Great minders hotel

Very cute modern hotel. Small with no fridge or drawers or closet but we travel light do it works. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet you pay for as you go but not bad about $12.50 a person USD per day which is cheap considering food in Copenhagen. Have to take public transport or taxi and nothing is really walking distance but the trains are pretty easy.

The employees were nice and welcoming. The room was small but functional. Housekeeping would clean the room but didnt remove the garbage.

Such a clean and convenient hotel. Really good hotel for a short stay. So clean, bathroom was impeccable. There are plenty of restaurant around so we didn’t get breakfast, but available if you pay extra. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Transport so easy, buses and metro. Buy your tickets inside the metro, and bus tickets in a 7 eleven, or download the Dot app. Will definitely come back

Staff was great, room was clean. TV kept turning off, but other than that, the overall experience was the best.

The staff at the Moxy were extremely welcoming. The bed was comfortable. Hotel is in walking distance of train station which made it easy to get to Central Station. We rented the bikes that were available and rode around Copenhagen like a local.

What amazing staff! They made the whole experience a lot of fun. The rooms were nice, very clean. Would recommend it. If you need in-room services (bar fridge, room service etc) you might need to look elsewhere.

The Moxy Hotel is a fantastic choice to stay in Copenhagen. A little far from the city center on foot but easily reachable by the public transportation. Bus and train stations are just a few minutes away. It has a friendly atmosphere and cleanliness is outstanding. It offers daily free coffee or tea, and they are of good quality. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Hussain was a great host and he provided very helpful and practical travel tips. John was very welcoming and made great coffee. It has limited but good restaurants around, on a walking distance. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great city break hotel for anyone aged 0-100

Fantastic staff. Friendly & super helpful. Great location for central Copenhagen. Great for family’s who want to stay somewhere with a different relaxed hotel experience. No negatives to mention & would be my number one choice when returning to visit Denmark.

Very unique property that is trying to attract partying 20 somethings. Decor is a bit of a turn-off for us older travellers. Beds comfortable, shower nice, staff great. Breakfast was ok. Very accommodating for gluten free and vegetarian. A little expensive for budget hotel.

Great hotel and the staff was wonderful. If you’re looking for a quick stay and need to be near the airport though, it’s still about 30 mins by train

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at The Moxy and the staff was very friendly as well as helpful. The proximity to public transit was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced.

Easy to locate/see and access

I loved the staff very sweet. The conference that was in town did seem to take a priority. All of our rooms were adjusted from our original booked accommodations to ensure that the group was good. This left us with some of our guest having to use a roll away bed and pay additional to get them when we booked a room with 2 beds. It was a very frustrating experience. We were told by staff that we got adjusted due to the conference and that no hotels in the area would be available and this is was our only choice. Our TVs did not work they also told us that it has been a long time they have not worked. Just not what we expected from a Marriott brand. We choose this brand because we are from America. It dampened our first impression of the country!

Very happy with this hotel. Clean and new room, very friendly and helpful staff. Not the most central but convenient transport (metro station 2 mins walk away then 5 mins on the train into the centre). Also highly recommend Wild Horses cafe over the road for specialty coffee.

Initially a bit taken aback by the sparseness of our room, we found it comfortable and easy to stay at the Moxy

Fun & Quirky hotel.

Staff were great. Loved the quirkiness of the lobby/bar area. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Room comfortable and minimalistic. Convenient for the train station and only two stops into city center. Not many eating places close by, eat in the city before returning to hotel.

Great decor.

Pricy for the Moxy and parking was pricy but it’s Denmark. Paid twice as much as Moxy in Germany. Hotel was great super clean and quiet. Breakfast was very basic not a real breakfast if you’re hungry.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. It was only a 10 min drive from the airport with no traffic. We got a family suite for 2 adults and 2 small kids and it was plenty of room for a hotel. We were quite surprised and really comfortable. The pull out couch was in a separated area of the room. The room was very clean. The air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was satisfactory. There are a couple of grocery stores 5 mins walking distance. Gas station directly behind with quick bites to grab. Train station to get to the city was maybe 5 min walk. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Very easy check-in.

Great for business

Absolutely pleasant and very convenient for a business trip. We'll be back! Reception team were very helpful and the place is modern, quiet and clean.

Pleasant single night stay

A nice addition to the hotel scene in Copenhagen. Young, friendly people on staff and efficient checkin and - out. Linited parking but an Easy-park facility is a two-three minute walk away. Good breafast in good surroundings.

Small haven in central Copenhagen

The Moxy hotel is a little haven that's still centrally located in Copenhagen. The reception staff were knowledgable, kind, and sincerely cared for our welfare. I've never seen such a happy bunch of people working behind a counter. The rooms are small but will do if you're not spending the whole day inside anyway. The interiors are a bit of a party, but nothing distasteful. I would come back here again and again.

Vi boede i et familieværelse, 3 voksne. Værelset var rent og pænt, lækkert at det var delt op i 2 sektioner med hver deres tv. Sovesofaen var dog ikke særlig comfortabel til en voksen, man kunne mærke stålstænger gennem madrassen. Sikkert fin til mindre børn, men til en voksen duer det ikke. Placering af hotellet var fin i forhold til vores formål med rejsen

Good Stay for Business

The Moxy is a decent hotel, would stay again for sure on a business trip. The service is great; be aware the restaurant of an evening offers a decent but limited menu.

Moxy is a good place to stay. The room was spacious and had everything which was required. A special mention to the hotel staff who were very cooperative and understanding. The hotel is close to the station and easily commutable. Overall a good experience

Very good stay at a pretty cool hotel. Service was very good and checking in didn't take more than 1-2 minutes. Same with checkout. Cleanliness of the room was good and the atmosphere at the bar was great.

This is a very stylish hotel and I loved the vibe and the "crew," as they call their employees. I stayed 10 days in October. I would have appreciated a place to unpack my clothes: there are four hangers on knobs from the wall but no closet and no drawers. So if you don't like living out of a suitcase that may be a consideration. Also, just be aware that the "toiletries" they advertise are body wash that doubles as shampoo (which I found a bit harsh for sensitive skin), and hair conditioner. I appreciate that the large containers are eco-friendly. You won't find body lotion, though, so come prepared. The breakfast is expensive: 125dk (about $18 at the time of my visit)! I was there on a family emergency so I succumbed, but otherwise I would get something from a store for much less money. The breakfast is really good, but not worth THAT much! I loved the gym. It's small but I was always in there alone so that was nice. Fantastic wifi. Nice places to work on the 0 floor. In short, as long as you know what you're getting this is a fantastic place to stay.

We had a great time. The staff members are amazing and friendly, they helped us with everything we needed. They even gave us half bottle of cava because of our honey moon. The lobby was very nice decorated. The room was tiny but it had everything we needed. We definitely will come back.

Whilst the property is in Copenhagen, it is a little way to get to the center of the city, however, 10 minute walk to the train station then 4 stops right in the city center. Parking is available reason for choosing this hotel, facilities are new and modern very comfortable facitilities

In the middle of my stay i had a leak on the ceeling from the airconditjoning which was terrible and I had to move to another room. Everything else was good.

WAOO - the hotel is funky and has a mix of antique stuff & new Hypee stuff around. Excellent staff and very warm . have a great kids play area + a gaming corner where you can chill on the bean bags and play mario. Rooms are nice although a little bigger would have been great. Location is great - walking distance from Metro station

Stylish modern interiors in this new hotel. Good bathroom lighting, nice bathroom products. Most importantly comfy bed and pillows and of course good fast internet.

Nice hotel, good location, very modern and nicely decorated. Next to Sydhavnen Station where you can get a direct train to the centre of Copenhagen every few minutes.

Very friendly, great location but lacks amenities, and carpet hallways are difficult to maneuver with 4 wheel bags. No atm or currency exchange. Continental breakfast was too basic for the cost. It was also not filled when we went. Would stay again for the price though.

The TV and washroom are very nice. Would recommend others to come.

What a great hotel, eye to detail in the rooms, sensor lights round the bed, electricity sockets close location to mirror for hair drying. Entertaining facilities in main reception areas were great, staff were great and very obliging

Moxy Hotel Copenhagen

The hotel is very clean, room was lovely, although it would have been nice to have coffee/tea in the room. Staff helpful. The hotel is a bit away from the Centre, however there is a train that runs every few minutes which takes you to the centre. Breakfast was ok, there was plenty to choose from.

Before we arrived I called ahead to ask for the best directions from the train station. Right away they helped us get there but also made me aware that they were temporarily overbooked. When we arrived they told us to just make ourselves comfortable and kept us updated on the room situation and stayed with us until they found us a place. Honestly the kindest, best service I think I’ve ever gotten from a hotel. Gave us drinks and food while we waited and allowed us to just crash in the lobby while we waited. Once we were finally able to get us all checked in they took GREAT care of us for the rest of the time we were there! Highly HIGHLY recommend!
