, but rooks are spacious and beautiful. Perfect location - close to tourist attractions Friendly staff - the young lady who was at the reception when we arrived was very polite and willing to help. Unfortunately, we did not get her name, but she desrves kudos for her professionalism Negatives: - hard to find, including hard to find a parking space. The hotel should share the parking options ahead of time, along with precise locations (street names) and instructions - e.g. if you park on the street, blue lines are for paid parking, white lines are for free parking. We circled the old town and almost got stuck on the narrow streets, when the hotel was within walking distance from free parking available on three streets. We could have avoided a lot of aggravation had better instructions been provided to us.
Great Start to a 60th Celebration
From entering the hotel for the first time, the smell was wonderful. The exterior of the hotel was in keeping with it's surroundings yet it was contemporary and modern inside where the decor allowed. Pool was small but ideal for us and the water was a pleasant temperature. Room was superb and every member of staff we came across was friendly, smiling and courteous. I'm struggling to find anything negative in the interest of being balanced and the only thing I have is that a party of approx 20 (I believe British teenagers) arrived on the second day and killed any tranquility there was round the pool. Also, as there were so many, other guests were unable to use the pool. I can't blame the hotel for this but it did taint our second day. We will be going back to the same hotel without any hesitation. Love, love, love this hotel. BTW - breakfast was superb.
Conveniently located in the old city center
Hotel is situated in the heart of the old town of Cordoba - very convenient for exploring the key places of interest on foot. Junior Suite room was not as pictured on the internet & still unsure if the room we were given was a Junior Suite as booked, There were no other Junior suites available. Limited space, sun-beds & parasols around the pool for guests’ use on ridiculously hot days.
Hotel was overall amazing. Rooms clean, helpful staff and perfect location. Close to many restaurants, bars and shops.
.
The location is unbeatable. I recommend parking at the MEZQUITA PAKING LOT, about 300 feet from the hotel.
Loved it!
The hotel was absolutely amazing! Service and was great and the location is perfect. It is close to everything at a ealking distance.
Amazing stay! Would come again and again. Thank you!
Amazing hotel exactly what you want when spending time in beautiful Cordova
This hotel is perfect! The location is perfectly close to food and shopping and the Mezquita. The pool is a perk. From the fragrance of the hotel to the adorable welcome candies, it was a lovely stay. The downside is the VERY hard bed and the hotel is difficult to find and drive to.
Superb service. Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Great hotel overall.
Great Location, helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet.
Lovely little hotel within the city walls. Upscale feel, but the bed is rock hard. Our AC stopped working during the night. I informed the hotel the next morning, but we were checking out.
Excellent property. Loved it!
Thank you
Located in the middle of the old town, minutes from the Mezquita, Alcazar and royal stables. The room was perfect as was the bathroom. The hotel itself is stunning and has a good pool.
Great front desk staff who had amazing & authentic dinner recommendations. Clean, walkable & beautiful location.
Staff was wonderful. Room very comfortable
Great location in the old City. Very walkable to the Mesquite Cathedral. Word of caution- the road St Tomas to the Plaza Maimodines and the hotel is a very tight one lane road, AND IT GOES TWO DIRECTIONS! You may have to back out! Very nerve wracking.
Towels for the pool were obtained via a pass system, passes were issued at reception and then exchanged for towels at the pool area which was always unattended. This resulted in long waits to either receive or return towels in 38 degree heat, really negating the benefit of the pool. We also had to have our room keys recoded 3 times in 2 nights, not ideal. Aside from that staff were friendly, hotel was clean and tidy.
All fine
This was a lovely property, and our only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night! We booked a superior room, and it was definitely that! Super comfortable and stylish and with everything a modern traveller might need, it was still very much in keeping with the age of the building. Facilities were great – breakfast was excellent – staff were attentive and friendly. The location was fantastic – in the Old Jewish quarter and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of this beautiful city. Highly recommend – we will return for a longer stay next time.
Wonderful Stay in Cordoba
I would love to come back to this beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Córdoba’s old city. Close to the most important monuments. The room was very neat and comfortable . The staff was very amiable and helpful!!!
Extraordinaire
Endroit magnifique super bien situé dans le vieux Córdoba petite rue accueillante tout se fait à pief
The front desk staff was extremely kind and special recognition to Isabel working in the dining area in addition, the rest of the staff from housekeeping to overall staff workers were excellent, and the air condition was excellent
Great
Beautiful room, clean and comfortable bed. Lovely staff and great location. In a beautiful part of the city, on a quiet plaza next to everything, nice and peaceful.
Quick overnight in Cordoba
Super staff, very nice breakfast and an amazing location in the heart of the old city. I love the look of the place from the small square when you arrive. I would definitely be back!
Great location !
Excellent hotel. Very well located. Super friendly staff. Only drawback (all NH hotels) is that the beds are really firm, even hard.
Gran ubicacion y excelente atencion.
This is super great facility
This hotel was conveniently located. The room was a bit small but comfortable. It was great to be so close to good eateries and main attractions. Book attractions way ahead as crowds are huge!
Great location
This exceptional location is only surpassed by its staff! We stayed three nights and were very pleased with everything about this place.
Loved the 3 person room and the staff and location. Near good restaurants and mosque and shopping. All good. Courtyard areas were nice and quiet. Woukd love to return.
Everything about our stay was perfect
The property is located right in the middle of the old town and only a few minutes walk to the Mezquita and the Puente Romano. The hotel is very modern, but with a traditional flare. We had unseasonably warm weather and were able to use the courtyard pool, which was an enjoyable experience. I would however, encourage management to revisit the process for guests getting and returning their pool towels, in order to find a more streamlined solution. We enjoyed our stay here at the NH Córdoba very much.
Great location…that’s about it. Didn’t get early check in as promised. Didn’t get promised call when room ready. Didn’t get free upgrade as promised. Room looked tired. Toilet didn’t flush well. Kettle leaked. It was nice, but not worth the premium price.
Great location and everyone was so nice
Location
El baño de la habitación necesita renovación. Se moja todo el baño al ducharse. Mucho ruido en la habitación porque está al frente del restaurante
Great location. 4th time in Cordoba. First time at this hotel. Great for car parking onsite. Check in and Checknout effective. Room slightly dull but functional.
Pool was cold so had a nice hot bath 😜
Every things is good
This beautiful hotel is conveniently located in the old town area, which is ideal to be walking and dinning around. The room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I 100$ recommend this NH hotel.
Wonderful stay. Very friendly, helpful staff
Very nice overall but the staff could use a smile.
Staff were amazing. Helpful attentive and generally superb service.
Excelente
Great location and very kind staff.
This was hands down the poorest maintained hotel we have ever stayed in. The wall paper was yellowed and peeling, the bathtub faucet would separate from the wall when the shower was activated, the front door of the building did not lock, no climate control (room reached 26°c - 24,5° with the window open). The windows and walls are so thin you will hear every guided tour, delivery and garbage pick up in the plaza. Even your neighbor’s phone alerts! The staff were professional and the hotel is very pet friendly but the poor state and shoddy acoustics of the building made this stay nearly unbearable.
The property was beautiful and the staff were amazing. We were surprised when we received our VIP gift.
NH Collection Amistad Córdoba is a modern, comfortable hotel on a quiet street convenient to the Mezquita without being in the thick of the tourist area. My room had a massive bathroom with a rain shower head and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Having an espresso machine in the room was also a huge plus for this caffeine junkie who requires her morning hit. I only have one service quibble, which should be easily rectified. Entering the hotel and then accessing the elevators require navigating about six or seven steep steps. Given this, I was surprised that a staff member never came forward to assist me with my luggage. I would have thought this was a cultural thing except that other Spain hotels I stayed in made these efforts. Otherwise, the NH Collection Amistad staff was welcoming and efficient and I appreciated them storing my luggage after I checked out so I could do some final exploring. I loved my stay at NH Collection Amistad and would easily stay there again.
The perfect place to stay in Cordoba
This is a wonderful hotel in a great location within the old city. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast has a ton of items, including made-to-order eggs. We were able to easily walk to all of the sites and restaurants from the hotel, including the famous patios in the Jewish quarter. If you are driving a car, be prepared for a white-knuckled experience through very narrow cobblestone streets, but the hotel staff will park it in the garage for you. We would definitely stay here again.
Well kept, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We definitely recommend.
Just standard.
Beautiful hotel but it has a lack of social spaces and all exterior spaces were not well maintained and allowed to go grotty over winter. The bedroom was nice and comfortable but the general decor was bland. Breakfast and staff were great.
Good
Excellent service
Property location was excellent and parking although a tight drive through tourist groups was a bit concerning, once we arrived the hotel was great. Check in was pleasant and staff very nice. The room we were allocated was not a double but a twin and complimentary wine required asking for multiple times to receive. The amenities within the room were excellent. Unfortunately the noise throughout the night from neighbouring rooms was disturbing particularly early in the morning. On the whole 7/10.
Good setting in the heart of the old town Room a little tired but clean
Recommended hotel
Nice place well located in the old city. Everything at walking distance. Parking in the hotel very convenient.
Maite at the front desk is exceptional. Always available and helpful. There was a problem with my room’s lock which gave me great anxiety but they were able to fix it right away.
Very great location and excellent service, beds were uncomfortable though.
