This is a backpacker style property. Not suitable for families. Not enough towels for everyone in our family and when we kindly asked for more they declined. The locking system on the doors is frustrating, air conditioning wasn’t working. We had 4 nights booked but left after 1 night. Street is extremely noisy.

Pool was unswimmable. When raised with staff I was brushed off. We left a night early.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing destination, this is it. The restaurant was extremely good. One of my favorites in the Uluwatu area The staff was incredibly friendly and I loved how they had a laundry service on the property

Lovely place to stay on uluwatu, the staff are lovely and the outdoor spaces are beautiful! It is a good location, only 20 min walk to padang beach, and there are many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The breakfast and dinner that they make is excellent! The rooms were clean and basic but lacked simple things like a mirror in the main room, or bannister on the top bunks for safety. Overall lovely and would stay again!

Construction people are going through the property while you try and use the stairs. Hotel is very run down and sheets and towels have many stains. The wallpaper is peeling a lot in the rooms.

Average accommodation, good value for money.

I LOVED at this place! Naturela is right on a Main Street in Uluwatu so money exchange , lots of restaurants , lots of shops and everything a tourist could need is on this street. But the beauty of Naturela is that you don’t need to go elsewhere if you want to stay and eat at their cafe it is excellent food, lots of selection (10 page menu from smoothie bowls to pizza and burgers ). We had smoothie bowls daily - so good , most reasonable price we have found. Staff are very pleasant. They also rent scooters , and the rooms behind the cafe are so quiet, surrounding a nice pool. Fantastic place. Towels were a bit shabby but honestly that is the only downside. I’d stay here again and again.

Nice food. Nice pool. Staff is nice enough but could probably use some oversight by the owner to be a notch better. Booked a room with double bed, then told they do not upon arrival, also booked a room that said it had blackout curtains, but they are only on 1 of the 2 bays of windows, so room is bright at sunrise- defeating the amenities of having blackout curtains. Could be more accurate with details of booking on the site so people aren’t surprised

Place is super clean , easy access to all surf spots restaurants and nightclubs, the food here is really cheap and really yummy, I used to stay at another homestay but am in love with this place the pool is clean and well kept as well!!

Good place to stay when you go to Uluwatu, the breakfast is good but you need pay for this. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The pool was amazing. You can rent motorbike over there.

Great hotel, loved my stay here. Close to everything with a scooter, scooters available for rent at the hotel, nice cafe/restaurant. Small hotel but friendly and relaxing. wifi was off and on. However, overall great stay and would recommend staying here.

Great -> Disappointing

My initial experience at Naturela was great, I think I stayed in their nicest standard room they had. (107 I believe) I recommended a couple of my friends to stay as well and they booked 2 other rooms there. One of the friends ended up going with me to Ubud for two days and we planned to stay back at the Naturela again after. When I came back I was really upset and it ruined my experience there. After referring enough friends to fill two more of their rooms, they stick me in one of their worst rooms with a broken AC, no hot water, dirty walls, the room smelt like fungus. When I asked to switch rooms because of these problems instead of “yes m’am” they try to question my truths and say they will send a maid up there to double check first.. then when they stuck me in the next room it was no better. So much for great service especially to customers who were loyal and helpful. Also the walls are very very thin. Another tip: don’t rent bikes from them, their breaks barely work and you can find nicer cheaper bikes quickly down the road. They also tried to hassle me for “losing the key” to one of the bikes after I turned the key in to the front desk the night before. I tried to give it directly to the mechanic because I was afraid of this happening but he made me turn it in to the front desk. Luckily they didn’t charge me for their mistake. On another note, pool is nice and the food downstairs is decent and cheap.

Naturela was the perfect place for our stay in Uluwatu, we absolutely loved it. The room had everything we needed, the pool area was beautiful and tranquil, and the Cafe's food was a welcome surprise. We walked to Bingin and Dreamland beaches (25/30 mins) but also got there and to other beaches in 5/10 by moped, which you cant rent from Naturela. We can't recommend it highly enough as very reasonably priced accommodation in the area. Big up Natuerla xox

Perfect place to stay

We loved this place it was in a great location and the room was perfect with AC and hot water. It was the best price we could find while still being a high end room. The best part about Naturela is their friendly staff, they were so helpful with everything and everyone always had a smile on their face!!

Half built noisy shock

Shockingly bad. Website failed to mention that the hotel is currently half built and non stop noisy building work from 7am to 7pm!!

Clean room, great staff, good food.

Café is pretty good and affordable, for both food and drinks. Cheaper than any bar or restaurant in the area. Staff is friendly and approachable, they were always available. Room was cute and well made, nice, and clean. Also loved that there was an ATM on the premises.

Solo Traveler in Standard Room

Liked this hotel. Room ok size, wifi was fine and like all asian bathrooms it was a bit dirty but ok. Balcony.... not really a balcony, you can stand on it but a chair wouldn't fit. Nice little restaurant area out the front, few places around to eat etc but you need transport for the beach. Would happily stay again.

Clean hotel, good price for what you get

Clean and nice aircon room. Friendly staff. Relaxing swimming pool & simple but tasty breakfast. There is an amazing Thai restaurant located in front the hotel, that is one of the highlights of this hotel. Would come back and recommend.

Pleasurable stay at Naturella, staff nothing but helpful, very compact and simple, food is great, I stayed on the ground floor good for me.

Get the ham and cheese jaffle!

Very friendly staff. They helped us with anything we needed including renting us a scooter. Honestly it was a good room for what we paid. They had hot water in the shower which was a huge plus. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and the pool had a lot of chlorine. But I would book there again. The breakfast was cheap and soooo good. The omelet and jaffle were bomb!

Hotel was really nice, staff were really helpful and the food delicious. Only downside of this place was that the room was a little small. I will definetly return next time.

Good service - however far from from professional, the rooms are ok, but with a smell of something indescribable. Far from the beach, but a convenient distance by scooter. Anyway what can you expect from a guesthouse in Indonesia. Worth the price.

Great staff, food, location, price and pool.

Just a short ride to Padang Padang from here. The kitchen is open 8am-10pm and the food is very inexpensive homecooked style. Can rent a speed motor for about $5 a day from here. Staff was very helpful and appreciative of my business. Pool area is nice, bed was comfy and the AC was cold! Recommend this place. Can't beat the price.

Nous avons passé 8 jours en famille à Naturella, le personnel est charmant, très souriant et adore les enfants ! la chambre était tout à fait convenable avec tout de même un bémol pour la salle de bains qui mériterait d’être rafraîchie et une assez mauvaise évacuation. Les petits plus : un restaurant au top, tout est délicieux et à des prix vraiment très abordables, top rapport qualité/prix, une piscine assez grande pour prendre de vrais bains, situation géographique proche des plages de padang-padang et uluwatu, location de scooters sur place, borne de retrait de cash juste à la sortie de l’hôtel. Je recommande ce lieu !

super séjour ! le personnel est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport, nous avons eu une boisson de bienvenue. piscine superbe ! service de location de scooter au top ! le personnel est super accueillant et très gentil ! petit dej sympa, à prix abordable !

Veldig fornøyd med alt! Personalet her er de sydligste menneskene jeg har møtt som gjorde at vi dro tilbake til dette hotellet kort etter. Ligger nærme alt man skulle ville gjøre i Uluwatu og har alt du trenger. meget god mat er det også her.

Check in was smooth even in the late night. Staff are helpful, however, the shower water was salty and not hot. There is room to improve in cleaningness.

Excelente estadia em Bali

Minha experiência no Naturela foi sensacional. O staff apesar de não falar muito inglês são super simpáticos e solícitos. A comida do restaurante é um delícia e super barato. Tomei café da manhã, almocei e jantei praticamente todos os dias no restaurante do hotel. O wi-fi funciona muito bem em todas as partes do hotel. Localização ótima também. Vale a pena a hospedagem.

Buen hotel, buena ubicación, cerca de las playas (en moto). A la habitación le falta una renovación, los baños deberían mejorarse, el inodoro perdía agua. El personal muy amable, en el restaurante del hotel riquísima la comida. Pero la habitación necesita una renovación

Environnement agreable, service efficace, cuisine d’un très bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel accueillant. Cela fait deux fois que j’y vais et je suis toujours aussi satisfait.

Jeg og min venninne trengte et enkelt billig sted å bo for en natt. Naturela lå midt i blinken for oss, siden vi ville til Bingin Beach og noen restauranter rundt der. Supersentralt og midt i blinken. Beste måten å komme seg rundt på her ute er uten tvil moped og det anbefales å leie! God service og hyggelig betjening

Excelente servicio! Muy limpio y bien ubicado. Nos quedamos una semana. La pileta es muy linda y el lugar es muy tranquilo!

Jag fattade det som att vi verkligen hade gjort ett väldigt bra val av boende om man skulle jämföra vad som finns i närheten. Det var väldigt mysigt litet hotell. Vi bodde på andra våningen av en bungalow och vi var jätte nöjda! Väldigt prisvärt och du får mycket för pengarna. Frukosten var bättre än förväntat, dom hade endå en hel del att välja på! Men det är endå en ganska lång bit till de jätte vackra stränderna, så det är ett absolut måste att hyra moppe!
