The room is smelly, the floor is sticky; note that parking inside garage is more expensive than in parking lot. Stuff relatively friendly. Will not recommend due to room condition.

I stayed for only 2 nights and was barely there, so it served my purpose fine, but there were a few things that made no sense for a hotel at this price point. 1. The air in the room is stale and difficult to air out. The windows cannot be opened even a little bit and the AC won’t work unless you insert the room key. They give you only one room key which you obviously have to take with you, so every time you return, the air inside the room is unbearable, and I wasn’t even there on particularly hot days.I’m usually the person who turns off the AC in hotel rooms as I find it excessive, but here I needed to keep it on even through the the night, otherwise I felt like I couldn’t breathe. 2. There’s a pool and a fitness center, but they are closed until 2pm. Like most people, I like to exercise in the morning, so I didn’t get to use those facilities. 3. The bathrooms look like they were designed by some intern more concerned with how the photos will look rather than utility. There are two big sinks, but no room to put down your toiletries. There’s no way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom thanks to the genius design. 4. The cleanliness was not great. Some food crumbs from previous guests and stained sheets.

Brief stay, unexpected treat.

Room was very spacious and decor was to my taste (classic modern and classy). I was staying to easily catch an early flight at the airport so it was an unexpected treat.

Great airport location

The ladies at the reception were great, friendly and helpful. Room good size, comfortable bed, I was looking forward to have a nice bath but unfortunately they only had shower cubicle but good water pressure. Can’t comment on food as I left too early to try. Great location for airport and also just across the street is Avion shopping centre so great location and easy to get to.

Amazing stay & staff

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel. This was our 3rd time here and the lady at the reception was super sweet, she even upgraded our room so we could get a good night sleep (we have a one yo and so there is not much sleep these days). We were on a business trip, so cannot comment on the cot or other baby accessories but the room was super spacious, quiet, comfy and breakfast was nutritious, a lot to choose from. We will be coming back and can highly recommended this hotel, especially if you need to catch a flight the next day.

Nice hotel with some opportunities to improve details. Like for example strange noice coming from air conditioning system. Some staff member can be more polite (some of them are excelent but impression can be damaged if even one of them is not so nice). Very good restaurant, nice hotel environment, very clean. convenient place on the city outskirt

Stayed for one night. It is a clean hotel, suitable for those who need to fly early or don't want to visit central Bratislava. Place was clean and hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast at extra cost was little limited but satisfactory. the surrounding of the hotel is industrial. We traveled with dogs but did not feel fully welcome - could not go to any spaces with them, so rather stayed outside.

Hanka at reception is an amazing person - it was a pleasure to be served by her. Peter Klein - night receptionist was very helpful as well The hotel is lucky to have such a wonderful staff.

A perfect room

The room was absolutely perfect, I wish I had stayed for longer than one night but unfortunately was just an airport stop over.

The man who checked us in was fantastic, lovely and very helpful. Breakfast staff weren’t great but could be the language barrier. Beautiful hotel, lovely big rooms and lovely lobby area . Shame the carpet in the hall looked like it had bleach spilt on it, but all in all we had a fantastic stay and loved the hotel. Will be back if ever in the area again x

Hotel was great, room was perfect! But, breakfast at €16 was a joke. I arrived at 9:15, and there was no resupply of hot food. There should be hot food available up until close at 10! Not good policy. Also was too expensive.

The hotel is very nice and provides a bath robe and slippers. Also the sauna wellness centre is very clean and very close to the centre. However I think the staff could be more welcoming which was a let down side.

Main immersion- overpriced. Parking E 10 per niight in this area is nonsense.

Nice room with a wonderful bathroom with large corner bath and rain shower. View isn't too great however... Loved the spa. Breakfast in bed was great. A little way out from the city center however it's only £5 in a taxi. Overall a great value for money.

Gives the impression it is more than it really is

If you can get over the pretentious reception staff and accept the hotel for what it is, it's a great hotel for the money. It's tidy and comfortable and was most definitely a fantastic hotel when new. Now there are stains on carpets, chips on furniture and door frames etc. which should be replaced if they want to live up to the image that reception set. And €20 to stay in the car park over night was too much I think. Having said all this, I will use the hotel again. I just hope the staff won't recognise me from my review.

Very nice hotel near the airport with good local bus service to nearby shopping center. Just a short walk across the street to Hotel. Nice breakfast €10 if booked the night before.

Check in was late at night and lady who checked us in very helpful. The room was really nice and spacious with comfortable chairs, and a view of Bratislava. During the night cigerette smoke seeped in under the door, probably staff smoking in the stairwell?, but a damp towel at bottom of door solved that. During the week the pool is only open from 14:00, so no swimming in the morning. Overall a very nice stay!

Ok. Awful place. It’s miles from the centre. Taxi cost as much as in UK. Staff awful. Chef guy Josef someone the rudest man I’ve met. Couldn’t get more than 1 sachet of cofffe couldn’t get bottled water. Bratislavský is amazing but don’t go here it will ruin your vacation!!’nnnnnnm.

Nice hotel very convenient for airport

It has a nice gym and sauna. The swimming pool is a bit small but better than none at all. The wifi was dreadful. I had virtually no connectivity at all. Very disappointing.

we stayed one night and it was absolutely fantastic. it is far a way from city center. if you traveling with car it is a fantastic choice due to free parking.

Great hotel & staff but taxi driver over charged.

The Hotel was top class and it's staff were do helpful. My only issue was the hotel booked a taxi to take me to the airport the next morning early and it was no more than a 5 minute drive. The taxi driver charged me more than I was told he would and considering the hotel recommended them that disappointed me.

Check in took forever - lots of waiting with only one person working the desk and a queue forming. However hotel is perfect. Big spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great bathroom!

Good Business Hotel

Chose the Hotel for its gym as I like to try to stay in shape whilst away. Hotel is good but the gym itself is very small and the equipment is limited and quite old.

The Hotel is a little out of town but it has its own taxi service which is not expensive to get to old town and back. The hotel it's self is fantastic and has great facilities and the staff are excellent.

Not as nice as the photos

Upon my arrival I had to wait while 2 desk staff clarified some issue in Slovak. Nobody said "just a minute please" or anything. The room was a superior suite and smaller than I thought based on the photos. The wallpaper was soiled with crushed mosquitoes - yuck! The bed had really sharp corners and I cut my shins twice. The shower water leaked over into the toilet area. The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Breakfast included a huge variety of mid-quality food. I went to the wellness area and in order to sauna, you had to wear a towel at all times so as not to offend the prudish and I was given a bed sheet to cover up with too- if you are used to German, Finnish or Swedish sauna style, all these textiles are just encumbering and weird. I asked to borrow one of those cheap scales to weigh my luggage and was referred to a machine in the corner which you had to pay 1€ to weigh each piece- bizarre. There is a roof area right outside the window of my room that I cannot access. I was surprised to say the least to see my neighbor out there smoking a cigarette and looking into my room while I was in bed - creepy....

Welcoming, Great Breakfast, free parking

The check in was easy, with the front desk staff warm and welcoming. Parking was simple and free behind the hotel. There is a huge mall across the street which was nice to have within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower excellent. Breakfast amazing. Nice gym although early in the morning the sun was shining in the gym and raised the temperature by quite a bit. The cons were: off-white carpeting in room horribly stained, sink did not drain on the last day after housekeeping cleaned our room - we could not figure out what she had done so that we could correct it, thirdly our safe was locked when we went to the room. We wanted to leave our valuables in the room, however wanted to lock them up. It took close to an hour for someone to come open up the safe.

Good hotel

Good hotel close to the airport. Very nice room with bathrobes, slippers, tea and coffee. Helpful staff and a very good breakfast. The only thing that let it down was that there was no food or drink available, not even room service, if you arrive late. We had a late flight and didn't get to the hotel until about midnight. In need of some sustenance we though we would at least get room service but no. We ended up having to go to McDonald's drive through across the road which wasn't great to be eating at that time of night.

Great business hotel near the airport and big shopping centre. Nothing much else around. Only 10 minutes by taxi to city centre. Uber is great in Bratislava!

I always like to come back here. They do have superb breakfast and shopping mall is just a minute walking for anything you need. The only little thing is limited sauna. I think guest would appreciate more if it was opened longer than until 10pm.

The hotel is not near the historic area. Other than that the place is very big and often has free parking. The breakfast is the real plus.

Good business hotel

Very nice and surprisingly luxurious for the price. The staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are big and the bathrooms are fantastic!

I only stayed one night and liked the hotel a lot. Good food in the restaurant but there also shops just across the road if you fancy something quick. I particularly loved the breakfast, a vast selection and all fresh products.

Nice, clean, bright hotel near airport

We stayed here for one night for a business trip as it was conveniently located for the airport. The taxi cost €10 to get to the hotel which was reasonable. Check in was friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and worth paying the extra for - we found the selection vast and the quality of the food good too. The food at the restaurant was also tasty and good value for money. We would stay here again if travelling in Slovakia.

Hotel is truly excellent. Everything is new and high quality. Not close to downtown but for 90 cents you can take the bus. Bus station is across the street from hotel. Hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Location is close to airport but not walkable, still need a taxi to reach. Stayed just for a night. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that.

Stayed for 2 nights and nearly everything was very good.only the distance from the centre which wasn't within walking distance was disappointing.we didn't eat breakfast or dinner there.

Below expectation

No wifi in the room, limited tv program, noisy fans, noisy from wellness center upstairs... overall under expectation. No toothpaste or toothbrush provided, after 2 times telephone call, provided only 1 set for 2 guests!? In-room slippers also provided only after request. Other than that, the shopping center right opposite of the hotel was quite convenient, bed and pillows was comfortable, service was friendly.

Excellent hotel, unbelievable price

We stayed at this hotel for only one night but considered spending another one just to sleep another night in the amazing bed. This hotel is one of the best ones we have stayed in Europe and the price we paid was cheaper than what we would pay for a motel 8 in the states. The breakfast was amazing, it had a lot of great choices to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The hotel does have a spa area with a pool and jacuzzi plus two sauna rooms which we didn't have time to try but it looked very nice and clean with an attendant present to answer any questions. The hotel is not close to the center of town so you need to have a car or figure out transportation from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not the usual level of standard this time

My family and I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have been extremely satisfied with the level of service and the condition of the room we were staying in. It's a lovely hotel with a convenient location. However, this time it wasn't quite up to the usual standard. Having just returned from abroad, my parents were looking forward to a nice shower and rest but the lack of essentials like toiletries or a dressing gown just made it that bit disappointing and inconvenient. They did ask for a toothpaste which was supplied but the whole experience was just spoiled as they were expecting the usual level of standard. Not sure if this was a one off or if this is to be expected next time. We'll see.

Too far from town

This hotel was lovely - the rooms were beautiful & very comfortable & the food was very good but pricey compared to other restaurants in town. My one complaint was trying to get into the Old town. My daughter was competing in a dance competition so we needed to be on a time schedule so a taxi was our best option. However there seems to be no regulations about how much a taxi can charge because we did the exact same trip 5 times & they all charged a different amount ranging from €7 to €25. The hotel receptionists were not very helpful when I asked them to call a particular company that I knew had cheaper rates than the one they usually deal with & i had to pay the more expensive rates going from the hotel. On our 3rd day there we had free time so I went looking for the bus & couldn't believe it only cost €1.80 for 3 of us to get to town!!! So my advice to anyone staying there is beware of the taxis - most of the drivers don't speak English so you can't argue with them over the prices they are charging so if you have the time take the bus!!

We needed a place to stay for one night before starting our holidays. We selected this hotel because of the great deal offered. What a surprise when we entered the hotel and our room. Great place to stay.

Great hotel, great services.. I keep booking my stays there every time I go to Bratislava. Unfortunately, the location is not the best but... nevertheless, it is a great value for such nice hotel rooms. And free sports, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Strongly recommended!

Very nice hotel. We stayed only one night. Went across the street and ate at the mall. Staff was very friendly there. Also kind of close to the city, but you will def need a vehicle to get around.

bad heating and noisy swimming pool engine

Overal good but we were on the sixth floor and the engines of the swimming pool or whirlpool where quiet noisy. Fortunately it stops at 10.00 in the evening but sleeping during the daytime is out of question.Furthermore the heating system sucks. Our room temperature when we arrived was 27 degrees Celcius. Normally people sleep in around 20 degrees celcius. the heating/cooling system of the room only allowed to maximally reduce by 2.5 degrees. There is no individual air conditioning in the room. When we woke up after horrible hot night the room temperature was still 26.5 degrees. So it just didnt work. It was very unpleasant to sleep in such a hot room.

excellent stay

Great service, very nice rooms, beautiful spa and pool. Can really not say we had any complaints. Even though we didn't eat there the food on property looked great, the food court in the mall gives a great local experience. Stay here and you will not be sad.
