Easy to go out, near many highlight places

The lobby is clean, and the staff is good. But in the room I feel some smell in the bath room. The equipment is well maintained, but a little bit old. With considering the price, these are acceptable.

Overall fine except for one thing

Basic business hotel here in Japan. The breakfast was a set menu, so for those in a rush it might not be the best timing for you. Breakfast is from 7AM which did not allow me to take advantage of it on all of my mornings but that is not the fault of the hotel. One major item of inconvenience was that there are no irons or ironing boards available, either in the room or at the front desk. I will not be staying at this hotel again due to this fact. I needed to make sure that my shirts were well pressed for business, travel can wrinkle shirts, the next day and was not able to do this. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be choosing this hotel again in the future.

Convenient location from railway station, comfort, good for going around Sakae for shopping

Room size was adequate. Breakfast was very good. Finding the hotel was not easy, there were no signs outside apart from the hotel name above the front door - we had to ask at another hotel for directions.

Good location, but the mattress is of low quality (like lying ditectly on springs) and the sound isolation is bad (noisy in the morning when people passing by)

Basic but clean

The cleaning service was respectful of do not disturb signs, but were attentive to clean when I left for the day. Always had a clean robe to change into at the end of the day. Basic but clean. Room had no natural light and window light/view was blocked by the building.

Pleasant overnighter and will use again

First time using Washington Sakae Hotel Plaza after several years of using the same nearby hotel. Comfy bed, quiet environment, polite desk staff and good location. Breakfast was a choice of Western or Japanese style. I had the Japanese style. Nothing extraordinary, but tasty and healthy.

Comfortable stay in Good location

The Hotel is located about 10-12 minute walk away from the nearest subway station (Sakae). The location of the hotel is good, with many restaurants and bars in walking distance, and the subway station less than a mile away. The room itself was very small (but so is in most other hotels in japan), but had all the amenities. Didn't include breakfast while all other hotels at similar price had included breakfast

One night stay , great area but hotel is very difficult to find if you don't speak or read Japanese.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We chose the breakfast option which was a great decision! Food was perfect and the staff were beautiful. Lovely place to stay.

Pleasant stay

Overall the hotel was pleasant. Friendly staff and normal size rooms. Could be a little bit cleaner in the room and the bed definitely needs a new mates as it was so uncomfortable. Good location. Close to everything and 10 min walk to station.

Decent and affordable hotel in a great location

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and it is worth I paid for. The hotel is decent and affordable with great location. You can find a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The only unpleasant experience I had was that I asked if I could get an hour late check-out and they said "no". I felt it was very strict with its check-out time. Unless they are really full, I would understand. However, I just hope that they would be a bit more flexible in the future.

Fine place to stay. Not super fancy, but nothing really bad about it. Nothing wow-ed me to make a 5 star review but there was really nothing bad about the place. It was good for the price I payed.

We were enjoyed our stay in nagoya.

An overall good hotel however abit far from subway

This hotel has what it should offer, i.e. good hospitality & cleaniness in room. Plenty of grocery shops, eateries & cafes are within short walking distance (5 minutes). The nearest subway (Sakae) require 10 - 15 minutes walk from hotel however it is easy to get a taxi from the hotel as it is located near the main road.

Within the place we wanted to visit

Has a very small room , the bed is comfortable and very clean linens .. And it is also affordable ..

Well priced for a short stay

We arrived at the hotel very late and were able to book in without any issues. Although the staff spoke very little English they did there very best to accommodate our requests. The room was tiny in comparison to other places we stayed. It was clean and tidy. A bed pushed up against the wall with about 700mm on to sides.

Nice modern hotel with ample room...

...relative to other budget hotels in Japan. Was enough for the two of us and close enough to the metro station and food. Lively city at night.

AVOID DURING SUMMERTIME

To my huge dismay, I discovered the hard way that this hotel does not allow you to adjust the temperature of the A/C. The rooms have a simple dial which you turn from low to high for the A/C. However, in the dead heat of Nagoya summers, it does NOT cool your room fast enough at all. The bathrooms are far too small, even for Japanese standards. The toilet is unusually close to the door of the bathroom. The sink is almost next to the toilet bowl. Be careful as things can easily fall into the toilet. On the plus side, a fridge was provided. Also, the rooms are powered by your room key, which is a flimsy hard piece of paper so be careful on hot days as well. That also means that when you leave your room, all power is turned off. In the summer, that equals having a hot and sweaty room every time you enter. In conjunction with the A/C never cooling your room off in time equals a hot and swampy room every time you enter. In conclusion, this hotel is a decent spot for winter and spring and MAYBE fall but forget about summer.

Good hotel for short trip stays.

It's well located in a prime area of Nagoya. Also close to the train station. Very convenient at all.

The staff have a very positive attitude

The ladies at the reception were friendly, helpful and very understanding. I arrived early around 9.30 am, and was immediately given a room even though the standard check in time was 2 pm.

出張にて使用させていただきました。利用に際し、特段違和感なく了解させていただきました。ただユニットバスで浴槽の水を抜くとトイレまで排水が逆流する点は気になりました。

内装は比較的綺麗でよかったです。

宿泊前に電話しましたが対応があまり良くなかった。改装されていて部屋はきれいでしたが備え付け加湿器が汚れていて古かった。アメニティを置かないなど環境は徹底されている。

仕事先に近く、静かで過ごしやすく助かりました。 朝食バイキングも美味しく頂きました。

観光で一泊しました。快適に過ごすことができました。部屋にクレジットカードを忘れてしまいましたが、お電話をいただき、迅速に送付していただきました。お手数をおかけいたしました。

荷物預かってくれてありがとうございます

ランドリーが汚く洗濯したら黒いカビ汚れがついてきた。 洗剤も置いてはいたが清潔感がなく使うのが不安になる。 天気の悪い日に空調から排泄物のにおいが室内に充満してきた。 室内空調が調整できないタイプで室内が暑すぎた。

今は数少ない喫煙可能の部屋が取れて助かりました。

Hôtel propre avec un personnel très accueillant. Situé proche du métro en direction de la gare et du quartier des commerces. Idéal pour ceux voulant faire du shopping et la visite des monuments de la ville.

部屋は使い勝手が良い。

エアコンの調整が、3段階の調整式で暑い時寒い時、暑がり寒がりには少し厳しいかなと。 それ以外は問題はなく、部屋は広めで綺麗。 夜は、ある程度の時間になるとスタッフは、受付にはいないが、裏にはいる感じで、エレベーターはカードがなくても階には辿り着ける。

ベッドの掛布団を捲ると髪の毛が１本、敷布団の上に落ちていた。 それ以外は気になるところは無く、リニューアルされていたので気持ちよく過ごせました。

感じの良いビジネスホテルでした。

今回修繕してから二回目となります。立地も良くいいと思います。 改善すべき点は、冷凍庫などのスペースがあればよしとします。

冷蔵庫内に忘れ物をして、チェックアウト後に連絡をしましたが、丁寧な対応でした。ありがとうございました。

建物は若干古めですが内装はリニューアルされているのでとても綺麗で清潔感もありました。ベッドの硬さも枕も私は良かったです。

ホテルの対応が良かった

寝るだけなら可、普通のビジネスホテル

ホテルはロビーや部屋は綺麗ですが古いです。部屋は狭く水まわりは綺麗にしていますが古く、トイレの便座は暖房なしでウォシュレットも見たことない古い物でお湯は出ませんでした。ユニットバスも狭いですね。一人暮らしのワンルームの部屋のようでした。歯ブラシ髭剃りはチェックイン時に申告しないと貰えません。歯ブラシはくれましたが髭剃りは何故かくれませんでした。清潔にはしてあるし、TVとWi-Fiもあるので寝るだけなら問題ないかと思います。駐車場付きなので選びましたが、駐車場料金も周辺のコインパーキングと変わらないし、リピートするか微妙です。

部屋着だけが気になりました

従業員の方々もとても感じが良く、総合的には満足していますが、部屋着の匂いが気になりました。洗濯しても取れない染み付いた匂いですね。 2泊したのですが、1泊目はその匂いが気になり、2日目は匂いは弱かったものの1番上のボタンが取れて無かったので着心地が良くなかったです。

部屋に紙とペンが無くフロントにペンだけ借りに行ったけどフロントの対応が悪くすぐに返すますと言ったらそうして下さいと言われ普通は降りたついででいいですよでしょ。 借りに行ってバカみた。次回は無いな

繁華街に近いのはよかった。 ただ、洗面台に細かい髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたのと、天井や排気口に埃がびっしり溜まっていたのには驚いた。 残念ながら、次回は使わないと思う。

私は、ショートヘアなのですが、浴室トイレに、ロングヘア各種落ちていて大変がっかりしました。 フロントの方の対応は、大変良かったので、余計に残念でした。 お掃除大変だと思いますが、ヘアだけは、落ちてないか最後まで確認するようにすると、グッと評価も上がると思います。

価格相応といった感じのホテル。 車での訪問でしたが、駐車場は有料で約1600円でした。 角部屋に宿泊しましたが、Docomoの電波はほとんど入らず、ホテルのWiFiもかなり弱かったです。 ベットもボンネルコイルで固かったです。 部屋の清潔さやアメニティなどホテルとしてのクオリティは保っていますが、値段相応の品質といったホテルでした。

狭いですけど、落ち着けて悪くはないです。

一人で過ごすには、充分な広さだ。環境への配慮をしている点が光っている。加湿器は使った方が良い。洗い物の湿気で何とかなる、と思い、つけずに寝たら、喉の痛みで2〜3日苦しんだ。 ホテルの前にパン屋があるし、ホテルを出て、南に10〜15分程歩くと、大須商店街に着く。立地も良い。

エアコンの調節が難しい

例年になく暑い９月だったためか、 室内が暑かったです。 エアコン調節ボタンの反応が悪く、 ベッドに入るまで汗だくでした。 しかし、寝る頃にはだんだん涼しくなり しっかり眠れました。 周囲は静かで好立地です。

お部屋は綺麗で快適でしたが、アメニティが少し少ないなと感じました。

サラリーマンで出張される方オススメです。 飲屋街近いですし、大人のお店沢山ありますし、、夜は静かですし、 シャワーの水圧も良好です。 金額の仕組みはよく知りませんが、早めに予約してれば、早めに予約してれば！ですけど、妥当な額だと思います。

全体的には不満はありません。

自動販売機を各階に設置してほしい。また、氷が欲しかったが、ホテル内に設置してなかったのが残念でした。 更に、映画を観たかった(観てない映画があった)が、テレビ側の初期設定がされてないとのことで観られなかったのが残念です。 それ以外は、良かったと思います。

アクセス、価格、室内設備は文句なしに良かった。良くなかった事としては、宿泊当日室外の方々が騒がしかった事と、洗面所・バスに髪の毛が何本か落ちていたのが気になった。

駐車場代が一般駐車場を案内されそのまま支払ったが、割引サービスなど無かったのだろうか？チェックイン時に特に説明は無かったが結構いい金額を取られたのでちょっと腑に落ちない。

施設 立地 料金を考えれば文句のつけようはない この価格でとまれるホテルの中では非常にいいホテルだと思います。

アイロンを貸して頂きたくてフロントに聞くとありません。との事…サービス悪いし部屋も古く、エアコンの音もうるさくて寝れなかった。次の利用は無いと思う。

泊まるだけだったので何も問題はありませんでした。服にかける消臭スプレーや、空気清浄機はありかだいですね。

清潔感があり大変良かったです

駐車場については毎回受付時に確認をしていただいた方が良いかと思います。

値段の割に部屋はせまい。机も小さい。とりたてて問題があったわけではないが、コストを考えるとあまり選びたくないと感じました。

即座に対応してもらいました

二人での宿泊予約でしたが、当初歯ブラシセットが一人分しかなかったため、フロントに伝えると即座に対応してくれました。また、チェックアウト時にもその件につきお詫びのコメントがあり、気持ちよくチェックアウトできました。

繁華街に近く場所的には良いと思います。部屋は2階で窓を開けると隣のビルの壁面があり、景色的には最悪ですが換気できるだけいいのかなという事で納得しました。駐車場も予約してなかったのですが止めれて良かったです。料金は1500円で高いように感じました。ベッドはセミダブルで一人で寝る分には十分でした。

古くからあるホテルかと思いますが 思った以上に清潔感はあります。 館内も静かでありリラックスはできますね。また コンビニも近くににあり便利でした。

リーズナブル

当日予約したのですが、名古屋駅から一駅の地下鉄伏見駅から徒歩10分以下。最低限のものがあり、清潔でリーズナブルです。個人的にはシャワー時のナイロンタオルがスポンジタオルがあれば良かったと思います。

利便性の良いホテル

私は三階に泊まったのですが、カーテンを開けても、ほとんど光がさしこまず、照明を点けないと部屋は本当に暗いです。ホテルの周辺は飲食店が沢山あり充実しております。

栄にも伏見にも行きやすい立地

栄にも伏見にも行きやすい立地の良さ。そのため電車では東山線にも鶴舞線にも乗り換えなしで行けるところが出張者にはお勧めです。さらに栄、錦にも近いため食べるところや遊ぶところには困りません。部屋も綺麗で良かったです。

繁華街ど真ん中のホテル

ホテルの客室は場所は良いかなと思います。 ただ、駐車場は高さなどの制限があるため、自分の車の大きさを把握する必要があります。 私は把握してないため、ホテルの実習生スタダに車の見た目だけ入れられませんといわれました。 そのあと、スタッフさんが長さを測る道具を持ってきて無事いれられましたが、スタッフの教育は不十分だなと感じました。

部屋の除菌剤の？香りが残ってていやだった。バスルームも湿気の臭い。。。

駅から徒歩圏ないで宿泊の立地条件はベストでした。 また次名古屋にくるときも値段次第でここにしようと思います。
