The hotel is just above the train station. Very convenient. Day trips meeting point were also near or at the hotel. The room was big and spacious. The guest service agent (GSA) we met on the day we arrived was also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Elegant foyer to great you on arrival. Helpful and very professional staff. Even a standard room was spacious and well appointed. Cakes in the cafe are superb and excellent service. It was our second stay here and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Good location

Its a Marriott, what more is there to say?! Its pricey but you get what you paid for. The facilities were great and plentiful. The room was incredibly spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for and an INCREDIBLE city view of Nagoya. Extremely impressed! Staff were also super friendly, accomodating and helpful. The Sky Lounge bar is also a great place to unwind after a busy day with a delicious cocktail accompanied by mellow jazz music from various live performers. If you have the budget, definitely go for it.

The hotel room is spacious. The staff are friendly. And it’s conveniently located. It’s close to shopping, dining and the train station. However it’s noisy because of the bullet trains. Our room is on the 30th floor but we could hear the trains coming and going every few minutes. I will not stay here again. I prefer a quieter area.

Property old. Smelled of cigarettes and mildew.

This is an older hotel. The hotel was clean. We were on the club level. When we arrived at 6:30, there were only nuts. This area was very nice. This area would provide a Japanese breakfast, otherwise there was another location for western style breakfast. We went the next morning. It was extremely disappointing. It was like a cafeteria, you actually received trays to carry the food. Nothing appeared fresh. It was actually a waste of money to have club level. The room also smelled of mildew that I couldn’t rid the scent of. There was definitely a mold issue here. Thankfully it was 1 night. I wouldn’t recommend it for any longer stay. They also wouldn’t let me get points because I went through Expedia.

I will definitely stay here again and completely recommend this hotel.

Great place all around. Rooms are bigger than those we've found in other high end Japan hotels. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, breakfast buffet is excellent. Amazing number of restaurants nearby. Only drawback is the massive number of people coming through Nagoya station overwhelm the restaurants, with 30 or more people lining up outside all the places you'd like to go -- although the many less popular restaurants are not bad.

The receptionist and staff were very friendly. The room was quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. Even though we only stayed for a night, we were happy and recharged.

Super convenient location (connected to the train station). We stayed here because it was the location of pick up for our tour group and we were wanting easy and convenient. It was definitely both of those. The big extra bonus was everyone was super nice, the hotel was elegant, the rooms luxurious. Loved our stay here.

I wish the breakfast buffet was a bit better. Overall it's a good hotel.

Hotel is situated in central nagoya with Takashimaya and subway stations below. The area is very crowded so it is hard to find places to eat for lunch and dinner. The room is cleaned. However, our sleep is disturbed by guests staying on 26th floor who keep stomping the floor. A random japanese lady also trying to open our room door which is kind of scary. Other than that the 2 nights stay is somehow pleasant.

Location and room was excellent. But they charge 3300¥ per person per day if you want to use their pool and hot bath.

Super convenient to the JR Train Station. Easy to transfer to local train line to get to Ghibli Park.

Proximity to the

This is just right above the metro station and JR station. We arrived by 9pm weekday; there are still lots of choices of restaurants. That's impressed us. We paid extra fee for using pools, sauna, jacuzzi and something like onsen. We spent an hour or so to exercise and relax. The views from the room/ pool/ onsen are fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable.

Staff most courteous/friendly and speak sufficient English to be very helpful in all respects. Would definitely stay in Marriot Associa again when we next visit Nagoya. Please convey our heartfelt thanks to hotel and staff.

The hotel is very convenient because it is located within Nagoya station and is a real oasis from that crowded and noisy place. Everything seems new and in top condition. The breakfast is excellent and while expensive, it is worth the price. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the ambience at the hotel conveys a sense of ease and comfort.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel

Location is perfect. The dinings in 12, 13th floor in the same building are easily accessible. Meitesu department is just 1min walk away. Metro and train station is 2 min walk away. Fantastic!!!

First time staying here. We were in Nagoya visiting Ghibli Park, and staying at this hotel really made the entire trip a wonderful experience. Hotel itself is very nice, and the access to transportation is great. There are so many shopping areas near by, and also there are so many restaurants right below in the tower. Yes, the hotel sits on top of the shops and restaurants. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom and great view. Check out is noon, which allows the guests to be more relaxed. The location is close to Kintetsu Line. But, $$$, so, no wonder.

Very good location linked to nagoya station easy to connect subway or shinkansen. However we expect better service from a 5 star hotel. Cleanliness very good too.

The room service food was delicious and the view was spectacular. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud after a long day.

Great travel hub to see the areas south of Nagoya and come home and enjoy fantastic food options and shopping. The view is also beautiful. If you want to see Kyoto, Osaka, hemiji, Nara, this is a great hub to stay and enjoy luxury and convenience. This area reminds me of Tokyo without as much of the craziness. Happy with my stay and would recommend to others

I had stayed here before. It is very convenient to the train station being above the station. The breakfast is great. However, as a traveler speaking only English, we had a number of misunderstandings, one of which led to us getting charged for an extra breakfast. We'll deal with that after we return home.

I loved their services. All staff are excellent. I will definitely stay again when I visit Nagoya.

Very clean and American sized rooms. AC works and the reason why I point this out is a lot of the Japanese chains like ANA Crowne and Okura turn their AC off and rely on outside air during cold months. Makes sense until you get a room on the sun side and you get a warm day which has happened to me.

Beyond my expectation. I travel extensively and stayed at many different hotels. This by far is one of the best. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location can’t be beat. Simply a gem. Loved every minute.

住了數天，每天都有要求執房的，但坐厠使用後在內則明顯位置見到糞便漬黏附着幾天直到checkout當日仍在。
