Lovely stay here, our room was spacious andwell laid out with everything we needed, absolutely epic views from the 16th floor. Fixtures and fittings of the hotel were clean, modern and very pretty too. The service from the staff was exemplary, very polite and friendly; best we have had whilst being in Vietnam. Room service prompt and food cooked fresh with very tasty dishes and an excellent selection at breakfast. Would absolutely recommend and would return.

Overrated

Room 1813 was damp and musty and despite 2 complaints no offer to change room or any discount. Fabric of hotel is dated and in need of upgrade. Good location for most things to do in Da Nang

The hotel is very nice can’t complain about it. The only thing Im disappointed is during breakfast. My husband grab a table. We went to get our foods and came back. A worker walking around cleaning the table. I told her my husband got the table but wasnt clean and I ask her to clean my table. She didnt say anything and walk away. I thought she’s going to come back with the spray to clean my table but never came back. I’m vietnamese and I speak the same language as hers.

The room was dusty and musty, not much of amenities provided in the room. I got charged two beers from mini bar that I didn't consumed event though I explained. I had the worse experience at the spa where the therapist obviously not fully trained and inexperienced, wearing skimpy red outfit climbed on the message bed and nearly burn my back with the hot stones. I left the spa after less than 10 minutes out of the 90 minutes session that i paid.

Newer building near Han river. Liked my room with beautiful river view. Cleaning staffs can do a better job as I still see some construction particles and masks in my room. Complementary breakfast food items, especially western items, have average quality. Otherwise, I really like the hotel and Da Nang city.

Don’t know why this hotel need to keep the guest passport which are personal issued items. Based on legal view they are not allow to keep it. Other than that is a pleasant hotel to stay.

Receptionist is not polite and friendly to customers. Room service is not friendly and the room is not clean, spider web on ceiling and room is not match online booking. Overall very disappointed stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel and is easy to spot.

The staff were all wonderful and the rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options and the wait staff were personable. As soon as you walk outside, there is a person to open the door and call a taxi for you if you need one. We didn't use the services, but you need to be clear you don't want a taxi. The massage services in the hotel are not something we would recommend. The rooms were a bit too dark and sketchy. We went there for a body massage and it was strange, as the staff stood there to watch us undress and get dressed. We relunctantly returned for a foot massage and they requested that we took off all our clothes (???). We did not, and it was ok. Would not recommend the massage services. The sky bar is nice and on the ground floor they have great drinks and smoothies.

We booked a deluxe room with partial sea view. Which was true to its description. The sea view was very partial, but non the less the view over Da Nang was lovely. The room was pretty much what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel, well laid out, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not so good, but catering for multiple nationalities will always cause these issues. We preferred to have Pho Bo which can be found just around the corner, as can the lovely Fat Fish bar / restaurant. This hotel in particular is VERY popular with Chinese tourists, which can cause some issues if you prefer a lie in. So, the big question is, would I pay full price for this hotel? No. Would I stay there again if the price was right? Probably maybe......

when I eas checking out, the fron desk clerks said that I drank a big bottle of water and they are going to charge for that. But there was no big bottle of water when I first checked in and enterd the room. I was explained that I went to market and bought the big bottle of water or myself with some fruits and there was no big bottle of water that you provided for me. They did not trust me and checked with the housekeeping and finally went up the room with me. Although I explained that again, they never said sorry to me. I felt so bad. A big bottle of water was not even on the list that shows how many bottle of cokes and sprites and beers and 500ml of water in the refrigerator. I felt bad because they must know what kinds of beverage they provide for the guests but keep doubting me. Also hotel location is isolated and nowhere to go by walk. Surroundings are very messy. If you want to just stay in the room is OK. Foods were good.

Not a 4 star. At best 2.5 star

Very disappointing experience. We had three days staying in a below par hotel. The restaurant was dirty, I slipped on the floor in the elevator because there was soup / food all over it, we had to ask for the room to be serviced at 3:00pm and were given clean towels. It was impossible to get service from Receptipn due to the English / Vietnamese language barrier. Laundry which we left at 6:00am arrived after two calls to reception when we were in bed asleep at 9:30pm. A very bad experience.

Needs Improving

arrived at 1am only to be told i dont have a booking because i cancelled. i did no such thing. they wanted me to pay over 3mill vnd. next morning i was told they found my booking. spent over 30min trying to get key for room after being up for over 24hrs straight. at breakfast i was told i had wrong voucher. the date on the voucher was indeed wrong but not by my doing. front reception staff handed it to me. definitely not a hotel worthy of its star rating

Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel

Arrived at 6.30pm. Security and Concierge staff standing outside smoking didnt offer to help us out of taxi. check in went smoothly. No one offered to escort us to our room or take bags to room. Arrived in room lights were off and no aircon on. room was stinking hot. Room decor was ok but appeared dated. Paint on floor around edges where wall painting had occurred. curtains behind tv were too big and jammed behind the desk to try and hide. We were on 21st floor. view great. Breakfast: restaurant requires a thought clean. Dead flies everywhere mainly along the window ledges. Hot food was already cold at 6.30am. No heat lamps to keep hot. selection is ok. Pastry selection and bread on offer was poor. I know this is petty but only juice available was Peach and Watermelon. i would expect to see at least Orange Juice. 4 Star Hotel? based on service and condition of restaurant no more than 2 star.

Bed bug bites

The room is really nice and big on the top floor. Good view. The only thing that is really bad is that I have gotten many many bed bug bites all over my leg and feet. I asked to clean the bed and switched sheets but the next day I still got more bug bites. I think it's the room that I stayed in (room 1920) that might be home to the bugs and maybe infected the whole room.

Excellent hotel great service. I stayed at this hotel two times. On my second visit the upgraded me to a bigger room for free. There were not many Westerners at the hotel it was primarily Vietnamese

Location is a convenient. Airport, down town etc.

Room charge is an appropriate. They don't know how to make cleanliness, they don't use vacuum cleaner. Hotel front should be concerned about more sincerity. Hope the hotel has more tour informations. Breakfast buffet menu should be diversified in each week.

Unclean with non maintained amenities. Majority of staff did not want to recognise Westerners nor could they speak basic English.

3 star hotel. Staff is not knowledgable

Air conditioning is crappy. Paid for an executive suite and it extremely hot and the room would not cool down. They would not switch rooms for me nor compinsate for it. Wifi always was terrible and would not connect . Check in was slow, and breakfast food was terrible. I've stayed at plenty of 3 star hotels and this once couldn't even compete.

To Avoid at All Cost

This is the one to avoid at all cost. We arrived at midnight after a long flight having booked through Hotels.com, the check-in staff (i believe the name is Anh) refused to check us in. He told us since we had booked through Hotels.com late the booking did not show up on his system even after i showed him the email confirmation. He even made me call Hotels.com on my own phone. Keep in mind this is midnight and international call. Imagine if I did not have roaming service. We finally got our rooms after almost an hour. As soon as I got to the room I got a call from him again asking me to send the confirmation booking email to him via email. Wow! I thought check-in was bad. I was wrong again. At check-out they made us wait for about 15 minutes to inspect the rooms. One of our rooms was missing a drinking glass and the other was missing a TV remote. They made us pay for those. I insisted that we did not even use it. They kept pressuring us to pay. After about 10 more minutes, they got a call and the staff turned to me saying they had found the remote. No apology. I have stayed many hotels in Da Nang but this one definitely is the worst of the worst. I forgot one more important thing: the air conditioning is kind of hit and miss. 2 of our rooms were not working properly and the other one was working well.

Hotel was good. Would come back again. Good location in the city.

Bed Bugs

I spent 14 days at this hotel. Buffet is good. The bedsheet is clean cause they come to change it everyday but the only problem i have is there was alot of bed bugs crawling on me. And these bugs you cannot see cause its really tiny. And even though you clean the sheet. It doesnt really matter cause these bugs live in the bed and under the bed and it comes out to attack you. I have literally a dozen bite alll over my body. I spray the mosquitoe spray all over my body and sheets everyday but every single day i feel like something is crawling on me. The spray does not prevent bed bugs. Just fyi. These bugs cannot be cureable. In vietnamese these bugs are call con rep. I dont know how to describe in english. Please pay a little more extra and live at a clean and quality hotel. If u stay at this hotel. U will defineatly feel it.

Billy hotel via Expedia. Check in was quick. LObby very nice but room is somewhat dirty w stains on carpet. Also rollerblind covering window from room to bathroom also has stain and mold. My room smell. I flew out early and did not experience the breakfast.

Luxury hotel near downtown/beach

This hotel is fantastic. Everything is modern and nice. The staff was good, and I really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Breakfast was incredible, offering a huge variety and high quality. I really enjoyed the location, as I could get to the beach and the business district easily by walking.I would stay here again!

Great hotel, solely Asian guests, city view great

This is a hotel for Asian guests. We were the only Westerners. However, if this is ok with you, it's a great hotel. We booked a Premium room with city view for a very reasonable price (maybe because it was monsoon season!) We were stunned to be shown to a huge suite, with kitchenette, lounge, study, bedroom and a massive bathroom with a small jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was good, with Western foods. The indoor pool was large with loungers but a little cold. We had hot stone massages in the spa. Mine was very hot.. My boyfriend's very painful! We had an amazing night time view over the river. Well worth spending more. It made Da Nang look almost pretty! It's a 15 min walk to the city side.

Great comfort

The room we book suppose to have a bath tub but we still keep the room as the view was fantastic. The view would be much clearer if the window panel wipe and clean during house keeping. Many fingers prints .... Dont try the hotel spa, there are not experience and only provide special service. Waste of money.

4 star hotel not clean no management no service

it is 2 star hotel no tmore.ok for locals but not for tourist (western).We we got not clean room at check in ,change the room als not clean (bed not change sheet) floor not clean , change again, gave smoker room........................im100% non smoker and i bookt non smoking room.Finaly i we got 1 room (also not so clean but we allready paid with hotel.com. Breakfast with smoking poeple. Go to Novotel 100% clean.

Lack lustre experience..

After just having spent 21 hours flying, it was dissapointing to be greeted in an extremely noisy lobby area. Concierge staff were not proficient in English. The breakfast buffet also did not have a range of cuisines- was largely Asian food. Hotel did not seem to cater for Western travellers.

nice comfortable hotel

arrived late from airport (100,000 dong by taxi), checked in quickly and efficiently and managed to get a meal at 21.30 which was a real surprise. the food was good too. room was nice but needed attention (security lock broken, wall covering peeling under window) wifi worked well, a/c reasonably efficient. fridge good, tea and coffee facilities good. corridors not a/c so very hot. great experience in the late evening - they have a piano in the lobby/bar area and there was a concert pianist as a guest who entertained for over an hour!. finally taxi to train station about 70,000 dong

Quiet and well priced

We stopped in Da Nang for only one night to see a few of the local sites before progressing to Hoi An. had booked from reviews etc. Locality is on the southern side of the river that splits the town so a good walk or taxi to beaches, town precinct etc however we walk a lot so not an issue. Hotel is relatively modern in appearance and full featured. Upon checking in, we were told we had been upgraded and ended up in a very nice suite room. (thanks Muong Thanh Da Nang Hotel). We walked from the hotel, across the dragon Bridge, to the city precinct and river board walks, then back. had dinner at the hotel as we had walked a fair number of K's and didn't feel like heading out again. Dinner was an experience, with no other guests in the restaurant (mainly we were eating late) so we had 4 then 6 staff looking after us. One spoke English OK the others not so much, but we were able to order and enjoy a great meal with excellent service.

Nice Hotel

It was a very nice hotel in downtown. Would have been better if it was closer to the beach, but was only a 10 min cab ride away so not too bad. The spa services were amazing and decently priced as well. The rooms were very clean, but seemed to have some water damage inside, which is odd for a hotel that is only a year old. Other than the water damage I had no complaints.

Leakage problem, but overall nice hotel

There were a Seward leakage in the garage while I was there and it was not contained. However, the deluxe room 2301 I stayed in was nice and the view was amazing.

Perfect for the price

I managed to get a suite at this place for about £20 / night. I felt like an absolute king having never stayed in anything quite as nice as this. The swimming pool was always free of people so no excuse not to get a bit of exercise done. The spa and massage service was also great. Very clean, very large rooms with bath, sauna and steam. Breakfast a bit noisy for me but I'm always grumpy in the morning. Good range of food but you have to get up early to get the best bits. Hotel bars on the 1st and 26th floor are very average but if you just want a simple drink before bed, then fine. Only gripe would be the lack of security around the baby grand piano in the lobby :) it tends to attract middle aged Beethoven wanna be's who have had a few too many Bière La rue. Not pleasant. All in all, great! I'll be back next year but with a scooter so I can get around easier.

Arrived early am and was greeted to an upgraded room from wonderful personnel. room was clean and comfortable along with great views and a good breakfast in the am. walked out to the lobby when departing and the staff took care of our transportation to hoi an. highly recommend

Be careful what you bargain for...

Whilst it looked like a bargain for a 4 star hotel, the hotel is pretty run down and below average in some of its offerings. Breakfast was nauseating, we ate there twice and then threw away the vouchers for the next 3 days. The rooms reeked of cigarettes and the seals around the shower were gone so the whole bathroom flooded. Room service was awful. The spa on level 3 is a front for a brothel. On a positive its a reasonably quick walk to the downtown/riverside area but a long way from the beach. Use it only as a stopover hotel.

Great hotel & staff

I spent five nights in this new hotel exploring Da Nang and taking a break from 4 months of travel. It was monsoon season with rain everyday so I spent more time in the hotel than expected. Everything is first class and the general manager, who previously was a Professor of Hotel Management, brought his best students with him. The Hotel is brand new the neighborhood is changing. A Recent area addition is the Dragon Bridge

New Hotel - bad experience

The Expedia rate was excellent, however it would appear the property was rushed to be completed. There was a sewer odour at the main entrance which for some inexplicable reason prompted staff to leave the door open allowing the repugnant stench into the lobby. On entering the room there was a very strong damp smell, confirmed by the moisture on one's feet to be wet carpet. The door when fully closed caused the buzzer to continuously beep caused by an electrical fault. Three times maintenance were called to fix the problem to no avail. The airconditioning was fine if you stood in the entrance to the room as that duct worked, however the one supposedly directing air into the room itself refused to work despite two attempts by staff to rectify. There is a window in the shower with a blind, which when closed for privacy received the full force of water and did not appear to be particularly water proof. Also there was no soap tray in the shower. Finally on check out, when my Amex card was presented for payment I was told they do not accept that card. I asked why I hadn't been told on check in or why a sign to that affect was not displayed - management was blamed. Interesting to know what would have happened if I didn't possess another credit card. The question that also remained unresolved was if management doesn't like the merchant fees charged by Amex why like most hotels I've stayed in did they not impose a surcharge?

ultra modern hotel

got upgraded to a premium deluxe which was fabulous. This is a very new hotel and the room reflected this. Luxury fittings with a view over the river and city which was tremendous. Hotel is over the river from centre of town but less than 5 mins by cab at cost of £1. It is right side of river for marble mountains. We visited by cab and it was 160,000 dong each way. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Only slight issue was no fruit juice, everything else very good. Staff at egg station were terrific and made sure they knew what you wanted and delivered. In fact the staff overall could not do enough for you. We fixed a pick up from the train station and the 2 staff who met us could not have been more attentive. That carried on through our stay. Every member of staff had a smile and was extremely helpful

When I had check-in they couldn’t find my name so I was lembarrassed. And I asked some information about the event in the hotel, staffs didn’t know about that. And air-conditioner was very weak 😭 but I was satisfied with clean room and price. location was not that perfect, I was good because of grab taxi, bike.

AC wasn't working properly though they tried to fix it. The AC was making noisy and it was really warm in the room I was sweating in the room. I didn't sleep well for my stay. very bad experience. will not go back again.

仕事には便利で快適なホテルです。 ただ残念なことは、マナー意識のない国の人が多く利用するようで、 朝食時のレストランは戦場のようでした。 これが原因で、次回の利用は考えてしまいます。

また泊まりたくない

２月に一泊しました。立派な建物ですがかなり古い感じです。またお湯が出ない。そのため、パスも使えない。次はパスしたいホテルでした。

개인적으로 예약을 하고 가거나 여정에 변경 가능성이 있으면 비추입니다.

여행 여정 변경이 있어서 이메일로 4일 숙박에서 2일 숙박으로 변경요청을 했고 변경 되었음을 확인했는데 결론적으로는 4일 숙박 비용을 지불했습니다. 사이트에서 처음 결제 한게 4일이어서 reception desk에서는 결제 취소나 재 결제는 불가능하다는 입장이었습니다. 여행사의 패키지 상품이 아닌 개인적으로 숙박을 하게 된다면 비추입니다. 청소에 관해서는 다른 곳은 정리 되어 있었으나 의자 밑에 있던 빈 패트 병이 계속 있었습니다.

街の中心からはちょっと離れているので、静かです。 12時半ごろに着きましたが、13時半までチェックインはできませんでした。ただ、レストランがあるので、その待ち時間に食事ができます。100,000VNDも払えば、そこそこ食べられると思います。 朝食のバイキングはアジアンフードが中心で、なぜか80年代のJ-POPがBGMに使われていました。日本人や韓国人の団体客がたくさんいて、欧米からの滞在客は少ないように見えました。 だけど、スタッフが日本語を話すかはわかりません。

전반적 양호, 객실냄새 제거 필요!

베트남 첫 호텔이었어요. 넓은객실과 친절함은 만족, 하지만 끕끕한 냄새가나요. 나무바닥이고 욕조도 있고 객실 전반적으론 만족하나 조식이 부실하고 하루는 좋지만 이틀이상은 싫을거 같군요.

최악의 호텔..룸에 들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새에..에어컨 틀었더니 곰팡이 냄새에 먼지에 목이 아프고.. 화장실 샤워커텐에도 곰팡이가 있더라구요..룸에 오래 있을 수 없어 호텔에 나오니 정문에 바퀴벨레를 잡아서 버린 시체들이 몇 십마리더군요..ㅠㅠ 절대로 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔이에요..잠깐이라도 있고 싶지 않은 호텔이었어요

잠시 외출하고 들어왔는데.. 먹을려고 사다둔 반미에.. 바퀴벌래가 우르르... 리셉션에 항의해도 뭐 별다른 조취도 없네요.. 그냥 체크아웃 해버렸네요..

very good location

住的是雙人房，被安排在17樓，景觀很開陽，房間很大很乾淨，早餐選擇不差，有個室內泳池不過有點小，而且晚上7點就關閉，帶點早，員工很有禮貌
