The property is very well managed and the staff is very welcoming and lovely. The food and service was impeccable. The breakfast was consistently fantastic. The nightly shuttle was convenient. We will be back next year!

Spectacular place in every way

We cannot express enough how much we loved the Mykonos Grand - everything from the service to the food to the accommodations were nothing short of spectacular - if we are back in Mykonos, it will be at the grand

This property is amazing and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. All the staffs are extremely helpful and courteous. The house keeping staffs worked hard to keep our room clean and I think they cleaned our room 3 times a day including turn down services. They left special gifts on our nightstand every night. When we arrived, the hotel reception personnel gave us a welcome drink and walked thorough of the property. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and nice to serve us delicious breakfast. Will definitely love to return.

Besdides the beautiful location and pool area, the staff was the friendliest and most accommodating staff I have encountered at a hotel in a while. They truly were an example of how customer service should be. Wonderful stay. Hightly recommend

This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed in, and I’m an avid traveler who has been to several. My friend and I went for my birthday and I have to say - the reviews are true - the service is outstanding. Everyone here moves so quickly to accommodate you and make sure you are well taken care of, and don’t even get me started on the wide variety of amenities, the private beach, the food…the ocean view! We received complimentary champagne upon walking in and I got the sweetest handwritten note and bottle of wine (surprise) on my birthday! Bummer we meant to pack the bottle with us and never got to - but overall would definitely come back. Only thing I would say is that the prices for lunch and dinner are very expensive (but this is in Mykonos, that’s what you’d expect.) We also loved that it is far enough from the town to not hear the parties all night, but close enough to where you can get to town in 8-10 minutes by taxi/ car service the reception can call for you. If you’re visiting Mykonos I highly highly recommend this resort be top of your list it’s top rated for a reason!!

This is by far one of the best properties I visited. The staff is outstanding, very helpful with many good suggestions about the area, and they do all of these with a big smile. The rooms are great with beautiful view. The property is about 15 mins away from the shops and restaurants, but the hotel provides free hourly shuttles. The beach is also excellent, no need to visit the beach clubs in Mykonos. There is one restaurant at the property with excellent choices. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay at the Mykonos Grand

Another great stay at the Mykonos Grand. The hotel team continues to provide amazing service at a very high standard and with a great attitude. The property is very well maintained, rooms are very comfortable, pool, beach area are truly enjoyable, great service at the restaurants and spa, and the free round trip shuttle service to Mykonos town is a great perk as well. Most importantly, the team seems to truly enjoy what they do. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We carefully selected this hotel based on months of research. It did not disappoint with its charm, beauty, customer service and plentiful breakfast. The sea view room was beautiful and we enjoyed the private beach and the pool. We will be back when in Mykonos.

The pool area and restaurant are amazing, as are the private beach and views

The grounds and design of the property were immaculate and gorgeous. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and luxurious, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and ocean and far off islands. It was really magical.

Fantastic hotel, staff was beyond Amazing!! Everybody was super helpful and made our stay just perfect!!

We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip and this property is by far our favorite. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. If I had a hotel, this is the kind of staff I would like to hire. The property itself was clean and the staff adhered to all safety measures, we felt very comfortable staying here. Direct access to the beach was also an added benefit and great for the days we wanted to just lay back and relax.

Mykonos Grand is a true 5 star property! Your wish is their desire . It’s in a great location providing evening shuttles into Mykonos town. The rooms are spacious ( have elevators) Beautiful big pool and private beach area! Fine dining on site . Drinks are strong with extensive top shelf options and wine list Everything is clean and plenty of staff anywhere you turn. Never had a problem getting a spot at pool or beach. Can’t wait to return

I had a fantastic time at Mykonos Grand. Excellent staff, food and amenities. I could not ask for more. The view is spectacular and beach/pool better than Anax. I would definitely come back to Mykonos and stay in this hotel.

One of the best five star hotel I stayed the staff was amazing from the moment we got picked up from the port especially thanks to Vicky who took her time every morning to give us tips where to go and helping us book the top restaurants and beach clubs on the island

Best hotel we’ve stayed in!

We spent four nights at the Grand Mykonos for our honeymoon and it was by far the best start to the holiday and the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Being a 5* hotel you off course expect good service but the service you’ll receive here will by far exceed all your expectations as the staff really treat you as family. At the Mykonos Grand they really have thought about all the details that will make your stay memorable.

The pool was very cold and they put way to much salt in the water making it hard to swim. The room was not worth what I paid for. If I go back I will pick different hotel.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic friendly staff. Gorgeous pool and hotel with staff who are a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. Next time I'm in Mykonos I won't even bother looking at anywhere else!

Setting is beautiful and peaceful, staff could not be more friendly and helpful and close to Mykonos Town (with bonus of a free nightly shuttle) without being too close. Would have liked more enforced restrictions for gym use during COVID.

Fantastic resort, amazing service, food, views of the sunset. We've travelled the world and have to say that this resort, and the island of Mykonos, is right up there with the best places we've ever been to!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The resort is beautiful, clean really authentic but modern hotel, the pool is enormous and views are breathtaking. Set in a lovely bay away from Mykonos town. The hotel offers a free shuttle daily takes 15 mins, runs well and friendly driver. We only had breakfast every morning and did eat poolside once which was also very good. The hotel is expensive so does attract an older crowd and couples and some families. It is set in a cliff top so has lots of stairs and lifts to get around. Nice small beach and great to be next to Hippie Fish for some cocktails and alternative eating to the hotel.

Fabulous little beach with superb service sea front never a problem. The beach area could do with a bit of TLC but so peaceful and full of raw charm

A beautiful hotel overlooking a bay

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and all the staff couldn't have been more friendly without being obtrusive! Nothing was too much trouble for them. A beautiful hotel in an idyllic spot, with beautiful panoramic views.

A great stay

Stayed here for a week with my wife just to relax and get some early sunshine. The hotel facilities are fantastic, we enjoyed a massage over looking the sea which was great. The best feature of the hotel for me was the staff, they were all brilliant and way more natural than typical 5* resorts in my experience. To get around you can easily rent a car, bike or quad, all are pretty cheap really. The hotel put on a free bus into town in the evenings but a cab is only €8 if you want to travel at your own times. The hotel food is good, great for lunch, but very expensive for dinner compared to the better restaurants in town. Overall it's an awesome place to relax and be spoilt.

Five star luxury at a price

This hotel is very good. It has everything you would want from a beach holiday and is a very romantic place to be. The only problem is that it's rather expensive but if you can afford it you will get the best service.

Best of the best...

Though expensive, Mykonos Grand is truly grand in every respect, and the value received is totally worth it. The facilities are beautiful and immaculate, the service warm, professional and impeccable, the food outstanding. Ruth & I enjoyed ourselves completely. Absolutely 1st class all the way! I would recommend this property to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life, and enjoys being spolied by a highly trained and efficient staff.

Lovely resort away from Mykonos town

We had a lovely time staying at Mykonos Grand for three nights for the first leg of our honeymoon in Greece. The resort was very beautiful, had all the important facilities inhouse like the spa, pool and more than one restaurant, and staff were friendly and helpful. Though it was not located in Mykonos Town where most of the activity was, we actually preferred the peace and quiet, and the resort is really not far away at all. The breakfast spread was great, and we loved that they had a library. Would definitely recommend the resort to anyone.
