Loved stuff!! Clean place centrally located

This hotel was not up to par for international travel. The bedroom stains on the wall near the headboard. The hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, Even though we stayed in a non smoking room. The only positive thing about the hotel was the free breakfast.

Good option at the city center. Premium room was nice with everything I would need and plenty of room. There is paid parking at the courtyard but hotel has couple of free parking places on the side street also. Breakfast was good with many local options to make it more interesting than typical international breakfast.

Just a one night stay while travelling from home, IoM, to Athens, Greece and back...absolutely stunning place, great service, lovely food. Thank you for your hospitality

There was a cockroach in the bedroom. I don’t need to say much more. They said this is normal. Not where I come from. They offered to change room but this was late at night. Next morning there wasn’t even an apology from the reception or any proactive gesture of goodwill. The overall cleanliness especially bathroom was not great

The location is super convenient, in the city center of Nis, and you can walk everywhere. A lot of bars and food options around.

Hotel is nice, central and close to everything. Wifi cut out and i used my credit without realising. Parking is tight but convienent and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Short overnight stay on our long distance journey to Türkiye from Czechia. Hotel was clean and staff were courteous. Parking was behind hotel in open space with a security bar operated by reception. Hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful Expericnes with the Hotel

The hotel locate at the city centre with free on site parking. Staff are nice and the breakfast are good :)

No interior door lock - chain or otherwise...

This property was as advertised, and because it is as advertised, I normally provide a 5 stars. But I am dropping to 2 stars. Why? The room did not have a safe nor did the room have an interior secondary door lock. As I was thinking about this review, I initially was going to give this a 3 stars for these reasons. Safes and a secondary lock are ubiquitous in hotel rooms. I can’t think of the last time I stayed in a hotel with neither. If I had been here more than one night, I likely would have moved properties. Housekeeping opened my door, while I was in the room, and then called out ‘housekeeping’, and then apologized. That said, the property provided me a very accurate city map; something that is not often found because of advertisements, etc. And most of Nis was explorable from this location. Off street parking was available. And the breakfast buffet was quite good.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need as far as accommodations go is right there and the restaurant serves really good food. Highly recommended

Best Hotel in Niš

The hotel was immaculate. The room was big and the layout of the room was great. The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat, walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was exceptional! Just a great hotel.

Fine hotel at central location in an interesting city. Excellent value. All the staff were very helpful, even when faced with a problem that needed teamwork and originality to solve.

I liked it as it was close to the centre, food was good as well as room.

Lovely stay

The hotel is new. The restaurant, entry hall, lobby is very nice. The room is clean, nice & modern. My room was facing the street and it was extremely loud. I was able to park my car for free in the hotels, closed prking space. The overall service was top. People where very helpfull.

Super City Centre Hotel for a stopover

Very good value City Centre hotel in a town that is not really a tourist attraction. Used as a stopover on a train journey from Sofia to Belgrade. A 20min walk from the Station. Good evening meal and an excellent buffet breakfast. Overall service from English speaking staff was without fault. Quiet bedrooms.

Nice hotel, breakfast needs to be adjusted

Please fix the heating system. It will no go above 23 degrees celsius. Also the breakfast should be improved. It is not a breakfast that you can be proud of.

Dusche ist nicht sauber. Haartrockner war defekt.

Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht individuell in der Unterkunft, sondern nur dezentral von der Rezeption eingestellt werden. Im Schlafraum funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, dies haben wir der Rezeptionistin mitgeteilt und es gab lediglich ein "Sorry" und "wir informieren den Techniker". Ansonsten ist die Größe des Delux-Apartments wirklich luxuriös.

Osoblje je fino i uvek spremno da pomogne i odgovori na sva pitanja. Hotel je u centru grada tako da mozete sve da posetite peske. Nedovoljan broj mesta za parkiranje i parking bi mogao malo veci da bude zbog okretanja.

Etwas älteres Hotel die Zimmer wurden renoviert allerdings wurde nicht sauber gearbeitet, teilweise kleinere Schönheitsfehler. Sonst alles gut. Sehr zentral in der Stadt gelegen, gutes Frühstücksbüffet
