Very central. Bathroom is fresh and inviting. 2 tvs both in living and bedroom. Plenty of storage. Kitchen facilities are handy

Comfortable beds, no noise (even on a sat night), ease of booking and check in. Modern room. No pods to use coffee machine would otherwise recommend. Very clean other than a small patch of mildue under the shower screen door.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, easy access with a text a few hours before arrival with clear entry instructions. Food at the pub next door was good, they even delivered dessert to our room.

Clean, comfortable local accommodation in Ballarat. It’s just behind a pub so there was a little noise from there on Saturday night, but nothing that interfered with our stay.

Precisely what we needed for our overnight stay in Ballarat. Elysia was very helpful.

Given clear information to access. Clean & tidy room, but the bed sank in the middle, not a comfortable sleep.

Check in and check out were by a key code provided in advance. Quite easy and suitable for us. We can't really rate staff as we saw no one else. We were grateful to have the room facilities and comfort.

Mattress & pillows loved! Lay out was great. Only 1 TV worked & stand up lamp did not work. Otherwise perfect & would use again. Locality to hotel for dinner ideal. Thank u.

Disappointed that the bedding was not sufficient for the cold weather that you have . Had to go buy a extra blanket so I wasn't cold. And no electric blanket on the bed. Also what is with the sky lights over the beds, if you have them maybe you should have a block out blind or something else to cover them. You don't go away to be woken by the light that comes through .

Stay here! Super high room standard. Beds were so comfy, great pub next door for dining, Team was great to deal with. Honestly blown away with the value of this stay.

Big rooms. We were very comfortable. Wasn't noisy despite being behind a pub. Parking was easy and the laundry was handy.

The property was new, clean beds were cozy. We had everything we needed in the apartment, it was conveniently located and was close to all the famous attractions in Ballarat. Only thing that was quite disappointing was customer service, i was given an incorrect code for the door at check in and it took over an hour to get anyone to answer my call/messages, we had to wait outside in 30 degree heat waiting for assistance. This was very frustrating.

Modern and centrally located

Property was clean with good facilities. Only downside was the skylights above the beds. These made it hard to sleep, especially for kids when it’s not dark until after 9pm at night.

Brilliant property to stay

The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was like from a 5 star hotel, both queen beds were extremely comfortable plus two TVs. Very conveniently located. Overall a pleasure to stay at this property.

The units themselves are newly renovated, clean and tidy. It’s apparent someone takes pride in them. It is situated directly next to a pub (these were clearly motel rooms for the pub previously) but the noise wasn’t bad considering it was Saturday night. Would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about our stay, if i had to pick one negative was just sky lights above beds. We will definitely be back. The meals in the bistro were great!

The apartment was newly renovated, very warm, great pub nearby for dinner, very very clean and cozy, and very quiet during the daytime and night. We were really happy with our stay.

New, clean, well appointed, warm and cosy.

The apartment was lovely and much better, cleaner and newer than other hotels/motels we had stayed in Victoria. Kids had lots of space to move around, 2 big comfy beds, the aircon/heater worked really well. We get a discount at pub/restaurant and food was delicious. They do deliver to the room as well which worked well for us. The fridge kept all our stuff cold but the freezer was frosted so doesn't work well. If we're in Ballarat again will stay again.

It was quite clean and had plenty of room for a family of 4. Unfortunately the skylights over the beds let a lot of light in so it was not very dark to sleep. Easy access and good location but pub nexy door was a little noisey ( but it was a Sat night).;

It is located in a very good place. It is very nice and clean. If you are an early person this place suits you, otherwise do not book there. The apartment has two skylights and the room will be filled with light as soon as the sun rises, which is very annoying for people who would like to sleep till 9:00am or even 7:00am.

Good: for overnight stay with netflix. Close to everything and great parks. Bad: tv remote would change both tvs at the same time when used on couch.

Beds super comfy, liked having a sitting area and a little kitchen

We didn't receive a text until just before 2pm, when the email received the night before said we'd receive it in the morning. Someone was in our car space when we arrived. One of the chairs at the table was stained and the legs loose. The apartment wasn't what we expected, as it was ground floor like a motel and located behind a pub! We could hear all the noise out the front, including an employee of the pub using a gurney to clean things at 7:30am. I was hosting a zoom meeting and had people walking past and lots of noise. The bedding wasn't sufficient, just a thin covering like a blanket, with no extra bedding available. We were cold and can't sleep with a heater on. The "rain shower" was impossible to use because we didn't want to get our hair wet. It was clean and nice to look at, but not what we expected for the money we paid. Especially seeing as though Ballarat prices are cheaper than Melbourne. And to top it off, a sign on the wall told us we had to clean our dishes or we'd be charged a cleaning fee! Not happy! Just a fancy ground-floor motel behind a pub. Not worth the money and left disappointed.

We were so pleased with the apartment for our stay in Ballarat. It was just perfect and we really appreciated being able to check in a little earlier too.

Lovely family stay

Great location and facilities - enjoyed our meals from the Bunch of Grapes Hotel.

The property was great. It was a little away from the ctr of town but it was well placed.

A few biscuits and more quality tea bags would have been nice Given that it was Ballarat a doona or electric blanket would add comfort in cold nights as would a fraught stopper for the bottom of the door Proximity to the hotel was great for meals but a little noisy after 10

Great find for our short stay in Ballarat - suited our needs, beds were comfy (always think highly of a place where I get a good night’s sleep) and super easy to access the apartment/leave on departure. Definitely stay there again if I’m back in Ballarat.

Nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable and was nice to have laundry facilities

It is in a great location, not far from the Main Street but is in quiet area. We loved our room, the only issue we really had was the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and a dining chair was broken. Overall we loved our experience and will definitely be staying there again as we loved it.

The apartment was well appointed , beautifully decorated but missing small toiletries eg. a second soap, no shower cap and the shower jel had obviously been used before- The main disappointment was that we were not aware that it was situated behind a Hotel, patrons were noisy on leaving.

The apartment was well laid out. The lounge and chairs need to be vacuumed under the cushions.

Rooms were nice and new however cleaning was horrible. My 4 year old daughter found something disgusting under the bed. Ruined our whole stay. Won’t be staying here again. If we knew this accommodation was behind a pub, we would have never booked here as noise was quite extreme.

Apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The skylights directly over the beds were the only issue. Very early wake-up during summer!
