Nice place but wasn’t very clean

Dirty, filthy place. I’d rather sleep in the streets and save 135$

very good hotel

Comfortable bed

It was about what I expected for a 2 star hotel stay. The facility itself shows its age, but the rooms are kept clean and the amenities are fine.

Pretty good hotel I didn’t have any issues. I loved it, I just hope they do a more deep clean next time I come visit.

Quiet and have table and chairs outside the building.

This is a tired property. Wall paper coming off the walls, taps that need repairs, old furniture, broken stairs, and security door that doesn't work. I will never stay there again.

Toilet flush not working properly, bathroom door could not be closed without force. People smoking in their rooms meant to be non smoking. Corridor and other internal common area smelled somewhat

Staff are not hospitable or accommodating for check out times and rude reception when you contact front desk regarding your reservation or possibility of extending your stay at their location. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful Best to reserve through Expedia have as little to do with front desk staff unfortunately.

The Staff woman was rude because we "overstayed" when i have proof it said 11:30 when i told her i wasnt informed of it being 11 the check out she rudely gave attitude said its on the paper you signed to which the woman of check in said its just to confirm the information given which was a deposit on the room & the fact i didnt have a car. The bathroom gets blocked with nothing in it. And we were constantly woken up by people banging the exit door (our room was next to it) But the room is cute and its next to a dep which is very convenient

Horrible night stay. To much dirty ,smoke smells and horror insect in rooms.

This place is clearly a motel where one would expect to use when needing a place for a couple of hours if you know what i mean. the grounds of the property are not maintained and it's clear they have not cut the grass for a few months. It's a run down property and for the price you would be better off going somewhere else. While there, i was always afraid of seeing bed bug and the likes. I would never stay there again and wish i knew before hand what the place was.

Property was quite which was nice and beda were really comfy! It is not on the water like the photos appear. You have to walk through what feels like is peoples yards to get to the water. A few little things in the room could of been fixed... loose door hinges, burnt out light bulb etc. But for the price it wasnt terrible.

Had all the necessities, wifi, tub, shower, microwave, fridge. Everything for a decent stay. Not at all up to date, relatively clean, grounds were unkept, but that didn't affect our stay. Decent price for what you get.

Nice small hotel. Very clean rooms and comfy bed -great housekeeping, kind and friendly Reception. Stayed late for us, as we arrived late in the night. Hall carpets could use some updating, but loved our stay. Will return for sure and we recommend. Reasonable rates and exceptionally clean comfy rooms.

Smells drug

This property was the worst we have ever stated at. We asked for ground floor but still had stairs to climb. my mother has mobility issues and had to climb stairs with her cane and a rug that was loose on the stairs. There was no security entrance, no interior latch on our door, part of the curtain rod was hanging and the lamp shade was falling apart. I think we should get a refund!!! I have pictures to back up my concerns!!

Old and run down

Stay away from there. Dirty, smelly and poorly kept.

Simple comfy room, clean and comfortable. Double bed room was a good size. Had a fridge, microwave and television which were convenient to have. Chairs in room show significant wear and need to be replaced. Container to put ice in was dirty and had a funky smell, should be sterilized after each room rental. Great location for my purposes as the venue I was attending was within 5 minutes drive.

Paint/wallpaper bubbling. Couch literally broken in half

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Walked in and it immediately smelled like cigarettes and urine, stairs to the second floor were broken. The air conditioner in the room didn't work, hole in the wall, stains on the walls and baseboard, bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling, hair and who knows what on the bathroom floor and room carpet. Went to check out and get a refund, the guy was extremely rude, started yelling at us about sitting on the bed and using a towel to wash our hands after we used the bathroom before we started seeing every nasty thing. Everything about this place is foul!

It was affordable compared to other properties. Price paid for weekend of grand prix was ridiculous. Definitely would not return to the hotel.

Seriously run down and dated. Wallpaper peeling. Broken bed fixed with a few pieces of scrap lumber. Toilet seat missing parts and loose. Light controls missing knobs Stained carpet

We arrived after being in the road for 4 hours and the place was closed.

Nice restaurant close by. Room was nice. Non smoking room but hall smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.Said they serve breakfast on advertising but didn’t.

The property needs tons of love. Office windows are extremely dirty. Stairs uneven, wobbly and still carpeted all over from the 80s and smell like and old motel. Seems to have a permanent resident that likes to advertise himself in his window... grounds are not taken care of. Room is clean, no smells in the room but floors needs to be replaced. Air conditioner very noisy.

i didn’t like to be so cold in the room, unfortunately i travel alot and its the first time i notice a cold room like this

Nous avions réservé pour la nuit du jour de l'an. À notre arrivée le thermostat était à 10 degrés. Nous aurions apprécié plus de chaleur pour dormir. Les draps étaient glacés. Le déjeuner sur place était correct sans plus. Nous pourrions recommander cet établissement pour dépannage (qualité/prix).

A charming motel. Front desk staff was very helpful with extra pillows and blanket. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast could use a few hot items but otherwise adequate.

J’ai réservée une chambre avec sofa et un lit queen, non fumeur, une fois la bas, la personne a la réception m’a dit qu’il n’y avait qu’une chambre et c’est fumeur je n’avais pas le choix, une fois la bas la chambre sentait tellement mauvais que c’etait insupportable, il n’y avait pas de sofa, le lit date de je ne sais pas combien d’années, tellement inconfortable que je n’ai pas dormir toute la nuit. SLOW Wifi

Hotel Wifi is slower than dial up. I booked 2 rooms and they only had one reserved for me. I showed them the paper work and they said that wasn't how they received their info. Regardless they had another room available, but it may be worth checking in with them after booking the room.

Old hotel that smells of smoke and other nasties even in the 'non smoking rooms'. Towels were in short supply, carpet had stains, bathroom was tiny and the wallpaper was stained, smelly and peeling. If it hadn't been super late and I hadn't just broke my foot, I would never had stayed here once I saw the room. Best to avoid this one.

The rooms were very spcious and clean. The air conditioner was very loud and it is right beside my bed. The tv has a fuzzy sound on the volume. Other than that i would stay again.

Capri&suites hotel

Overall it is a good hotel, clean and quiet, nothing special, just a little bit far from the Montreal, if you came to see the city.

Rooms were smelly and dingy. They were out of plates in breakfast room. Cream cheese was all done, it was a mess.

Good overnight stay. Room nicely renovated, basic breakfast provided. Limited number of available TV channels.

Room was clean but worn; peeling wallpaper, light switches lost their click, faucets at sink and tub difficult to move, curtain stick missing, furniture beautiful but finish chipped etc. Located close to restaurants. Friendly bilingual staff at the front desk protected by inch thick bullet-proof glass for some reason.

Nightmare

Can’t shower and sleep. Shower wasn’t working and the building noisy with defective shower.

Nice clean suit, with comfortable king bed, but no coffee machine in the room! And the access to lobby coffee machine is only from main entry. In winter, you probably will not have coffee or tee in the SUIT room. Disappointed...

We stayed one night. The staff were friendly but the room wasnt quite what we expected. There were no fitted sheets on the beds which we didnt love.

I stayed for one night. The room was clean. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is far from Montreal.
