Don't know where to begin. No hot water, TV wouldn't turn on, WiFi was totally unusable, and when I checked in they downgraded my room and then didn't offer to fix it after I brought it to their attention. Finally, the key they gave me was nearly broken and it ended up breaking the rest of the way in the door and they charged me 1000baht for that. Do yourself a favor and find any other hotel. There's tons of options that are better in the same area for the same price. Won't ever go back here again.

Wouldn’t recommend

booked this hotel. When I got to reception they said they were fully booked. They sent me to one of the other hotels which was nearly 3 km away. which was too far away for me so didn’t end up staying there never got my money back.

I booked the hotel in advance and get confirmation. When we reach to hotel , there has no more room available and they said this confirmation is not come from them . In the mid night , they don’t take any responsibility to find another available hotel or rooms. We can’t do nothing at midnight

Horrible condition of rooms. We were given room where tv wasn't working, bathrooms were old and fridge was broken The photos on their page are deceiving and Photoshopped to name the place look better. Also they didn't give us the room which we booked from which looked modern and new but gave us old room where toilets were blocked. Tv not working. Fridge broken and furniture way too old which needed to be thrown in rubbish and stained. Linen. I have taken photos to show how the real room looked like. Will never book this hotel again. Would never stay here again.

New owners wanted cash not credit card unhelpfull till I said I was going somewhere else.

Terrible AC Took them 3 very hot nights to finally fex it we had to get so mad to get anthing done customer service was very rude we will not be back we had 4 rooms rented there

We like that it was convenient that's why we picked it the rooms are way smaller than they appear in photos are air conditioning did not work for 2 days and we thought with the owner to fix it moved us to a Room overnight and said don't shower don't touch anything just sleep here then they finally got someone in to fix our air conditioner and then it was better then we had an extra Room reserved and they kicked us out we could not stay there had to go to another hotel very poor service would not even speak with us about it we will not be back

We thought for them for 3 days to get air conditioning and they kept refusing and so we threaten to leave and they finally got air conditioning working we will not be back we had 4 people there everybody and had problem with air conditioning and refrigerator hardly noparking

air con barely worked have stayed there before in a reasonable room but i would not go back. it is a budget hotel in a good location but there are better around

Location Great, Service from owner not the best

Location great - easy walking to everything Don't book building be if you can't walk up several flights of stairs Make sure you get the room you paid for as we got charged extra thinking we booked wrong and then had to argue to get money back from owner. Other staff were lovely

Polite and pleasant staff... room clean and comfortable... good location, easy access to food, beach walking distance, walking distance to night attraction but not noisy.

Great location but very bad service

Great location and on the look for a nice place for future trips i came acrosse MyHotel. Checkin took very long, as my booking could not been traced but anyways. Rooms are nicely designed, yet worn off quite abit but price makes up for it. Aircon has not seen any servicing ever since ad drainage pipe probably clogged it seems but comfortable bed was fine enough. Yet the sevice staff at building b front desk (apart from super friendly cleaning lady) not up to any Thai standard. Unfriendly and extremly unhelpful, probably soaked in too much water during songran which for me makes it not a place i will ever return, as especially the Thai friendliness makes me hopping over often from neighnouring Singapore. Highly unrecommended.

My Hotel Review

The hotel is very basic and needs a bit of attention. Wifi was not working for duration of my stay. Bed was comfy but linen was old AC was good and hot water was good.

Worst ever hotel!

I arrived late night and was told that elevator is out of order. Later I found it was dirty because someone sicked in it! This is not first time I stayed here but never worst like this time. I booked Grand room which was supposed to be nice because it is new and spacious. However the room is tiny and facility ran down: the curtain was falled down and despite I told front desk several times, nobody fix it. The sink is also leaking. Housekeeping does not change bed linen despite it marked dirty. I found out the staff smile but it was from their head instead of heart so it is “fake”.

Great place and location. The hotel looks new and the rooms are spacious. A perfect place to be at.

I enjoyed my hotel it's a nice hotel and the restaurant downstairs is very good recommend the food what I don't recommend is the bar down the street overall very nice place to stay will be going back there soon

Terrible service, no value

The wifi wasn't working. Everytime my room was cleaned my door was left unlocked. No toiletries. But the customer service was the worst. No one cared when I asked about my door and pretty much waved me away. Not worth the money. More 1 star than 3 star.

Hotel was not as represented

Hoptel facility and room small, oudated, and very rough around the edges. Five floors, no elevator. Never checked in.

Great place, highly recommend it.

We were there for a competition, so did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, but the little we did was pleasant. We arrived very late, but check in was smooth and efficient, rooms were great, the breakfast was top quality and well priced. We were in Phuket to compete in the Phuket Surf Life Saving Competition, representing Zambales Philippines, we hope to be back again next year and will definitely book the same hotel. A little humor, at immigration when arriving, "which hotel you stay", My Hotel, "yes is your hotel but what is the name" My Hotel, and around it went again, same with the Van driver.

Ten minutes to beach. Room was very nice. Quiet area. Girl who checked me in was amazing. Less impressed with the one who checked me out, I can understand waiting so they can check the room but she didn't give me back the full deposit because she didn't have the correct change.

convenient location for Patong

Generally the hotel is adequate for the area. I have noticed in general though that the level of hospitality and professionalism has gone down in Thailand and that includes this hotel. This hotel is overall ok and will satisfy most travelers who are not too picky, but I got put off by the huge roaches hanging around one day by the elevator, they are not afraid of humans and they will even charge towards you. I was disappointed by the restaurant next to the hotel, the overall level of service has deteriorated and the Thais seem to have a confrontational attitude now towards tourists.

Stayed in the Suite room. Loacated in building with the elevator. No plug for bathroom basin. Reported to reception, but never repaired. No hot water from tap. Incosistent temperature in shower. Tv just for decoration, no channels whatsoever (not there to watch tv anyhow). Despite the negatives we did enjoy our stay. And would not have a problem staying there again. Clean, Good Air Con, Good central location. Not too much noise. Decent, pleasant little hotel. Thanks

Budget

Had to move around first due to a broken air conditioner (which is an essential thing in Thailand), then due to double booking. Budget is the keyword.

Bad air cond

Our air-cond not function. Auto cut off every 1 hour. There no lift for 5 stores hotel. Our room at level 4 and 5. This hotel not look like 3 strars. No swing pool. But good location near by shopping area, beach.

It is hard to find something to complain about

Very central, very nice and helpfull staff. Spend an entire mouth there, in what I think is there smallest room. With no view, no balcony, but everything I needed was there. Can only recommend, if you want to fairly cheap in the middle of Patong!

Room Modern Deluxe B The room with a balcony is fine. However, some of the furniture is damaged and there is no wardrobe. Clothes must be left on the tables and armchairs. I would book the room again.

Kan rekommendera de större rummen ifall ni stannar som par. Bra Wi-Fi, hade problem med varm vatten några gånger. Ligger på en liten sidogata så det är tyst om nätterna. Gångavstånd till banglaroad.

Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse . Von hier aus ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Beach , im Shoppingcenter Jungceylon , in der Unterhaltungsmeile Bangla Road oder dem Gay Viertel . Also für jeden ist etwas dabei , was schnell zu erreichen ist . Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig , die Bäder sehr groß . Allerdings sind Teile des Mobiliars in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal ausgetauscht werden . Alles in allem aber ein empfehlenswertes Haus .

Kein Stern wert

Zimmer stimmen nicht mit den Bildern überein. Personal sehr unfreundlich , zumindest beim Einchecken bereits. Da wir uns sofort nach einem anderen Hotel bemüht haben, sind wir bereits am nächsten Tag wieder ausgeheckt. Zimmer, wie auch Bett waren dreckig, im Badezimmer waren einige Schimmelstellen zu finden. Diese Unterkunft verdient keinen einzigen Stern und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

J ai séjourné dans cet hôtel la 1ère fois, il y a 8 ans, puis y suis retournée régulièrement. Malheureusement, j ai dû constater qu aucun entretien n est fait.
